The Home Depot in other cities:
I love home Depot and next door is up I forgot what the stores called but went next to it you can just grab a smack there too since its right by there and home Depot is the best and I can find everything I need to build and chairs and outside which I also find at home but with only talking about home Depot but yeah and probably and I love I always come here to pay rooms in my house like the living room like my daughters room the basement everywhere
The Pro desk here is terrible. 4 people sitting, talking, but none willing to help. They actually sent me to customer service. Ive been a Home Depot pro for years and this is the worst pro desk Ive ever seen. I recently moved into the area and havent had a good experience yet. I guess Ill keep going to Elyria where I know the pro desk is good.
Home depot had much more lumber today than the last time I was there. The clerks are always very helpful and friendly. Usually very little wait time at checkout which is very good means everything is working smoothly. I have nothing to complain about todays visit they had what I needed.
Just got the bad experience at this H D store. The lady at the garden check out try to convince me that the brick in the photo cost $1.78. After two more trips with one of the supervisor she charge me the the right price at $1.38. So even that I was right, none of them apologise and still they were not sure about the price. Thanks for make me look like a fool in front of everybody standing in line.
We ordered appliances from Dee in the appliance department. She is the best. We have done business with her several times and recommend her anytime we can. If this review was just for her it would be 5 stars!! Unfortunately the rest of the process was far below expectations. On our scheduled delivery day we re-arranged our work schedules and removed the old appliances before the delivery team showed up. We had an email confirming our delivery date and even got a call that they were 30 minutes away. They never showed up. I tried calling them back but never got an answer. I called the 800 number and spoke with several people who gave me seral different stories as to what happened but could not figure out why they never showed up and had gone home early for the day. This was on a Friday. Didnt get the appliances until Tuesday and had to deal with a gutted kitchen all weekend and Monday and then had to take more time off work to get them delivered. My main issue is with how customer service reps on phone were just blowing me off and not helpful
This was my first visit to Home Depot since moving from Las Vegas to Medina & I was very impressed! The store us huge & I only saw about half of it! Ive been in need of an apartment-size washer/dryer unit since the cold hit & the laundromats difficult with the unpredictable weather. The unit I saw when three months ago has gone up $200. I guess Ill have to save longer now. Other places I called were within the same range.
Always have had a positive experience when Ive had to come here. Staff have always been informative and helpful. Im writing this review today, however, because of a really good experience from a young man by the name of Devin. He was very helpful with finding the lumber I needed for my project and took the time to help me cut it as well. I knew he was busy already, but he still took his time to make sure I got everything I needed today. Thanks Devin
While no two stores are identical, this one has yet to disapoint me. Im from out of state and am helping a relative and disabled Vet get their home ready to sell. This Home Depot store has been a perfect partner in supplying all that we need in completing this stressful project.
I drove an hour from the Avon area to pick up a small bathroom vanity only to miss curbside pick up by about 3 min (they closed at 6pm) Luckily I was still able to pick up this item by going inside. I wish I had gotten the young mans name who helped me at the courtesy counter....he was very polite, pleasant and helpful. Once the item was brought up front he attempted to load it in my small vehicle (Hyundai Elantra) the trunk opening is very small. I never gave it a thought about not fitting. He then determined it would fit in the backseat, so he grabbed another employee, who was also very nice and very helpful, and they managed to get it in my backseat! So grateful! I sure didnt want to have to make that trip again! I wish I knew both of their names...they deserve recognition for going above and beyond (It was 11/12/20 between 6pm-7pm) I would not hesitate for a min to go back to this location if necessary. Their customer service was phenomenal! Thanks Guys! I hope your bosses know what great assets they have in the two of you!
I have always been a loyal Home Depot shopper. I went in today with the plan to burn a couple thousand dollars on new doors but the guy working in the door section (literally its his job to sell me doors) couldnt be hassled to assist me properly or answer my questions. Everything I asked him he had a snarky reply and offered little to no real help to me.
This was my first time ordering from Home Depot - Medina. I ordered on a Sunday, so I could go to pick it up on my lunch break on Monday. They said it was ready on Sunday. When I arrived on my lunch break on Monday, the wrong item was waiting. This action caused me to skip lunch. I will double check from now on to see if the correct item was picked. I have ordered from the Strongsville store many times... zero glitches.
They dont have the greatest selection and variety of items. I find that Lowes has a much better selection and variety of items. The associates in the outdoor garden center do not willingly help customers lift large or heavy items as they walk right passed them. It sometimes takes a while before any associates are available to help with loading vehicles. Their prices are reasonable. I shop there regularly because its closer than Lowes.
I ordered wheelbarrow.online says they have 82 of them in stock. They call and said they have them but they are not assembled. I say thats fine I will assemble it. They say ok. I asked of discount for the inconvenience. Please wait one minute sir I have to talk with manager. Sorry sir we cant sell them without being assembled. Ok cancel my order. Tractor supply company got my business. Thanks for nothing home depot
One time I came here for a hot water tank after I asked the people who work there but it took an hour to get a forklift from it but they never did it then so I have to leave second time I asked for the hot water tank the people who work there refused to tell me how much is it for shipping this place needs better respect
Never anybody around to ask a question. I Google before I go to the store and often at the store. The paint dept. guy is helpful but probably because hes confined to his area. Customer Service pretends like youre not there and finally acknowledges you. Good thing I dont usually need any help because I dont count on getting any.
No assistance from countless employees strolling around. Talking amongst themselves. Was looking to buy a refrigerator as two workers just talked about something more important. Will still go until Menards opens for my normal purchases but will look elsewhere for an expensive purchase. This place needs some competition or employees that care
Huge big box store as everyone knows. First time I stumped a sales rep on the floor. They were very helpful in trying to get me a part I needed, but the store didn’t have it. I ended up buying a product that contained the part, but you spend money when you are desperate. No fault of the floor people, he was very helpful. If your taking notes Home Depot, stock up on some bow tie cotter pins. (For my snowblower) The sales person found them in a box with sheer bolts. I used the pins tossed the bolts.
Have been there twice on separate occasions to buy Milwaukee tools they say are in stock but never are.. They act super inconvenienced to even look for the items that are supposed to be in stock, and then told me Well people must have stole them all... waste of my time. Found it cheaper online anyway without the incompetence..
Very disappointed with the lack of help in this home depot. They have one lady trying to wait on a huge line of people for paint. Lots of workers walking around but not one asked if I needed anything. I wanted to have the can of stain I bought stirred but I couldnt socially distance with all the people at the paint counter and I felt bad for that one older woman doing all the work there. Then there was like 12 people in line trying to check out. They really need to open more registers and have More help at the paint counter. The most disorganized home depot Ive ever been in.
Hi I am Alex Claus and I am a current Employee that works at Home Depot. I am a Lot Associate where I help other customers with who needs help and I gather carts on the parking lot to clean. If you have noticed, I am the friendly greeter at the door that smiles and says hi to a lot of customers walking into Home Depot. Home Depot is a very Wonderful and one of the best places in the whole entire world!!! I love Home Depot and how everyone is so caring and nice!!!!
No longer pet friendly. My dog is a service animal and was told she was not welcome. No longer will the home depot ever get another penny from me. Dedicated and loyal customer for more than 10 years.. did not go to their competition for anything... If I walk into Lowes with out my dogs service vest and they let her in, they will get all of my business. This is a disappointing day for me. If you are going to use a virus as an excuse, learn the virus, learn to educate. Spread knowledge not fear..
We were in Medina and I needed something from Home Depot so I was like Ill just stop here instead of going to Brunswick. BIG MISTAKE. I couldnt find it because the store was a hot mess and not one single employee could be bothered to help. Save yourself a headache just head to Brunswick or Strongsville Home Depot.
Might as well stay safe and save money on Amazon instead of going in a store that doesn’t care about your health and safety. No masks needed per the manager today. Despite posted store policy you can go maskless and cough on anyone or anything you want and you can checkout just like anyone else. Feel free to cough on the cashier, they’re wearing a mask and you stand where there is no plastic guards for them. And the old guy getting things to fix what he can’t afford to replace? Well who cares about anyone else anyway. Certainly not the maskless shoppers at Home Depot or the manager. Makes you wonder if they even take cleaning the store seriously.
I know there is a shortage on things and I get that especially being in real estate. Nonetheless if gives no employee reason to disrespect, be rude, look down on others, treat others wrong because of the color of their skin or slam their stuff and almost break them. I spent almost $400 on this trip to be treated like trash. I’m extremely disappointed in Home Depot for having people like this on their staff. Register 1 one at 12:00 on 10/12/21 I didn’t catch the woman’s name because I was so upset. My brother was visiting from the military and has never seen a more rude and disrespectful employee at Home Depot.
I have been to some really bad Home Depots, especially in South Flodida. This one has consistently bad customer service. Anything remotely outside the ordinary is an immediate rude no with little to no explanation, if if you know they are wrong. Huge disconnect from what the company says it can do at the corporate level compared to what this store is willing to do. I usually end up going to Brunswick 4 miles farther but well worth the trip. Not to mention Median Home Depot marks up everything. Larger items can be found at Brunswick Home Depot 30-40$ Cheaper!!
I REFUSE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT AS LONG AS THEY REQUIRE MASKS. I have respectfully worn a masks for an entire year while we where in pandemic. Since then the pandemic has turned into political propoganda i will refuse to purchase anything from stores participating in this agenda. Medina is not New York City or San Francisco. There is Absolutely no reason for Home Depot to require masks other than pondering to political parties beliefs.
Maybe the people working at the return desk could put their cell phones down and take a little bit off the attitude. I was there on 5/13/21 a little after 5 pm. I shouldnt have to wait for them to finish their texting to exchange a window that was broken when i bought it.
I am remodeling my home and went to home depot to investigate getting flooring for DIY or to have done. I had challenges finding someone to help. Then I set up appt for measuring the areas needing new flooring. The gentleman came, spent over an hour, then left saying someone would contact me from the office with information etc. I did not hear anything from anyone for a week and that was to tell me they needed to re-measure. I said no thank you. I had already found another avenue to get the work done. On top of the poor customer service, I had to pay $35 for the measuring!!! So disappointed! I would never use them for service nor recommend.
I ordered a countertop and it arrived damaged. HD wrote that they would work with me to correct the issue but all they offered to do was to replace it. It takes 2-3 weeks for a replacement. Contractors are coming next week to complete the remodel so I couldnt wait, had to accept the damaged item and the improv was on me. Thanks for working with me HD... Its better written that they worked me over rather than working with me!
I had the privilege to go into the Medina Home depot a few weeks ago. I had to do a return on some items. Many of them were small items such as screws and washers and misc. items. The Amazing woman at the customer service desk named AnnMarie took amazing care of me. I know these returns can be a pain but she didnt even bat an eyelash returning these items. She was kind enough to not only assist me with my return but then take the time to personally help me find the items that I needed to complete the project that I was working on. If it wasnt for the Kind assistance of people working there like AnnMarie. I could have been there much more time than I was. I would highly recommend working with this employee but many of the employees at the Medina Home Depot. They sincerely take the time to make sure you are taken care of.
As is typical of Home Depot stores, you can find just about anything you need for DIY home improvement as well as more professional grade materials. The one area of the store I would not recommend using would be the appliance and kitchen area. Two different employees on different occasions from that section were very rude and had no business working in the customer service field. Not overly helpful, and really made me feel as though my business was not wanted or needed. Guess they are just there for the paycheck and nothing more. Really sad as it changes my opinion of Home Depot as a whole. Guess Ill just stick to Lowes.
My issue is with Home Depot, not specifically the Medina store. I ordered online a hammock with stand on May 29th, set to ship on June 16th. I received an email today stating my order was cancelled due to unavailability. I can understand needing to update the inventory and contacting the person in a day or two, but to wait two weeks? I physically saw a hammock and stand at this store one week ago and I would’ve bought that but I knew that my order would be coming. I called today to speak to customer service-after FOUR hours, I was told that I could get an email when the product was in, but likely not getting restocked. I was then transferred to escalation department who said that they are 2-3 weeks behind in orders and updating customers on their items. Where does that state that on the website? I would not have ordered this item then. I’m out of my merchandise and a lot of my personal time trying to speak to someone in customer service. I will be taking my business to Lowe’s.
Husband sent me to get some supplies and I had no idea what I was doing or getting and this worker, his name was Hank, was Extremely helpful, patient and kind! I usually HATE going to get supplies because I dont know what Im doing but he was so wonderful to me. Keep up your kindness and good work Hank! You made my experience much more pleasant! 😊
This is the worst Home Depot Ive ever been too! 0 out of 5 stars. Understaffed, employees have very poor attitudes (worse than most), ridiculous rules that Ive never seen at any other Home Depot, no price breaks for contractors, aweful management, poor employee training, I could go on. Just very poorly ran. Really seems to be an upper management problem. Stay far away. The pro desk is a joke here. Ive been in construction for 25+ years. Ive owned any operated my own business for the last 7. I use there stores multiple times per week. This one is easily the worst.
Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I bought a hose and a sprinkler from this location less than 30 days ago and wanted to return the items. I walked up to the return/exchanges stand and a blonde girl just stared at me while I waited to be called up. Knowing the restrictions due to covid, I wasnt trying to walk up unless they were ready. Being a GOOD customer service person, normally theyd say, I can help whos next or What can I do for you? NO. Instead, she stared at me until I got the hint to walk up to her and I said, Id like to return these items. She responded with, what are they? I told her I had the hose and the sprinkler. She said she needed a receipt and I said to her that I didnt have it with me but I do have my debit card. In the past, they have looked up my receipts through my card. The employee couldnt get her computer to get the swipe-card button to work. She then asks another co-worker for assistance, and both are frustrated with me that I dont have the receipt. The co-worker tells her to go to another computer and use the internet to look my items up since my card will not swipe. At this point, they both cannot figure it out and she hands me back my card, and says, you cant return these items without a receipt. We need the product number and we dont have that. You can take them back I proceed to tell her that, I havent even had the products for 30 days. I have made returns with my card in the past. Can you try it again? They both take my card to another computer in the front, and pull up several of my receipts from the past. INTERESTING. So you COULD do it.. You just didnt want too. While they are looking at the items Im returning and my receipt, the employee turns and looks at me, what kind of hose is that? Is it an HDX? What size is it? Did you buy it here? WHAT... You work here. I dont understand why these two employees made it this difficult to return only two items. After going through all of that, she proceeded to ask me what sprinkler I had based on my receipt. Is that the nozzle? I said no, I have the nozzle at home. This is the sprinkler. I see it on your computer for $16.64 She says, Oh. Eventually I did get my money back, but it took a couple rude employees to figure it out. A man behind me said out loud, Gee, theyre real friendly here arent they.. Will definitely be taking my money to Lowes.
Have been to this particular store many times. Spent thousands of dollars. Went go get a door. Picked one out from the interior door section. Spent 30+ minutes dealing with employees who had NO idea how to handle a door without a barcode. Wanted to charge us first $140 then after speaking to a manager $80 for a hollow interior door valued at most $50.Robert in the door department and his manager have us #disapointedus. Lowe’s here we come.
Generally speaking theyre pretty good, sometimes they hire people to work in departments they are not knowledgeable of the items they are selling, this can lead to bad information being passed or particularly no help at all. Should screen employees in regards to the department they are working
I had an awesome experience at the Medina, OH Home Depot today.Im working on a bathroom project and was struggling to figure out a few things. Al in the plumbing section helped me for probably a total of 45 minutes. First he helped me figure out a few valves and supply lines I needed, but I didnt have all the information he needed for the drain. He left while I called my wife to take and send me some pictures of the drain under the sink. He came back about 5 minutes later to take a look at the photos and helped me figure out which supplies I needed. He even drew a diagram on a piece of cardboard, and walked me through the process. I havent had that kind of service anywhere in any setting. THANK YOU AL! Youre awesome.
No one was awful. Just not helpful.:We dont have that kind of mulch. (Me: I was just back there and saw 10 bags ). HD guy: no, he ... fellow employee... looked again. Were out of the brand you asked for. (Me: I JUST CAME FROM THERE!) HD guy: -_0_/- (Me; okay, let me think about it then.) Which means --- I am gone. My feet hurt and you just called me a liar and Lowes isnt that far down the road.
Just watched an employee (dave ) be kind to someone who had a psychotic break down while he was trying to help her. He stayed calm and polite. Couldnt believe how she talked to him or treated him. She was name calling, cussing and threw her items on the ground when he politely had just said, I have a suggestion. She accused him of walking away from her and not helping because he went to go get what she wanted. Dave continued to help me and was somehow completley unphased.
So I went to get a sample paint for a craft ( there was a whole wall of sample paint bases) the lady told me she couldnt make it she didnt have the base paint.... so I said youre telling me you cant make any sample of any paint here? She said no. I asked what are all of those? And she said she would have to color match it to make it... ok do it them... and I walked out with the samples..... why is customer service here so bad????
I just wanted to say thank you to the woman working at the customer service counter this evening and to the person that turned in my bracelet. I had called when I realized I lost my emerald bracelet and at that time nothing had been turned in... Of all the places I called she made an effort to ask around to see if anyone had turned it in. Everywhere else just told me they didn’t see anything and fluffed it off. She then found my number and called me when someone turned it in about 30 minutes later. I should have gotten her name to include in this, but I just wanted to say how much I truly appreciate everything she did!
Found what I needed. Lots of deals currently for Christmas. Lots of Christmas decorations and lights. Got a great deal on a bathroom vanity for half price on line and free shipping. They have a nice rental department for any of your tools needs. They have a small automotive section. You can find good stocking stuffers here also.just bought some stain to finish a project up. You can even find some good clearance deals you just have to look.
Stopped at home depot in Medina. What a joke....overcrowded and people not distancing no wonder this virus is going to get worse. People with kids no mask for kids but parents has then and the one kid was carrying his and his parents had their mask on. They had signs on floor but no one paying attention and even the employees did not have masks on properly. Really Home depot educate your employees. Where are the managers at?
I purchased an As Is Electric Eel (3/4 x 100) from their rental department for $1k. I asked if there were any known issues prior to purchase and they said no there were no issues. In using the snake I came across a slight bend at about 65 feet and then a major kink at about 70 feet. Called them to return it and they refused, saying I put the kink in the line. By hand? I think they knew they were selling me something thinking I would never go past 50 or 60 feet, and my lateral is 90 feet. Had to call the BBB to work it out. Upon return the rental rep. argued with me about operation and kept saying I put the kink in it, which is just not true. I would have to be superman to put a kink in it by hand like that. That was clearly done by some form of mechanical retrieval which I did not do. I was still fair in suggesting that I be charged a day rental since it did work on my clog at 50 feet. The clerk was blatantly an ass and aggressive in his accusations though, in repeatedly accusing me of putting the kink in the line instead of manning up and being honest that they sold me a snake that would only work up to 70 feet. Yes I did get most of my money back but they should have thoroughly checked the item before sale and represented the issues honestly. If they did know about the issues and sold it to me like that without telling me then they are completely dishonest. As is is not a catch all for items that are broken unless you represent them as such.
Biggest problem is their hours, which are much shorter than Walmart and other nearby competition, especially at Christmas season. Not unusual to see people running up to the door, especially on Sunday, to find it locked, while nearby stores are open. Be sure to check their website for hours before you go, or you may waste a trip. They do open VERY early though I think 6am most days. Good selection. Some issues with quality but they are good about refunds. Prices are lower at discount stores such as Walmart, but higher at hardware stores. Associates are very helpful. It is neat and clean,.
Went into Medina Home Depot in the morning. The concert isle was filthy because there was concert all over the floors. I also over heard a female manager talking nasty to her employees. I think her attitude towards the people who work for her should be more positive and friendly because clearly everyone can hear how rude and nasty she is towards her employees and it makes me not want to buy anything from there for her to get paid for being a rude manager while the employees get paid unlivable wages.
Associates in some areas are quite helpful and have useful answers. Other areas, not so helpful. Some things they sell are a bit over priced, compared to other stores. A good portion of the raw wood is warped or really unusable. Above all that, the place is really good for home improvement needs.
I love the Medina Home Depot. I always am working on something and I shop there at least a few times per month. Everyone that works there is very helpful. Its rare to get such personal service at a big box store. I also appreciate the fact PayPal is accepted at the register.
The attention to customers is non existent lately. I very rarely get acknowledged by staff, and things are left wherever the employees feel like. I came across some sort of lift sitting inches from the hardware drawers. After trying to find what I needed around this huge machine and waiting for someone to move it I finally had to figure out how to turn it on and operate the thing so I could move it out of my way. (Sorry if there are any dents on the drawers, i didnt recieve training in itsi proper operation and it took a a few tries to figure the steering out) i continued to look for what I needed for a while then I gave up and put back everything else I was going to buy... I think I will be driving further for better customer service from now on.
Customer service is very rude over the phone. Called in about a product asked if it was available. They said they’d call me right back to let me know. I went to the store, bought it, and after 4 hours they finally called me back. And when I asked what took so long she rudely said “ we’ve been busy”. And hung up on me.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL IS A TOTAL JOKE, THEY FINDING OUT THE OUT OF SERVICE AT THE TIME OF RENTAL AFTER DOING PPW AND AT THE HOOK UP, WASTED A GOOD WEEKEND TRUSTING THEM AND THEY DID NOT OFFER A DISCOUNT OR NOTHING EITHER FOR MAKING US DRIVE THERE FOR NOTHING,PLUS PROBLEM COULD HAVE BEEN FIXED IN FEW MINUTES BUT RENTAL GUY WAS DEADBEAT PERSON WHO WOULDNT GIVE A,YOU KNOW WHAT.
If the employer would pay employees a living wage and use common sence things could move a lot faster than moving employees all around the store.checkout could be 5 times faster if corporate policy didnt require keeping a customer in the store longer to sell more products
I was shopping in Medina last week, I had my tiny dog in his puppy purse and employees and customers were happy to see him. Then came Frank, cart boy at Home Depot, demanding I remove my dog immediately. I told him Ive always brought my dog with me and had no problems, but Frank was very rude, arrogant saying they have never allowed dogs in Home Depot. Apparently I must have been shopping at Lowes when I had my dog with me. Frank, I spend more on my two businesses at Home Depot than you probably make in a year so I wont be back there - for sure.
Home Depot gave my phone number to Rainsoft after I made a purchase of an appliance. Rainsoft has been a problem, so glad I did not purchase the $8000 system. They told me my dishwasher is not going to work properly if I didnt purchase the system.Had I known Home Depot was going to give my number to a third party, I would have never purchased the product from them.

2022-05-26Husband and I went and purchased laminate flooring this morning. Not one employee offered to help to put it on a cart for us. Several employees walked right by us. We purchased 32 boxes of flooring. I continued to push the cart to the register. One associate did ask if I needed help but by the time someone came I already managed to get it to register. The young man that check us out asked if we needed help loading it in our truck. We told him that would be great. We waiting outside for 10 minutes and no one came. We started loading it ourselves ,when two gentleman that were walking to their car offered to load it for us. We are both senior citizens and those boxes were not light. Your store needs better costumer service.

2022-04-13Big shout out to Home Depot/Medina, and specifically the manager, Alex. He went above and beyond to give back to our Medina Bees Varsity Baseball Team in assisting with new chairs, bag hooks and metal bat rack/holders to update our home dugout. These may seem like basic things but they were all graciously discounted and will help us tremendous as we start our season (if the rain ever stops here in NE Ohio!) We are very grateful for the support, thank you Alex!!

2022-04-13Shout out to store manager/CXO Alex from the Medina Bees Baseball Program!!! THANK YOU for the kind discount off chairs and materials purchased to upgrade the home field dugouts; much appreciated! You didnt have to do that; but helping the community and our local high school baseball team was awesome. Many thanks....

2022-01-19We are remodeling a bathroom. Home Depot had a variety of fixtures to choose from. We bought a light fixture for over the mirror with 4 lights on it. We also bought a towel bar, towel ring and toilet paper holder. All fixtures have a brushed nickel finish. They also have other fixtures available in chrome, brass and other finishes. We also bought a new ceiling exhaust fan. We looked at shower heads but will wait on that. We are happy with the purchases. We just got work gloves and knee pads for working in the yard on our latest visit. We got interior paint and work gloves. Home Depot has everything you need.

2022-04-09On average we have an under than satisfactory experience at this store. Very hard to find anyone to help or answer questions. When you do find someone they appear bothered that you ask them a question. I give them an average rating only because the installer from my most recent project was alright. The Brunswick location is much better. I dont know what is going on down in Medina HD but it is one of the worst I have been to.

2022-04-25Its a nice store, employees are extremely helpful and friendly. I have to give a shout out to the district manager, John Lurch. Hes one of the best managers Ive had the pleasure to work with and Ill support Home Depot for that reason. (I worked for him years ago, not currently)Edit: just be careful when purchasing plants. I bought a huge fern and unfortunately it had spider mites which subsequently killed the ferns I had from my fathers funeral. My fault for not quarantining when I brought it home but what a tragedy.

2021-05-18Good staff , in fact most excellent! You should be very proud of your employees. They were very helpful and kind! They helped with everything I asked them to without hesitation. Being disabled it really helps to have a helping hand now and again. Home Depot helped me create this deck/landing!

2022-04-11I ordered a patio set online. They delivered it early but the box was damaged. I inspected the box and saw the corners all were caved in. There was another name on the box, obviously, from another person who was not satisfied with the set and returned it also. So I guess they thought I would accept it instead. I’m not ordering anything online from them again. The same thing happened last year with a grass catching kit I ordered last September. Box damaged, parts missing. Beware

2022-05-01Great friendly staff , easy to find what you’re looking for , from lights , plumbing parts /lawn equipment you name they have it .One dude guess his name was Isaiah very courteous and polite and pointed us in the direction of where we were having difficulties finding -Thank you
