The Home Depot in other cities:
The hiring at this location is prejudice. The hiring manager is sent great candidates with great work ethic and the availability thats requested. TheResumes speaks for themselves But #Janelle the hiring Manger is letting them slip away.Management and the Manger needs to shadow the interview and be the final decision.Leaving it up to her its always going to be a NO!To much faith in her is OVER-RATED.
Personally, I love this store over the Rocky River location. I think ultimately they have a better selection of items. But the thing that sets this particular store apart for me is the department pros. They are hands down super helpful. I am in the midst of redoing my kitchen and I can’t tell you how many times the plumbing guys have helped me to answer questions. My only critique is that sometimes the place is a bit packed and checkout times can take a couple minutes - but if you’re looking for a good Home Depot - this is the one. Way better than the Avon and Rocky River locations.
This was a horrible experience. The lady was rude whom I asked the whereabouts of a drill battery. She said its only over there. I mentioned online it says there are 4 in stock and she told me oh well!? I asked another associate and he got it down from their overstock up top.Than to add insult to injury I was followed everywhere throughout the store as if Ithey were trying to catch me stealing. Every aisle i stopped in to look for something on my list someone would pop up and half the time they would dilly dally with something until i went to another aisle then they would leave too. Same thing happened in at least 6 aisles. I mean if they were showing up like that but offering assistance i wouldnt have thought nothing of it, which is what happened at a location I traveled farther to shop at the next time. 2 thumbs down If they would have been helpful instead of stereotyping I would have to travel so far to shop. As a matter of fact Lowes is more convenient. So yeah. No more home depot for me.
I find everything I need (and some things I didnt know I needed) at HD. I renovate condos, so I need a lot. Their staff is very helpful when you can not find that unusual piece holding up your project. If you are buying appliances, the staff is particularly helpful in meeting your needs, without overselling. One warning, leave your spouse at home, so you are free to get lost for a few hours.....my husband is not as handy as I am.
Customer service was very fast, friendly and efficient. Lines were short. I was able to get in and out very quickly. That was amazing considering I was doing a return. Usually at other stores there attitudes and problems when returning. I was so pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great work Home Depot staff. 😊❤
Okay Im only giving this place three stars because we went in there and Im not understanding it there just hiring people cuz I need help but the employees did not know what we needed what iOS and its not an employees fault its the department that needs to train these employees
Fine store my only issue is they let the plants die and refuse to give you discounts on them. I mean the plant is pretty much dead you let it die and then you want to charge me full price for trying to save it from being thrown away. Its obvious you dont care about your product you should at least care about your customers. I would spend more if I knew I was valued.
I really love going to the store especially today I was in the tool rental department the ladies that were working there today were wonderful I don’t remember their names they were very hands on the gentleman are friendly to me too but the ladies went above and beyond to help another fellow woman ❤️Keep up the good work West 117 store rocks
Not half as bad as it used to be. They had everything in stock we needed and the wood isle was stocked well and the cutting cart was almost completely empty and cleaned out. To me that means everyone is doing their jobs. Great improvement since the last time I was there.
The Home Depot is a pleasure to visit. My local area stores are clean, well-stacked, easy to navigate, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service issues are quickly resolved and the self-checkout lanes are set up well and incorporate easy-to-us technology.
I am a huge Home Depot fan but I just can’t recommend this particular store. It’s the only HD I’ve been in where the employees seem actively avoiding interacting with customers. In other stores I’m often approached if I am wandering the aisle trying to find something or at least there’s someone there to ask. At this store, that never seems to be the case. When I was looking for a Christmas tree stand earlier this year, I was searching the Christmas decorations and found a bunch of stands for fake trees but no real tree stands.I asked an associate walking by and she said she didn’t know. She started walking and I assumed I should follow. She asked another employee who said, rather curtly, “yeah, they’re outside with the real trees.” Again, wordlessly, the associate who was helping me started walking back the way we came. I followed in hopes that she was leading to the one - out of four - sides of the store that had the stands outside.I suppose in retrospect this might have been a logical place to look - outside in the garden section instead of the massive Christmas section, which included stands. Maybe. But why the rude reply? And why did the associate who was supposed to be helping me just keep wandering off without a word? I’ve found that to be the trend among employees rather than the exception. My other reason for not recommending this store is perhaps more sensitive but honest: the other customers frequently make it an unpleasant experience. When I visited a few days ago, I was greeted by a couple having an altercation in the parking lot. When I left the store and got to my car, a customer decided to relieve himself in the parking lot before entering the store... sadly, this is more what I expect than am surprised by here. Two stars because it’s on W117 and fairly accessible - although it can be a nightmare at times depending on traffic. This remains a HD I now only go to in a pinch.
Good job opportunities. Certain customer service representatives need some training. If youre not a people person customer service is not for you. My wife went there a few days ago and wasnt properly assisted. Another customer had to show her what to look for after an employee shrugged her off. Very disappointing. Overall, it has everything I need for jobs I do and good pricing on materials and tools.
In store employees were great, price was also great, the installation of my washer was not done well. I bought the washer 2 years ago of course it is past the warranty now and it runs horribly. My wife told me the washer was making noises, I work long hours and have not actually used it. I come home today and can hear the washer I go down and look and it’s not even close to being leveled upon inspection I noticed a leak in the back as well. Very disappointed I will not be purchasing any more appliances from Home Depot in the future
Wife and I recently went to the Home depot off 117th for a scheduled consultation for cabinet and countertop installation. The appointment was at 615 with Gail and we were there right on time to start. Right off the bat shes not even acknowledging us and wont look up from her phone to greet us. Ok no big deal. When she finally puts her phone down she has an attitude in response to what we say were there for and is giving us the impression that shes annoyed by having to do her job. We didnt stay more than 10 minutes before we got up and left because she was that rude. I dont expect anything more than a pleasant attitude but this was terrible customer service all around but especially for a possible thousands of dollars investment... if you have an appointment with her, reschedule with someone else.
It was the damsel in distress act for me! HOW DARE you and the other 2 men attempt to accost a sole female in home depot due to the alleged distress routine of your female employee. As a female, this could have went far left real quick on both of our ends, sir maam. A bunch of clowns.
Well the lady that helped us wasnt to friendly. When We tryto explain to her about are blinds and how wide are apt window was what we needed and what size. She kinda snapped at us and said we dont have that size you need but there is one close to it. She didnt say thankyou for shopping with us or have a good day but She did get another guy to help us cut the blinds size. Is that the employees treat all there customers.
I mean its home Depot it is what it is. I was looking for furnace cement which is a high temperature sealant for metal furnace vents. Its not needed very often anymore but I needed it for my water heater metal vent and they didnt have it. All the big box stores seem to be moving away from anything traditional and into the newest latest greatest which is fine except sometimes on an old house you got to do things the old way
My husband and I bought a fixer-upper house about a year and a half ago and we have spent quite a lot of time at the Berea Rd., Cleveland Home Depot location since then. I want to call out all of the employees for being amazing with our many many trips and many many questions. Some superstars of customer service have been Cindy at the return desk as well as Adam and Sonny in the plumbing area. Great store and great staff thank you for all of your continued help as we fix our house up you have made it all quite a lot easier.
If I could give more stars i would!! Plenty of employees around if you need help. Store is clean and organized. My boyfriend and I had trouble pricing an accordian door, so the cashier and manager both worked above and beyond to find a price. AND THEN, the manager gave us a discount because we had to wait to check out (EXTREMELY APPRECIATED, but definitely not necessary.) The manager was a younger (20+ to low 30s) I think his name was James. And the cashier was a shorter woman with a knit hat. I cant remember her name ,it was pretty, but cant remember exactly what it was(she actually helped us twice that day with the same project). I want both employees to get credit and recognition for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service we got at this location.I am from North Olmsted, so Ive noticed the employees of most businesses in this area being less than pleasant, presumably because they have to deal with a lot of B.S. that being said, this trip to home Depot was one of the most impressive and memorable experiences with any business. We have shared this great experience with others and will continue to. I hope the employees are identified, recognized, and praised/rewarded for this over-the-top outstanding customer service.
This Home Depot store is constantly in all sorts of disarray.Large carts are piled up with empty boxes in the middle of aisles, and there are not enough available for patrons to use when purchasing lumber and construction materials. Upon asking if there were any empty carts available, I was told “You can find them in the aisles,” by a HD employee. We had to go outside, in the rain, to bring an empty lumber cart inside to use.Upon trying to check out, we stood in line for several minutes without being acknowledged by a cashier. There were five or six women standing in a circle, talking, drinking their coffees while all of the cash registers stood unoccupied. We then opted to self check out. After scanning all of our items and attempting to pay an employee named Shirley came over and without saying anything, took the scanner from my husband’s hand, started scanning things again (creating duplicate charges), and bagging items I specifically mentioned “did not need to be put in bags.”This process took her a FULL TEN MINUTES — so after we had already waited several minutes to check out and not be helped by a cashier, someone came and made us wait longer. Simply a huge waste of time. After reminding this woman we did not need bags for some of the items we purchased she proceeded to them DOUBLE BAG the items. I explained I didn’t feel that wasting the plastic was necessary considering we were capable of carrying the items out of the cart. She said she was bagging them so that she didn’t accidentally “double charge us for anything.” ...Four other people were able to cash out at the second self check out register while Shirley attempted to assist us. What a painful experience.I would highly recommend shopping at an alternative Home Depot store in the Cleveland area as the customer service here is desperately in need of some help.
Their curbside pickup is great! Ordered my item online, and the signs in the lot pointed me to the spots they wanted me to park in. At the spot they made it super clear how to log on their website that I was there, only waited 5-7 minutes and they brought it out! Great service!
I myself have never been inside I didnt know that they rent trucks while I was waiting with my daughter I was looking around and this store had everything ( I thought) ☺️ even carpet cleaning for pets🐕 okay Ill be back the staff were friendly and working I saw a female measuring and cutting wood 👌 people were coming in and dropping off and its in a nice location and I was very pleased and if not come back but recommend this store. Keep up the good work and nice employees and this location youll continue to prosper.
We ordered glass tiles to put around our shower and vanity in our bathroom when remodeling. They came quick and were great quality and easy to use! They stuck to our freshly painted walls and we received compliments from family members on how beautiful our bathroom tiles look.
It has been 6 days since my in -store pickup order was placed. Home Depot has $811 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. Had I know this would take so long I would have gone to Lowe’s or somewhere else. Unacceptable. CORRECTION it has now been 12 days and still no order. I called and spoke with a supervisor. Not one apology. ZERO empathy for my issues.
Two places I hate to walk into. Electronics retailers (looking at you Best Buy) and DIY Stores (Home Depot). You either can never find the staff or they hound you without mercy, often giving bad or outright wrong advice to buy things that arent needed or over priced.Walked in this time, spent half an hour looking for replacement pulldown faucet sprayer head that the website says is at my local store. Cant find it, finally find someone who says isle 12 and walks off. Cant find the sprayers. Find another person who takes me to the same isle 12 and points to right angle sprayers saying our selection stinks. Order it from the website and it usually ships in under 2 weeks. I have old part in my hand, Im not waiting 2 weeks. Would you? Finally order from website
Twice this week went to buy stones a other items for yard, waited forever for nothing finally 2 guys came out as we were leaving, completely clueless about what we actually needed after asking cashier and a guy that seemed to be management!!! Taking our business elsewhere and we have a lot of projects going on right now!!!
While at Home Depot today I experience standing in line for absolutely no reasonwhen I spoke to their associate Brent he told me to get in line and wait I told him I was waiting and no one was sending anyone to the registers. Then he was quite rude and told me to get back in line I got in line and then he told everyone they could go to the registers if this is an example of a Home Depot employee I do not understand how they can actually stay in business next time I will go to Lowes
This was the first time I signed up for a Home Depot card. I was debating on my purchase and an employee told me I could get $50 off of my purchase if I would sign up for a Home Depot card. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and quick it was to sign up and save. Home Depot is my go to place for home repairs. This made it extra special. I will use it again for large purchases for 0 interest.
I love Going Home Depot especially when there are good workers that no order products are being sold and dont have to describe them and when you need a problem they know how to handle it like people in electrical know their codes know whats up up to date undercity Electrical Codes or Plumbing in the plumbing code or take your help you to figure something from one to another another thing I like it when they start working in to get everything organized cuz a lot of times you go to a lot of Home Depots and nothing is up on the shelves everything is Missy Home Depot does need to get their hands on that other than that I love shopping at Home Depot
I placed a electronic order the day before for 10 80lb bags of concrete and dye. I came in around 1 or 2 the next day and the order wasnt pulled and was actually told if I need it now to pull it myself. So I had to pull all that cement and what dye they had and of course their inventory was wrong and they couldnt èven complete my order...so avoid this store if your on a deadline.
I usually have an awesome experience at this Home Depot and the staff is usually very friendly but I went in to look for a certain type of paint and Andrew the associate that works specifically in the paint department was very rude and stuck up. I asked him a question about the spray can paints and he responded very snotty and said there was no possible way for me to test the color? Not even on a scrap piece of cardboard? Everyone knows the color on the cap of the can does not always come out the same color. Andrew was also standing around doing absolutely nothing productive. I dont think a non friendly person like that should work at a place like Home Depot where the associates are supposed to be helpful and friendly.
Bad staff! The staff blocked our way down the asile then completely ignored us. There were six staff members working on a project there and not one offered to help. On several occasions they stood in our way preventing us from looking at items we were clearly shopping for. I understand that they have a job to do, but customer service is part of that job. By preventing our shopping experience we gave up and headed to Lowes.
Store was a little messy but not a disaster employees outgoing and friendly helpful when youre asking for assistance they actually walk you over to the products. Pricings average out there they stay in line with all their competition. Great parking access Fair outside of store clutter-free no carts in the parking lot. Wheelchair-friendly restrooms available could visit overall.
Finally! I had good service here last night. The guy who mixed my paid was amazing. He actually talked to me about paint and gave me several options. It was great instead of someone just being like a robot at most of the Home Depots... Whoever this man was thank you for saving me time and money on my project!
Worst home depot on the planet. Tool Rental center has no clue what they are doing, know nothing about the tools, nor inspection prior to or after they are returned. Gave my employees a tool without all accessories, then when returned, said one of the accessories wasnt there. We had damage protection on the tool, so not returning a part of it would be ridiculous. After spending weeks going back and forth with the rental center idiots, I spoke to a manager named Angela who was just as worthless and refused to give her full name. They said they had video showing the accessory on the tool was included when the contractors picked the tool up. I asked what was on the video they said the contractors getting the tool and leaving with it, same ones that returned it. Which is BS since I was the one that picked the tool up and signed the contract, then they said they couldnt show me the video.Had to get the law department and credit card company involved to get a refund. This place deserves ALL the negatives they have. MAKE THE TRIP TO ROCKY RIVER WHERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
I was never treated so poorly. Went there to buy a grill. Was unable to find a cart. Went to customer service to ask for a cart or help getting the grill. This is why they tell me you can go in the parking lot and get a cart. Who the hell tells our customer to go to the parking lot to get a cart will never shop there again not supporting my local business VARY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER ‼🤬🤬
Dont get me wrong, I love Home Depot.. but for this policy I give 1 star.. I have a project that requires 3 different tool rentals in a 3 day span. Each tool rental is $150 deposit. I am expected to instantly cough up $150 to rent the tools but I do not get the same courtesy in return. When I bring back one tool they insist on refunding my deposit and charging me another for the next tool. The refund is not instant and takes days to process which in this day and age is ridiculous. So I am to just fork over $450 for Home Depot to hang onto until they feel like giving it back? Things like this are what send me to Harbor Freight more and more...
Absotely filthy store and parking lot with broken glass and panhandler nothing ever in stock that shows several in stock online. Self checkouts have taken over $10 from me in several different transactions but I dont have time to sit there and argue. Mostly temporary employees passing through that dont care. Went into a Lowes the other day and night and day difference
Went in looking for a piece for a rail for my futon. First I went to customer service and once I got to front of line, employees literally turned their back on me and started talking as if I wasn’t even there.I stood there patiently waiting for them to turn around and they never did. It was very rude!It just so happens another guy came from the other side and offered help. Although they did not have what I was looking for he was helpful which is the only reason I’m giving a 2 star rating. The store was not busy by any means and as I was walking out, I tried speaking politely to staff and everyone seemed to be in a bad mood. Not sure if I’ll ever go here again.
They have great customer service and if you ask an employee where an item is they will either direct you to it or they will take you right to it and they mix paint so you can get the color you are looking for and they also have a section of paint cards so if you like a color you can bring it to them and they will mix the colors and have you ready to go real fast they also make keys here so you can duplicate a key for you child or somebody else if you have to
My husband opened a credit card account and the lady that opened the account did not give him back his license and when he went back in the store they would not help him they would not look for them they told him there was not supervisor to talk to. We filled a police report and went to the dmv and they told us at the dmv they have had a lot of people come in there to get a new license because the same thing happened to them at the same Home Depot. My husband closed his account and we will not be shopping at any Home Depot stores again. If anyone shops there you better watch your credit cards and drivers license.
Typical Home Depot. Garden Center people, who are usually nice, were grumpy. It could be because they close that section at 8, but if so, they should tell the patrons. Store hours til 10. How are we to know that closes at 8. And employees could tell you nicely they are closing rather than scowling and getting you wet as they water the plants.
Everyone at this Home Depot has always treated me well. When Im lost they help me find my way. I was in the garden section the other day and the woman working tried really hard to answer my question and eventually I found what I needed. Im grateful to have this Home Depot so close to my home in Lakewood.
Went to home depot to get tiles and I ask a associate of he could please help me, he look at me and told me that I have to wait till he unloaded a skid that was on the floor and it would have taken maybe a good hour to unload. Smh. Home depot has gone down. And then I got someone else to help me and he told me he does not work in that department.i was very disappointed I shop at home depot all the time. Time to find somewhere else to do business
If your going to Home depot for appliances please dont let them deliver it drivers refuse to take the necessary steps like taking off the doors and still wanted to take my old refrigerator which is the same size 2 different crews messed up my Saturdays and getting a refund is a another joke
Store itself is good and is usually stocked well. BEWARE, a team of women scammers patrol the parking lot selling hard luck stories looking to scam handouts. I had 3 different women selling the same story today each time I had to run back there. The store management should be responsible for eliminating these encounters it is very off putting for customers.
Although they have nearly everything you could ever need, you still should be somewhat careful about what you buy. Some manufacturers make products exclusively for hd and are somewhat inferior in quality in order to meet a certain price point. The biggest quality difference you can notice is in their lumber department. Go look at their 2x4’s/ 2x6’s and then go to a real lumber yard. You will immediately see what I’m talking about.
Every time I go try to buy something specific I can never find it here. Just last week I went to buy a plastic tub stopper, zero on the shelf but plumbing employee scanned the bar code and it said the store HAS 13...he looked on the top shelf and turned to me and said sorry we dont have any ....insert cricket noise here....and the returns process here is deadly, NEVER make a return here, faster if you drove to the Cincinnati Home Depot and made your return there and came back, I regularly see a line out the door for returns with one pokey cashier..
I usually resist asking for assistance for fear of becoming more frustrated but today I was pleasantly approached by a woman who went out of her way to track down the item I was looking for and get additional assistance. Not expected at this high volume location but much appreciated!
For an urban location, this store was well-stocked and in good condition. We ended up wandering through most of the store looking for a few items, partly because we were pointed in the wrong direction by employees. But everyone was friendly and clearly trying to be helpful.
I really, really like Home Depot.......It is one of my Favorite Stores . ( It really is) It makes me wa t to come back, Even when a few workers are not tryi g to be helpful, I will just find a other area to shop in for the time. Keep up the GOOD WORK ! Trouble dont last ways ........( eat the meat, and leave the bones).
My home town only has a Lowes so I do not have a lot of experience in shopping at HOME DEPOT ... it was rather easy to find Associates who were both friendly and helpful ... do not like the extensive dependence of self-checkouts, but since the store was not too busy, was able to locate a checkout which had a person (quite friendly) who finalized my sale ... was not quite used to being asked for receipt when leaving store, but realize it to be necessary in a store near a big city ...
Its ok. They obviously have everything you need, it not one person asked if I needed help, not one person greeted, actually not one person paid any mind to me and it was noticeable that I needed help locating an item... I will say this one is WAYYYY better than the steel yard Store, so go to this one before you even think of going to that one lmao
Went to customer service desk 04/09/2019 8:25pm to pay over the phone there was a short messy hair black girl at the register to the left away from two other employees who seem busy with a customer so instead of asking me what she could do to help she continued to talk away then wanna look at me and ask can i help you ??... like yes im trying to check out then she walks back to her conputer and just looked at some papers with scribbles all over it so i know she was milking the time so she can leave so finally she acted like she was gonna scan something but then drop the scanner and walked to the two other employees and talk so by then i had enough i was on the phone with my boss he heard it all and so i walked away to leave the cart in an isle so i can leave.. she then followed me talking about excuse me sir where are you going i said ima look around some more so you can finish talking then she goes waving her hands talking about oh well im about to leave so oh well and thats when i said i dont care if its your time im not here to help you milk your time im a customer just trying to check out and go on with my life . i dont know what your process is on hiring people like her but you need to rethink your hiring steps and training because this is ridiculous my boss will get in contact with corporate so if you see short messy hair lazy black girl in customer service with an attitude thats her
I called this Home Depot to ask about a paint color and immediately was scolded.Employee: “WE MAKE ALL THE PAINT HERE”Me: “the Home Depot online services says its unavailable...”(Employee cuts me off)Employee: “ONLINE IS WRONG!!”.Me: “okay, then can you check the color, please?”Employee: “NO I GOT LIKE 18 PEOPLE IN LINE, BYE!!”
Theres supposedly be helping social distancing but they make 60 people stand in a line basically together even if they are 6-foot apart youre still breathing there are they need to just open up the registers let people run in and out of the like they normally do and be short-term exposure to anything if it is there
Completely unexceptable today we purchased a brand new gas dryer. My husband gets it unloaded and into our basement where we discover they sold us an electric one. Call the store explain to them, they apologized told us to bring up for exchange. Just to be told after we haul it back upstairs and in the van and into the store in blizzard conditions BTW. That they do not carry it in that store and no store has it near by it would also take at least a week or more to get it delivered and on top of all that a extra 80 dollars. Never again and yes Im calling early tomorrow to get this off my chest. Angry
Since this Home Depot is the closest one to me, it is the de facto location for my hardware needs. I use their app to see what is available. Then ride over to get it. This location has a wide variety of household and construction items to choose from. You can even rent a truck if you need it at $20 per hour. That is highly worth it, especially if you do not want to try roping plywood, panelling, or sheetrock to the roof of your sedan.
My dog ripped some casing off of the door frame in my living room. Went to Home Depot to get some wood to replace it and unfortunately the piece of wood I had was far too old and casing isnt made in that size so I had to buy new casing for the door but everything I needed was there
The staff is never helpful, quite rude, and the selection at this location leaves much to be desired. I asked where I might find a miter box and the employee had no idea what I was talking about...i have tried to give this store a few chances but I am always disappointed.
I use this home depot alot iv never had a problem until i went there to get some lumber cut... i gav a specific measurement n i needed all the boards the same exact size n not one of the boards ws the same size n i brought it to the guy who ws running the couple thousand dollar saw n he said tht ws the best he could do... if thts the case then they need to down grade to a hand saw and a tape measure... n im doing a serious project n need them on all on point... i just didnt want to cut them n my house bc i hav two young children but it looks like im going to hav to anyways.. wat a waste of time...

2022-03-26I dont think Ive had many problems at this home depot, and I go to different home Depots in and around the Cleveland- Akron- Canton area very often for my job. You would think Cleveland locations wouldnt be as good as some of the surrounding areas stores, and in a few cases thats probably true (ehem... Steelyard Commons), but this one is well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also this stores footprint is easy to navigate as well. Keep up the work home Depot!

2021-11-29I had an unwanted guest in my house and I had went to another store to buy some traps but they didnt work. I knew I could only find what I needed there and I did. The old fashioned traps and a little peanut butter did the trick . They have anything you cant find, look know further. Love, love the store

2022-05-31As usual they were great. I love going to this location. I needed to get a large item off an upper shelf, and the gentleman helping did so quickly and politely. Also had help loading the box onto my truck.

2022-06-12Needed help finding something. The employee helped me but they were out. Sent me to another location when I told him I would just go to lowes and he GUARANTEEd me they had it at other location. Took 30min to get staff to help me and even though it shows they had the items he said someone probably stole them all.

2022-03-15Its a home depot. Its exactly like every other home depot. You can get keys made, theres a nursery, tool rental, paint mixing... The succulents always look like theyre praying for death. Clearance items are two endcaps back in lighting, close to some doors that are supposed to go to the nursery, but are never open.

2019-01-29Decent location. Great selection. One of the better Home Depots Ive been to. A guy named Tim at the pro desk was a serious help. Good guy. Made a bad experience better with his expertise. Clean, plenty of parking, but not in the pro area.

2022-02-24I needed a small wire shelf for my laundry room. It said they had 15 in stock and I couldnt find them. Went and asked someone. They found them on the top of the shelves still shrink wrapped. He went and got someone to get them down for me. I only shop at this one if I can help it.
