This place is great! Caring staff with a helpful hand always at the ready. Even what they dont know they use what knowledge is present to help make a choice without pushing one way or another. I was even short on cash and the employee helped cover me. I never feel judge only welcomed!

They usually have great staff that make me feel like they Ive known them forever. Overall interesting store.
I go to the glass house to get incense. They have a wide variety of incense that smells really good and you can mix and match your scents in the package. The cost is $2.00 for 10 sticks. I like that the employees dont try to sell you other things while you are just getting in incense.

Love the setup of this store, its nice smelling like nag champa and you can typically be very quick eith your visits as long as you get a decent parking spot. Love the guys and gals that work here. ♡♡
There are far better smoke shops to go to. Glass looks cheap, everything in the store is over priced. Went there one day and the store was locked. It was about 2 oclock, so lunch was no excuse, plus the open sign was turned on. Sign said be back in 10 minutes so I waited a half an hour and still no one showed up. So im guessing they keep that sign there at all times. I would go to another store if I were you.
Just Love this place. Went in looking for something and the lady working, Brooklyn was her name, was very helpful and took her time helping me. Wish all store clerks were that helpful.
Like so many people have said, there is just a be back at sign up in the middle of the day. Why have hours if you arent going to be open? Also a permanent looking Credit card machine is broke sign... If its broke long enough for a nicely made sign, it isnt a machine problem -- you dont take them.
Nice store, does not smell like nag chompa or anything strong of incents. Also any tattoo supplies needed are most likely there, including color! All around nice delightful store to be at!

Really bad experience. Went there to purchase the same type of kratom my brother did the same day. They lied and said they didnt sell it even though my brother had just bought some an hour earlier. These people act like they are selling narcotics. Very shady way to be handing products that are 100% LEGAL! Don not go there the woman with the lip ring working their is rude and looks like she is on heroine.

As a local guide for Google Im giving this place a very poor review I made a 10.00 purchase and no receipt not to mention i paid with 100.00 and made the mistake of not counting my change right away and the clerk only gave me 67.00 change i dont know if he pocketed the money or just cant count properly Ill give a better review if my problem is resolved

2022-08-08The new manager is doing an amazing job! Hes very knowledge about world for such a young age. Wise beyond his years! This place has a great variety of all kinds of goodies! Lots of horror merch that is way cool! Tattoo gadgets, guns, and ink. And some exceptional pieces of glass pipes and bowls along with plenty of old school everything and so much more! I love talking with the very cool and chill staff every time I stop by. Hey guys! Im the bubbly different colored hair chick from Florida!! Gimme a job! Ill work for free hahaha! I just love the atmosphere a lot! Amazing jobs guys!!

2021-02-24If you appreciate and support local business, then definitely check out “The Glass House” for any and all of your head shop needs. And hopefully you will also be greeted with the same stellar customer service just as I was. Ally was incredibly helpful and thankfully patient as she took the time showing me pretty much every scale in the joint, not minding that I also cared about the aesthetics of it all and how cute it was. And since they offer a lifetime warranty for such items I was very thankful that Ally thought ahead by printing out the proof of purchase that I would need if such an issue were to occur. great shop, great employees, fair prices, functional hours & good location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2019-03-10Super nice staff and the guy was wonderful because he was closing for the night and came to the door an unlocked it and let me and my sister in the store to get the 3 items we needed for our tattoos, I was only in town for one more night and if we wouldnt have been able to get the stuff we needed. We wouldnt have been able to get our matching sister tattoos that night! So thankful we was able to get what we needed an do our tattoos before I drove 8 hours back to NC from Akron Ohio.

2021-02-25Ok, so, its called the Glass House. And guess what!? They have glass! A store that sells what they advertise! Finally! And let me tell you, its the BEST glass. Not to mention (but you know Im gonna) all the other stuff. I did not know that they also have about any tattoo supplies you need; if youre just starting or already established.They follow all the Covid 19 rules, the young lady who works there (shes the only one Ive met, there may be more ladies that work there, or maybe males, but I dont know, because, like I said, Ive only met the one) is so polite and cheerful as well as helpful. Now, dont get me wrong, shes not that annoying kind of cheerful, but the kind that says, I am confident in my knowledge and am happy to share it.So, if youre looking for glass it other things that you really need, go to the Glass House! Ask for the nice girl.
