Update: so disappointed, called to check on our purchase and was told our items would not be in until sometime next year, it would have been more acceptable knowing this up front. Ended up canceling our order and looking elsewhere. We were told if someone had made a purchase first they had dibs on the floor models.Still giving a 2▪review because they do have a nice selection and Marty was great.Awesome shopping experience, we were greeted by Marty who helped us tremendously.We did let Marty know up front we were just window shopping, and he assured us to there was no pressure.After looking around and trying out seating styles, we did end up finding a couch/sofa and two accent chairs by Lane.Marty took down some information and informed us these needed to be ordered and delivery would be end of October/beginning of November and these pieces were coming from North Carolina.We were hoping delivery would be sooner but with COVID-19 delivery is taking a little longer.The Cleveland Furniture Company Outlet is located on Brookpark Rd, with a few miles of the showroom located on State Rd.Marty was great with letting us know about extended warranty on furniture and also pricing updates.Over all we are pleased with our purchase and we will give an update once our delivery has been made.We would definitely recommend stopping in and taking a look around.They have bedroom, living room and dining room styles, outdoor seating, and kitchen dining as well. Shelving, decorative cabinetry too.
Mike greeted us as if we were entering a party! Found us the perfect couch and gave us a great deal. Furniture was in stock and able to be delivered same week!
I needed specific items ASAP…like yesterday ASAP and even though I was not spending a huge amount of money the guys here went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I had my two solid wood cherry night stands the next day at 9am!Thank you soooo much!Will definitely be a return customer.❤️
I do not recommend!!!!! The worst shopping experience ever, In March 2021 I ordered a bedroom set (was supposed to come in May), couch and loveseat (supposed to arrive end of May), the bedroom set came in July, my big couch came in September and my loveseat finally came in December but was darker than my couch... First they tried to act like it wasn’t a big deal like it was my fault the couches came three months apart, then said they’ll replace it but now 2 months later I’m still waiting. they want me to wait another 2 months or more because every time it’s supposed to arrive it’s another delay, for them to correct the issue.. I’m fed up. The least they could do is compensate me, they can have this Mitch match living room set.. 1700+ out the window. Let’s just see how long it actually takes to get replaced..*Brookpark location*
This store has great product and truly nice staff! Our first bedroom set wasn’t going to come in on time for our move and they were quick to help us find a new one in stock and got it to us in perfect time! The two men that delivered and set up our set were very nice and professional and did an amazing job making sure it was where we needed it and it was just how we wanted. Will definitely make future purchases here
We went here looking for furniture. All kinds of sale associates standing around talking amongst themselves, not one greeted us when we came in. Walked around looking, not one approached asking if we needed help. Watched them walk up to other customers not us. Went to leave & walked between 4 or 5 of them standing around conversing with each other. Took my business down the street. Wont ever go there again.
We were greeted by Mike. He said simply “welcome to our store, let me know if there’s anything I can help you with. My name is Mike.” And he left us alone until he realized we were near the end of the store and then approached us kindly. We had all three of our kids, all under 5 with us and he was super patient and understanding of our needs. He showed us sectionals that had options of different configurations, he measured sectionals for us, and he helped us hunt for the right one. When we found one we liked I grimaced at the price, and he was able to offer us something mostly within our budget but more importantly with an outstanding warranty and one that fit our space. He was just so friendly, and professional, and not at all pushy or condescending. Someone has to give Mike a raise! I appreciated how clean the store was, how nicely organized it was, and how (even though there was a huge selection ) it flowed nicely. We had been to a competitor up the street (and several others) and thought that would be our only option. Being that we have 3 little kids we didn’t want to invest too much but also knew you we’d get what we paid for, and were pleasantly surprised by this gem. I never paid enough attention to know it existed. If you are shopping for furniture and shopping around I encourage you to give this place a visit. Hopefully you’ll be as happy with the experience alone as we were!
We recently bought 2 chairs and an end table from the store on Brookpark road and they had so many to choose from!!! Our salesman, Nick was very helpful ! He answered all our questions and he wasnt pushy at all. He was very friendly!Next time we need furniture this will be the first place we will go!!
They have the BEST prices. Our sales representative was Jane. She was the nicest person. She took the time to help us and answer all our questions. You cant beat the prices (believe me we shopped). And we are to get delivery in 2 weeks. Due to COVID all other places are 6 months to a year for delivery.
They have everything... and their prices are lower than any other stores super sales.Tom is awesome. We were just shopping around, but going back to buy a livingroom couch and loveseat. 👍👍👍 to all the guys there. Also great music in the store.

Just got my entertainment center today. Its absolutely beautiful!!! Ill definitely go back! The office staff and delivery guys were so friendly and helpful.
Not an honest company. Do not back up their products. Ordered a floor model recliner because they told me it was on the floor new for only three days. The chair they sent was NOT the chair I chose. This chair was a larger chair with the padding broken down. It even smelled used. The mechanics do not work properly. They want to makes repairs. They want to put foam in the seat and foot rest but the chair is made with gel infused memory foam . I am really dissatisfied. Just take pictures of items you may buy.Thank you so much Mike for taking care of my problem. He listened to what I had to say and didn’t make excuses. Within a week I got a NEW comfortable chair. I just love it. Again THANK YOU.
Ive never been happier than with my purchase of a new couch AND the 2 men who delivered it were awesome as well. Ill be going back soon for a new bedroom set. This place really does care about the customer, keep up the good work !
Approached right away. I use a walker and couldnt access at least 50% of the sofas. Nice selection. I felt the prices were a little higher than we wanted to spend, but told we could possibly get a better deal.
I live in Amherst, and my daughter took me to look at furniture here at the Factory Outlet nearly a year ago. I walked in and spent a good deal of time looking throughout the store. The salesman would occasionally come by and answer questions and talk about features of the furniture. I never felt pressured at all. I bought a couch, loveseat, ottoman, two side tables and a coffee table. Everyone who comes into my house complements me on my beautiful and very comfortable furniture. I tell everyone where I purchased it. I will definitely be going back for some other items I need..
Me and my mom came in today. Store was nice, clean and friendly staff. Shoutout to Steve he worked his magic with the numbers and I ended up getting me a whole bedroom and sectional on the first visit! Would be back to purchase more 😊
We purchased a recliner, which was delivered today, by Larry Woods and another gentleman. I was concerned with the delivery as we had a love seat recliner in the room where the new one was going. My husband and I could not get it out of the room and temporarily put it in the garage until trash day. I voiced my concern with Larry and he assured me not to worry they would take care of getting it out. They did get it out with no problem and brought the new one in. Such gentlemen, professional and both wore a mask. Thank you Cleveland Furniture Co., for hiring such nice people, both sales and delivery people.

2022-08-10Absolutely AMAZING place! I recently got rid of all of my old bedroom furniture, and bought a beautiful bedroom set. I found EXACTLY what I had envisioned, right here - and this was the very first placed I looked! Jim was my salesman, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He was very pleasant to do business with! Do yourself a favor (and your home a favor!), and stop by the Cleveland Furniture Company - especially the Factory Outlet at Brookpark Rd. - You will be glad you did!

2022-07-12We purchased a lane power rocker recliner. Great selection! Other area stores kept telling us power rocker/recliners are rare. Cleveland Furniture had a huge selection!Our salesperson Jim was great! Easy transaction. Will return for our furniture needs in the future. 2022-05-22Recently visited to purchase a new sectional/couch. This place has a great selection to look through and the sales experience was good. Previously when we visited this store about a year ago, we were followed and made to feel uncomfortable. Im glad I stopped by this time - Pete was an amazing salesperson, very knowledgeable and easy to work with and will do work with us to complete the sale. He also did not follow us or make us feel uncomfortable while looking through the store and clearly wanted to make sure we were happy. We checked out other stores, but ultimately came back here to purchase because the experience was proper.

2022-08-09Marty was very kind got us the best price possible! Delivery was 3 days out which was so fast! Did have an issue with part of couch delivery guys came back within 10 min of calling after they left. Took broken piece and had it fixed and re-delivered next day by 1pm! Fastest service great prices and friendly employees!! I will recommend and be going back!

2022-07-02We had gone to so many furniture stores and couldn’t find what we were looking for and this was our last stop. We were greeted by Jim who couldn’t have been anymore friendly. No sales pressure and he was patient and helped us find exactly what we wanted. We are so thrilled and we will be coming back again soon. Great selection, great people and they do what they say!

2022-03-04We recently purchased a couch through Cleveland Furniture Company. They had a great selection! We worked with Jane to find the best couch for us. She was very helpful and so knowledgeable about the couches and their materials and features. Jane made sure we could find a couch that would fit through our small apartment doorways. The couches we wanted were in stock and had a quick delivery time too. I’m so excited about my quality couch that will last for years to come!

2022-03-20My wife and I have been looking for a kitchen table for weeks now and the experience has not been a pleasant one until we came here! Nick was our salesman and he was amazing. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing he listened to what my wife wanted and what she liked and he showed her exactly what they had for her style. It was a great experience where a salesman didn’t push and we walked away with a table we loved and couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be back and couldn’t be more thankful to Nick for being so helpful and knowledgeable. 10 stars for sure

2022-06-09There was so much to to look at, I had a very hard time choosing. Tom, the salesman, was patient with me. He worked on pricing that would fit my budget. I highly recommend this place for your next purchase. Make sure you see Tom.The delivery was within the same week as the purchase, and went very smooth. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
