Found out about this place several months ago. Like new machines, and the owners are always around keeping things clean. Can use coins and cards on any of the machines.
As was the experience of another reviewer my laundromat closed unexpectedly and I decided to try here. Ive been twice and can easily say its the cleanest laundromat Ive ever been to. The machines are ones Id never used before but its nice that they have 3 pay options: coin, credit or debit, and a loadable card. Also the the prices are reasonable for washing and drying.I can honestly recommend this place with ease and it was nice to see the owner explain to a customer exactly how the machines work and the many washing options the machines offer.
We are full time RVers traveling this beautiful country for the past 2 1/2 years. Part of our travels always call for doing laundry. I must say, The Laundromat is probably the cleanest, most modern and BEST laundromat we have visited, across this country. The floors and machines were all spotless. Their prices are very reasonable as well. If I lived in the Dayton area, this would absolutely be my go to laundromat!!!!
Super clean, the machines were easy to figure out, and coins aren’t necessary. Everything is modern and in working order. Perfect solution to wash my comforter!

This is the best and cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been too. The owner is so kind and friendly. I had a minor issue with my washer, and he helped me out right away! The washers and dryers are new as well. 10 out of 10 for this place! If you don’t live in the Kettering area, it’s worth the drive.
Always clean and tidy. Can get pretty crowded at peak hours because its probably the best laundromat in the Miami Valley.

Drive all the way from trotwood, because this laundromat is CLEAN, great working machines and I always feel safe there.
We own a business in the same strip, but that doesnt make my review biased just because of how convenient this place is.This is the nicest laundromat Ive ever been inside or seen. It always smells wonderful, the equipment is state of the art (as far as I know about washers and dryers 😉), and its well lit and meticulously clean.I wash towels here and the towels always come out smelling better than brand new. Plus, its fast! Like, 25 minutes to wash, 25 minutes IF that, to dry.Use of the machines is super affordable and they have great capacity. Also, theyre fun to watch work.

This is the cleanest laundromat Ive ever been to. Every time I have visited the owners are there sweeping and keeping it tidy. This is so appreciated. I would give 10 stars if I could.
I gave this place a try and am I happy that I did! The machines are a bit more expensive but they are 100% worth it. They are fast, efficient, and even got my comforter clean that my cat peed on! Normally when I have to go to a laundry mat its a all day event but this place Im done and home in a hour to a hour and a half tops. The building is clean and well lit. Definitely give them a chance! My new go to laundromat! 10/10.

Cleanest laundromat Ive been to. Prices are good. The same owners run the store next door. The cashier was very nice. Im glad my old laundromat closed, forcing me to go here.
Clean machines, my clothes came out smelling so fresh verses the musty smells of filthy low maintenance washers I’ve experienced else where.Clean atmosphere. I pray they keep it up. And people respect their property.Old place use to go: Where I use to go so many signs out of order and really very sickening smell after the owner just clean won’t go back.Thank you “The Laundry owners”

Beautiful facility. Modernized washers and dryers that only required a tad over an hour total of my day. I live closer to other laundromats. But drive further for the quality of the environment and cleanliness. Highly recommend.
Owners are incredibly friendly. The place is spotless and the machines are new and work very well. This is both a coin and card facility. Your card doubles as also a rewards account which is very convenient.This place does offer ozone washes. These are a little bit extra per wash (about .50). You can turn that option off if you would prefer.Great assortment of sizes, including very large oversized washers. They also have a small seating area and offer free wifi.Overall, a great experience and I will probably be spoiled forever by this place.
Its new, clean, with great machines. A little pricey but they use ozone, which cuts down on those nasty smells, and I feel is totally worth it. They also have a rewards card and a system that probably puts the space shuttle to shame.Owners are in there regularly sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining machines.The market next door sells soap/etc if you need it, as well as coffee, snacks, and Greek food.It isnt 24/7 so please plan accordingly.

My old place on Smithville closed, which was not very clean but convenient. Gave this place a shot next, and MAN was I surprised. I almost felt bad about washing my things there it was so clean. Smelled good as well. Definitely a new repeat customer.
Newer laundromat with everything you need. We resell shoes and we take them here to wash since they have great machines with a shoe wash setting. Owner is awesome. We will be back often.
Ive gone to Centerville coin laundromat for months and one day, my only day to do laundry they were closed.So I headed to the laundromat I used to use when I lived on the other side of Kettering.At first I was a little annoyed because the small size washers didnt hold as much and they cost more. Not a lot more but... and there was no Wi-Fi.I made my decision and did my wash. I was shocked at how much better and cleaner my clothes came out than the place I had been using.Im a convert and happy to pay a little bit more for much cleaner clothes.
My experience at Laundromat is refreshing! Passionate owners, great atmosphere and machines that are up to date and efficient. Washing is apart of my therapy and Im glad I found this space for QUICK CLEAN and FRESH garments!

Best in the Dayton area. Everything is. clean new and modern. The oxygen boost sounds cheesy but our clothes come out cleaner and better smelling than from any other cleaner. The people at the store next door clean it during the day and check on things.

Brand new washers and dryers...Super clean and has a washer for every size load of laundry and gets the laundry clean. The dryers are big and actually dry in one cycle.

2022-06-05If there is one thing to know about me, I am a very very particular person when it comes to cleanliness! I was talking to my best friend about the mountain of laundry that I had and she recommended this place. Knowing me, she went on to emphasize how CLEAN this laundromat is and the convenience of the sizes of the machines to cut down on the loads I had. This place is AMAZING! The facility is CLEAN and the sizing options of the machines as well as the fact that my laundry was literally done in less than an hour. 45 minutes to be exact! I would still be washing had not for the recommendation of my friend! I have a washer and dryer at home, but when I get behind on my laundry I know just the place to go!

2022-04-24I only have wonderful things to say about this laundromat. It is a great family-run business that is always kept very clean! The washers/dryers are fast and effective and can hold large amounts of laundry and larger items like comforters. I am very thankful to have this place so close-by!

2022-03-20This is by far the nicest laundromat I’ve been to! When I first arrived, what I assume were the owners, were on site cleaning the tables and floors. The one owner checked in with me because I asked a question and he was following up to see if I needed anything. They were both very friendly! I was blown away by the cleanliness. The washers and dryers are very nice and seem brand new!

2022-06-12The laundromat and it’s owners are amazing. It is always clean in there and I rarely have to wait long for a washer to be available. They utilize loyalty cards that you can load with money to pay for your laundry, which ended up being a big help for me. I went to do my laundry and forgot I had put a small load in one of the 20 lb washers in addition to my large load in the 80 lb washer. I finished up my laundry and left, forgetting about the small load I’d done. Because I had my personal information attached to it, George was able to give me a call and let me know I had left some laundry there. 10/10 would go back.

2022-01-22I didn’t want to enjoy going to the laundromat – a pipe burst at my apartment and we couldn’t use the one single W/D setup (for 12 units…), and I desperately needed to wash both my clothes and bedding – there was no time to wait for repairs! I’d driven by this establishment a few times, decided to check it out and was blown away that a laundromat experience could be anything more than stereotypical and kinda grimy. This place is top tier – SO clean, well lit, friendly atmosphere, powerful FAST machines.The lovely owner is frequently on-site and was so kind to answer my first-timer questions. He even gave me a play-by-play on all the capabilities of the machines and that “there’s an app for that” to keep track of machine availability and more, which was oh so helpful.This laundromat is the one to beat – I’ll be back!

2022-03-29First off, this is the cleanest laundry mat around! The washers and dryers all smelled clean, they also were very quick and efficient. Plenty of room to wait and fold. A very big thank you to George, the owner, who contacted me about a load of laundry I left in the washer and completely forgot about and due to me signing up for the loyalty card, he knew it was mine! He had it ready for me after I got off work the next day. Excellent customer service from a place where you wouldn’t expect!

2022-03-27Very clean and well equipped laundromat, staff was walking around helping customers and i was in and out quick. My only gripe is the card readers on the machines dont always work. I for sure will be returning here again for future laundry loads. Great place to clean clothes

2022-03-07We had gotten so far behind in laundry that we filled 11 garbage bags. Decided to come here and we were done in under two hours! This place is fantastic. Very clean, people are friendly, machines are in perfect shape, and a great location! Will be returning (hopefully with less laundry next time...)!

2022-03-08I came here today and i was so pleased!!! i never thought i would live to see a day where i say a laundromat is beautiful, but this place was BEAUTIFUL! it was so clean, homey, relaxed, had an awesome playlist as well. i’ve never been to a more clean laundromat and everything was so new and up to date. i had the pleasure of meeting, george, who is the owner of the place, and he was wonderful! he was so informative on how amazing their utilities are and also how they’re all kept so clean and smelling great. laundromats are usually out of date, dirty, not cared for, but this place was a breath of fresh air (literally). i can’t say enough great things about this place. i’ll recommend this to everyone i meet! thank you so much for making my visit, amazing!
