The Exchange in other cities:
I feel like the prices they offer are a little on the low side but hey they have to make a living. I know they don’t make the prices up. I know there is a system they go by. You can find some cool things. Sometimes less, sometimes higher than market price. Not bad overall.
Great store for all things media new and old. Like a hip version of Best Buy. A little pricey for their new games, whenever there are deals elsewhere you can pretty much bet they’ll be full price. But if you’re looking for a great selection of vinyl, anime, vintage games, and cool trinkets, it’s one of the best spots in Cleveland.
I love the Exchange. They are always fair on pricing and the staff is super helpful when youre looking for something. Ive been coming here often for the last 20 years and its nice to see they are still doing well with the switch of media in the last decade to mostly digital online streaming. They usually have a huge assortment of DVDs, Blue Ray, CDs, Video Games, Records and collectibles. Make sure you come in and take a look around if you can. I love owning a movie and watching it whenever I want, instead of paying an online rental fee if they arent available to stream when I want to see them.
An excellent place to go for hard to find memorabilia, toys, games, and movies nestled in the heart of Parma Heights. Clean, well kept, and friendly service, you never know what Funko, Lego, or old record surprise you might find. Always some sort of great treasure to uncover for every pop culture, anime, nerd, gamer, enthusiast.
Wow this store has alot of stuff. Organized well and price seem fair .Huge discount for some not too much of a discount for others. Unfortunately the box set I was looking for was not there and the individual episodes were only $1 less than I could have bought new on the internet Awesome memorabilia I havent seen for years Staff if super nice
Save yourself the drive and just go on ebay or even Gamestop is significantly cheaper. Even BestBuy had significantly lower prices on new games, and Im not talking 3 or 4 bucks Im talking their 45 dollar games are under 20 bucks everywhere else. They did have very good prices on 3rd party controllers, those were only 2 or 3 dollars more then online.
I recently came to this exchange with a like new copy of pokémon shield, and a like new copy of animal crossing. I wanted to exchange it for the new Mario party game. they only offered me $40 in store trade for both games, then lied to me about what they sell them for. I knew this was a lie because right next to where were talking are the switch games with the prices clearly displayed. so I declined the $40 store credit and went to the steelyard exchange and they immediately said yes well give you that game brand new for your games. I highly recommend that if youre going to an exchange never go to this Parma exchange they were rude they were liars and they do not care about the customers. if you want a good experience at an exchange, go down to steelyards common.they take care of you, theyre friendly, and they will not lie to you to.
I have been going here for years. You never know what you are going to find on the shelves. They have movies, games, toys, audio visual equipment, vinyl records, and more. I try to make it up there at least once a week to look around at whats new. Employees are super friendly and helpful as well. Best exchange Ive been too.
I have been going to The Exchange branches of stores around the Cleveland area for several years now. They have a great selection on a lot of things- from gaming systems (old school and current) to movies, music, vinyls and other things. One product that caught my eye and I am glad a purchased it- Dealers Choice- a classic game from the 1970s originally done by Parker Bros. It is a automoblie dealership game. The price on the game was $8 and I asked if I could check the condition and pieces- they were all there in like new condition. So I bought and I still have it. Was worth every penny and had everything needed. And from what I understand- if you want to purchase something from them- one thing I do- I ask to check the condition of the materials of what you plan on buying. However- I will advise that if you want to sell them materials to them- I would not because the marketing system standards that they use to offer what you would sell them would not be the full bearing market price. But overall- I have not had too many issues with them. Judge accordingly.
Great products and organization. But the employees ask you over and over if they can help you, it’s very agitating and excessive. In a ten minute visit, my shopping was interrupted 5 or 6 times. They need to understand that not all of their shoppers are going to be extroverts.
My favorite exchange! Constant new inventory and friendly staff! Always feel welcome. Its absolutely my favorite location. The staff will help their hardest to hunt down whatever your looking for. Fair prices, large location. I have been a regular for the last 7 years and I will continue to be at Parma.
Probably the best Exchange store in Ohio. Its not my favorite because the one in Willoughby is close to my friend and I and we go there very often and Ive been going since I was a kid, but this one is the best. I was in here for the first time yesterday and boy do they have a large variety of vinyl records. I was in there for an hour and a half, looking through nearly every record. They also have lots of movies, probably have the biggest horror section compared to every Exchange Ive been in. Ive been in around 8 total Exchange stores, even the one in Downtown Pittsburgh. So, I definitely recommend this store, please go!
I cannot say enough how cool the employees at this location are. Very helpful and patient and knowledgeable. There is so much in the store and it can be overwhelming, and its like a dream come true type of place. The amount of games, movies, toys, classic things, even records and comics and the list goes on! Totally worth going to if you havent already! You may want to keep going back!
Always been a very nice staff very helpful. The only discrepancy I have. Is Im going to end up going back there this week after having to trade something into gas money in pocket money for the week. And what I had trade it in on eBay whats going on for $150. They gave me 25 bucks. Now if I go in there this week and see that up on the shelf for $150 or even $100 Im going to kind of be upset. Because Ive been coming here for more than a decade. Been a extremely loyal customer. And the ratio of what you get back in cash in trade in compared to what they resell it for its always been hurtful. I just hope that this time its not a complete smack in the face. Because its one thing to be an honest person who just need some money to run on for the week. Somebody going up there and doing mischievous Behavior because of certain things. And I brought this company honest merchandise dial throughout the years theyre completely innocent reasons like just having some pocket money for the week. So Im really hoping and praying that when I go in there this coming up week Im not completely insulted and upset. Because I love this store I really do and the staff is great. But I have made this place some good money over the years. Its one thing to go up there and to see that Im reselling it for 4050 box making a hundred percent profit thats cool. If I go in there and see this thing going for 150 even a hundred and I got $25 out of it Im going to be upset. I mean you couldnt have come off a 50-50 split thrown me 50 and sold it for a hundred fifty. I mean its $100 profit.
They have a great selection sure. But when it comes to selling. They are just as bad if not worse than gamestop. I bought a 100$ version of borderlands 3 and after playing it twice I realized it wasnt for me. And when I was going to return it. The same guy I bought it from at the store said he couldnt go any higher than 15 dollars... its honestly pathetic, Ive also sold countless items there that they have given me a quarter value for. Only doing it because I desperately needed gas money
A great place where you will always find something of interest!Pros: Has a good amount of everything. CDs, DVDs, records, games, game systems, Apple products, accessories, and more. One of the bigger locations in the area, so there’s more to look at. Your odds of finding at least one thing here are pretty high because of this. This may be the only location in the area to have HD DVDs in stock.Cons: I cant think of any right now. Hope it stays that way!You won’t regret visiting!Edit: Apparently this location does have a dollar CD section. I must have missed it. Their dollar CDs are more or less similar to the ones the other locations offer.
Wasted my time!!! Called ahead to ask about Xbox 360 headsets. Store associate responds we sure do. I even specifically asked for Xbox 360. I took advantage of halftime of the Browns game. WASTE OF MY TIME DUE TO THEIR PACIFICATION. Listen when people call. Heading to GameStop after the game. Thanks The Exchange.
The employees are the BEST. They are always friendly and willing to help. I was in today with a list of movies I wanted to purchase. One of the movies I wanted they did not have. The young man told me that he would check another store to see if they had it. They did and it will be shipped to the store I was at. Thank you!!!
Horrible customer service lied about being busy but made me wait 6 hours for a 1 min phone call . I’ll be posting more than jus one one star review now. I wish I knew the kids name he was so short couldnt see name tag but nonetheless this the first 1 Star. I’ll prolly one eryday till under their under 3stars for good.
They got good new staff members. They always are friendly and quick. Sometimes they even offer to cross reference other locations and order in an item they dont currently have from another store. Fair prices and way better than gamestop. Plus they have music. I think the older black dude that works there is a hard worker and probably lives there because there isnt a day I go in where he isnt there. He deserves a medal. The youngsters working there too are very friendly as well. They seem to be under good leadership. Good job, keep it up.
The exchange is a great place to shop for things you never thought youd see again or you didnt even know existed... The staff was so on top of their game and so courteous it seemed like every 10 minutes another one would come by and ask if we were okay and ask if we needed anything or if they can help us find anything
I had 2 toddlers in my car and just wasnt going to attempt a trip into the store so I called up and the very nice guy on the phone was able to suggest a couple of games for my grandsons to play on their system and even came out to the car when I got there and did the cc for me and everything. Im lost when it comes to these things so he really saved me!
This is one of the main locations I visit weekly and when we visit we never leave with less than 5 movies or games. The staff is always friendly and always willing to help and I must add the cleanliness of this store is amazing and I love how everything is alphabetically in order and if you are looking for a certain title oh, the staff is more than willing to help you immediately. And we purchased the total of 13 movies and some of them may be outdated and some may be a year updated but we got all 13 for 26 bucks
If youre looking for video games, action figures and related paraphernalia it looked great. I was looking for vinyl records and it had a smaller collection than I was expecting. I suppose thats why they changed the name of the chain at some point from The Record Exchange. Regardless, the place was clean, well-organized and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I enjoy the selection of games and collectibles. However the problem I have is with the staff. They’re incredibly rude. Granted there are a few nice people there, but it’s far and few between. Whatever you do try to avoid selling anything there. They’ll give you a tiny fraction of what it’s worth. I understand they’re a business, but you have to be fair to your customers if you want to stay in business. My fiancé had probably 12 figurines that were in perfect shape in box. He paid 30 each for them and they offered him $40 cash, yet sold each one for $30 in store. There are two guys up at the front that are extremely rude however I don’t know their names because they don’t wear name tags. There was one time I went there looking for a game (I go there very frequently, enough for the employees to probably recognize me), and they had an employee follow me all around the store because I went into my purse to grab my phone that was ringing. I asked the employee to please stop following me because she was making me uncomfortable, but she refused. I walked out and went to gamestop for the game I wanted. Be weary about going there.
We went to sell some of our giant DVD collection. Prices were low but comparable to prices offered online and I didnt have to pack anything up for shipping. The house is 3 boxes of movies lighter! They also buy some audio electronics - I saw turntables and an entire 70s Era sound system - and collectibles. Had fun browsing while we waited. The only reason I didnt rate it a 5 was that their music was a bit loud.
I have used the exchange for about 3 years now and for the most part it has been a very positive experience, the people there are nice, but you do occasionally get a rude one or two, but overall very helpful. The amount of product they have here tho is what really sells it, from movies to video games, plus they have a great selection of music.
I absolutely love this location! Its nestled in a small shopping center on a main road, so, it has easy access and lots of parking. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and, even when the store is packed, everyone remains professional and gets the customers taken care of quickly.
I usually only buy games from here and they are almost always scratched and can not be read by my console. it’s very frustrating!!! They need to start testing the games they get and only take them if them WORK. I cannot even tell you the amount of times I’ve purchased a game to go home and not be able to play it!!
Had to go back because one of the games my Son purchased for me wasnt working well, when I got there I was greeted immediately and didnt have any problems getting another game. Every time I go, theres something new to look at, and the staff is always working very hard to make sure the place looks great and the customers experience and needs are met. As a matter of fact this is where I take my Cousins from Puerto Rico when they are in to get a lot of the hard to find games and music too.
I used to love going to the exchange but I started realizing that over time I would sell stuff to them and the amount of money they would buy my stuff for was so low. Also it seemed their prices slowly went up. Now if I want a game I can go to GameStop and get my game for cheaper and sell games or consoles and get way more money than Id get at the exchange. Total rip off. Dont waste your time.
This is by far my favorite exchange . They always have anything Ive ever looked for whether it was an old ps2 game , or a POP figure , or Drop Dead Fred (which you cannot find really anywhere now a days) . They seriously got it all . And another awesome thing is , if they dont have what you want , you can go literally the next day and their shelves are totally restocked with new choices of games , movies , figurines , comics . I seriously dont know how they do it . They will always be my home store . Oh and also , they have BOXES UPON BOXES of comics !! Seriously they have the BIGGEST comic selection out of all the exchange stores Ive been to . You must check this store out !!
Killing some time while in town I didnt expect to stay long at the store but the shelves and memorabilia just kept going and going. Would consider busting out the old N64 knowing that you can buy games here at good prices. Ended up buying an old TMNT jacket for my son for $5. Would return to browse again.
Actually a decent selection, with prices that are comparable, if not better, than amazon and ebay for many items. I was able to find some rare out of print dvds for cheaper than ebay, as well as some ps3 videogames, all in EXCELLENT condition, for only a few dollars each. Staff is usually helpful too, and they seem to be pretty attentive. Store is kept pretty clean and organized.
I was humiliated in the Parma hts location on Pearl road. I have a medical condition regarding the masks and I was wearing one anyway but it wasn’t up high enough to the liking of the employee who harassed and humiliated me. I was even told they would serve me curbside wich I agreed and when I got outside he threw my bank card at me. I called to make a complaint to the manager and an hour later the police came to my house accusing me of threatening the employees. The employee used information off of my bank card to harass me even further! If you don’t want your personal information stolen dont shop here
The store is great, employees are very helpful, and prices are competitive. You can find a lot of old nostalgic items to listen to, play, or watch. However, the reason for only 3 stars is very simple. If you are trading in or selling your items the place flat out rips you off.I fully understand that they are a business and this is America, but when you give someone ten cents per used DVD then turn around and sell said DVD for $8 it just puts a really salty taste in my mouth. There is no room for negotiation either, their automatic response is hurrr durrr its what the computer says hurr durr....There is no need to rip people off and take advantage of them. If someone is selling their DVD collection, they are obviously hurting for money to pay a bill or even eat, and they take full advantage of the situation. With that said, I will never personally sell anything to them. With the dawn of the internet age, there are many other options where you set your own competitive price and keep a majority of the profit.Once again, the place is great if you are there to buy. They do a great job of keeping the place clean and organized, and the employees are very helpful.
OK the store itself isnt bad. Good merch. decent prices. Staff is TERRIBLE. Rude snobby little girls with an attitude. Without expectation theyre up your ass every 60-90 seconds asking if youre still OK. Yeah. I have money. Im not stealing anything. Stop breathing down my neck. And god forbid you actually do ask for help. So much attitude. They act like youre a complete moron for asking anything. Several times one girl at out plowed through my daughter and o trying to get to the back room. We would gladly get the hell out of your way if youd ask. Bunch of snobby wannabe edgy teenagers.
You look on EBay for vintage items, you get totally ripped off. If you go to the Exchange you be surprised at all the deals. And if your stuff doesn’t work, returning it is easy. The one thing I wouldn’t recommend is going to the exchange to buy new games. I wholeheartedly recommend the exchange to anyone who likes vintage video games and music.
I was having a lot of trouble with headphones not working. After the 3rd trip after 2 purchases of bad luck... They were nice enough to help me and cut me a break on a more quality pair that worked much better. Their customer service was helpful and to see my frustration by working with me is greatly appreciated. Thank you guys.
So I sent my dad with Once Upon a Time Seasons 1-5 some of which have NEVER been opened at least the DVD parts, They only gave him 10 Bucks. 10 DOLLARS for Something that is WELL OVER ten dollars. This establishment has always gave a small price in stuff when you sell things to them, only to hike up the prices when you go to see how much they are when you want to buy them back. This place is a joke, they are seriously so unprofessional and completely lazy. I will never go back there; ever! These people are rip-offs and take pride in making you pay more for something when they only gave a measely 10 dollars to the original owner.
If you are looking to buy a video game do not go to this location! Every time I have purchased a game from here it is heavily scratched and unplayable. It seems to me the staff does not care about the quality of discs they receive, very sad!! Again, please do not go here if you are looking to buy a disc, especially if it is a video game!
Only place I go to trade or buy video games and movies! Friendly staff always asking if you need assistance, no need to go searching for someone like other places. Prices for trade-in are just shy of what you might expect to get in cash but they make up for it if you choose store credit.
The staff in almost every location on the west side of Cleveland seem to be stuck on themselves. They are condescending, and act like you are bothering them to get a case open. When asked a question about a game or album, they arent very knowledgeable. They all dressed like sub level hipsters and some even smell bad. The prices are not at all fair. They give you pennies for an exchange, then turn around and sell it for a considerable profit. I would not recommend this store to anyone who is smart about how they spend their money, and care about good customer service. Seriously do you find your staff at bad coffee shops with least socially apt people you can find?
The service is great despite what people say. If you ask AnD WAIT they will help you out and will spend as much time with you as you need. They test your game for ya on your stuff or the stores (if u bring in the console). We been coming here since I was a child and now for my son. Thank you the exchange.
Bought a used ps4 and new game for $341 and it had problems after a couple days. Only noticed that it wasnt clean on the outside in the store but when it started having a software issue and crashing during gameplay closer inspection revealed a lot of dirty crust and corrosion on the inside. Relieved to get a refund and might just spend the extra money for a brand new one now since they didnt leave me hanging and stuck with a $341 brick and game.
Stopped in 1/28/16 with my brother and had no problems. I read the reviews prior to entering and the staff was absolutly pleasant and helpful. Browsed for awhile, we were asked if we needed help and it was readily available when we did. Extremely clean and organized, will return again.
Everything vintage/oldschool/latest and everything in between. I could spend hours inside the shop. I got my all of my used gear from there, and have been 100 percent happy everytime. Ive never had an issue. I found a couple hard to find nintendo cartridges there too that were in perfect working condition. I look for any excuse to go check out what they got in stock. They even got collectors items in mint condition. My girl is into Sailor Moon and found some pretty cool mint condition items. There is something there for everyone.
They moved to a bigger store which is a plus. They have a large assortment of video games, vinyl records, DVD and CD. The staff usually greets you as you come into the store. My two complaints are 1- they used to put items on hold for 5 days now its only 3 days. 2- When you bring in items to trade or sell they give you a very low dollar amount.
Have shopped here for years and have bought many movies, games and consoles from them. However when trying to trade in something they will make up every lousy excuse to not take it..or they will offer you an insulting couple of dollars. I keep my items in beautiful condition and to offer me only a few dollars or not at all is DISGUSTING and pure GREED. Me and my husband are boycotting the exchange of parma now which is sad because they used to be fair to people and nice . Word of wisdom , do not shop here.
Used game prices are hit or miss. Retro games are usually marked up way above market value. They tend to jack prices up on what is trendy at the time (when the Final Fantasy VII remake was announced at E3, $35 copies of the orginal jumped to $50-$60). Heavy hitters are stuck behind glass with the price tags obscured, forcing you to inquire about it. There are better deals at local game stores if youre willing to look. If you are willing to pay $60+ for Zelda on Snes, thats on you.
This place sucks of you actually plan on buying something. This is day three in a row i have gone in and tried to buy something. After a 20 minute wait each visit, i left without anything. No one does anything. No one is around to unlock a cabinet. Lazy lazy lazy workers. Dont waste your time.
I like this place because the games and movies are more cheap than other places like GameStop. They also sell more than just games like movies, music and action figures. The employees are very nice and welcoming to everyone.I would suggest coming here to buy or find movies and games.
As soon as I walked in the girl had a bad attitude.Long story short my xbox one wouldnt turn on (which I was unaware of because I havent turned it on in a year) so understandably she told me they were not able to buy the xbox. But in the bag that xbox was in were two digitable cameras and an old camera. She basically tried to steal them from me so I walked behind the counter and grabbed them. She never mentioned anything about the cameras. I guess I should have plugged my xbox in before I went but absolutely awful service.
I called them looking for season 4 of The Walking Dead and their used price is $42. Thats rediculous considering you can buy it used off Ebay for $15, and NEW off Amazon for around $22. I understand they do not sell in bulk so they may be a bit higher than either of these companies, but they DONT give their customers much money for used material, and then jack up the prices very high. I dont see how they stay in business with out rages prices like this.
I have a collection of rarities, and some regular stuff....got tired of ebay/post office/fees so I figured The Exchange might be a good alternative. You will spend more on gas to get there than what they offer you. Ignorance at its finest, they didnt even offer me 25% of items value or what they would sell it for on their shelves....they obviously didnt take a single second to research and reference ebay/amazon and other second-hand retail outlets to compare values. Firmly insulting, having to ask for my items back, after waiting a solid hour and change to get my offer.......brought in a well-organized box of items, they gave me back a heaping pile of cds that I had to spend 8 minutes at the counter reorganizing just so they wouldnt fly all over the place as I drove them home. They do sell some good stuff at a FAIR-ish price so I may continue to buy from them unfortunately.
Ok if you are going here for vintage games, vinyls, dvds anything like that then this is the place to go. It is the cleanest/largest game exchange that i have been to. That being said everything is overpriced which is not always a problem if something costs just a couple extra than what you can get it for online, but god forbid this store is basically ran on what others trade in/exchange. And if you are going there to trade/exchange be prepared to get ROBBED completely! First off they dont even give you 25% of what they sell it for. Of course you can get a couple more bucks if you chose in store credit but their offers are insulting to say the least! Another problem is customer service. Two times i have been told to wait and check out the store while they check my trade in items and 30 minutes go by i walk up front noone says anything(they usually call your name when they are done checking items) so an hour of walking around looking and i finally just wait by the counter and turns out the guy who checked my stuff completely forgot about me and started helping others like wtf?! It took a girl to see me waiting and asked if i needed help and i say im waiting on a trade. Shes like oh its probably ready for you.... she grabs the games that they cant take behind the counter and the games they did take is nowhere to be found. No receipt to tell you what you got for each game nor do they tell you. You feel like an ass asking them for your stuff back and take their shitty offer most the time. Seriously everyone make an ebay account for christs sake. Robbed
I bought a wii about a week ago, and while it worked perfectly with everything else, it wouldnt play Super Smash Bros. Brawl (I found out that some of the early wiis had a problem with the laser reading certain games). I stopped by and an employee named Roxanne not only fixed the problem, but she went well out of her way to help. She made sure everything was working before I left, and was very pleasant from beginning to end.I will always go here > the other big named game store from here on out. Thank you Roxanne!
Better than the North Olmsted location, so if I had to choose one Id go here. On a serious note, I apologise to the two people working the counter as I didnt intend for my visit to the store you work at to interrupt your conversation about Sams full name from Lord of the Rings.Edit: I know when I go there that they will test any electronics I bring in. I tested my game console before taking it in to trade. It worked just fine. While they were testing it, I heard their conversation about do we want to pay out for this? Haha, no.They then told me that it wouldnt read the HDMI cable for some reason, they cant buy it. I took it home and hooked it up, and apparently the ride home fixed it, because it was reading the HDMI cable just fine.As much as I appreciate their gentle attempt at lying, Ive got to say that if I ever step foot in that store again, its because my butt is on fire and theyve got the only extinguisher.
Complete FAIL. Purchased a working overpriced NES and wasted 2 hours of my valuable Sunday. Get home to find it is NOT working (even though they tested it) returned to the store and said if they simply provide the 5 dollar part it needs to repair, I would still take it... They refused and said that I would still need to pay the 75 for the broken NES and 15 for the part. LOSERS. No customer skills whatsoever. It is only a matter of time till these trash stores are gone forever, and incompetence like this is a big part of it (other than the internet). Also I felt very rushed on my purchases throughout the store with the un-knowledgeable girl. Never again.

2022-07-17I was at a birthday party, when they put in the movie, Ghost Busters, Afterlife. The host of the party turned the movie off at a half hour into the movie. So the birthday girl could open her presents. So, I never got to finish watching the movie. So, I stopped at the Exchange, and they had the movie. It was on the pricey side because it was newer and in perfect condition.I told them it was my birthday month and they said theres a 20% discount on used merchandise and 10% discount on new for your birthday. So, I got 20% off on my purchase. You can use that discount once a year.Happy Birthday To Me! 😊 I got the movie and was very satisfied with it.I always receive friendly and helpful service at the, Exchange, and I highly recommend the, Exchange!

2022-03-05I have been to several locations. The one on Howe Ave might be the largest, but this one is Parma is jam packed with a lot of cool stuff. Worth checking out.

2022-04-20They never give you enough money for your games i have 10 games that were worth about 400$ in total and i was expecting to get afleast 70$in store credit but no they gave me 25$ in cash or 30$ in store credits! I know thats how they get there money but bro 400$ worth of games and i got 25$ your better off selling them on facebook market place or something. But some of the staff are cool the others just bother you 24/7 while your looking around

2022-05-13I worked here for a few months at the beginning of this year and I loved almost everything about it except the manager. I was on my phone in the restroom(which apparently is a no-no) and that same day they fired me for it. I show up two months later to shop, AND THEY TELL ME I’M NOT ALLOWED IN…do NOT go to this exchange

2022-03-13As for media, its your typical exchange. Large variety. As for toys and collectables, they a little pricey. Im a barbie collector so I check in here every now and then. They have quite the collection of Barbies but they want the higher end of ebay prices for them.

2021-01-05As a 14 year olds mother, I wish the Exchange did NOT do such a great job meeting my sons video GAME addiction. This franchise store (with several city-wide locations) seems to regularly have the older systems gear (that I can afford to have) with GOOD PRICES he can afford. You can get games and necessary EXTRAS such as cords (broken during meltdowns), remote controllers, & paraphernalia that will not break your bank and will leave you feeling like a kid again. They have DS, Wii, WiiU, Playstation, DVDs, Pokemon novelty items like Pez candy characters, stuffed animals, figurines, lunch boxes. This is a 1980s mecca.

2022-08-08This place is not a video game store. it is a place where you go to buy nostalgia and good memories. Just make sure you bring your whole paycheck. Nostalgia isnt cheap.

2022-06-08My visit was with and for my son. The staff was very present to assist with all of their customers. I also would like to add that all the staff is very professional and patient with my child.
