Great Design Transportation provided excellent service during a last minute request. Raymond and Jean Pierre’s team were superb!
Very professional and pleasant. Vehicle was immaculate and well equipped with chargers and water. I also recommended Ray to incoming convention attendees and everyone thanked me and offered rave reviews on his service!
Ray is wonderful. After dropping me off at my hotel, he gave me his business card. I texted him a week later when it was time for me to fly home and he arrived 10 minutes early for pick-up. His cars are spotless, definitely use this service.
What a pleasant surprise! I literally booked this car service right before we left for the airport in Boston for a pickup 5 hours later. They immediately got back to me with a quote and confirmation. I was texted as soon as we landed and a beautiful black Lincoln MKT was waiting for us as we exited the airport in Cleveland. We were greeted by a very dashing and friendly man named John Pierre. He was very engaging but polite and quiet when we were otherwise busy on calls, etc. The car was pristine and very comfortable! So glad we happened upon this company and will definitely use them again and refer them to friends in the area!
Very professional, reasonably price, and was always on time. Made excellent recommendations on restaurants and things to do which added to our experience during our stay. You will be overly pleased if you choose them for your transportation needs while in Cleveland
Great Design is by far the best way to go if you need transportation. They go over everything with you. Great pricing and fabulous customer service. I really enjoyed when I called them again to book transportation they answered the phone with my Name. Now that is service. Oh and their drivers. Outstanding.... I will never use any other service!!!!!
I used to try taking an Uber or Lyft in the Cleveland metro area but they were often hard to find (or found it hard to find me for some reason). When I discovered Raymond and his business everything changed for the better. He’s a great guy, with great vehicles (SUB’s and vans), and is totally reliable - meeting you when and where you want. I always book with him in advance now when flying into Cleveland. Six stars out of five for this business if I could!

Ray helped me get to Toledo from Cleveland when I wasn’t able to get a rental car. He also stayed with me making sure I had someone to meet me at the hotel I was staying at. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful with the fishy situation I had going on.
Had to come out to CLE from SFO last minute to care for family. Not only was Ray well ahead of time during a last minute situation, he made the trip enjoyable and provided great local advice. Will most certainly use this service again!
Raymond Murray was not only an excellent driver but also reliable, on time and safety conscious. We contracted for drop off at the airport as well as pick up from our return trip. I was referred to Mr. Murrays chauffeuring company by a friend over the Christmas holiday season. I was so impressed by the professionalism and excellent service which is often lacking in todaysworld, that I used them for 3 days. I also made sure that my out of town guest used his services to travel to Akron, Lakewood, and to the flats in Cleveland to see several attractions. Mr. Murray was always warm, sincere and very accommodating. This turned out to be an excellent choice for all of our travel needs. Mr Murray was prompt helpful and an excellent driver. Even my nervous friend was comfortable. Our flight from Europe that should have landed early afternoon was delayed until late at night and Mr Murray was still there to pick us up. All it took on my part was a text with the changed time He even walked us to our proper luggage carousel and took care of our suitcases. The car was clean and smooth. The charge was reasonable . I️ highly recommend this service and will certainly use it again and ask for Mr Murray
Just got back to Cali from Cleveland. Ray was awesome, super nice guy! After taking us to the hotel he arranged to be at our hotel right on time, two days later when we needed to leave... and he was! SO much better than calling an Uber! Ray gave me his business card and I’m in Cleveland about once a year and I’ll be sure to call him next time I’m in town and need a ride.
Outstanding ride from the airport to downtown. Driver was very friendly and helpful. If I could I would add 5 more stars to this rating. The car was very clean. We had such a good ride in that we made it a point to call them back for our return trip.
I used The Great Design Transportation Services at random based on which one came up on my most recent google search.Service was exceptional! They were at the airport on-time, handled our luggage and offered us drinks as soon as we got in the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and just the right temperature to battle the hot and humid weather. The ride was smooth and our driver from the airport and to the airport was very friendly. We will be back to Cleveland and we will make sure to make our transportation plans with them once again and you should too.

Arrived to Cleveland Hopkins Airport, stressed, amidst a marathon travel day to address highly sensitive family matters. Having difficulty locating a cab that could take me to more than one location, I went in search of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport Welcome Center near baggage claim to seek assistance. There, almost in tears, I met John a driver from The Great Design Transportation Company. He immediately recognized my desperation for timely transportation service (I was on a tight schedule to return to Denver later that day and much had to be accomplished in a short time.) John was quick to assist and ease my tension, without hesitation he escorted me to his awaiting cab, which was super clean and full of fresh, super crisp air conditioning. What a relief! John was super courteous, professionally dressed and even offered bottled water. John assisted with charging my cell phone and was very reassuring that we would make all my necessary stops in ample time to catch my return flight home to Denver. John waited patiently in his cab while I attended to some rather time consuming and pressing matters. John was not only patient, but gracious and extremely friendly through my entire cab ride journey. John is a wonderful driver too, even as we encountered rush-hour on our return to Hopkins Airport. He is a safe driver, but did not drive at snails pace either and pricing was very reasonable. Having accidentally left some technical accessories in his cab, John appeared, almost out of nowhere, just as I was beginning to go through security to return my items to me. (He must have run the entire way just in the nick of time.) I would highly recommend The Great Design Transportation. From their website it appears that they also have a very nice selection of cars in their fleet for higher-end chauffeuring needs. Thank you John for saving the day and will most surely request you the next time I am in Cleveland!

The Great Design Transportation is one of the finest companies it has ever been my pleasure to do business with. Raymond Murray found my wife and me struggling to get our luggage in the baggage claim area of Hopkins Airport, and helped us get it out to his taxicab. On the way home, he gave us his business card and asked us to call him if we had any further transportation needs.My wife and I needed transportation to our home from the MetroHealth Hospital this week. So we called the number that Mr. Murray had given us on the way home from the airport, and I am very glad we did. Although there was some mutual confusion about the time and place for pickup (MetroHealth seems to have several main entrances), he kept me on the phone till we found each other.Mr. Murray takes a sincere and genuine interest in his passengers. He has a very pleasant personality. Riding with him has all the advantages of something like Uber, plus the advantages of a traditional taxi driver. I would definitely recommend GDT to friends.

We used The Great Design Transportation limo service a year ago for the first time, and since then, we have used them exclusively every time we fly in and out of Cleveland Hopkins Airport. They have excellent pricing and excellent service! We have had the pleasure of having Ray as our driver on multiple occasions and he is always punctual, professional, and pleasant. The cars are kept in impeccable condition. With the competitive pricing and excellent service of The Great Design Transportation, we have absolutely no reason to use taxis or Uber. This company gets our highest recommendation and will certainly continue to receive our loyal patronage.

2021-07-05We met Raymond at the airport as we were looking for transportation to hotel on Wednesday. He was very friendly and professional. On the way to our hotel, he mentioned a few places to visit and some good restaurants. We mentioned that we were flying home on Sunday and he said that he could pick us up. He took our contact information and gave us his card. We told him what time our flight was and he suggested a pick up time. He said to text him Saturday to confirm. We did confirm and requested pick up for 5:30 am. When we came out of hotel at 5:30, he was waiting for us - had been there since 5:20. Got to airport with plenty of time to spare and conversation was great! We did research him online before confirming Sunday pick up - all of the reviews were great. Everybody loves Raymond and so do we!!

2021-04-23Best experience I have ever had with a car service. Raymond is professional and his car is immaculate. He retrieved my bags at the rounder, took them to the car, and when he dropped me off he took my bags inside for me. I made an appointment for him to pick me up to go back to the airport. He was on time and so pleasant. Also the cost was very reasonable. This guy deserves a big tip. I will call him whenever I come to Cleveland.
