We have lived here for a year so far, the pricing is good compared to surrounding apartments. Lots of amenities, the office/maintenance are always helpful and accommodating. The apartments are spacious overall and the updated looks definitely make them feel more upscale. They keep the grounds clean and we haven’t had any problems with neighbors.

I had a wonderful experience my year here at Monterey Apartments. The only reason I am moving out is because I got engaged and am moving with fiancé to our new home.. Mike was always amazing with any issues that I had and either he or the maintenance men took care of all my concerns.. they even helped me secure my child with special needs to not escape out of the apartment when I would be in the bathroom.. thank goodness for that!! My daughter and her friend absolutely LOVED the pool.. everyone was very friendly with my daughter in the buildings and was very patient with her disabilities!! If I ever need a place to go I would be back, highly recommend to my friends and family!! Will miss you guys!! ♥️

I was renting at the Monterey Apartments for 1 year, and just before the year is over they sent me notice for renewal. It says as long as you give them 45 day notice it would be fine and you can get out free and clear as long as apartment is pretty clean. I paid my last month and moved out of state. I get a bill for one more month and they took my security deposit and are asking for the difference!!!! What kind of business are they running there, very shady and they lie to you. Dont rent from this complex, they also ignore your calls and dont reply back.

I moved here in Dec 2019, but it feels like I’ve lived here for years. I think that’s partly because I feel so comfortable here. The manager Mike has been very welcoming to me and brother, And understanding that this is our first time on our own. That was very helpful and gave me a peace of mind moving here. I moved here because this was the best apartment complex that was not only newly remodeled but had great amenities and rent wasn’t too expensive. This is a great value for everything that you’re getting I believe. Hopefully they won’t use this review and raise the rent up LOL but I am very comfortable and happy here. The neighborhood is also great and not too far from all the shopping centers in Strongsville.

The people that live above me have a real BOUNCY house in their living room !!!! They play loud music alllll day. Was told by my apartment manager to call police for a noise disturbance. Police came nothing was done. Its been months with kids bouncing and loud music playing. While I try to work from home.

Management (mike) is really great.he worked with us so much ,very understanding guy. Maintenance is good too,if something went wrong it was taken care of right away.

Outstanding Apartment living facility! Well maintained complex currently and putting alot of Newly remodeled extras into keeping the facilty looking great.
