The Home Depot in other cities:
This is one of my favorite places one big reason is they carry the tool platform that I have been building up! Yes of course it Ryobi®️ Tools Absolutely love this Brand and Tool platform! Come in and check it out ! Theres always great deals and helpful staff ready to help with any and all your needs !💯👍🏻
Had to call home depot, it was where we bought a firebox from. Except we found that the box we received wasnt the right size that this particular model is supposed to be, so, being that I could never get a response from the company, procom, I reached put to home depot for assistance...the man i spoke to was so helpful and patient to send procom an email for me, but procom never responded... Ive never experienced a situation where you cant reach a company over a very serious situation...definitely not good on a business thats for sure...
I just left this store. The aisle I needed was blocked. Two guys were standing around gabbing, then walked out the other end. There was no lift equipment or anything else to make this being closed feasible. I asked another guy walking past if he could check for what I needed. He looked down the aisle and said, you will have to wait. A sale lost, and probably a lot more, as I will not return there.
Did a curb-side order here and it went great. No issues with anything, I simply drove up, parked and opened my trunk and the employee put my pond in the back of my car. Super fast and simple! I will say the employee did not shut the trunk like they often do for grocery pick-up so you can just drive off but it may not be Home Depots policy to do that so no big deal. Thanks Home Depot!
I had an installation for Home Depot the tech called me between 7-9am . He gave me a time slot window of 11-1. I get a call from customer service 20 mins before my time slot expires saying that my installer had an emergency and will not be able to make it . I was off and scheduled today for a reason . I know things happen but your telling me their is no coverage only one person covers all of it . It was for a 45 min measurement quote not an install . I called and spoke to manager I’m scheduled tomorrow , yet not a single word of going above and beyond to make it right more of like sorry about your luck . I don’t know I figured customer service would be more professional apparently that’s not the Home Depot way . This was my first impression of Home Depot when I was looking to get my whole house done with new flooring.
If youre looking for help, its hard to track someone down, Ive waited in isles for the designated department employee to assist with locating items I needed and no one came. Luckily Im usually able to find the thing I need, but it takes much longer to do it alone when there are endless options.
Staff is always so knowledgeable and helpful. I bought 30 bags of mulch and Drew and Rob (Garden) helped load into suv taking great care to not harm interior. We always have great service no matter the department. People , staff and customers, are following Covid restrictions and are polite. Clean, well lit and stocked with great variety of items. Returns are easy if needed and to car service is fast and easy to follow the steps. The store is extremely dog friendly, even when puppies have accident (saying that from experience). We shop here often and would highly recomend this Home Depot store.
Went for bolts I needed for work. Walked all around the Hardware isles looking for someone to help. Found no one. Went to the service desk, asked if there was anyone in Hardware. Got a very quick reply of Oh yeah hes over there. Told the lady that I had been walking looking for someone and was unable to find them. She never offered to call for someone to meet me. Just said, again, that the guy is over there. Walked back over and tried to find someone again. 2 cashiers standing in the middle of racetrack talking, kept looking over. They never once asked if I needed help. Very disappointed. Will not be going back to this Home Depot. What should have been no longer than a 10 minute visit turned into 30 to 35 because no one knew what they were doing or wanted to help.
I have always had great experiences with the teammembers from this Home Depot location, but I specifically want to shout-out Akise. I had ordered a recliner for my nursery and it was ready for store pick-up. I wasn’t able to load it up into the car myself, but Akise loaded it up for me! He was super kind and I really appreciated all the help!
Home Depot at canal winchester is a great place to shop! I was very impressed with three associates in particular, one was Blessing, other was Jimmy and the third person was Erica, who went above and beyond in helping me with my home improvement needs. Its not often you hear of excellent service so I thought Id write how good I felt.
Found that limited stock means they never, ever had it but, they could order it, and may have it in a week or so! so I drove another 60 miles to find out that 1 in stock can also mean negative 1...same as this review should read !! also dont think you can out smart their system by calling ahead, because thats an automated system that tells you exactly the same thing as their web site! so to sum up, I drove 200 miles spent 5 hours for absolutely nothing!!! the same I plan on future purchases!
This store does seem to be a bit more expensive on a couple of items that I recently purchased in comparison to the Home Depot in Grove City, but not by much. The employees seem to be efficient. They could interact better by asking if I need help when I am obviously lost. I usually have to ask for assistance. It would be nice to not seem like a bother when seeking help. Overall the employees seem to know their stuff and are helpful. This store does seem to be a bit more expensive on a couple of items that I recently purchased in comparison to the Home Depot in Grove City, but not by much. Sales associate seemed annoyed by my question about a drill and gave a short dismissive answer. Kid that mixed my paint ignored me when I said ‘thank you’ as I was picking up my can of paint. The only reason I gave a star is because at least the girl at the checkout had some customer service skills.
Long gone are the days when you couldnt walk 10 feet in home depot without someone asking whether or not you needed help looking for something. I even think there was a meme illustrating the persistence of the employees. However, now, getting a workers attention is like trying to pull teeth. When I finally do track down a worker, do they give me an aisle number? No! They just say look over there and get an attitude when I ask for them to be more specific.
The place is generally very clean and the staff are willing to help you find things and give advice. They act like a small town hardware store with the resources of a major chain. They also have things they advertise or get them very soon.Best of all they support Veterans!
OMG!!! Update 1-14-2021 Update is...there is no update. Home Depot Canal Winchester Home Improvement Department has not done a thing. Countertop for 2 months ago is still cracked and Home Depot has yet to tell us what we are waiting on! Let this be a lesson, do not do home improvements through Canal Winchester Home Depot; love the store but spend the big dollars where youll get service.12/8 Update, Im at almost 2 months since new countertop cracked and STILL NO WORD from Home Depot. Ill say it again, I love the store but DO NOT work with the Home Improvement Department; save your money and go someplace that will stand behind the product and service. (for everything else, well run store)11/25 Update...posted complaints 2 weeks ago about home improvement department...still NOTHING. Emphasize again...go elsewhere for home improvement.11/12: Dealing with home improvement department for cabinets and countertops has been a horrible experience, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. That department and staff are so slow there were visits that I had to leave without service. Spent $5k on some countertops that cracked 2 months later. Called for service and its one delay after another. Its been 4 weeks since reporting and still no answer on what they will do. Bought carpet too, dont get me started on that.Go elsewhere, it is not worth the time and hassle.
Home Depot is the best hardware store in Columbus in my opinion! The staff will take the extra step to make sure you find the item (s) you are searching for, also the staff is knowledgeable about the products and does not mind going into detail explaining the pros and cons. The wonderful lady in the paint department, I cannot remember her name , she is outstanding if you let her know what time of paint project you are doing she will help to make sure you select the right texture of paint and the correct amount ( Kudos to the person I was there March 8, around 7pm).Bottomline I love Home Depot!
This was absolutely the best experience! Jessica, Isis, Azaria, Richard, Jerod, Joe with the leg issue, Debbie, and the washer and dryer lady were all instrumental in making a long day at Home Depot tolerable. This abstract team of people made our new kitchen dreams come true. Thanks for working with us for a few days. If you need anything for your home, visit this location in Canal Winchester!
Customer service was lacking. Went looking for a deep freezer. Guy that helped us walked halfway to where it was and walked away. Didnt offer to get a cart to load it on or help us load it. Had to walk all over the store to find a dolley and the proceed to load it on the dolley and then again into our truck ourselves. Several employees walked nearby but did not offer any assistance. Will not return to this store.
I dont hate the place. I needed a bale of straw to use for planting grass seed. I was shocked that they charged $11.00 for a third of a bale. You got to be kidding me. They should be ashamed. $11.00 for a third of a normal farm size bale. Shame on Home Depot, they should be very embarrassed . Go to the farm supply place in Lithopolis and for $8.00 you can get a normal size bale
I come to the plant department at least once a week The plant department really needs attention. BTW, every time I come in I get followed to an empty plant department. No one ask me if I need help they just stand around. Tonight this guy yells out ‘OMG. THEY HAVE WORMS IN A BAG” to no one. Just a little suspice👀 It is not often that anyone says welcome, or ask if I needed any help. My HD in New York was one of my favorite places, this one , not so much.
I have been a Home Depot customer for many years. I have their credit card and have spent thousands on Home Improvement. I used to not worry about buying extra of an item because I knew I could return it. But lately I have found that they are denying products are theirs and the people staffing the customer service desk lack basic skills to engage with customers. I tried to return an item I bought about a year ago and never opened, never used. It was even their brand and they refused to take it for store credit. And the guy at the customer service desk said it wasn’t even their product. Now, that infuriated me so I went home and found the receipt and it absolutely was from Home Depot. Thanks anyway, but I will be shopping at Menards moving forward. They have a better selection of products and great customer service.
Most of the staff at this store is friendly enough, but there are exceptions. The cashiers have been about 50/50. Also, the departmental helpers have not been great at all. The one guy who works in electrical literally knows nothing about electricity. I asked him multiple questions about some basic electrical products, and he looked at me like I was crazy. He is also not the friendliest individual. On multiple occasions when you ask him a question, he seems bothered.UPDATE: I have now lowered my review to one star, after a year since my original. The customer service here has gotten worse in this time, not better. Sadly, the cashiers are even worse that the departmental staff nowadays. Rarely do you get an appropriate greeting or salutation. The last two times I visited, with two separate cashiers, I experienced this. In fact, I actually thanked and gave them a proper greeting, and they simply looked at me and said nothing. I will avoid this location, if possible.
After a recent break in that destroyed my door I went to our local Home Depot to get a new one installed. The Millworks department was so incredibly rude and unprofessional over the phone that I feel obligated to shop elsewhere. I dont typically write reviews but it was so bad that it would be an injustice not to warn people.. buy your doors elsewhere.
Ordered a high end storm door an was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive and would be called when it arrives. That didnt happen. I called in 1 month later and it magically arrived and I was on the call list to be called that day. Ha. Long story short If I didnt call in to see what was going on who knows how long the door would have sat there!! No happy considering Ive spent almost 1,000 with the this home depot in the month of June!
Pretty disappointed in my experience. I went to grove city store looking for a specific light, they were all out, they sent us to Brice rd location. Brice rd had them in their system but not on the shelf. They sent us to Gender rd. And gender rd location doesnt even carry them!! Now they say go to Cleveland ave.. I dont want to but I will have to. Drive 30+ minutes..
Looking to order a sink for my bathroom. Ray (Refugee Rd) was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain some things and offered to look into some things and call us with the info. I am very satisfied with our encounter. Looking forward to working with him and will more than likely order from him in the future.
I am always happy to shop here. Maybe its just this location, but whatever I need is easy to find. If not, theres always someone there to assist.I am adding this, after I spent several days going back and forth to purchase privacy fence materials. Each time, I stopped at the Pro Desk for assistance. I was lucky enough to have Michael Conaway help me each time. I cant say enough about how patient he was, and how much easier he made it for me to order my materials. (If only he would drop by and help with the construction) Anyway.... Thank you Home Depot, and thank you Michael!
I had a good experience shopping throughout the store. I found everything I needed and I was happy with the price. However at check out I asked if a military discount was available, yes was the reply, although all veterans are not honored. Active, retired, and pryor military all served their country, but some are discriminated against, why?
I want to purchase soffit light at this location. I show the store manage receipt I purchase light at Hilliard OH store.$5 off the original price. He said I will not do that for you .I said Home Depot compare and beat others stores prices . Manager said not here , pay original price if you want this lights. I didn’t purchase any lights .I’m not going to this store no more .
We frequent this Home Depot location due to its proximity to home. We purchase all of our home improvement items here, and in the summer time I like to purchase our mulch and garden soil. Ive never had a negative experience and the staff is always more than happy to help if you have questions.
Good store although one of the smaller ones in the area. The agents are usually very friendly (Bonnie has always been a huge help), although sometimes help is scarce especially in the specialty departments. Overall not bad if you know what you need and know where to find it.
Its an okay store but like most, there is never anyone around to help you. Having to walk around, hunting for employees gets old and of course, its not their section so they have no idea about who, what, where, when, why and how. Im glad that old lady who worked at the door isnt around. She would literally turn away and not speak to me even though she would greet others walking in right in front of me. I understand Im a 64 black man but you going out your way to not greet a customer just makes you look stupid.
Terrible place. Stood at customer service for 20 minutes before someone came and helped me. I even went down to self checkout and asked the guy standing there if someone could help me pick up an order. He told me just to go back to customer service desk despite nobody being there. Finally picked up my order and was told someone would help me load it. I came in and asked for help after waiting a while and was told we dont have loaders. Went back to customer service and waited even longer so I could ask for help loading hundreds of pounds of material. Turns out they did have loaders, the guy just didnt want to call someone.
Omg!!!! Jake from the flooring department was absolutely amazing!! He took his time and was very patient with me and all of my never ending questions and requests! He even ran back-and-forth from the phone to numerous departments to check on items for me and sent me a picture to make sure that it was the item that I needed! You dont find customer service like this these days ! Surely he needs a raise !!!!!
Totally Awesome! Young lady at service desk was asked to answer phones look up a sale to cancel a delivery for another customer. A manager or maybe just a person with seniority interrupted our interaction about locating a pond product to ask her about needing cash. Then lifted a drawer and found several hundred dollars bills and interrupted the girl again to ask if she needed money or just couldnt find it, and then went on about the guy giving her several hundred dollars. When she finally stopped talking to help another customer. The girl stopped our conversation to ask the lady who interrupted the beginning of our interaction about canceling a third party appliance delivery, who then said they dont cancel third party deliveries, and directed her to transfer the phone call to the appliance department. After two more phone calls and more interruptions from the other cashier, I finally was able to ask about the product I was looking for. The young lady looked at me and asked if I knew the SKU. I told her I didnt, but showed her the product name from the Google search. It showed a product from Home Depot, but the page wouldnt open. The young associate with purple hair looked online and asked me when I wanted it, I told her as soon as possible. She said if I wanted it free from the store it would be available for pick up on June 1st. If I wanted it sooner I would have to pay to have it delivered. I said I would just order it, and she said she could get it for free but then wanted a ton of personalinformation. As I started to share the information the Hispanic woman returned and interrupted again about the cash drawer, the $100 bills, and what she thought the purple haired associate wanted from her. The Hispanic woman was rude and clearly doesnt care that the purple haired associate is on the phone or talking to a customer, and she just took it from this woman. The purple haired associate is young, looks like a new hire or new to the service desk and she appears to be trying to learn as she goes. I dont know how she learns anything or how she can retain anything if she is being asked to answer phones, look items up, work with walk up customers, and then have one or more persons interrupting her. I left with out the product I drove 40 minutes to buy because it is supposed to be in stock. The purple haired girl couldnt find it in stock and only wanted to order it for pick up because it was free. Really irritating waste of time for me. While buying a gallon of simple green a third cashier and service desk associate told me she was sorry for the confusion, it happens all of the time. I asked her why no one says anything and how the new associate is going to learn anything if she is expected to give the Hispanic woman her undivided attention while performing four other customer service interactions all at once. The cashier said We try!, laughed and apologized. Maybe a manager or a different manager needs to oversee the Service desk associate training. I was to the point where I wanted to tell the Hispanic woman to stop interrupting and answer a phone.
Of course menards is a better store for not only value but also selection, but for convenience I stop in here often. Ive spent thousands of dollars in here through the years and usually everyone is kind and helpful. However after my experience today I will not be returning. The 2 cashiers that were working were both very involved in a loud personal conversation when I walked up. I headed to the self checkout because neither one seemed very interested in ringing me out. I requested cash back and apparently the machine was malfunctioning because it said see attendantI figured no big deal shell fix the problem. Well this woman was disgusted with me for making her earn her paycheck. After 15 mins of her having no idea what to do and plenty of sighs and deep breaths directed towards me, she finally just hands me my cash. I thanked her and her only reply was a condescending uh-huh.Maybe she was upset from her apparent leg injury because she walked with a cane but the absolute rudeness and incompetence out of her will keep me and my hard earned money far away from hd
Absolutely horrible. Asked for a military discount and never got it. Sent my wife back to return some of the items later. That proved to be a nightmare. My wife had to explain to the associate how to process the return. 15 minutes later other customers were begging my wife to stay and help them with their returns. Absolutely unacceptable.
Super staff, useless handicapped equipment. All electric scooters are broken and broken down and a wreck and the one wheelchair was unsafe as the basket could not be secured from crashing to your lap. It is a HUGE store and impossible to get around if you need assistance.
We drove from Cleveland to Canal Winchester Home Depot to pick up an order that was confirmed over the phone for pick up. They didnt do there job and they didnt notice the mistake until after we visited the store. No customer service, the general manager Mr. Storm did not care about the horrible experience at all. We wasted a good Friday on Thanksgiving and got home around 1 in the morning Saturday. The management here is out of control. We are making this complaint to the shareholders.
I had to find someone to help me. When he came over he looked a little confused on what I was asking for. I told him and when he went to look it up it did not come up. I had to search for it from my phone. I typed the same thing he did and it came up. He was able to get the sku number from my phone. He did a good job after I found the security screen door. Richard checked to see if Brandon needed any help. Brandon was very helpful.
Do not buy anything from this store. My husband and I purchased EXPENSIVE carpet a year ago and the reason why we spent so much is because we have little pets who sometimes have accidents. I have a 15 y/o chihuahua who has bladder control problems and sometimes pees wherever because she can not control it. We spent the money to have a lifetime pet urine warranty and here I am telling you they are a joke. I have tried to contact this store MULTIPLE times to only be given the run around and not help me. They actually gave me the number to the manufacturer who then said they. couldnt talk to me bc I am not a Home Depot employee. I ended up calling th grove city store who contacted the manager at that store to have someone call me and never did. After multiple calls they now claim they put in a request with the company to have someone come clean our carpet first but that was over 4 months ago. Still no word and still getting the run around. Do yourself a favor and forget the headache for a bunch of lazy ass employees who arent willing to help.
Im not sure if theyre stressed right now or what but I just got off the phone with the absolute most unhelpful grouchy associate in the plumbing department. I called to ask if they had a part in stock because the website was acting up. Without even asking the sku he told me he didnt. I asked if he could use his system to check any of the other home depots in Columbus and he said if we dont have it, they probably dont and refused to even try to help. I get that you guys have been worked hard, but my family doesnt have hot water and Im trying to fix it. I was polite with you and you were short and rude to me. This is exactly why I go to lowes whenever possible.
I am at the Home Depot quite often, as my boyfriend always needs tools, or something, for work. Their app tells you if they have what you are looking for in your store or at any surrounding stores. It also tells you what aisle it is in and will provide you directions to it. My favorite part is I can get online and place an order and he can just pick it up on his way to or from work, or he can leave his jobsite to pick it up and they have everything ready for him at the customer service desk, Ive never had to wait more than 2 hours for my order to be ready, most times i get an email within 20 mins saying my order is ready to be picked up.
I was in need of customer service regarding the delivery of our Pergo Flooring order. I went to the front desk and was assisted by Paul Hatton. He was very helpful and handled my inquiry first time final. Every customers dream is to be treated with respect and have your questions answered in the manner Paul handled my request. The two young men, Brendan Buchlear and Dusty Patterson delivered our flooring to the house the same day and put it in the garage for us. All were super nice. Superb job men! Thank you so much!
Went to buy a Maytag washer and dryer, and was told that they dont stock washers or dryers, and they dont sell the display models. We needed one ASAP, and Paul said the soonest he could get one in was friday. We asked if he could check the status of the other nearby stores washers and dryers and he didnt wanna help us. He also went on to boast that they have the lowest prices in town, on a holiday weekend--not true, and possibly one of the worst sales experiences I have ever had...going to Lowes
Where do I start? The plants I got are dead, no communication among Home Depot associates, passing the buck, online ordering is misleading. I order online because they dont have it in my store but when I get there theres a whole ben of it!!!😠 I went to Dills Nursery and spent $27 for my 4 hanging baskets. (I did them myself)😂you sell yours for $19.99 each😤So the last thing I want to do after a 10 hr day at work is to go to Home Depot because I got anE-mail and a message saying my order is there and find out its not!! A different person is there so I have to explain why my order is miscombobulated!!!! Still Not Happy😢😢😡😕😫
I was trying to order a rug online and the associate in flooring could not answer my question, she then transfered me to the paint department, after the confusion of getting transfers there, i spoke to a man who just stated he had no idea what to do and then transfered me to someone who could help who then didnt even talk to me but transfered me right back to flooring. All i wanted to do was order a rug online and go into the store and pick it up!! Looks like they need more educated people answering the phones.
Sold me a ryobi 4 inch tile saw tc401 that was priced and packaged as new. Much to my surprise I open the box and not only Is the tool used it is missing the diamond cutting blade as well as the level adjustment screw. Beyond mad because I bought this in advance on Friday for a project tonight Sunday at 7:39 they closed at 7 and am now stuck with no usable tile saw. I will be taking this back to the store but the sheer laziness of someone accepting a return and not checking the contents of the box is ridiculous. I was led to believe I was purchasing a new in the box product not someone’s return.
SHOP LOWES!!!Home Depot advertises a veteran discount program. This applies only to active duty and retired. If you are a disabled veteran, (which I am) , and your VA id card says service connected you get 3 whole days in a year you can get a discount. Memorial day, July 4th, and Veterans day. Lowes on the other hand gives EVERY veteran a 10% discount, all day, every day of the year. Home Depot will not get a penny from me. EVER! I will drive across the county to go to Lowes instead of my local Home Depot.
I wish there were a way to give this store 0 stars. HomeDepot has allowed me to use my Veteran ID for a 10% discount from as far back as I can remember. When checking out today I was informed that they are only giving discounts to active military members. I personally have spent over 20k at HomeDepot, I will be taking my momey to Lowes.
They are just not friendly looking employees in this store. Maybe the assumed I couldnt afford anything in here or something. I tired to give this place a shot since I just moved to this area but it seems Im better off traveling to Lowes instead. Last time I came in here. The really old woman they have as a greeter made eye contact with me as I was walking in a turned away and refused to look back at me as I walked past. I will take my money else were with this store full of unhappy and unwilling staff. I guess management sucks here. The fish rots from the head down.
Got what I needed eventually. No one seemed to have a clue where anything was. Was directed between Aisle 32 and 33 about 3 times trying to find driveway salt (the day before the first big snow fall of the year is supposed to hit) and two different aisles before I found bungee cords (selection of standard hook-at-either-end bungees? One style in 24, one style in 48.
The customer service at this place sucks. Anytime I ask a team member for help they act like they are annoyed that Im bothering them. The customer service desk is absolutely no help. Ive had them tell me that they could return something then two minutes later they say they cant do it. The only area that is helpful is woman in the paint center.
We were in the store for about 40 minutes and until we were going towards the check out did one associate ask if we needed any assistance.i had seen others, but as soon as I started toward them they would turn and walk the other way.nothing new for me at this store, just glad that I can pretty much always find whatever I need by myself.
Pretty sad this is our hometown Home Depot and they dont ever have anything that you need very disappointing I will drive farther to another Home Depot that has more Canal should be ashamed of themselves for having such a small Home Depot that never has anything that you need

2022-04-23Had a much better experience in PA. This location was miserable to move through. Multiple displays in the aisles so you had to wait for others to move. Also, employees were unable and/or would not assist us.

2022-04-18My son and I had a wonderful experience we arrived to purchase a new mower. We were met and educated on two zero turn mowers. We just happened to meet the Store Manager Tarik he immediately responded to help us and introduced himself later grabbing multiple people in different departments mostly Managers Alex, Randy and Dan. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable to make a smooth transition. We altmatly decided on a John Deere Zero turn 42 inch machine for my Sons first home. I would recommend these gentlemen and this store. They also helped me with my Veterans discount.

2022-06-29I was only here to get a box of screws. And will not be back ever.Older couple stopped two employees to ask a question about hardware they told the older gentleman they would get someone to help them and walked away. As they walked away they both went on talking about the girl at the front of the store. I followed them as they walked around the store they never got any help.Sad thing is they looked to be management.I went back and helped the older couple with their question, Told them they should start shopping at lowes. I gave them a lowes gift card for 20.00. They just need a gate latch.

2022-01-27My father has been searching for a rocking chair we found one on line from Home Depot.I did, wait well Kitt did everything the ordering, billing all of it through texting. What an amazing experience she had everything done in know time it was excellent so friendly, and what a pleasant experience my first time buying from Home Depot wont be my last. If I could say anything it would be employees like Kitt are hard to come by these days so nice. We went to Sandys, and walked through it was outrageous this woman trying to take advantage of my father unbelievable. Thank you Kitt, and Home Depot.

2022-02-25Absolutely hate to give a non 5 star review however, asked multiple staff for assistance in finding a product and they both acted bothered and offered no assistance. Maybe some customer service training? If you dont know where a product is, thats totally okay. But to not even try to assist and have to walk all isles, is just poor customer service. 😕
