I bought 2 items on 2/11/2022.Paid in full, on this date. WaitedTo receive items, 0n 2/23/2022Home depot texted me. Your items came in.. 11:00 am i went to home depot to pick up what i ordered. I was given one item,NOT 2, i asked the worker ,Why only one item?HE SAID 2ND ITEM WAS LOST.LOST? BY WHO ? POST OFFICE?OR HOME DEPOT? I DONT BELIEVE IN 2ND TIME. ORDER..FROM. HOME DEPOT.
No body at pro desk knows what they are doing … very unprofessional.. they are slow at getting my order ready on time so I pick my own material out …. Left it at the pro desk when someone said I could leave it there had paid for the material over the phone and came in the next day to pick up my material and they put everything back on the shelves I’ve been arguing with these people for an hour now the only person that even cared to help me was the woman at the customer service desk 🙄🙄 please someone retrain their staff
Apparently they dont price match their OWN website? When I rang up the item at self checkout and it rang up as $10.98. So I called an employee over and showed her the difference in price and she said she cant price match it. I said even if it is set to this stores location? She said yeah. What store doesnt price match their own website?.....this makes no sense. I could of ordered it for store pick up and got it for the $5.89
Always good customer service here!My ONLY complaint & its NOT Hone Depots fault!Ive bought 2 Hoover uprights,Because there GREATsweepers with great suction!!(except)1.The cordIt ALWAYS STARTS pulling apart!2.The top twist lid,is difficult to open& put back into alignment & its important to be able to get into to clean the filter!So,if Hoover reads this? Please..work on those 2 things on your sweeper..other than that,thank you for a great product! & please reduce the price a lil from $150.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, store is well organized, clean, and well maintained. Although slightly hidden from the expressway, very easy to get in to and out of, when leaving. This has always been my go to brick & mortar store for anything related to home & garden supplies.
Had a bad experience here. Placed a pick up in store order online for 4 accordion doors, store listed 12 in stock. Couple of hours later my order is cancelled without any explanation (but they did explain that my refund wont hit my account for 3 business days - how nice). Turns out there are no doors in stock, they are just too lazy or too secure in their jobs to accurately keep track of inventory. Didnt even offer to order some in or check to see if any other store may have them.
This is the Home Depot I can always count on. I always go here before anywhere else. They usually have what Im looking for in stock. Can tell the employees care about the customers and their job. I will definitely continue to frequent this HD in particularI am a preferred contractor for HD and this particular store is my home store. I always frequent here bc of products being in stock and friendly reps like the one I met today I believe her name is DeeDee. Thank you! Sincerely, Brian
I should have posted this a long time ago, but I was very surprised by the level of customer service at the customer service desk. Davon (I think I remembered that correctly) went out of his way to find an item that they had cancelled because I was past the pick up window. Completely my fault and it would have been very easy for him to say there was nothing he could do for me, but he didnt. Its not often that you get that in retail anymore. Thank you for saving me a lot of heartache by having to reorder my cabinets!
Every time we pick something up from the desk, even something as simple as a tool in a box, it take an eternity. Never have I ever made it through their customer service/pickup area in less than 10 minutes. Even when there was no one else in line. They are slow, disorganized, need to ask managers how to do something, and also rude.
Bought a washer, dryer and dishwasher from Home Depot last spring. Delivered in early May 2021. The dryer failed 9/26/2021. The dryer timer knob is stripped. Scheduled a repair with GE online and it was all set for one week out. Today the appliance repair company contacted me and said it would be two weeks. TWO WEEKS without a dryer and all they have to do is mail me the part. I would shop somewhere that has their own repair techs.
Online order process and shipping time from Northern Ohio to Central Ohio was almost a week, I received an email that the tools I ordered were at the Brice road location on Tuesday morning and even though I stopped at the customer service desk twice i wasnt able to pick them up until Friday afternoon. Might be the lack of help, or particular location.. ladies at the customer service desk didnt even turn around to check if the item was in the caged in area. I was told that they unload thousands of packages a day but there were only maybe 15-20 in the whole online pickup area. Im satisfied with the price and quality of the Milwaukee rotary polisher that I bought though. Nice tool
I arrived 1/2 an hour before closing in a rush to get a last minute Xmas gift! The staff were great and quick to help me find what I was looking for. I got the gift and was out of the store before they closed and off to the next stop. I had called ahead to see if they had the item and they said they had only three left. I really appreciate that their inventory was correct and I didnt make a wasted trip. Very happy with my experience there 😊
If I could give zero stars, I would. Be leary of using the delivery service from Home Depot. Apparently the delivery companies that they use for the service you pay hefty for can choose to place your paid items at the end of your driveway and this qualifies as service rendered. 7 pieces of plywood were delived to the end of my driveway today (technically on the easement) and 7 pieces of plywood were stolen before we had the means to bring them onto our property. Home Depot said there was nothing they could do for us because the delivery met the terms of the delivery agreement.
It is always a to go place for home improvement and house item needs. It is very conveniently access from the highway I-70 and I-270. I go there for all I need around the housr. All personnel works in there are nice and friendly in help people to find items and some expertise fulks show or teach you how to do things. There used to be a sausage truck out on the parking lot, and now is no longer there any more. Missed it for a sandwich after shopping lol.
Other than the changes due to CoViD-19, it was business as usual. I received the usual excellent and courteous service Ive always gotten here. I was able to find and get what I needed quickly and easily. Part of that was paint samples and the store team member who assisted me with that was on top of it so well it was like I had called in advance to place my order, but I had not! Thank you Home Depot for your excellent service.
Generally I like home depot over Lowes. Not sure why, but I have less problems with finding what I want here.Didnt do 5 star as I needed a male to make 13mm plumping adapter and all they carried was standard. So Ill have to check around for what I need.They had every adapter under the sun and multiple lengths..... Just no metric sizes.
I ordered custom doors for my home. The doors came with gouges and scratches. I contacted the specialty order department about the doors. I dealt with them for over a year because the doors they ordered continued to have scratches and gouges. I was told they were never going to be perfect because they were only primed doors. I feel like if you order new doors that cost thousands of dollars then you shouldn’t have to pay someone else to fix them! The customer service I received was horrible and the communication was severely lacking. I would never use this store again to order anything.
Love shopping at this store. The employees are always friendly from the person who greets you to the cashier or self check out person who always there to help. That is why I decided to get my washer/dryer center at this store. And I will be back when I start to remodel my place.
If I could give zero stars I would. I had a nightmare with my appliance order. Zero communication between management I had to continue to call myself to follow up. I was also hung up on by a staff member for no reason. But they did give me $50 dollars off 👎 My business will start to go elsewhere.
This place is a quick and easy place to grab tool or supply for a project. But it does sometimes take a lot longer if you are trying to return something. If you are trying to return something please have everything you need to return it so it can cut down the time and process of the whole thing. It will make it easier for you and everyone else. 🙂
My wife and i had a VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE! The staff here is really friendly and willing to help. I am a electrican and I can say the store layout is very good for pros, everything is in a reasonable location. Unlike other stores *cough* Lowes , that have a confusing layout for pros where its a literal struggle to find anything. The brands Home Depot carry are also top tier, the deals Home Depot runs also makes it my favorite store to shop at for electrical goods. I cant think of much they could do to improve.
Zero Stars! I will NEVER shop at Home Depot again as long as I live!I placed an online order to pick up curbside and it all seemed fine until I went to get my stuff. I checked in via the link they sent and waited approximately 45 minutes till I tried to check in again via the info on the parking spot sign. Some other customers came and parked in the pick up spot and waited also, they finally went in. Employees came and went right past my vehicle so they knew people were waiting out there for pick up.I had my 3 dogs that I didnt want to leave alone, so I waited some more and called the store, which got me absolutely nowhere. After a full hour I put on my mask, locked my dogs in the car and went in. I did not see an online order pickup desk or any signs pointing to one. I did see many signs stating, You Must Wear a Face Covering in the Store before entering. I made a quick walk through one door down the main aisle to the other door and left because I saw way too many unmasked people inside and nobody doing anything about it!Needless to say, I cancelled my order. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars there over the last several years here and I regret every penny I ever gave them.
Me and my fiance experienced horrible service here today, we needed to get an item from their locked tools and we had to ask 5 people and wait at least 25 minutes before we finally got someone who could help, the person who did end up helping us took ages to get us the correct item and took even longer to help us with the sale item that went along with it. Overall our trip lasted at least an hour, if not more when it shouldve taken at most 30 minutes, we do not plan to shop here again nor will we be recommending this location to anyone else. If youre looking for a place to purchase Milwaukee tools of any kind, youd have much better luck at Ohio Power Tools or the Milwaukee website.
Super Charles truly lives up to his name! Charles in the paint department was very polite and welcoming and very knowledgeable of all departments. In passing he said hello and asked if we needed help finding anything, directed us to our needed isle and told us exactly where to find it on the shelf. In my time in the paint department I witnessed him do the same thing with at least three other customers. I wish every store could practice such great customer service! Store was clean and well stocked as well.
This location does not honor the companys return policy. I attempted to return a lawn mower to this location and the manager Dan Johnson refused to accept the return. I had a receipt for the mower and was within the return period. The mower was in the same condition as it was purchased. The companys return policy was provided when asked for it. Although, the written return policy did not exclude the mower from being returned. This was acknowledged by the manager. This location appears to follow their own, unwritten, procedures for returns and completely disregards the corporate policies. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Absolutely unacceptable that they do not abide by their own corporate rules.
They have almost anything for do it yourself..my trip was not very exciting.. went to the Home Depot to buy a 1/2 inch dowel rod and I bought a half inch downrod and walked out of the Home Depot. If you need to know where somethings at theres a lady sitting in front of an air conditioning display she knows where everything is at.
I like their prices a little better than Lowes. They have their own style products that Ilike some better than Lowes but its not as big but I found their what I could not find at two other Lowes stores. Check out Home Depot when your doing house projects sometimes their more affordable and have a better and different style on items you want for your home.
I had to replace our hot water heater today. I like going to Home Depot when I am trying something new, because I have a better chance to get advice unlike other home improvement companies. I was able to buy a new product, to me. It was the Sharkbite hot water heater lines. They are pressure fittings that you dont need to solder. The gentleman who helped me, was able to give me advice on how to install the product. It was great to talk to someone who had used the product personally. I have found the Brice Road Home Depot very helpful in the past as well as today.
Not very busy but after waiting 15 minutes at curbside after check-in I had to call the store to inquire if they were ever going to bring me my order. Without that call I would have sat there indefinitely. Fix problem with curbside alert process please. Not a good first experience.
Curb side pick up did not work. AGAIN! Waited 20 minutes. No one showed up. Went inside to pick up my online order. Person at service desk advised management did not schedule anyone to provide curb side pick up service. Why does Home Depot advertise and promote curb side pick up, when they have no intention to provide the service???
I love Home Depot. The workers always ask can they help before you ask for help. They also walk you to whatever you are looking for instead of making walk through the store looking up and down the aisle when you get there. They are very knowledgeable in their perspective areas and this has in turn saved me time and money. See why I love them???
We will NEVER use this rental service ever again. To the man working the register in the rental department. You need to work on your customer service skills and maybe look for a new job if you hate being there so bad it makes you a jerk to the public trying to use your services. You have turned us off to using Home Depot in the future. On top of that I tried to call multiple times and was hung up on as well as transferred 3 times to have the phone continuously ring. You guys suck horribly!
We had recently rented a item from the Home Depot rental area at the Brice Road location and without our authorization or our right to waiver the damage deposit charge Home Depot charged our ChargeCard.When I called the Home Depot store on Brice Road regarding this charge they informed me that equipment could not be removed from their area without that added charge. It was a mandatory charge. That is NOT true. According to Home Depots Rental Agreement you have the right to opt out of that charge and they have to inform you of that at the item you rent the item and before you sign. They did not do that with us at the time we rented from them. Please be aware of that before you sign any rental agreement at the Home Depot on Brice Road.
Shopped and received NO Help. After going through gardening and lawn for hour a white couple came in gardening section and cashier asked them if they needed help. I had was right there and still not asked. Had to stop a employee to inquire about price of a item. Try to reach mulch that was place high up and employees walked by with no assistance.Never got the mulch. Went to grills and seeking smoker still no assistance. Never got flat bed for the grill. Was going buy a small green house. Then realize this poor service and left my cart. After hour of being almost invisible I decided to leave my full cart and just go to Lowe’s. It was shocking because as a black women with a full cart at this location I was not treated as visible. SAD!!!
Never shop with them again, lamp ordered, UPS said they delivered it but they didn’t. I’m retired and home all day, no package was delivered. All my neighbors are retired and no one saw a ups truck, Home Depot will not refund my money and ups said they have no way to track misdelivery so I’m just out my money and no lamp but they both got paid.
I wish the Home Depot would spend a few more dollars on staff that are proficient and knowledgeable in the department they work in. I am tired of asking for a part, tool or accessory that no one knows about. Sometimes it is a self serve, best of luck store. I would rate experience 2.5 stars...
I ordered a 75 quart cooler online with the store pickup option. Text messages from home depot indicated that using their website check in upon arrival would result in a fast encounter.I arrived on site at 5:55 and checked in for my single cooler weighing a grand total of 15 pounds. I waited for roughly a half hour before going inside and waited in a line of 5 people to get to the help desk. The first attendant at the desk asked what I needed and yelled Next return only once I told her that I was here for the blue cooler sitting at the end of the desk. I had to butt back in to finish my order and retrieve the cooler, which only took 2 minutes to get back to my car.Dont offer curb side pickup if you cant handle it. One star reduced for the rude help desk attendant.
I love it, but Im a contractor so its like every Home Depot was made for me. This one is the best though because it is run well and not always super busy. Most people shopping and working here are not foreigners. Not trying to be prejudiced, but if you ever go to the one on Cleveland avenue, then you know what i mean.

I love Home Depot but the last time I went, the staff was so rude and impolite that it made me not want to go there anymore. The staff was very unfriendly and when I was trying to get help for some of the things that I needed to repair some things in my home, they left me standing there for over 15 minutes. When I got to the register oh, there was a trainee there who did not know how to give me my veteran discount and he triple charged me for something that I was purchasing. When I showed him what he did on the receipt, he could not help me and sent me over to the service desk so I had to wait another 15 minutes. I have not been back there since and have taken my business to Lowes or Menards.
Home Depot is a good home improvement store, with a satisfactory selection of hardware, appliances, lumber, plumbing goods, electric goods, etc. you find in todays hardware plus arrangement. It is still a little harder to find help here than other similar stores, but it is conveniently located near the freeway. It does have a different selection of goods than other stores, and you are more likely to find a bargain here. Staff is attentive, and knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
My rating changed from 4 to 2 stars. They started a countertop installation for me like a month ago now and its still not done. I have really small kitchen... I asked for a sales/marketing manager to contact me about it 2 wks ago and havent heard from them. I was supposed to hear from someone on scheduling the finish of install and havent heard from anyone... would not recommend this service from them. I likely wouldnt even chance it with any of their other installation services. As a store its fine. Fails as a service provider.
I came in through the front entrance and floor personnel were not greeting but running the other way from a customer who really needed some assistance. Yet, after I finally got some assistance and taken to the plumbing section there were a whole lot of store personal milling around in the back section. I couldnt believe my eyes as to all the available floor personnel milling around in the back. In other hardware stores, the entrance First Contact is priority. Where as Home Depot entrance First Contact is youre home-alone. After 3 or 4 minutes I asked one of the store workers at a desk was Home Depot closing soon, because up my entering the store the mood seemed to be that many personnel were working their last day on the job.
As I walked in the gentleman in front of me was greeted she looked at me and just smiled so my welcome was MUCH different than his. (Hate to pull the race card butttt idk) anyway I was searching all around the store looking for a shower cartridge and not 1 person in that orange vest asked if they could help. I just so happened to see a guy coming back from grabbing a soda he was very nice he said he didnt work in the area but he could help I didnt catch his name but he was a young guy curly hair and glasses. I was not able to get my part there but he helped me get a part # to order online.
Not impressed with the online pickup or Home Depot in general. The website says it’ll be ready in two hours. Four hours later I went to pick it up and they hadn’t got my order ready. Then told me that they didn’t have it in stock. When I pulled it up on the app, it said they had 13 on hand. So the girl at the counter went to get it, 15 minutes later came back and said she couldn’t find it. She called someone from the department and 15 minutes later they completed my order. I am taking my business to Lowe’s and Menards.
Charles in paint is soooooo beyond helpful! You can tell he really likes what he does. The woman with colorful hair in carpet/blinds is equally as great! I feel like its rare to meet people who genuinely like what they do, but it seemed like these folks did. I got alot of info to help me make the best decisions for our small dyi projects around the house.
WOW! “Super Charles” in paint is just that SUPER! Front the second I walked up - guy was on it! Extremely efficient / kind and ready to help. Knocked out my 5galloms with a huge smile and asking what more he could do! This guys a super star and I will ONLY buy my paint here if these are the kind of people this store hires..... best business Interaction I’ve had in months
I order a Samsung washer and dryer at the store and they deliver it after a week and they told me that they are going to install it but they didn’t. And they didn’t even remove the tabs and screws was used for delivery so when I was using my laundry for the first time it already got ruined and broken inside I tried to call them and get it fix but they can’t do anything and I called Samsung they ask me to call Home Depot.so with this all drama I lost $1305 in trash trying to buy the laundry from Home Depot very disappointed.

I will never shop at this location again. Came to purchase a lawnmower, they of course had it at the very top. I asked everyone in a orange vest to include customer services If they could assist with getting it down and they pon the job off on other workers. One woman even stated she had 10 minutes remaining on the floor. Smh. Just right out lazy. Don’t apply for a job that you know you don’t want to do. After waiting 30 minutes I decided to leave. Thanks for a wasted trip and time that I will never get back. Don’t believe me review your cameras. You’ll see me walking back and forth from customer service to the lawn mowers. I’m so angry!
I was in need of some electrical sockets and customer service helped me find the right area of the store, however I did not find it in the area, however this employee appeared and took me right to where they were located and I did not have to wander around the store at all. Thank you for your assistance, for your customer service was spot on. 🤗
Very disappointed with management decision. Will no longer shop there. Lowes still appreciates and honors my Veteran discount so Ill go there from now on. Went to use my Veterans ID and told it was no longer being accepted, after the last 10 years of use. Goodbye Home Depot. This was one of the reasons Id chosen to shop Home Depot over Menards in the past.
Scammed again by a home depot.I placed my online order... show up later and they say I have to give them the order # because my phone number didnt have a match. no dice with that either.I say OK Ill just go pick out the items myself and cancel the online one. no dice yet again. supposedly 36 units in stock but only 4 on the shelves.so obviously I ask for help and the guy in the area looks everywhere. climbs up on the stairs and goes through several areas. he checks stock several times and says they are in boxes of 6 so there should be 5 boxes somewhere... somewhere must mean at the manufacturers facilities because... you guessed it.... no dice.ID give 0 stars if I could if it werent for the attempt of help by the employee.
Great price for Poulan 42 Pro 19 hp riding lawn mower purchased today - answer to prayer. Refused to price match, despite advertising they will, because the competitors price was too low. Offered to deliver the item for $100 more than the quote from their competitor. I had to search for help for 10 minutes before finding an associate who then helped someone else before me despite me waiting substantially longer. Absolutely will not be back and do not recommend. Do your homework on prices to avoid the gouging!

Good luck with this place. Not sure they want to sell anything. I call and call and call and spend 10 to 12 minutes at a time on hold to speak to an associate. They always are transferring to the specific Department which never gets answered and then I go back to the automated computer that tells me to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. Not sure why this is even a retail store anymore?
Double check your online orders!I placed an online order and picked it up at the store. However, the store switched 2 of the items I ordered with 2 similar, but cheaper out-of-date items. Since the outside of the box looked almost identical besides the part #, everything appeared fine at pickup. Billing confirmation printout didnt have the part # or sku # listed on it and I had assumed that the store employees knew what they were doing (my mistake). Unfortunately, the items were very large which made them a real hassle to take back to the store.
I bought a new hot water heater yesterday and the Associates in the store helping me were great. When I got it home and in the basement. Already had the gas line plumbed my wife noticed the box said damaged and sure enough it had a dent in the side. I called Home Depot and ask if I go ahead and install it if its more than cosmetic can I return it. They said no problem. Well it was cosmetic and working great. I also bought Shark Bite fittings to plumb the water lines. One of the fittings was damaged and leaked. Home Depot closes at 7 pm on Sunday, so I was suck with out a fitting to complete the installation. With the water off to my house I had to go to Walmart to get pvc cement to finish the job. Luckily I had the pvc fitting on hand. I bought the Shark Bite fittings so I could turn the water back on immediately after finishing and not wait on pvc cement to cure.Home Depot gave me a great discount for my troubles. They were more than fair with me. I feel they truly care about the customer and thats hard to find nowadays.
I went to buy a double light switch and I was pulled over the second I left the store. An employee in the tools department accused me of stealing tools when I did no such thing. When I was pulled over they issued a trespassing warrant on me under the claim of an employee who flat out lied about me walking out with stolen tools. When I called they did not lift the warrant. In conclusion I was pulled over the second I left the store and given a warrant with no evidence that I had stolen something. This place isnt professional and I wouldnt shop here.
Tried to reach out to the store by phone today in order to get help placing an order online and unfortunately no one was available for help or responsive at the door & window desk, also the front desk keeps pushing me away once recognized my phone number!! wonder if HD has reduced the number of its associate so far!!!
Do NOT use this/or in my experience ANY, Home Depot to buy kitchen cabinets. If the order is wrong, it takes the company the same amount of time, 4 weeks to make 2 cabinets, as it took them to make 15! The store associate told me they can fast track the order and it wouldnt take more than a week. BS!! My order was placed at the end of August for two cabinets that was left off the order, and I got an email saying they would be complete and delivered on 9/25!! When I went and talked with the associate, he acted like he couldnt do anything about it!! Pissed!! I will only buy a hammer from Home Depot, NO appliances or anything for my remaining house upgrade!!! And to make matters worse, I received a invoice wanting my to make a payment!! Im not paying a dime until I get all my cabinets!!
What can you say about this success story The Home Depots been around a very long time on the image thats attached you can see where my business is and it gives you my telephone number we are a professional GIS Global Information Systems company that helps people get their business located everybody knows where the Home Depot is but do they know where you are the folks here at this location have always been extremely helpful for our company located on this attached image we are literally four or five minutes away from the Home Depot and they do a great job their turnover employee wise is somewhat high but the ones thats attend and stay around are easily noted and very friendly
I will never go to this homedepot again. It almost seemed like the people there werent there to actually work. There are multiple occasions when customers were waiting, but they were workers talking to each other. Specifically in the flooring Department. In addition, there are a couple people who were talking inappropriately. At one point one lady was joking around talking about getting laid even though my six-year-old daughter was there and hearing distance. When you finally did get help, they couldnt tell as much and one left even though we werent done with them. The funny thing is oh, my wife didnt want to go there in the first place oh, because it was seen as a low class homedepot, but I assured her that it would be fine. This is the second time Ive gone there and had a bad experience oh, it just is not worth your time or effort to go there unless you dont need anybodys help and just need to pick something up.
Bad service, 4 employees appeared to be not willing to help or not knowledge enough to help me find a double sided tape. The first two employees sent me to the wrong area, the third said I needed to ask someone else. The fourth employee rather got into a communication from another colleague with a customer instead of asking me what I needed. I left the store without the tape. It was not the first time this happened. Probably wont go back.
Do not shop here unless you have all day to wait for returns I was trying to return a hose that broke and buy a new one I asked for store credit so it would be available right away but after walking away from me twice to help someone else and voiding it three times she still put it back on my Visa and she was rude I didnt get a name but it was an older african american women I dont ask for her to be fired but maybe moved off the returns desk unbelievable
I bought 2 gallons of the same type and color of paint or so i thought. I used almost a whole gallon of paint for the 1st coat, a few days later i trimmed a 2nd coat out of the 1st gallon then rolled from the 2nd gallon. I let it dry for an hour then went to check on it when i noticed 2 different shades of paint. The 1st can was a lighter shade! I took a closer look at the cans and everything matched up except on one of the cans it had the initials mq on the label. I took boths the cans back to the store to explain the mix up thinking maybe they would give me a coupon or at least a sincere apology for my inconvenience of having to repaint the trim (which is a huge pain!). But the only thing i got was an annoyed employee from the paint dept saying, well u used the paint and we dont refund. Well duh i used the paint, but it was after that i discovered they gave me 2 different shades of paint. Please everyone, do yourself a favor and go to Lowes for your paint!
I try very hard not to shop here or most home improvement stores because it no different than shopping on line and savings a buck or two. If you need help with anything, finding someone is way too much of a hassle. Most of the employees will walk right past you and never say, do you need any help?. I usually do but most of them dont know how to help you anyway and refer you to that one person thats always busy with another customer. Dont understand why they dont try harder with the online competition making shopping so easy.
I purchased a refrigerator here when they delivered it had dents all over my new refrigerator I asked them to take it back called home depot spoke to Christina she to me act like she did not even care that had to take time off and nothing then have to wait almost a month for my second one taking off again and also have come back in to get my refund that is a big inconvenience I live so far away
I placed a special order for pickup at this location. It arrived at the store via UPS, and for almost 2 weeks... no one could find it. After my 4th visit to try to pickup this item, someone finally found it in the back in a random box.... and part of my order was left out. Now, I have to wait another 2 weeks, and probably something else will be wrong. This store is super unorganized and unprofessional.

2021-11-29Look at this Monstera. I asked two associates if they would discount it for me and I could take it home and nurse it back…”no we aren’t allowed to discount the plants”. So you think I’m paying $20 for a half dead plant Home Depot?? You need to keep on the landscape company to take better care of their plants or don’t have them in the store! Terrible customer service with no intent to make a patron happy.

2022-06-04The people here are extremely rude. Please replace the employees and manager of this store because they don’t know how to talk to or treat customers. I had a rude employee come up to me and call me mother instead of excuse me mam or in another respectful manner. Then she proceeded to talk to me in a judge mental manner instead of appropriately. Then I had another employee come up to me and talk to me in the same type of rude manner. There is a certain way you speak to customers and believe me I know this is not it. The manager is also unreasonable and a bit rude also. I will never shop at this store again. I do not recommend shopping at this location unless you want to be treated rudely and in a demoralizing way. I will shop elsewhere fromNow on!!! They go way over the board on things at this store and I have never been treated like that at any hardware store. I’d much rather just shop elsewhere in a much more relaxed peaceful atmosphere. Never make a customer feel your judgement and dislike for them. Please find new employees and management! They say employees are a reflection of the manager.

2022-06-17Awful awful awful. There is a complete JERK named AL who argues about stuff he knows nothing about. Rented an insulation blower and after 2 machines, I had to go somewhere else to get the job done the next day. Instead of apologizing for costing me $800 in lost labor, they charged me cause I couldnt get all the insulation out of the SECOND machine that didnt work... Hard to clean when the blower wont work. Even the manager insisted that I had to pay. Its like they have no clue about how anything works in real world.Never, ever rent here. Menards has everything they have, but their equipment actually works! The people are better and it was even less $$ and easier to load. Why did I ever go to Home Depot to begin with??!! The days of real pros at these places are bygone!!

2022-07-01We bought a Samsung washer/dryer pair and we absolutely love it! Cecelia was able to answer all of our questions and order the set we wanted. Shes very knowledgeable. Delivery and installation went perfectly as well. We will definitely shop Home Depot again and reccomend this store to family & friends.

2022-05-02Come here all the time. Usually I dont have to interact with anyone, which is a plus. But today I had an online order hoping it would save me time and effort. It took longer than it wouldve if I just picked the stuff out myself and paid for it. Dont send me a ready for pickup email at 6:30am if youre going to go gather all them items when I arrive at 5pm. It wasnt ready at 6:30am.

So all you are doing is trying to get credit and look good in the eyes of the public!Lowes gives 10% on (EVERYTHING) ; Menards gives 11%. You can do better …

2022-05-04DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOMEDEPOT! We bought a dishwasher. We were told what to look for to be sure they could install it, and they assured us they could. When the delivery day came, they guys took one look at the current dishwasher and said they couldn’t install the new one. We refused the delivery and were told we would receive our refund in 7-10 business days. The refund never came. I texted with Customerservice to find out the status of our refund was and they said “it never processed “. They now say they can’t help me unless I come back into the store! I am out over a thousand dollars and they want me to chase down my money? We went elsewhere for the dishwasher and had zero issues with installing or anything else. Everything HOMEDEPOT told us in this transaction has been a lie. I still do not have my money back and feel like I have been cheated.

2020-09-05Quite a nice selection of backsplash options. The floor options were limited and quiet messy the day when we were there. A nice gentleman employee came down the isle and explained a measuring discount that was going on. All in all, not many employees in aisles, but that is the norm anywhere right now.
