Ordered a ham for Thanksgiving enough for 6 ppl and asked pricing, said they would have to get back to me on that .never did.... should of been a red flag ..went to pick it up n it was $85 bucks even though it was good it wasnt $85 good...
Very, very, very friendly staff. Accommodating, smiling, and efficient. Havent had the ham yet, but it says its the worlds best, so Im sure we will enjoy it.

Delicious ham and other entrees. Small eat in area. Conveniently located for on the way home, out shopping or if youre an overnight guest at a nearby hotel.

2022-07-02Bought a ham the and it was good but grossly overpriced. Then bought lunch there for my daughter and I, a sandwich and a salad. Again, grossly overpriced. The sandwich was ok. Nothing spectacular. The salad was just gross. The lettuce was covered with sand!! SAND!!! Both salads went into the trash. The feeling of sand against my teeth was just the worst. Ill never shop there again. NEVER!!

2021-11-23My wife call to order a ham and asked to make a reservation. She was told that they did not take reservations but that there were plenty available and she could come by the next day to pick one up. We decided to go there the same day to make sure we got a ham and were asked by an employee if we had a reservation since we could only get a ham if we had reserved one. When we explained that we were told we could not make a reservation just a few hours earlier, we received only a blank stare. No apology and no explanation from the employee or someone who appeared to be a manager. Terrible customer service, we wont be back.

2021-04-30I went in there today to purchase some ham salad and get some ham for sandwiches oh, and when I got it home it wasnt the type off of their big hams that is sliced off with rough edges it was the smaller circular ham that seems more processed. It was not as good and I did not even know or I would not have bought that particular type and they do have fabulous box lunches but my son loves his sandwich on a croissant.

2019-06-22With just 2 hours notice the staff was able to prepare a wonderful sandwich tray for me! I was fearful because another well known sub chain told me they needed 24 hours notice. The staff at the Honey Baked store could not have been more accommodating. And the sandwiches were delicious!!

2019-03-27Very friendly staff and quick service. I went in to pick up a ham. I was waited on very promptly. She helped me to determine what size of ham I would need and gave me some tips on heating and serving it. I was in and out in just a few minutes with exactly what I needed. Great location for a very good company.

2020-12-19Disgusting customer service. The manager doesn’t understand that people plan family gatherings and depend on these reservations. They joke about Russian hackers messing up their gift card machine, and now my $75 gift card is worthless when I need it. No solutions to give from management! I’ll never trust this place again.
