The Home Depot in other cities:
Two members of staff made eye contact, kept walking and ignored me when I requested assistance. Very unfriendly appearance. The website lists items that are not in stock that they will dropship to you. Because of that practice, they will be the last option when I need a hardware store moving forward.
Ordered product online for store pickup at Beechmont/Ohio Pike location. Product arrived Friday before Noon. Contacted corporate for help as service desk wouldnt. Said 24 hours needed. Approaching 48 hours now, no email. Order sitting in back room, no one interested in looking. Told to wait until Monday. Stupid and no one at this store cares about you.
The pro desk at this home Depot is all around amazing. They always go above and beyond to help me out. Going to a home improvement store for work can be extremely exhausting and time consuming but they make it easy and are super nice. They always find a way for my company to save an extra buck well
Tried finding an item the Home Depot website said had 16 in stock. The item was listed front wall, bay 26. We searched the entire front of the store and did not find the saw table we were looking for. We then searched the entire rest of the store before asking for help. My husband asked one person who couldnt be bothered to even look at him before pointing him to another aisle (which we had already searched). We looked again, with no luck, and found 2 employees in the area we were searching. They both pointed us again to the places weve searched several times. The two employees then continued their personal conversation about playing golf between themselves rather than helping customers in need of help.A previous bad experience here included an employee in the appliance sales department holler at us from his chair to help rather than walk to us to ask us if he could help. When we told him the type of appliance we wanted, he advised us it wouldnt fit and that the people delivering it wouldnt complete the delivery. He yelled something at us as we walked away to a store that would take our money. That particular appliance fits very nicely in our home.
I love Home Depot. I recently renovated my bathroom. I bought quite a few items and needed a lot of help picking them out. The staff was absolutely awesome at getting me answers to my questions. I put in a beautiful new floor, vanity, sink, faucet, medicine cabinets, towel bars, and a nice coat of quality paint. I definitely recommend this place. It is easy to browse items and shop online as well.
Home Depot is great, especially have so much in one store. There return policy rocks and their employees always try their best to help. Have a 4/5 stars because as a electrician, I wished they kept more electrical material in stock (more inventory of the items available).
Perpetually understaffed. Staff that is present is poorly trained. Most are found in corners talking to each other rather than customers. The inventory counts are always off. It says 400 ft of moulding online and on their handsets 7 ft. 7 sheets of plexiglass 3 sheets. I’ve found that their usually greater than 50% in all inventory throughout store. The managers need to up their game. One of the worst (maybe the worst) run HD in Cinci. Have wasted countless trips after looking online. I now shop at lowes.
Ive noticed the prices are going up. Other than that, the employees are very helpful. I shopped four hours at Home Depot Wednesday. Whenever I do that I fall asleep in the car. I enjoy looking around! I really ENJOY looking around and getting ideas 💡 for my home and yard!
They seem pretty nice. Their competition just a few minutes down the street ran out of the gravel I needed early in the season, but good old Home Depot still has it in stock. Somebody knows their inventory, I guess. They had no bird decoys which was a bummer though. But man in painting department made sure I was taken care of promptly and they carry better paint than Lowes. I used it to paint my house and it was excellent and a cheaper price.
Andrew was very nice and understandable. I wasnt sure of what products I needed for my project, but he helped me every step of the way. I wouldve done the review on the bottom of the receipt, but I lost it, so I am doing it here. I hope Andrew is there to help me the next time I shop there
Picked up some lumber for the raised deck stairs being built around our pool. Along with some tools to dig post holes...never have a problem getting tools that I need for any project around the house, pool, or yard...as a matter of fact just purchased an 11 inch Dewalt Cordless Job site fan for the RV and its whisper quiet! 🤫
Worst customer service ever. There are at least 20 people in Home Depot vest but not one single person could help us get a load of retaining wall blocks. We waited for over an hour for someone to help us with retaining wall blocks. Cashier was rude. One person I asked it was her first day and had no idea what I was talking about which was understandable. We asked one person if they had what we were looking for and she rudely said well did you see them on the shelf. One person did not understand what I was saying and I could not understand her because she didnt speak English. Not trying to be rude but thats just the way it was. If you think youre going to require any assistance in here at all dont go. I will never go back again.
Home Depot is my favorite place to get everything I need for remodeling and for projects where they do the install. The main reason for going there versus similar store is its employees helpfulness and knowledge of their store. I am usually in there several times a week.
Need people who know what they are doing and what kind of materials to use on projects, you need real experts out on the floor not just behind service desk and the supposed pros need to stop hiding from customers. I do give credit to the group who tried to help me find what was needed for project just didnt know the right material.
Would give the help I received that visit 5 stars. (Sorry forgot names) but man from paint dept helped me by walking me to garden section to select correct fluid for snow blower and pointed me in right direction for other items I needed. Cashier was friendly and my returned item was handled quickly as well.Sadly, I witnessed several customers enter and throughout store w/o masks. Even though masks available at entrance. Masks not enforced. I exited as quick as I could.
The only hardware store that carried a product I needed. I used their website to find that product and it even provided the location where it was located within the store. A quick visit with an express cashier and I was out the door in ten minutes with the product to complete my project!!
Went in to get a key made. There were 2 gentlemen waiting on customers. When I approached them one gentlemen acknowledged me right away. He seen the keys in my hand and said I could leave them on the ring. In a couple of minutes he made the key. He gave me a bag for the key. Then I was on my way.
My mother and I were looking for a large area rug for her new house new house, mom mom has recently had double carpal tunnel surgery, and Ive had carpal tunnel and arthritis.. Joss and J took wonderful care of Us finding the right carpet and helping to load it in our cart. I will never shop anywhere but home depot again
My original review from 2 years ago has been removed. I wasnt notified of why or when. Possibly because I named the incompetent employee and manager. Do not buy carpet from this store. I paid to have HD measure my room. It was measured correctly. The incompetence comes from the the woman K who doesnt understand how to transfer the measurements. It took 90 minutes to order the carpet. Then I see she has ordered the wrong color. Called the next day and got that fixed. Installer was great but he couldnt finish the job because the carpet was short. K typed in the wrong measurements. Went in and explained to the manager. He said he would give me $100 store credit for the trouble. Then stated I OWED $106 to order the rest of of the carpet I was shorted due to K incompetence but after the store credit I would only owe $6 but he would be nice and the store would eat the $6 . Absolutely not. I paid HD to measure my room so this wouldnt happen and due to K incompetence the order was still messed up and the manager thinks Im going to pay for her mistake.
Decided to try purchasing online and having delivered to my home. With a small business this is ideal at times. So I ordered two products, 2 products Friday. The website said if I ordered within an hour it will be delivered for sure Saturday. So Saturday night rolls around, nothing. Chat with customer service who was also extremely unhelpful. Customer service said that not only has it not shipped, but its still processing. I was told my only option is to wait for the tracker to update and then Ill know when Ill receive my order, THAT I NEEDED TODAY! 0/10

Home Depot is okay but it seems like whenever I need a customer service rep to cut material, it takes forever. I asked one employee who said someone would be right over to help me. She didn’t radio anyone or ask anyone. After five minutes, I asked someone at the service desk to page an employee. Finally, we tracked someone down ourselves who promptly helped us. He was very kind but it took us forever to get someone’s help. Three stars for frustrating customer service.
Always have had a great experience at this local Home Depot. Curbside pickup has been a breeze even when there have been issues with the app. The fifth star comes from the experiences when I was not knowledgeable about a specific product or tool, and the associate gave me great advice and even saved me money.
I stood there for quite some time waiting for assistance. At one point there were 4 people standing talking and one sitting on a computer who must have looked at me 20 times. Now I get it, I had no idea what they were doing, maybe it was even business related, but I highly doubt it. BUT, how hard is it to acknowledge that someone is there? A quick Sorry for your wait sir, well be right with you..... nothing. The end result was I went to Lowes and spent my $3500 for deck supplies there. For the record this is the second time in a month this has happened to me at this store. Itll take a lot to get me back there at this point.
The garden dept is at one end and the only open registers are way at the other end of the store so be prepared. They no longer recycle compact florescent bulbs. Stock seems disorganized...mouse traps for example in at least 3 different places. I cant tell if their prices are better than others.
Nathan in the paint department (Beechmont store) was awesome! I had many questions about wood stain and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very busy, but didnt rush me and even took the time to show me a couple samples. He went around and interacted with customers to try and help as many as he could, and all with a happy attitude! Thats manager material right there! 🙂Im happy with this experience, though I do wish the Home Depot in my neighborhood carried Ready Seal stain so I didnt have to drive 40 minutes every time.
Went to get some weather stripping .Five employees later , still no one could help us find them .The only employee that was kind enough to look it up was sweeping floors with his air pods in.When we went to the aisle , they weren’t there. We asked the mill work gentleman at the desk and he said they were down aisle 32 in a box somewhere.Around 30 minutes later , we still hadn’t found anyone to help us or.could so we left empty handed. Not a good way to run a business especially to your customers that shop with you no less than 5 times a week at other Home Depot stores.
A standard Home Depot. Sometimes light on the staff and the customer service desk does their best. Always clean and hardware is in really good shape. Inventory on the app is accurate 99% of the time. The need more heavy duty carts for lumber and big items. Typically they are being used by employees to move things or temporary storage.
I wish the management of this home depot could come down to the one on ridge road and teach them out of run a business. I was impressed with how friendly the The workers there were and how helpful it was to get through and find things that I needed. This makes me almost wish that I didnt become a Lowes customer but now at least know I have options. Way to go home depot on Beechmont.
Never shopped at this location. At checkout employees not helpful. I looked to what/which checkout line I needed to use. Numerous options. Purchased approximately 4-5 ft. Palm plant. (I put planter in the cart myself. Workers standing around talking.(could have been work related or not.) I Dont really know.
Home Depot has almost anything you need for home repairs or improvements. Good selections, and reasonable prices. Weve never had any issues with this location. Lots of helpful people, but they can get very busy at times. I recommend trying to go at off times if you need personal help. I find that using the phone app is almost as good since it can tell you exactly where to find what you need. Definitely helps to plan your trip unless you really need the exercise :-)
Went in to get keys made and i first talked to a u-scan clerk who wasnt very informative, talkative or friendly. She didnt even give a smile. Then talked to the man who was making the keys and the same thing. I realize this is a busy store but they could at least smile and act like they know what they are talking about instead of nothing at all.
Store is a mess- always! Isles aways blocked with stuff or they are stocking things smack when its busy and Isles are closed....grrrr. Im a contractor and in there every day, drives me nuts. Lowes however is always clean, organized easy to get carts...etc. I just wish Lowes was closer id go there instead.
I typically go to Home Depot when I need to get more serious construction materials (as opposed to Lowes for fixtures and more decorative items). I have bought wood here several times and have been able to have it cut to size, which is a plus. The tool selection is not as complete as Id like, but you can probably find what you need. The four star review is because its sometimes difficult to find anyone to tell you where something is, and they may or may not know where its located even if you do. In addition, the cashiers are usually grumpy. Overall, thought, its still a pretty good place, though.
Not really impressed with Home Depot. Bought a walk in shower and the back wall turned out to be cracked. It was such a hassle to get the thing in the first place that Im gonna use it and see what happens.Either the store or the shipper is careless in handling the pieces .
Never buy anything to be installed by HD, unless you have no schedule and don’t really need the work done. We bought a small job, $400 for sheet vinyl to be installed in two small bathrooms. Register receipt is dated January 31, 2021.Today, May 19, we were informed that once again, the contractor scheduled for tomorrow will not be coming. 3 1/2 months of erroneous notes in their system indicating that we weren’t ready for the install, a wrong measurement on HD’s part, requiring an new flooring order and rescheduling, various no-shows and yet no resolution. We were planning to order kitchen cabinets from HD, but now - no way. They can’t handle the business they are booking for installation. Beware.
Home depot has always been my go-to store for repairs/maintenance/home improvement needs. They are usually well stocked with items I am looking for, but I will be looking for other options. In spite of signs on the door that no one is permitted to enter without a mask on, on my most recent visit I found about 90% of the patrons were not wearing masks; And I encountered 2 employees wearing a mask under their nose.
This store has to be the worst HD in the Cincy area, never any inventory when other stores have it and if they have inventory it is in the overhead not put away. Employees standing around the isles talking about their weekend or any other subject not to do with work(seems like a social club) . I was in the store for some boards that they had in inventory and could not find them one of the people from the pro desk found them in the overhead and asked 2 younger employees to get them down and soon as the pro desk person walked of so did they, I asked them if they were going to get them down and they just stared at me and walked off. I ask to speak to manager and was told none was in store!! I find I have to leave there and either drive a long way to a better ran HD or go up the street to Lowes, well Lowes it seems to be for most items! In summary this store is in dire need of management !!!!!
Turned out the price instore was actually cheaper than online. Well that was a pleasant surprise. Side note: you might want to talk to the 25 and under employees about standing in the middle of the aisles talking about how bad the job sucks. Not professional for their careers or future with the Depot.
Customer service is terrible - I had them come out a measure for carpet in two rooms. Needed it done in a hurry so we could list the house for sale. They promised a 7 day rapid install and we went with them even tho they were 10% higher than another estimate. I paid online within minutes of getting the quote the next day - then they said it would be 20-30 days before the install could take place. :-(. Finally ran it up the flag pole and got them to do ONE of the rooms after 15 days - the other room is still waiting. Manager Aaron was less than apologetic, no offers of any compensation. Called national number and complained - they kept calling the store and then would call me Has anyone contacted you about the install? NO! Never a word. Would give zero stars if I could. Will not do business with them again.
Stop to check to see if they had countertop gap fillers they did but out of my price range ,16.00 each needed 2.I also was looking for floor stripper 2 very nice young men were restocking and showed me it and told me how to use it I will go back and purchase it when I get paid.due to them telling me how to use it.Thankd
Good service. Prices a tad higher than Best Buy. Smaller selection of appliances than Best Buy or Lowes. We did find a refrigerator on sale that we purchased.Unfortunately Home Depots CEO isextremely conservative politically (borderline fascist) and I hate to give that company any money. We bought a washer & dryer from Best Buy and got better service & pricing. BB didnt have size of fridge that we needed so we ended up at Home Depot.
They had what I was looking for, 36 bags of dark hardwood mulch, but the major problem was at checkout. I appreciate that they are open during these times, but they have parking right by the Garden Center. Loaded up the heavy duty cart and began lugging this stuff toward the outdoor checkout by the entrance/exit to the Garden Center.. Its only 6:40 on and they closed it while I was shopping. Into the store I have to go and the first desk is returns/customer service. I asked if they could check me out. Nope! Must go all the way to the other end of the store! Thats like another 200 yards and then all the way back to my car at the Garden Entrance. Thats a lot of weight to be pushing around. Dont understand, if youre open, youre open. Major lack of customer concern.
Placed a $ 2500 order on May 24 for building material that was suppose to be delivered on June 3rd. Waited for the delivery all day and checked in with the store. Continued to be told it would be to us within the next hour or so. Delivery never came, called the store the next day only to be given a lie that the truck tried to deliver (never happened we were home and have camera outside of our house) then was given a redelivery date about a week and a half away. Spoke with the store manager, Brandon, who was suppose to follow up to rectify the situation and he failed to do so. We paid and had contractors at our house today to build what the materials were for. Can’t get them back for months. Very poor service from Home Depot.
I bought a dishwasher online they shipped from the Beechmont location. Needless to say it’s been a nightmare. The first time they came they sent 3 guys out who had no idea what they were doing. Second time they sent a plumber who said “I’m only here to running wiring.” Third guys said we can’t do this job because basically “we don’t know how to do it.” I’m less than pleased with the service and will be issuing a complaint to corporate and the BBB. Don’t not have Home Depot install anything. If they had 0 stars I would have chose that rather than a 1. Oh on top of it paid to have the old one taken away and each of the 3 times they did not take it I will be seeking my refund for that as well.
Today I spoke with a woman in the truck rental department. Said she can get the van on hold for me and said to arrive in an hour. Right before we hung up she said HOLD ON. A man walked in trying to rent the same vehicle. I heard her say in the background that she had to honor my reservation because it was first. But then as they were talking I was just hung up on. 4 calls back and no one answered. I hate ever leaving a negative review, but that was just unprofessional. Just state what is going on either way.
HD is HD. This location is doing a pretty good job of keeping stock in spite of Covid. The employees here are friendly and helpful. Parking lot access is good. The contractors (Pros😆) are out of control here with the parking, but that is pretty standard at every HD. I wonder if theyll ever do anything about that...
Ordered laminate flooring in May. Received the wrong floor. Store ordered the right floor. The delivery date moved many different times. I was told the floor was in and I could pick it up. When I showed up to get it, I was told that it wasnt there. 3 months later a manager scheduled a delivery of the flooring to my house. Drivers may have called, but they didnt leave a message, why? I called and texted the number, no response. Floor returned to the store. Still trying to get this flooring that was ordered in May. This has been a miserable experience. Communication from Home Depot staff has been TERRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
I ordered a tub and shower door from them. 2 weeks after it arrived at the store i went to see what was going on. Only half the order was there and they did nothing until i went in to complain. Thats when the rude woman at customer service named Tabitha went to the back and called up front to tell the kid to tell me she ordered another one and it would be there in 2 weeks. Long story short 2 1/2 months later my order is finally ready. I taked to 2 managers that were suppose to call me back and never did. Horrible customer service and rude employees. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on and would not reccomend this store to anyone.
Went into Home Depot today looking for some heavy duty shelves for the garage. I have to admit...I did check out the blue store since its 40 minutes closer. They had nothing. Of course...not only did HD have what I wanted they had a huge selection of shelving. I purchased 2 of the HUSKY Heavy Duty shelving in Red. Theyre gonna look AWESOME! I definitely recommend Home Depot and they Husky Heavy Duty shelving. Youre gonnaike them...I guarantee it!
***NEVER BUY DOORS OR SHOP AT HOME DEPOT ON OHIO PIKE!!!!!***We moved to the area 2 years ago, my husband remodels homes for a living, we have been remodeling our own homes for years and never have I ever had such terrible experiences as we have had dealing with the Home Depot on Ohio Pike in Cincinnati, Ohio. This time last year we placed a $4000 order for 19 doors for our new home. I took a day off work to have a guy come measure, spent at least 2 hours at Home Depot placing the order for the doors, picking out knobs and handles, and was told it should be 3 wks for install. Wait 3 wks, we call them to see whats going on, they give me a different number to call, I call that number and the lady sets up an install date. I take another day off work and wait hours for someone to show up to install the doors - no one shows. I call Home Depot and they tell me they dont know what I am talking about, they didnt schedule the install, when I in fact know that I talked to someone and scheduled an installation time. Come to find out its really about 8 weeks to install and they couldnt give and explanation on why an installation time was schedule. Not to mention the garage door we picked out and supposedly ordered wasnt even on the order, although we walked back and picked out a door and was under the impression that it had been ordered. So we cancel the order (purchase the 15 doors from Lowes) but they tell us we have to take the 4 doors that were custom ordered. We bring the doors home and none of the 4 doors fit AND the mirrored door doesnt even have a mirror attached. So they unapologetically take back the doors admitting the boy who placed the order put all the measurements in 2 inches too big. At this point, I am just in awe of how many mistakes have happened without a simple apology for the inconveniences they have caused.Fast forward one year, we return, giving them the benefit of the doubt because humans make mistakes, and place an order for 2 doors. It took my husband 1.5hrs of talking to the guy to make sure that the doors were ordered correctly to which the guy tells my husband Man, I cant wait until you leave because my husband was trying to make sure we didnt have a repeat of what happened before. Anyways, after waiting a month for the doors to be made, he picks the doors up today and the mirror is on the wrong side of the door, although, it says on the paper that the mirror is to be install on the hinge side, it is not. Clearly this is Jeld Wens fault. However, Im just curious as to how no employee at Home Depot checked the order to make sure it was correct when it came in and also how this again got pass the employee at check out. He called Home Depot on Ohio Pike and talked to a manager who tells us to call or come in during the week to deal with the problem and says she doesnt know if she can offer a discount. We will NEVER shop at Home Depot again. They didnt even apologize for any inconveniences. They have been ridiculously unprofessional and uncaring so we will take our business elsewhere.
We went here on April 20th. They had signs saying that they were only allowing 100 people at a time. There were definitely more than 100 people in that store. No one was enforcing the social distancing rules. We walked right out. I will go to Lowes from now on. They are following rules for being open during this crazy time.
I was disturbed to see several employees not wearing masks today (8/3/20) at the Home Depot on Ohio Pike near I-275/Withamsville. It was posted for all customers to wear masks (almost all were). Certainly, the employees should as well. I asked one young man stacking moulding if he should be wearing a mask and he ignored me. I asked again a few minutes later and still got no response. He had a mask sticking out of his pocket. Management: please enforce your store policy.

2022-03-04Purchased a new electric dryer from this store. I was sold on paying for delivery and installation to make sure it’s done properly and told of I didn’t pay for the installation they couldn’t cover any issues we may have with the dryer. I paid for the installation. After a few weeks the dryer because smoking from the back of it, a burning smell filled my house and my breaker tripped. The dryer would not cut back on. I called Home Depot since this is a brand new dryer and was told to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent a service person (LG) who stated that the dryer was improperly installed a few ways. One the screws for the dryer cord were not tightened and the wires were in the wrong place on the cord. The back of the dryer has a diagram clearly showing where the wires go. It’s so clear a preschooler could match it up. The LG rep stated they can start replacing for parts but with it being an electric dryer and the wires being burnt they can’t guarantee how long it will last. Now since I invested in a new dryer and this issue is due to an installation that I paid Home Depot for I’ve been contacting them for a replacement. They continue to give me the runaround. State it’s a manufacturer issue and the manufacturer should replace the dryer. While the manufacturer states this is due to Home Depot’s installer and they should be trying to rectify this issue. This has been going on for 2 1/2 weeks.

2022-06-27Had a third party associate with Home Depot ask me about kitchen refacing. This was May of 2021, now its Almost July of 2022, and this three day job still isnt complete. If someone in a black apron approaches you...run, dont walk! Do not deal with their 3rd party Home Pro! You really think its Home Depot people, but its NOT! Buyer beware.

2022-06-10Wish they had an air freshener labels Home Depot. I can’t be the only one who inhales deeply when walking it. Love the smell. Bathrooms are somewhat clean, but could be cleaner.Love the outdoor plants and landscaping products.

2022-05-14Purchased appliance and was denied pick up as delivery was the only option. This was inconvenient as it prolonged possession for what I needed ASAP. 30 minutes before delivery, I received a call rescheduling to next week. Tried to call salesman twice and was disconnected. Talk to assistant manager and he was unable to keep delivery promise and refused to discuss compensation until after delivery complete. Did online chat and same results. I did everything on my end. Paid for product before receiving. Agreed to unwanted delivery. Purchased warranty. Was home for a delivery that never came. Home Depot just kept saying “No”… No to pick up…No to keeping delivery promise…No to discussing compensation. This is my experience and just wanted to share.

2022-04-23Not HappyOrdered a Dishwasher/installation on Mar 27. Had to wait til April 8th to get it installed. They said I needed a plumber(Home Depot expense) and their insurance would not cover the removal because it was not on the paneled floor, and they could break my counter. My friend lowered the legs, and got it out in minutes. I waited another week for the free plumber. He charged me 120 dollars. Another week for new contracted installers, they refused unless the floor under the counter was level with the floor panels...I have gone a month without a dishwasher. My friend will install it today. I will not be buying anything major at Home Depot. I understand their business model, but it allows no responsibility. They pass the problem onto the next weekly scheduled appointment.

2022-06-08I love home depots. That being said beechmont home depot is trash. I ordered some items online and had my assistant pick it up. Not only did they hand him order list to make him pick it up. Not only were the items wrong. When I came back to exchange them the insert customer service couldnt figure out how to return it and get my money back. So Im busy taking the list

2022-05-04I went to Cold Spring location for mulch in their ad. They were completely out of all colors. I called ahead to the Beechmont location to verify stock. They had 15,000 bags of the color I wanted. I told the cashier in lawn and garden exactly what brand, item and quantity I wanted. She rang up the wrong item. I waited in her line again to have it corrected only to be told that I had to go inside the store to the customer service desk to fix it. Once I finally got to the yard to have my 20 bags of mulch loaded, the guy tells me to give him 5 minutes because he needed a break. Ultimately what should have been a 10 minute drive out and back at the Cold Spring location turned into nearly 3 hours of a wasted Saturday morning. Totally unacceptable. Ill stick with Lowes or Menards.

2022-03-30This is the 3rd time my 75 year old mother had gone there and had been totally disrespected and blown off.Beechmont ohio storeTonight she went, cash in hand, to buy a new washer and dryer. She was taking measurements and a worker came over. He said he will be with her in a minute and left with someone else.He repented after an hour, walked right by my mother and waited on another woman who just walked in.After another 30 minutes he comes back ,looks at my mom and said oh you wanted a washer and dryer. My mother said, yes. And he continued walking away. This is completely uncalled for and rude.I had just a month ago, called into the store and had to tell someone to go help my mom picking out some hardware and 2 employees in the fasteners isle were standing there just taking and would not help her.Pitiful. I buy all my tools and hardware from this home depot. I only every buy ryobi. After this total disrespect on atleast 3 different occasions, I will now be giving lowes all of my business and will be covering to cordless tools they have. This has nothing to do with under staffing. The people are there but would rather stand and talk with each other then wait on customers. If I could give a negative number, I would.Washer and dryer will be purchased at lowes tomorrow
