5 stars is not enough!! When I discovered head lice on my daughter on a Saturday night I called the Lice Nanny. Since it was late at night I didn’t leave a message but she quickly text me and asked how she could help. I treated my daughter with an over the counter product that night but was paranoid it would not work. First thing Sunday morning I called Erin back. She was so kind and saw us within hours. We drove over an hour one way and the peace of mind Erin provided me was worth every minute. Erin was very knowledgeable and reassuring. She quickly treated both my daughter and I and sent us home with plenty of oil to put on a week later. We were able to carry on with our normal activities without missing a beat. My worst teacher nightmare came true after 14 years of being in the classroom. My head was itching, and not because someone else I knew had lice. I visited our school nurse who confirmed what I already knew.She told me all the things I needed to do so I did them immediately: buy a treatment from the store, followed the directions exactly, paid off my friends to “nit pick” my head every night for a week, washed all the things in my house, threw away my hairbrush, continued washing my sheets daily, and another treatment 5 days later.Fast forward 2 more weeks and the itching resumed. I had never heard of lice clinics before until I started googling ways to get rid of lice my daughter got from daycare. I wanted to treat the whole family just to be safe. Where do I begin?? Erin was our lifesaver!! There’s never a good time to get lice but unfortunately it happens. I found out my 2 daughters had lice the day before we were going to be flying out of town. She returned my call immediately, was patient, and informative. She took my 2 daughters and I in at 9:00 pm taking great care of us! She was professional, efficient, and calming! We walked out in an hour, lice free!! I have already raved about her to multiple people and highly recommend her services. And it didn’t end there, she promptly returned my texts after, regarding questions I had and clarifications. Lice was going around school and my child got it. Regular treatments did not help even though we treated all of us to be safe and cleaned everything. When she was reinfected we asked the nurse at school what was the best treatment. She recommended The Lice Nanny. She also reccomended a local resource that would cover the cost. By that evening we got treated and it worked. The Lice Nanny also gave us more of the treatment to do a week later just to be safe. The first treatment took care of it but we treated again to be safe. She was very professional and I like that the treatment is safe unlike store bought treatments.

Erin was fantastic with getting back to me almost immediately and was able to set up an appointment very quickly. She answered my questions well and I left feeling a little more confident in “lice control.” The appointment lasted less than 30 minutes, I followed her directions, and the lice/nits were gone for good! Erin is excellent!!! I was having a baby in 2 days when I found out my family and I had lice. I was in a panic on what to do because I wanted to be able to hold my baby. I called Erin up she had us come right in the next morning. She did her thing and it was gone just like that!! Well my personal experience was amazing! This lady was very convenient with my work schedule and treated me and both of my girls in less than an hour! She gave us a bottle of the oil to take home and treat other family members we were in contact with as well! I was under so much stress when I found out that my girls had lice and I honestly didn’t know what to do! My best friend referred me to her and I couldn’t have made a better decision than what I did. Erin was wonderful. She got me in the same day. She put all my concerns at ease. I had thoroughly checked my boys but brought them just in case. Good thing I did, they both had lice too. Hours before a school trip, I discovered my daughter had lice! I panicked because I had no clue how to handle it because I have never dealt with this as a mom or child. My own mother couldnt even give me advice! I stopped by the pharmacy where they recommended several chemically laden products. I also contacted the two lice centers in town, but they were booked and short on advice to a mother in a very tight situation. After consulting a friend, she recommended contacting the Lice Nanny who she had seen on a local social media group. I did and within an hour and a half we were at her home getting checked. She administered a full treatment to my daughter and checked me as well. She discovered a full head of lice on my daughter and I was surprisingly clear. I have visited one other lice treatment shop and unfortunately they didn’t get rid of the lice and we thought she had so it got extremely worse. Thank god for the lice nanny. Erin was amazing! After treating my step-daughter three times with drug store lice remover I still wasn’t convinced we had taken care of the issue. So I went looking for someone to put my mind at ease and she did just that. She treated me and the little one in less than and hour, reassured me that it was gone and there was no need to deep clean our house or trash brushes like i had already done, and sent us with extra oil so we could send it to her moms house too. I had heard about her from a Dublin moms group on FB I’m in, so when my daughters school called me in the middle of the day to say she had lice and I had to pick her up, I looked up Erin’s info and called right away. What a hero! We had been trying for a very long time to overcome a lice situation. Multiple treatments, hair pulling and some tears but still no resolution. Of course our first lice experience happens during a pandemic when everything is shutdown. Tried an over the counter treatment from the drugstore and it was worthless. A friend who had done in- office treatment recommended the Dublin Lice Nanny to us so I checked it out online. The office was closed due to Covid, but products were available. I ordered online and was both surprised and thrilled when they dropped products of at my house same day instead of waiting for shipping. Treatment was an absolute breeze and immediately effective. Erin was wonderful! My 2.5 year old got sent home from daycare with a few live bugs in her hair. We treated at home with a boxed kit from the store, but hated the chemicals, didnt know whether or not we were in the clear, and also wanted to get myself checked. 2022-04-14Exactly what we were looking for. Erin was very quick to respond and was able to see my daughter the same day. Fortunately, we ended up having a false alarm and what she had was hair casts, not lice. So thankful Erin was able to explain and show us the difference. 2022-09-04I cannot say enough how Erin saved the day once we realized my daughter had lice. We did an OTC treatment but did not feel confident we had gotten them all. We were right. Erin got us in for a same day treatment for the family to ensure we completely eliminated them. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Like everyone, I hope we never have to deal with lice again in the future, but if we do we know who to call!

2022-03-08Erin saved our family from lice hell! My 3 year old got it from childcare, and we had been dealing with it off and on for many months. We were in touch with the pediatrician and done everything they suggested, but nothing worked. A couple days before Christmas I found it yet again and was in tears, desperately looking for an alternative treatment. Erin called me back right away and even treated our family on Christmas Eve. We followed her protocol, and she was very generous in helping me treat my extended family who we’d been in regular contact with. We have been completely lice free for 3 months now. 2022-07-08She took care of my family of 4 same day as scheduling, even worked around our work schedule and was able to meet in the evening. 2022-06-13I realized we had a lice outbreak in our home at 10:00pm on a Friday night. I left a message with the lice Nanny and she returned my call the next morning. She was able to get my whole family in Saturday morning within a couple hours. She was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend the Lice Nanny. She was reasonably priced and efficient!
