We used Limo King for our wedding and cant say enough about this company. Bus showed up clean, on time, and stocked with everything we had asked for. Connor was amazing to work with-very responsive and professional. Driver was great! If we ever need limo service again, we are definitely using them!
HIGHLY recommend Connor and the Limo King for your party! The party bus took my fiances 30th birthday to the next level. Connor was great to work with from the start and offered suggestions of stops in Cleveland for our group of 16 which was very helpful since I had never planned a party bus trip before. Essentially, they will follow whatever itinerary you have, but also be super flexible and go wherever you decide next. We had Dan as our driver and he was super friendly, professional and didnt mind our loud/drinking crew! We had the 24 person bus for 16 adults and I loved the bit of extra room. The bus itself looked new and clean - aux cord was easy to use and there was tons of cooler space with ice provided. Dont look anywhere else for your party bus!!
Best company ever! I have absolutely nothing but nice things to say about the Limo King. We rented a party bus for our wedding, and Connor who was so pleasant, was beyond helpful and on everything 24/7. Hes very patient and goes above and beyond for his customers. Our driver Dan was also very pleasant and easy to work with throughout the whole night. I cant thank them enough for such an awesome night and for all of their help! I highly recommend this company! The Limo King not only provides exceptional service, but an overall outstanding experience. Our driver was friendly, professional and made us feel safe. The bus was clean and of great quality with the best part being the entertainment. There are LED lights, televisions monitors and speakers available to play your own music. I would definitely recommend The Limo King to my friends and family!

Our group used Limo King for our out of town bachelor party experience and it didnt disappoint! The driver was on time for both pickups and the Limo Driver was very helpful in getting us organized with all of our luggage and beverages. The Limo itself was new, modern and spacious and made for a great time. Would highly recommend to others!!
Look no further, Limo King will provide whatever driving services you may need for any event. They were extremely flexible in helping out with my wedding day at the Cleveland Museum of Art, and were beyond reliable throughout the planning process and day off. Everything was such a breeze, they responded quickly, and they were affordable. They also accommodated elderly guests throughout the evening, which was so thoughtful of their entire team. They made my wedding so memorable, I can not recommend them enough.

Fantastic Experience! The bus was so neat and clean it seemed like a brand new vehicle and it was very spacious. Connor and the driver were both very professional and accommodating. I would recommend Mr. Limo to anyone in need of a party bus or group transportation.
Unfortunately, due to Covid we had to cancel our wedding twice now, but Connor at Limo King was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. When we tried to move our date it was no issue at all and then when we decided to call it altogether, he he no problem giving a full refund on our deposit. Disappointed we never actually got to use this service but I know it would have been very good had we.

The Limo King has amazing customer service. We received A1 service from the time I inquired about using them for my daughters 13th birthday to the time our driver, Carl, dropped us off! The owner Connor is very prompt with his response times and is very accommodating. Carl had to suffer through fifteen 12-13 year-olds singing, laughing and playing music. He was courteously and professional the ENTIRE time. My daughter selected them based on how their party buses looked and the fact that they were all newer models. I selected them based on their wonderful reviews...and they did not disappoint! We had the 20 passenger bus that was plenty of room for 15 kids, 2 adults, balloons and a cake. My daughter and her friends had the time of their lives. Thanks to Connor and Carl for making my babys special day memorable!!!
I cant say enough great things about The Limo King! Connor was super accommodating and got back to me within a few hours. Prices were just right and the bus was very clean and spacious. Our driver, Andy, showed up on time and he couldnt have been nicer. I wish we could do this every weekend!
I used The Limo King previously for a concert event and was 100% pleased with all aspects of the service.I booked another bus for another concert. Then covid-19 hit. I spoke with management and was assured that my reservation (pre-paid in full) would be honored when the event was rescheduled.Fast foward 7 months: the concert is officially canceled and I am expecting somewhere between partial and zero refund. (Based on experience with other businesses that take payments and deposits prior to service)To my surprise (and delight) I was issued a full refund AND an apology---even though The Limo King had nothing to do with the concert cancellation.I can strongly recommend The Limo King and will only ever use this company when I need a party bus!!!

He took a detour for an unplanned rest stop at our request and even counted everyone on board just to make sure everyone made it back safe and sound! From start to finish, The Limo King made our night out one to be remembered. The bus is in pristine condition, the speakers were clear and loud, the driver was laid back, and the aquariums + lights really added to the overall ambiance. 2022-06-08Connor and The Limo King team are fabulous! We truly enjoyed our trip with them. Their vehicles are safe, new and equipped with everything needed for a fun celebration (aux cord, colored lighting etc.). The drivers are professional and so easy to work with. We had such a blast renting with Connor for a Derby Day celebration and will certainly rent from them again. Highly recommend!

My wife and I used their service in September and the party bus was spectacular and our driver Dan was fantastic. He was on time for all of the pick ups and drop offs and made us all laugh with some great one liners. Plus Connor who runs the business was really easy to work with even though we had to change our wedding date multiple times due to covid. Thanks again for everything!

Connor (the owner) was wonderful and so easy to work with - he always had prompt follow-up and made sure to reiterate I was in charge and was always so accommodating! To start, I priced a few different options in the area, and one of the Limo Kings competitors came down in price to match the Limo King but couldnt match the length of time we requested. Connors customer service was top notch. We paid over a year in advance, and in the days leading up to our wedding Connor was very attentive to our questions and requests.Ken from the Limo King arrived early, helped us load the drinks and snacks onto the bus, and ensured we arrived on time. He was very accommodating for the entire day, and provided the utmost customer service and professionalism. It was very clean, and we made sure to help clean it as much as possible before we departed as to not make a hassle for the Limo King team. Ken even put up with our below average singing of Bohemian Rhapsody...Thank you so much to the Limo King!
