The East End is an excellent place to live and by far the best place I have ever lived! The building is clean, quiet, modern and spacious. The location is great and it is such a good value considering all of the great amenities included. The building really has everything you could ask for. Jackie the property manager is amazing as well! She is very friendly, attentive and available. She really goes above and beyond for all of the tenants at The East End. I would highly recommend living here.

The East End was a great place to live! Not only are the apartments spacious and updated, they are very affordable too! Jackie, the property manager, is the best! She is super friendly, accommodating, and flexible. Easily the best apartment I have ever rented!

My husband and I have rented an apartment for the last year at East End. From the moment that I was in contact with Jackie, the manager, we were in very capable hands. The unit we rented was furnished, with all new furnishings, and ready for us as soon as we needed it. She assisted us with so many details regarding the move…I can’t list all of them. If we ever needed help with anything, she and her staff were on it right away.It is a comfortable, safe place to live in Akron. It was exactly what we needed for corporate lodging.

Beautiful building and apartment. Very clean and safe. Love the garage parking. Jackie Vari is by far the best property manager Ive ever worked with. She makes everybody feel welcome, is super professional and 100% responsive. Loved working with her. Nice mix of people here as well. I used my apartment as an executive second home. I highly recommend The East End. Youll love it here and will love working with Jackie!

This is by far the best place to live. The apartments are newly renovated, great taste for the decor. Everything was impecable and the atmosphere is quiet and great to work from home.Jackie the property manager is the best, great attention to detail and always helpful, always open to accommodate and help with our needs.Es de los mejores lugares para vivir. Lived here for 2 years and enjoyed it a lot. I had two amazing lofts -moved to a bigger loft after 1year. I found Jackie the manager to be the kindest and most accomodating lease manager Ive ever met. She goes above and beyond to listen to your concerns and needs! There are a lot of events though and parking is tricky- always best to get the underground parking. Also, the building is old and the freight elevator had its share of problems. But occasionally you got random tickets to events at Goodyear Hall. Overall, it was a nice place to live, close to most major highways and restaurants nearby!

Great apartments! Moved down to Akron from CLE, and the value you get here cannot be beat! Between the abundance of parking, stylish units, security and amenities, it is way better than any of the buildings I lived at in CLE. The gym is great, staff is exceptional (especially Jackie!), residents friendly, and Labelles Barber on the first floor gives a top notch cut. Take a tour, and you will be blown away like we were!

Jackie is absolutely amazing. I cant recommend these apartments more. Not only are they stunning but the staff creates such a beautiful atmosphere. They always answer my questions and go above and beyond every day of the week.

So many things here made me feel at home during my stay. First off, this was my first apartment and time living alone. I will say safety and and security were two of the most important things I looked for. I never have felt so safe and at ease here at East End, between fobbed access, visible security (always), and more, East End put me at ease.Jackie was always so accommodating and personable. I felt like I was talking to a friend. From personally coming to fix my air conditioner herself to small touches like bringing the packages to our doors at time, East End was someplace I was happy to call home for one year. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for quiet, safe, secure, and luxury in Akron. Thank you Jackie and staff for making my stay as good as it was!

Possibly the best place I have lived in a very long time. The building is recently renovated. The floors are great, and it is close to the highway and few cool places. The manager is willing to go out of her way to help you if there is an issue with the apartment. There is also a really cool huge tire inside.
