I want to give a shout out to Rick the maintenance guy! I had water damage to the cabinet under the kitchen sink due to a leaky faucet. Rick was able to fix my sink and replace the cabinet flooring without any issues. He was prompt, kind, clean, and fast! I can tell he takes pride in his work and has great attention to detail. Give this man a raise!
Every time we need something to be fixed Rick comes by and fixes everything quickly and efficiently, usually coming within the day of the order being placed. If there are multiple things that need to be fixed he will look at it even if it wasn’t on the work order and he always asks if there’s anything else we need before he leaves. Rick is always kind and personable and it’s never awkward having him in our home fixing things !
I moved in close to a month ago and I worked with Nalee. She went over and beyond to ensure my move in was successful within an incredibly short notice. I have enjoyed my stay here so far and i look forward to having a peaceful stay. My only concern is for management to try and work on the mail box system. It takes quiet sometime to get a mailbox key after submitting your lease to the post office. So its a little inconveniencing your first couple of days trying to figure out how to get your mails. And to any one who is looking for someone patient through the application process I highly recommend Nalee.
I was in here earlier to sign the notice to move out. Rents gone up 20% in the past two years, and I cant afford it anymore. When I was in here, after meeting with someone and waiting for her to return the paperwork, a lady who had been sitting talking with someone, she shifts her head 90 degrees and asked you been helped?.I didnt even think she was talking to me, considering she couldnt even be bothered to stand, or address my by either my name (which she probably didnt know) or sir, or anything, as well as the fact that I had literally just been talking to her coworker, and she had been there the entire time, so I didnt even really know what she was asking. I explained, kind of flustered, that I had talked to someone, but I was waiting for them to come back so they could help me, which she eventually did.I explained to the person helping me that with the sizable increase in rent, I couldnt afford to live here anymore. She asked if I wanted to talk to the manager. I said yeah, if she could help me.At which point she asks for Kelley, and the lady who I was talking to just says I just talked to him, or something, as if you been helped? is even remotely the same as trying to resolve a problem. I would never have guessed she was the manager, considering the person who helped me, who I believe was Jhanna Moody, was infinitely more professional, available, and attentive than her.So on top of that, shes vindictive. Something about the exchange offended her and she couldnt even be bothered to even try to help me. Its not like she had to. I was already in there to sign the paperwork, but why inject yourself into this situation only to make it worse?Bottom line, price is going up drastically without any significant improvement to the facility (I know inflation exists, but the price is double the inflation rate), and the manager is rude and uncaring.Edit: Kelley Ernst has reached out to me and informed me that she was not the one interacting with me yesterday, though she was there, did witness it, chose to do nothing at the time, and even now offered nothing besides her own perspective.
I lived at the Gardens the past year. While I was there the maintenance staff always fixed anything that was wrong. They had events for the residents. The last one was a dancing lesson. . My new apartment does not have washer and dryer, Ill miss that. I moved out a few months ago and was having trouble understanding my final bill. I tried to break it down but still didnt understand it. I was able to get some charges removed and Jodi was able to help me with the rest of the balance and even set up a payment arrangement for me. Thanks again!!
I had a good experience with the Gardens and their employees. I had signed a lease prior with another landlord but they broke my contract and left me with no place to stay a week before my move in date. Nalee and the gardens management were very helpful and were able to find an apartment for me in a short amount of time.
I stopped by the community last week to inquire about pricing of the two bedroom apartment. Prior to stopping by, I called to see if I could schedule a tour and spoke to a young lady over the phone. I’m not sure if it was the same person or not, but when I stopped by the property I met with Jhanna. It’s a Beautiful place. Also, She was very personable, gave me helpful information about important landmarks in the area and the amenities of the community. I informed Jhanna that I would be returning soon to complete my application soon!
Had to put in a maintenance request for the first time since living here and had someone at my door within the hour!! our maintenance guys name was rick and he did the job super quickly and was very kind the whole time. having people in my home always gives me a bit of anxiety but my experience was great:)
I wanted to sincerely thank Nalee for her patience and time. With the limited time that I had today and my circumstances, I feel extremely blessed. I also appreciate how the staff all worked together to get me all the information I needed and to make the process smooth. Thank you!
I like the community and how they are quick with the service but I really do not like the way they speak to me... it kind of makes me feel disrespected. I’m a resident - not your student. Also we were told it took 6 months to move to a different unit. Now they are saying a year... but we don’t want to live in an apartment anymore after this one.We just wanted to move up to a second level unit,Because we don’t wanna live on the ground level Anymore where spiders are quick to get in the house.
This complex really takes care of its residents. They have community events and are quick to respond to service requests. The rent is also cheaper compared to other complex’s in Columbus. Everyone in the office is sooo nice. I’ve lived here for a full year and loved it so much that I renewed my lease. Highly recommend viewing an apartment here!
Apartment maintenance team have always been the next day and on time. I personally never had issues with my internet, good speeds too. Occasional events with food and giveaway. Not a far drive/walk for groceries with wholesales around.The community itself seems to be kept to themselves, though theft isnt off the table. Theyre installing a gate and package room in summer 2022. I highly recommend using a package hub service if you can.
Overall Ive had a good experience in my year here. The application and approval process were easy and typical. Move in was similarly easy. I havent had any issues with my neighbors, the apartment, or staff.Positives:* Grocery store and takeout across the street, more a couple miles away in Easton* Leasing staff is helpful and polite* Maintenance Requests have been resolved promptly and professionally* The views are as good as the tour indicated, nice pond with a fountain outside my balconyNegatives:* The speedbumps... Theres a lot* Some small details in the apartment show a lack of maintenance. Bits of trim missing, faceplates are warped, stuff like that.* Ive been told theres excessive quantities of dog waste some places outside* Parking feels a bit sparse
Update:After about 2 month you will get your mailbox key, also for any packages delivered to your door, you run a very high risk of it getting stolen, often and weekly. New management seems fine. They added a gate and you will need your smartphone to unlock it, from the looks of it.On the bright side, they have some holiday events with giveaway so theres that..You will not get your mail! Do not live here, it has the absolute worse postal service, you will go months without your mail. Even if youre not getting mail from USPS, the other services seem to just skip this area. These super great reviews you see here are mostly paid reviews.The leasers are rude, the service repair people are helpful and work fast (though it would be nice if they put bags on their shoes to not track mud on carpet), they seem to have some care for the apartments but the one I went in was mostly new, the others may be questionable. If its winter and youre on the ground floor, the heater isnt going to help much, not great insulation, but noice is quite or I have quite people around me. Also, sometimes theft happens, though I havent seen assault yet.
Daughter is moving out on her own. Worked with Nalee. She was amazingly patient in answering questions, walking us through the process, explaining everything and showing the apartment. Nalee was really supportive and provided comfort in making this transition.If you are looking to move here, highly recommend working with Nalee!!!!!
Im not a review person at all but I felt compelled to leave a review for this complex. My fiancé, our two kids and I have lived here for about a year and we love it! While Im not picky, my fiancé is and this complex hit every nail on the head (which is a huge win for everyone involved). We have a beautiful view right out our back door & the grounds have always been very clean. Its a gorgeous complex to live in. They recently added a security gate also which is amazing. The leasing office is the best and they are so kind. Every maintenance issue weve ever had (which, to be fair, wasnt many) the maintenance staff has been at the door within a few hours. You can count on the office to take all of your needs seriously and do everything they can to help resolve any situation they possibly can. They also keep everyone in the community involved with one another by holding events at the leasing office. I highly recommend living here. My fiancé is already pushing the kids out the door so we can come back when they go to college (one downfall- no 3 bedrooms). 10 out of 5 stars. ☺️
STAY AWAY!!! RUN!!!!The apartments are extremely over priced and HAS MOLD!!! It is nothing but a hood with loud music all times of the night & day, dogs & cats get loose regularly, not everyone pick up after their pets even when the doggie bag dispensary is fully stocked, porch pirating is rampant, neighbors steal each other packages from UPS and Amazon all the time, witchcraft and sorcery is common practice, and tenants cars get broken into, scratched up, windows busted, windshield shattered, and entire SUVs stolen in broad daylight on a weekly basis!!! Meanwhile, management does absolutely NOTHING to protect, secure, or make the environment safe!!! SMH... Just save yourself the stress and the money!The only positive is having a roof over your head and being close to a variety of shops and restaurants!
I was SUPER lucky and had Nalee Custer help me when I was at The Gardens. She was professional, she knew I was trying to find a place for a good friend of mine who needed a good safe place to live. She stepped up big time and she went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and put every effort into making sure this was priority. If you are looking for someone to take care of you like family ask for Nalee!!
Been here for about 7 months now and everything pretty much solid here, and the maintenance here actually help you, I’ve had issues with my garbage disposal , Rick shows up 10 mins or less after you put the request in I think that’s pretty dope never have to wait to long to get things fixed
I have lived in The Gardens for about 5 months now originally in a 2 bed 2 bath. Me and my fiancé ended up needing to downsize to Marchelle Turner was our leasing agent both times we moved and she has made everything so easy! Our downsize was unexpected and a very stressful situation and she made everything so much less stressful and was so so helpful! We definitely have feel so welcome every time we talk to her! Both apartments are awesome and I would definitely recommend applying, and if you so happen to get Marchelle as your leasing manager you are definitely in good hands!
Reached out to the Gardens Apartments via phone and Spoke with Nichole. She was very friendly and helpful on the phone. She informed me of what apartments were available and what would probably work best for me. Can’t wait to meet her in person and hopefully find the perfect apartment!
If I could write a minus star review I would. DONT DO IT!! There’s been multiple fatalities here and they don’t even care about neighbor complaints at all!!!! When you come home you should be able to enjoy your apartment and you can’t when you have people above you just letting their kids run around all times of the day! Even you tell them they said “they’ll take care of it” that’s if you even get them on the phone. This place has gone downhill since Champion left. The front staff is ABSOLUTLY rude. Jodi ALWAYS has an attitude when you call up there. The reviews are fake so dont believe them any of those below. Trash is always overfilling. The maintenance guys seem to be the only good part about this place because they are always cleaning the grounds. We just got all this snow and not one person has came out to do anything Its the absolute horrible staff they have up front. I cant WAIT until May when my lease is up and out of this complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Trust me! So many other better apartments in the area!
Moving is awful! This move was the only exception! I’ve never experienced a move this easy or felt so comfortable finding and getting into a place. Not only was Nichole so welcoming and friendly, but she was knowledgeable and considerate. She answered every question I had before I even asked! She made the whole process smooth and fast. I didn’t feel like I needed to prove myself like a lot of places do, she made me feel like this place was where I belonged. I felt at home before even moving in. I tried to offer her a job as my personal assistant but she said she is happy with her job, so if you choose to work with her in the future, you will love it!
Nichole Angell has been so helpful in my search for an apartment!! We’ve been looking for so long and finally Nichole blessed us with a beautiful apartment. She was so kind, and funny too! She made my stress practically disappear. The garden apartments are for sure the place to be!!!
I came on a Sunday first and was so thrilled that they were actually opening seeing how I work Monday - Friday and try to use my weekends to handle business and do things for my household.The second great thing about this property was Jojo she was so upbeat and positive when she gave my my tour there mode home was beautiful by the wayI was ready to apply without seeing it just because of her so thank you so much for your service on a Sunday
Called in and spoke to a delightful young lady named Nichole I wanted to get more information on the apartments and the application process she informed me of the whole process and I can’t wait to come in and meet her to apply… She was truly a delight to speak too and made the whole experience incredibly easy
I had a tour with Jojo and she was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. From availability of scheduling to making sure I understood the area, she was amazing !!! Although I didnt move in due to other factors outside of her control I believe the gardens has an exceptional person with them
I’ve lived at The Gardens for just over a year now, and I just re-signed my lease for another year. Everyone at the leasing office is so amazing, especially Jodi, Marchelle, Charity and Kelley. Kelley has gone above and beyond during my renewal process to ensure that I’m taken care of and have everything I need in order to continue living here happily and comfortably.The pool and the gym have always been clean, and the leasing office itself is such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I love living here and will continue to refer my friends to join the gardens family as well!
Such a great place to live! They’re so good about keeping up on the grounds as well as taking care of any issue I have with my unit. The people in the rental office are AMAZING! They really go above and beyond with keeping us happy! :)Special shout-out to Dustin for helping me with my flooring in my unit and getting that all situated. APPRECIATE YOU!!!!
The office staff here is absolutely WONDERFUL!!!They are a caring, compassionate, loving, fun, loud, and a funny bunch! I never want to leave the office when I stop by here! They really need their own #Reality Show At The Gardens!!! LOL!I Thank God for sending me to them and for them being so kind to me! We need more people in the world like them! Jodi, Nicole, Marci... ALL of them! Much LOVE!
Beware of this community.My experience living here has been kind of a nightmare. I’ve been living here for more than a year, and I really hoped it would get better. Unfortunately, nothing has changed since moving in.My issues started with management when I first moved in. It took months to get a mailbox key, and would have to go to the office to collect my mail each time. The staff was consistently bothered each time I picked up my mail. Each time I inquired about the key and the ETA they acted as if it wasn’t a big deal (I just hated having to go into the office each time, just wanted to check it and not have to deal with the attitude).I also have experienced numerous crimes happen while living here. There has been a homicide and have heard gunshots several times. Residents drive through here extremely fast and wreck-less. I could go on and on (I will spare you with all of the details) - but I’ll just say this… it is NOT a safe community.One of the most frustrating things about living here is the lack of concern from the management team when issues are brought to their attention. I recently brought an issue to one of the property managers Kelley Ernst - She was completely dismissive and was actually typing the entire time when I was expressing concern about a problem with my unit. Her behavior was completely unacceptable. I just wanted to be heard - and I was rushed and not genuinely listened to.My advice - go elsewhere. Find a place where the property management cares about the quality of life in the community.
UPDATE: April 6, 2022I want to thank Rick for responding to my maintenance request so quickly. I submitted it today, he fixed it today. Rick was very friendly, professional & did an absolute great job! He replaced my garbage disposal & fixed my leaking sinks. In addition, he cleaned up the mess & water from the surfaces that happened while fixing the issues. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Rick! Thank you for providing a great customer service at The Gardens.PREVIOUS JOB BY ONEIL: October 2020Oneil is absolutely amazing he came to my house and fixed many maintenance issues from bathroom lights, closet door, bulbs, kitchen faucet & cabinet. He even went the extra mile & scheduled a much needed service that I requested more than a month ago. Oneil managed to provide an EXCELLENT service in a short period of time.Hes very professional, great customer service & I definitely recommend him for future work. Job well done Oneil! You did a 10-star job. Thank for fixing all and correcting all.UPDATE: 10.6.20The service that O’Neil scheduled for me on 10.5.20 was completed the very next day. I came in a Friday and JoJo was so helpful with showing me how to apply for the 2 bedroom, she told me all about you guys i would say she really made me feel at home before i even got approved. I would recommend everyone to JoJo 10 out of 10 great person to have at The Gardens
ONeil has excellent customer service as a Maintenance Service Manager. I moved in with a major issue with my front door, and some minor repairs. The regular maintenance staff sorta blew me off and didnt take my concern serious. Once it escalated to ONeil he instantaneously resolved my issues with outstanding customer service, and followed up with me for the first 90 days, of move in to make sure I didnt have any additional issues. Mr. ONeil you make this a great place to live.
UPDATE: Rick the maintenance guy is awesome. He came by to fix my smoke detectors without a problem. He has great customer service and cares about the residents safety. So glad to have a maintenance like him around.I just moved in a couple of days ago and the place is beautiful and very quiet at night. There’s security which I find really good. Management is super nice!!! Marchelle helped me through my whole process of getting the apartment, sooo sweet and nice!
I had a great stay at the garden apartments, although it was only for 6 months! The staff is very nice and easy to contact and the apartments are up to date renovated and very nice. Plenty of room for my dog to be outside and my neighbors upstairs were SO nice. The ONLY issue I had while staying there actually happened the same day my move out date was. I had a roommate who had moved to Florida a month prior to our lease being up so he gave his parents the key, well his parents turned in his key the day before the move out date and I still had mine. I had moved almost everything out the day before my move out date that way I could clean the complex so nobody else had to do it. Well, I was heading back to the complex and tried getting into my apartment and my key wasn’t working which was odd bc I had all day to move out. HOWEVER, I looked in through my window and the place was EMPTY. My dining room table was gone and so was my vacuum. Granted it’s only two things I was pretty furious. I went to the club house for them to say to me “well we assumed that since the other key was in you lost yours.” Which I can understand but never assume or maybe try calling?? So they moved and got rid of my dining room table and vacuum and said they’d call maintenance for them to not answer and I know I’m going to get charged with a removal fee. But that was the only issue (didn’t get my vacuum or dining room table back it was trashed) but other than that great place!
After living at the Gardens for almost a year, I think they really earned my five stars. Theyre super good with responding to service requests, Ive had very little if not any catastrophic failures of important amenities, and theyve provided the community with nice, family-friendly events and services like free family photos for the holidays! I just renewed my lease and hope that next year can be just like the last. Well, as far as living in an apartment goes.
I just need to mention how truly amazing Dustin is!!! We moved out of The Gardens (no fault of their own) and had an awful experience with our new complex. We came back to The Gardens (2 days after just moving out) and he helped us get into a new unit. He was super helpful, showed us sympathy, and worked very fast to help us! We’ve never had an agent who was that personable and showed he actually cared. So please if you’re interested in moving here, see Dustin!Also someone give this man a raise, he definitely deserves it!
Worst maintenance in the community and Please do not refer anyone to this Apartments for referral bonus! It’s just a bait to pull you into this unsafe & traitor properties. One of my friend referred me and my colleague to this apartments but they they are never gave bonus amount to the referred person!Again the referral policy varies before signing lease and after you sign agreement
Update: On 03/02/2021, Rick came by and replaced my dishwasher after it started making a loud noise when washing. He has great customer service and does such a great and timely job of fixing and cleaning behind himself. Very grateful that they have him on his staff.I had a great maintenance experience today with Rick. For them to be short staffed on people, he did an amazing job of fixing my dishwasher and garbage disposal in a concise amount of time. I also want to thank Jessica Dekker who has always been amazing in the rental office.
Our Agent was Marchelle Turner and let me tell u folks I could not have asked for a sweeter, more on top of it person to work with to help us transition into our new home. We moved in 2 days before Christmas which seems stressful but she worked so hard to make sure that we were able to make everything a smooth transition. We are now in and happy with our new place. There is so much space and our neighbors are so quiet and nice. I can see us living here for awhile. I love this community and the people that are around me so far. This has been the easiest, most accommodating move I have ever done in my life. Thank you Marchelle for making everything so smooth! You are amazing!!!
I’ve been here for a few weeks now and Carl was a big help getting me all set up with move in. He was very kind and friendly. I was able to sign my lease electronically came into the office on move in day and was handed my keys they told me all my utilities were already set up and the convenience of having cable and internet through them at a discounted rate. It’s clean, quiet and friendly and maintenance has been able to fix any issues same day!
When I first met Marchelle I was pleased with her professionalism, her enthusiasm and how smooth the application process went. I have lived here for a couple of months and I absolutely love my apartment! I am very particular and must have beauty and order where I live. My neighbors are personable and quiet. I am really excited about having a garden to grow my own produce. I chose to live here as I save in order to build my dream home and I am pleased with the fact that the grounds and landscaping are constantly cleaned and cared for. Pretty, green and clean landscaping is my happy place!!! Marchelle did an awesome job of making me know that The Gardens is a great place to call home!!!!!!!!
Carl B. is THE BEST! He answered every question I had no matter how many times a day I called before move in. He made sure to communicate with me the days he’d be gone so that I wasn’t just waiting for responses. He did everything he said he would do. Even though he was out of the office on my move in date everything was set up perfectly! I had no complications & I absolutely love my apartment! Thanks so much!
Had some maintenance issues I needed resolved and I contacted Rich and Charity and they sent out O’Neil. He is an amazing service tech. He came out quickly, worked on everything needing attention, and completed the tasks exceptionally. Not only is he a very nice, caring, understanding, worker, he is very thorough. If I ever have any other issues I would ask for O’Neil to come out and fix them for me because he definitely gets the job done the correct way.
The Gardens is a better place to live, very beautiful and its great for family to live. Especially the dog park where our little friends can play! What more can our residents can ask for! Such a clean place. Awesome staffs! Also our maintenance are doing awesome job by getting the job done on time. Special great job for our securities, law enforcements are doing awesome job keeping the gardens safe! Great place to live! Keep up the great work!! Don’t believe what negative rumors you hear! It’s a great place to live! Ugh I have been living here for two decades! It’s a beautiful place to live! Luxury apartments, inside an out! The staff office are sweet! Better place to live! Way better! I wouldn’t trade this place! 🥸😃
I’ve only been here for three months. But I love living here so far they were super helpful during the move in process even during COVID. They have also been very friendly after my move-in especially Marchelle, she is always going above and beyond for her residents.Adding from 2/16I put in a maintenance request for my Dishwasher on Monday 2/15. Not only did Rick from maintenance get to my request the next day. He fixed my dishwasher in less than 5 minutes! Thank you !

I’m pleased with the security detail and the staff. I’m also happy with the maintenance process. The system used to submit a request is user-friendly and the maintenance technicians are engaged throughout the process. My maintenance guy completed my repair, explained what work was done, and how to avoid damage in the future. He took the time to ask if there were any other concerns I had about my apartment. That was a nice touch also. I can work with that.
Been here for over 4 years and I have to say it has been a pleasure especially there maintenance. They play no games when it comes to work orders; especially if you get Rick, he was awesome. Very friendly, fast and efficient and made sure everything was fixed and working properly before he left. Definitely would recommend for anyone living here or looking to move here.
As I write this, I am really floored by the outstanding experience Ive had here at the Gardens. Form the move in process to the day to day experience of living here, this company has both been very upfront and honest about the things that happen here, and have been very easy to contact, communicate with, and express concerns or problems and have them sorted out. Marchelle has been an absolute delight especially. Not only has she gone above and beyond during the time I have lived here, but she did so even before I moved in. Thanks very much Marchelle and team! Im so glad to be living here in the community!
I popped over to try the food truck that we have on Tuesdays and Marchelle had greeted me. She was exceptionally nice!! Her enthusiasm and upbeat personality is very welcoming. Also as I went to order she let me know since I was a resident that The Gardens will pay for my order. That alone was very sweet and kind. Thank you again! She was such a pleasure to meet and thank you for dinner.
Used to live here and received a call from their office that a card was delivered with my name on it and I could come in any day during the week until 5pm to pick it up. Went in on Friday, but they were closed. Came in the following week and they had already sent my card back. They blamed me for not coming in soon enough even though I had followed their instructions. Staff was rude and unhelpful.
Today I walked in without a tour and was immediately helped by Carl. He was awesome and friendly. He took me to check out the model which was beautiful and the outside of the community was so beautiful and clean. I loved the decorations in the model, I’m totally inspired! When we came back Carl refreshed my memory that I was speaking with Deondria a few weeks ago about touring and I wasn’t able to make it in. She immediately came to my aid helping me step by step to fill out my application. The staff here is so Bomb I love it here! And can’t wait to use the gym and playground for my son! 😃😃 thank you so much guys!
Great place to live so far! I was in need of an apartment immediately. Carl was handling my service and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere in the rental office was so warm and positive. Employees joking with each other and even one dancing to the music that was on!I love this place so far and recommend leasing here!
Nothing but a good experience while I’ve been living here the last 6 months. Maintenance is definitely one of the best I’ve had in any apartment complex, especially if you get Rick (don’t mean to be biased) he has a great work ethic and personality. I had a massive list of work and he got it done very quick and it wasn’t half a** either.
I have been living in Gardens apartment community from last 1 year and dont have any complaints. The front staff (Jodi) is very friendly, and the apartments are beautiful. I got the chance to live in this lovely community and and all the amazing amenities they offer; pond, pool, fitness facility, central air, and washer and dryer in every unit.All in all, a great place to live.
One of the greatest things about the Gardens is its phenomenal location. It is only a 5 minute drive from the beautiful Easton Town Center and is also only minutes from 1-270. The grounds are well-kept, complete with a nice pool, pond, playground, and even a community garden. The units themselves are clean and well-kept, with new appliances, and recent re-modelling. If residents have any maintenance issues, the maintenance team is quick to respond. Management is friendly and intentional to create a positive sense of community among the residents. Quiet and calm, The Gardens is a comfortable place for its residents. As a vendor for The Gardens, our crews have been pleased with their interactions with maintenance and other vendors.!
I spoke with Marchelle today and she was very helpful! The staff is always prompt and willing to answer questions. There is new management as of late February 2020 and they are doing a very good job during the pandemic. This place is fabulous to live in though the rent continues to increase. With a pool, fitness center, coffee/hot chocolate in the clubhouse, a business center, dog parks, and fun activities, its a great place to live. Very close to Easton.
When we first came to apply for occupancy at the gardens apartments he met Deondrea Graves who was very helpful in making our move, i she explained everything in great details, she was very patient with working with us to make sure that all the things that we needed to be done were done correctly, she kept in contact with us every step of the way. Were glad to say we had her as our representative and now we are in the gardens, and we are very satisfied with our apartment. Our move has been excellent and she still keeps in touch with us to make sure everything is doing great. Our experience here at the gardens apartments is excellent, the service that we have received from her and the staff has been great and has been greatly appreciated by my wife and myself, we want to thank them ai and think love the members of the staff that help us to move up, kind of feel like The Jeffersons, we moved up a little bit more thank you and we want to say God bless her and I guess thats about it but as far as the rating is concerned, I would rate this place as the top of the list, Ive been here in Columbus from Cincinnati in 2006, and this has been one of my best experiences, as far as facilities, availability, convenience, local stores, restaurants and total area its been a great experience thus far and we wanted again thank Ms DeAndrea Gravesfor all her excellent help that she provided us with, Thank you.
Clean, amazing follow up service and easy to get in contact with the front office staff. To add to that everyone is very friendly and patient! By far my favorite apartments to be staying.Big shout out to Deondria Graves. She is lovely, very polite and down to earth. Always very quick to lend a hand when anyone is in trouble or just need assistance. She is the hero we all need in our lives.
I have been living here for two months now and I am satisfied with my stay. Carl assisted me with everything I needed such as maintenance request, rent payments, mailbox keys, etc. So far, my neighbors and quiet, the neighborhood is peaceful, and I feel safe. I highly recommend this company due to their understanding and organization.

I was looking for a one bedroom apartment for me and my fiancé. But the complex was having a deal where I could get a two bedroom for just above the rent price for a one bedroom. We worked with Marchelle and she was wonderful! She was so friendly and helpful. We were hoping to get a balcony but there were none available on the floor my fiancé wanted. Marchelle emailed us after we left and told us she remembered that we were really wanting one and one had just become available! It was a great experience.
I moved here in August and I love this environment so much! Everything is beautiful here and I love how attentive and friendly the staff was when I transitioned here from a different city! I highly recommend these apartments, they are fresh, modern, and cozy for sure! Food truck Tuesday is always a plus! Also, Deondria is amazing! As I mentioned, I was moving from another city to Columbus. One of the agents transition out of the Gardens and she swiftly took the reigns and got me in the Gardens! She is awesome and very sweet. Shell definitely make you feel welcomed in the first steps of moving to these amazing apartments!
Just before the pandemic went into full swing, these places changed management and the difference is night and day. Theyve been very accommodating to those financially impacted by the pandemic.Special shout-out to Rick, a member of their maintenance team. He got our dishwasher working for the first time since the last management company. Not only that, since it was a simple fix, he showed us how to perform it ourselves. My mother and I both have physical disabilities that make hand-washing dishes very difficult, so Rick is our hero.
I moved in to Gardens Apt , Columbus , OH today 10/18. Evening I tried the apt. Washer but was not working. It was about 5 pm and was upset as how can this happened on the first day of moving. Called maintenance and duty engineer Pete came on line. Having listened to my issue he guided me over the phone but there was no water coming to the washing machine. He understood my issue and frustration, immediately promised that he will come to check the problem ASAP. He came as promised and identified the issue. Someone has closed the water line after installing the washer. The manner Pete handled the issue was exceptional. It was late evening and he understood my frustration Apologized for the issue as a new tenant he knew I shouldn’t have to face this type of maintenance issues. Pete anticipated tenants needs, after getting the water connection he cleaned the machine area and ask if he could assist me with any other issues as a new tenant. He explained how the power switches worked and he even helped me with the WiFi connection. He is a reliable person who did the work in a professional manner. The staff members here have been friendly and helpful. Terrance Hopewell was able to find an apartment that fit my needs, and even though it was in poor condition when I first viewed it, maintenance had the unit cleaned up in a reasonable amount of time. Terrance was very flexible and communicative during the process of applying and moving in.
So far so good. I like my neighbors. The only issue I have is the complex trash in some areas overflows and gets debris everywhere in the grass. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is refreshing. From groundskeepers to the leasing office staff, they are all great. Deondria was very pleasant, patient and helpful during my acquisition of the apartment.
The working team at the Gardens are very helpful,friendly especially SAD and have the ability to listen and to solve issues. They will work with you to get the place that you want at the Gardens.Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need.There is the option of how to pay the deposit in the situation that you do not have the money . I have recently moved into this apartment. Gardens Leasing Consultant Terrance was very helpful starting from the initial tour to my move in this apartment. I am loving this apartment. This is a very big community and lots of speedbumps are there to limit car speed to avoid rash driving inside the community.
Oneil, came in to my home on Saturday afternoon, when it’s not even a work day. He is truly a hard worker and does an extraordinary job. I had punch of important stuff wrong with my home and I was waiting for somebody to come for months. I was not even expecting anybody to come through on Saturday but he did because he is very dedicated and a hard Worker. He fixed everything and even fixed small stuff that I forgot to mention on the website. He did an amazing job and I am forever grateful. He is a kind and respectful man and I’m glad he workers here. Thank You Oneil, you really made my weekend special.

This place has been amazing, Deondria has been such a huge help in working with me on my pricing and making sure I get the apartment that best fits me. The complex is beautiful with a large amount of amenities for such a great price. The communication has not stopped between Deondria and I as she is always following up and making sure I am satisfied with my stay. Highly recommend this complex.
Deondria was great she helped us thur the process and made it very easy she got us in quickly got us on the first floor. So I was very pleased. My sister was taking out some heavy box and Mark the maintenance man stop to help which I thought was great. Very happy here and they keep the grounds very nice.
My wife and I were having issues with our toilet flushing and refilling the basin properly. Maintenance responded and checked it out the next day. The problem was diagnosed as an issue with the flushing mechanism. Rey B. showed up and not only fixed the toilet, but also replaced the air filter and fixed the sticking door all at once. I cant thank him enough for going the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the work!
I was looking for apartments in the Easton area to be closer to work. I looked at a few and The Gardens won me over. The units are all upgraded and so nice. The office & maintenance staff are all amazing! They are very professional, kind and ready to help whenever you need something. Ive had my apartment for almost a month and a half now and they have been so diligent to make sure all my needs were met and all my requests were taken care of. My leading agent was Jennifer and she was amazing from start to finish. She was so patient with me, helping me find the perfect unit and garage, always being available or quickly responding to calls and emails regarding any questions or requests I had. So far I havent had any issues and any maintenance requests have been resolved within 24 hrs. I also love the little events they have for the community from time to time. I couldnt have asked for a better transition into the Columbus area and am so thankful to have found such a great place that is so close to work, my sons school and everything we could need. Thank you Gardens staff for such a great experience and amazing customer service!!
The entire process of picking a place, applying n getting in was something I thought was going to be awful but here it was so smooth n fast. Fadumo helped me so so much !! At the beginning the living situation was great, the office staff was nice and we never had a problem. Until about 1 year and a half ago that some people moved in to the upstairs apartment. We didn’t feel safe anymore since there was so many people coming in and out of that apartment at different times of the day, especially early morning late evening (12-4 am). They were really loud and was hard to study/sleep. There were at least 7 people living there (don’t know how many are allowed to live in an apartment there) I had to put my dog on anxiety medication since she thought there was a thunderstorm every day all the time. They also had a dog that bit me and my husband, and they never picked up after their dog. We complained to the office multiple times and they never did anything and nothing changed. Finally, one day these neighbors decided to run over my car while it was parked and tried to run away from it. The police showed up and made them exchange information with me. To my surprise (not really) they didn’t have car insurance and they couldn’t pay to repair my car, so I had to cover the expenses and my insurance was affected because of it. Once again, I complained to the office, they didn’t do anything. We finally were able to leave. It was awful to be there for so long... in addition, make sure they sign a copy of your letter saying that you’re leaving. They like to lose them so that they can charge you for not letting them know you are leaving 90 days in advance!!! if you really want to move here, go to the apartment they are going to give you, meet your neighbors, but don’t pay so much money to be in a place where you can’t have peace and something bad can happen to you. I don’t think it is a safe complex! Stay away if you can
I had some issues with my apartment, and was put in contact with Rich. Through the whole process, he was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure what needed to be done was done in a timely manner. Also, O’Neil came out late one night to help out as well. Both Rich and O’Neil checked in a few days later as well to ensure the problem was resolved. Thanks Rich and O’Neil!
I work in hospitality and was impacted by Covid at the beginning of all the shutdowns. The staff was quick to respond to my questions/concerns, empathetic, and competent. I have had horrible experiences with leasing offices so it is an absolute relief to be handling things with this staff. Thank you Kelly!Great location, love that their pet friendly, too.

I recommend it! I have lived here for years and I can’t say enough about the maintenance staff. I had spider webs on my patio a few weeks back (normal I am aware), but I am so fearful of spiders and I just can’t get myself to do it. This very friendly maintenance tech came, same day, and completely understood, knocked the spider webs down and just seemed so happy with his job. He asked me if there was anything else I needed fixed. I honestly couldn’t be happier with this place. The office staff makes everything so easy. My go to is always Emily.
I reported a moderate leak with my kitchen sink drain, which was not seriously emergent, but was inconvenient, and Ray B. with The Gardens maintenance team responded promptly the following morning, was demonstrating proper COVID-19 distancing/mask protocol, identified the issue within minutes, and was able to fix the missing gasket on the plumbing and confirm that the leak was resolved immediately. Thank you!I look forward to my future experiences with the new Gold Oller staff and especially anticipate some of the new upgrades to the kitchen that are rolling out—hopefully the lease doesn’t get too much of a increase as a result! As a 4+ year resident at The Gardens, it has been nice to see the different updates and improvements the complex has underwent, despite the transition in ownership.
Marchelle, Terrance, and Jody all made the application process so easy and so FUN. It was so easy talking to them, and they were able to answer every single question I had. I was in a bind and needing a place ASAP. They helped with my situation, and helped relieve so much stress! I would highly recommend The Gardens!

This place is amazing. I am in united states for working so we live in gardens apartments. I had issue with some maintenance .i was having trouble with my online portal and requesting maintenance so i seen a worker named mark who gave me the buisness card of Maintenamce director Richard. After contacting him he and some of his guys came over just blew me away . they made me feel so important by showing up in numbers and they had done not only what we ask but other things we jad missed. Nothibg hets passed Mr Richard and his giys what a great leader!!. After they completed my house Richard gave me a card for charity the property manager. She is so professional and pleasant to talk to . se answered the additional questions i had and made navigating the portal so much easier for me. Naturally i felt a little embarassed i couldnt figure this out on my own but the minute she answerd the phone she melted those feelings away instantly with her comforting and friendly voice. I am truly impressed by this company and the people they have running this place!!! Well done!!
When I first stepped onto the community, I could tell this place was for me. Marchelle and Jodie are extremely sweet and answered all of my many questions! The amenities are beautiful, and the community is affordable and perfectly located to everything I need. I’m so excited to move into this wonderful community!
The gardens is a great place to live! Our neighbors were pretty quiet, we lived in a renovated apartment. The gym on site was very convenient and generally not crowded late in the evening. The population renting at the Gardens is very diverse, which is one of the things I loved most about living there! I wish I was still living there but I had to move closer to work. 10/10 would recommend.

2021-12-28I was a resident here for three years and I am very glad I chose The Gardens. I had nothing but positive experiences when working with the staff. Maintenance responds quickly and is efficient. Kelley, a manager who I worked with each year for leasing, is incredibly helpful and answers all questions in a timely manner. They host some community events, which is nice. Plenty of parking. Location is great. All in all, a great place to call home.

2022-07-10This is my second apartment and the first time I will be renewing a lease. Jodi is so sweet!! and she’s been working with me on some issues I’ve brought to her attention. She was never once rude about it and replied in a mannerly time even though I know she’s busy throughout the day. She’s made me feel cared about and has been so genuine! 2022-03-03The maintenance here would not be the same without Rick. Today, we submitted a maintenance order for a light bulb that went out. Rick was willing to hear me out, I need small things fixed. He tightened the outlets and our stove no longer has a mind of its own. He has great customer service skills and time management. Everything was fixed in about 45 minutes. It is a nice feeling when everything is fixed, it makes a house a home.

2022-06-16What a great place! Jhanna (our leasing agent) worked overtime to help my partner and I move in on an incredibly short notice. She took great care of us was was thoughtful and thorough in helping us through the process. The apartment is pretty standard but the staff who work here are 10/10. While the apartment had some issues on move in (dishwasher needed reset, closet shelf was wobbly) maintenance came less then 24 hours after I posed a maintenance request. I was hoping that they would give a notice before they came but since they got all issues fixed so quickly I had no problem with that.

I’ve been struggling looking for an apartment complex that has not only great apartments but a great staffing behind it she has made me feel as I will have no problems ever living here!
