Needed help getting some windows down ask for help told me someone is coming 25 minutes later we got them down are self never did see no help
Picked up our bathroom vanity and top for our remodeling.Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
Their products have became higher than lows and they are not as good as quality...

Employees through out the store were on hand and quick to help locate a couple items i wasnt sure where to find. Unfortunately when we tried to check out over by the pro desk the employee was having a personal conversation with a customer that just checked out he completely ignored us waiting we ended up checking ourselves out in u scan as he never acknowledged us waiting for him to simply do his job.
They have everything you need here friendly staff help you out in any way they can
Store is usually clean and employees are helpful. My only complaint is that many times Ive stopped there to buy something and its not stocked at this store. The employees always say were a low volume store, so we dont stock a lot of items. So you end up driving another 20 minutes to the next closest HD, or to Lowes.
The staff is the best. They go WAY out of their way to help.

Convenience, decent prices & we like to stop here to check out the garden center to check out their wkly ads & occasionally inside markdowns or deals when working on our home renovations & grab something on our way back home that we couldnt pickup elsewhere. Customer service has always been Awesome, Friendly & Upbeat. I like the way they honor their employees & the sign displays in the store shows it. We would shop here more often if they offered a military discount & didnt send garden flowers, shrubs ect back to their vendors. When a flower is in shock from the malnutrition, not enough water, in a dieing state, it should be reduced for a quick sale & just cut your loss & move on. Pulling these aside & Never giving them a chance to make it by time it reaches the vendor is selfish, greedy & waiste more money, shipping, pulling & loading on both ends. This would be my only reasons to not stop here & probably would more often with these few small changes.
This is a really decent Home Depot serving a modest population. I used to work for a busier Home Depot and I know the quality customer service of which we aim for would often get lost in the crowd but not here, every person in their department knows enough to inform a layman and help them with their projects. As long as you know you’re asking the right person there are no problems. Please just don’t ask the cashier about anything technical because cashiers at Home Depot’s are just cashiers. We aren’t trained in other stuff
6/30/2021I downgraded my review due to a recent experience with large appliance purchase. The first part of that is explained below. My recent experience is why I have downgraded them. Our refrigerator was damaged when switching the door hinges for left side opening. (The freezer door bounces open when you close the refrigerator door.) We were supposed to get a call from LG by Monday. On Saturday a manager assured me I would get a call by Monday by 11 am. No call. I went back to the store yesterday and spoke with the associate who sold us the appliances. He pulled up the notes. The person handling it will not be in until tomorrow. I will update this review, if I hear from someone to update me. Communication is important in these situations, and there has been none on there part.I do shop here often, especially for maintenance supplies and plants. I usually find what I want without a problem. I dont usually have to ask for help,, but when I do it is usually available. We did have an issue with installation of kitchen appliances.We just bought a suite of LG appliances for our kitchen. Joe in appliances was helpful and patient as we determined what we wanted.The delivery app was okay, and the delivery men called us when they were 30 minutes out.The delivery men were strong, polite and careful when moving appliances in and out of the house. However they were not installers, which is why my review is lower.First, we needed the refrigerator door reversed and were told the delivery men could do this. We found a part (washer) on our counter after they left, plus found that the refrigerator door doesnt open and close smoothly. I called to have someone come out and correct it. Someone should be here in a week. Since we have an extended warranty on this, we dont want to attempt this ourselves.We also paid to have them install the over the stove microwave. My husband would have done it himself, but it is a 2 person job. I doubt it would have been done correctly, if he hadnt been supervising. First they werent going to screw the mounting plate into the studs, which he had marked on the wall. Also they drilled the holes too large (even though my husband questioned them) going from inside the cabinet into the microwave. My husband was concerned the screws would pull through, so after they left he put a washer between the wood and the screw head. He had to stop them to reverse the fan to exhaust to the outside, since they told him most people have it exhaust into the room. Also if they do vent into the room, there should be a charcoal filter installed. Were not sure the microwave is level from front to back.Not sure I would have Home Depot install appliances again.
Not enough trained help. Slow service. Went to Lowes instead

Project desk was excellent. My delivery was delayed 3 times with no update given. I will be calling corporate. The managment do not follow through with their word!
People trying to do their job but corporate keeps getting in their way terrible corporate service will never buy anything there again Ill go to Lowes from now on
Pertaining to the Harrison ohio location.Ive never had an issue with this store not even once. The employees are always super nice and know where things are when I need help finding.
Staff were easily found, friendly, and helpful. They were able to answer questions and give helpful tips to make our project easier ie: tools that may be needed, etc. Prices were reasonable.
Had my old Ryobi flashlight bulb. Couldnt believe it
I want to thank Teresa , Liz , Chuck ,and the delivery driver who came from Dayton to make my delivery I did not get his name but his professionalism is above and beyond expectations .I did have some issues with the local contractor delivery team not making my delivery as scheduled , but the people mentioned above went above and beyond to ensure we got our order and were able to get our deck installed before my daughters birthday .What a great team at the Harrison home Depot . Thank you so much !!!

Its clear that theyve cut back on staff since the pandemic. The store is more cluttered than in the past, but everything appears to be on the correct aisles so plan on doing some browsing to find what youre looking for.
Better customer service at this one than at most of the other home depots good friendly staff.....
Great place lots of name brand tools great flooring paints etc. Bathroom and kitchen Dept pretty awesome and their tile section has everything you need to bring that old bathroom into the 21st.century they have some wonderful staff and they are very conscious of what they know
They almost always have exactly what I need. But for the love of all things holy clean your bathrooms.
Home depot usually always has what you need and plenty of employees on hand to help you find what you need.

I know this is gonna sound unbelievable, but this was my first time in a Home Depot.I couldnt find what I needed so I grabbed the closest thing to it and began wondering around still looking for what I actually needed or an employee. Super nice male employee appeared to be in his 50s in the cabinet section saw me and I used what I had found to describe what I needed and how why the product I was carrying was close but wouldnt work.He took me right to what I need and explained the differences in the types of metals. When done, he also took the wrong product and put it back for me.Thanks for being so polite and helpful at almost 9pm!😀

2022-06-29I really hate to give a 1 star rating. Home depot itself was good. We bought an LG refrigerator and had scheduled it for delivery. The first guys to come out refused to take it into the basement and said they needed 3 ppl to take it to the basement. Said its company policy. I called and re scheduled delivery. 2 different guys came out and said they had no problem taking it to the basement. Only this time the refrigerator was damaged.. So again no fridge. I called Home Depot and they said call the delivery service they use to reschedule. I call and they told me it would be another 2 weeks to get it back out. It shouldnt take 2 months to get a refrigerator that Home Depot said they had 1000 of in the where house delivered. Unfortunately, Im going to Lowes from now on..

2022-04-27Nice variety. Bought a lithium ion riding mower here. They assisted in locating and loading the mower. Nice variety of tools, lumber, plumbing and electrical supplies. Large garden center.

2022-06-26Bought garage door opener, had sign that said $97 for installation if you buy from here. Wanted to charge me $150-175.00. The people working knew very little about the products they were selling.

2022-04-26This Homedepot has gone downhill, no associates were available in Lumber dept. We waited 26 minutes for assistance, we needed Lumber off of top shelf and the Associate found miscellaneous Lumber for our order, I seen 2 Associates standing up front doing nothing but talking, we will never go back to this store, we will check out Lowes in Dent.

2022-03-03The prices keep going up and the lumber is twisted and bent. It would be different if the wood was good quality but its not worth buying. We left the store with 3 pieces of moulding to finish a job. I also noticed that the store was empty compared to a few years ago. They might have higher profits but they will not get my business anymore till things change. They blame it on Covid 19 but no body was wearing a mask and the lady just laughed. You make up your own mind just look at the pictures and prices of 2x4x8s.
