These guys are amazing! They came to my house and pressure washed my driveway, my house, my gutters, my roof, and my deck! I wish I took before and after pictures. It looks like a new house. I would definitely recommend the curb appeal pros. They were very thorough, professional, and a way better price compared to anyone else out there. I will continue to use them for anything in the future.
Highly recommend The Curb Appeal Pros!! We called on a weekend and Austin actually came by on a Sunday to review what we needed done. They got us in quickly (Wednesday), cleaned the gutters, flushed the drain pipes, cleaned and treated the roof, and power washed the house. Very professional and did great work.
Called for and estimate and Austin was able to come out on the same day! He pressure washed our bi-level/two story house (which desperately needed it) and did a great job! The house had some green on the side/front and he got it all off super easily. The quote was very reasonable and Id totally recommend him.
This is the ONLY company I would recommend. They came out the day of my application being filed out and gave me an estimate that day. They communicate in all forms. They quoted me and initially when I was unable to afford the pricing due to the pandemic...they dropped the price SIGNIFICANTLY to help. They got the job done quick and easily. The house looks incredible. I could not be happier with the overall experience. Top notch quality for affordable pricing. Doesn’t get better.
Had Austin and his helper out to clean my deck and side of my home which had green algae and mold on it. They were quick, efficient, and through. What I especially liked about them is they bring there own chemicals and rinse liquids, which is really necessary in an area that does not have city water. Only thing I needed to do after their job was to dry off my windows. Even the windows affected were clean. Id certainly use them again.
The Curb Appeal Pros did an amazing job on the exterior vinyl of my house and wooden deck. The pressure washing process only took a little over an hour to do the entire 2 story house and it all looks brand new! The process was quick and simple and Austin made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and punctuality. Will definitely be using again in the future!
Austin and his crew came out to Milford to clean the algae on my siding. They did it the same day I called and did a fantastic job! I will recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends. Great work!
Used Austin /Curb Appeal prI’d to Powerwash and reseal my stamped concrete (2 tone) pool deck and re- tint and seal my exposed aggregate patio, walk ways and porch. They did an amazing job! Have to say it looked better than the day it was originally installed. A lot of care was needed for the pool area because a non slip additive had to be applied while the sealant was being rolled on. They took very special care with my surrounding plants and grounds. The job was done with expertise and care. The expresso look finish that they applied to my walkway and porches came out perfect. Austin is a professional, he knows the chemistry of the products he uses and the prep work was outstanding. He exceeded my expectations.

This company did an amazing job cleaning my roof/house/decking! I researched the various businesses in my area, and after speaking with Austin as he performed a quote for me, I knew I was in good hands. These people know exactly what they’re doing and dealing with on all areas of my home. I was concerned about my wood siding paint, trim areas with older caulk and wooden decking, etc. However as I learned, this isn’t power washing and hope you can blast away the bad. This is professional safe chemical treatments and rinse, with incredible results.Speaking of, the best part (and most important) was the actual result. Everyone (multiple inspectors, previous homeowners) thought my rather large roof was almost ready for replacement. The previous owners even had quotes written up. We bought the home assuming a $20k roof within a year or two. Nope.. just awfully dirty with algae growth and years of neglect while situated in a wooded area. The other areas of my home turned out far better than I had expected as well, given a 28yr old house! White soffits and trim board, downspouts that looked black,, all came out fresh white,, unbelievable!!This review is the least I can say about how impressed and happy I was with hiring this company. You will not be disappointed.
Austin and his crew power washed our entire house today - siding, brick and deck. They did an awesome job and even removed the black streaks on my gutters that other gutter cleaners could not do! I highly recommend and will use again next year.
These folks are professional competent and knowledgeable. They were done in hours and I had a ton of concrete that needed cleaning and sealing. I recommended them to my sister who also loved the end result. She in turn recommended them to a friend of hers. Please consider them should you need to make your concrete look like new again.

Initially, they offered to schedule me for 3 or 4 days out (which I thought was reasonable) but found they could juggle a couple of jobs and get me done same day. I met with Austin on July 17th to get an estimate for the work desired. He gave me a quote onsite. He scheduled work to be done the following week when others were indicating they were running 4 to 6 weeks out. They came in the timeframe that was set up. They were very professional and did a great job. They walked around once work was completed to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

The two men arrived on time and once set up, never stopped. They cleaned our house, parts of the roofing, long stamped driveway, gutter and paver patios. Everything is beautiful. I highly recommend the company and especially these two men.

Right on time and very courteous. Cleaned gutters and drains quickly and thoroughly. Straightened up a bent gutter that a branch hit.Less expensive than other closest estimates. A better job could not have been done. Very satisfied!!
Wanted them to clean gutters and adjust front gutter to slope to down spout. Gutters were not really dirty so it only took him 1/2 hour to clean. He did a great job at that but was not able or equipped to adjust gutter. A bit expensive since minimum charge to come out was $175. If I knew he could not adjust gutter I would probably have got somebody else for $350 per hour.
They did a great job pressure washing my house. Needed my house washed ASAP for selling purposes and they exceeded my expectations! Will definitely use them again in the future!

The algae buildup on our siding, chimney, and gutters was quickly and completely sprayed away. A solution was applied that sanitized the outside of the house as well. The house looks great!

2021-08-07I am beyond disappointed with this company. The first mistake was they were a no call, no show twice to complete the job. The following week they came by to wash the house, deck and roof. When I got home from work, you can see where they only cleaned 3 windows and one step on the back deck. They didnt touch the roof or front porch. I was also wiping dust off of the door frame on the back porch. We called and the guy said he was going to bring his best crew out to go over everything and correct the problem, but they were a no call, no show again. My dad specifically set this up and was late to work to be able to communicate with them. He had to put down a $300 deposit and theres no way they even did a hundred dollars worth of work. Not including the unprofessionalism and refusing to call us back. Highly recommend avoiding this company!

2021-05-12They arrived as arranged and clearly explained everything they were going to do. Sometimes salespeople over promise. They performed everything they said they would. I contacted the owner (Austin) about a question I had and he politely explained the answer to me. He came to my home to check it out and found something in a different spot not to his satisfaction and the crew back came the next day to correct without my knowledge or asking. “Pretty impressive”. 2019-09-07They washed my sidewalk, driveway, siding and roof and the house looks great!Austin came right away after I contacted him for an estimate and the crew was on time and very considerate. They did a fabulous job and were responsive to my questions and concerns.The day after the cleaning, I contacted Austin with a question and he was very helpful.I highly recommend them and I would definitely use their services in the future.

I found them through a google search and called for a quote; they came out the very next day (Friday) and scheduled me in the following Tuesday. My 3 story house looks practically new after just 2-3 hours. If youre searching for a thorough, professional and reasonably priced contractor, I would definitely recommend The Curb Appeal Pros!

2020-11-21I cannot say how much I recommend this business! I was apprehensive about hiring someone to do my Christmas lights & now I’m convinced I will never do it myself again. They were a great group of guys- very professional and polite. I just so happened to catch them while they were doing my neighbors house and they so graciously offered to squeeze me in and hang my lights. They also offer beautiful wreaths- they are great quality. I cannot recommend them enough! I am very happy with the quality of work that this company preformed.

2020-10-05I should have taken before and after pictures because it is amazing how different it all looks!! The roof mold is gone, the brick is brighter and the driveway & sidewalk is like brand new concrete. Austin was responsive, clear and detailed in his quote and correspondence. The workers were prompt, available for questions and polite. Highly recommend!!

2020-03-26This is the Second time that I have used Xtreme to clean our house. Austin and his crew continue to amaze with their professionalism punctuality and quality of work. They went right to work cleaning our siding and also cleaned our shed for no extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone who has siding they want cleaned. I will definitely use them in the future.

2021-08-01Updated 8/1 review - They called me, rescheduled for a Friday and showed up. The quality of the work was good. Moving them to a 3 star due to all the initial issues. Wish them well.Mid July review - Booked this company to soft wash the house and scheduled the service for the week of July 20th (paid a $50 deposit). The first service appointment was rescheduled due to a mechanical issue with one of their trucks. I understand that was not within their control but was told they will show up the day after and again, no show or call. I called them to find out what happened and rebooked for the following Monday (today). They again didn’t show up and also didn’t call to communicate ahead of time. This is 3 for 3. Called the office again (4th time booking) and being told they will call back to schedule me within the next 3 days. Very unprofessional. I understand issues do happen, but you are either customer focus or you are not. Poor communication and bad service all around. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
