I love my doctor Erin Murphy, but the other staff are very rude and they send you to random people and their mailbox is always full and you can never leave a message, so many different case managers and now I have none, because the supervisor says they are short staffed and they dont have any available. Its very sad for me because once again I will have to reveal private information about my life to a complete stranger. I also need help with housing and only your case manager can help you with that.😔

I been trying and trying to get through to my case worker. The ladys that work the front desk are so rude and they wont help you out at all. They dont know how to transfer calls or they just leave you on hold. Or just tell you call back and wont pick up at all. I got through to my case worker once and spoke with her telling her i need my file transferred to lake county. Her name is Darlene. I miss my old case worker. Still yet she still didnt transfer my stuff over. And said she give me a call back if theres any problems. Im about to freak out because no one here is helping me move on to talk with these new people. So please can you get your stuff in order or someone over there just help me and do the right thing so i can get the help i need over here.

Inquired about a diaper giveaway. Did not reply to their email, because they emailed asking for the last 4 of my social security number, along with other identifying information for myself and my son, and the email was not encrypted. It wasnt a form that I had to fill out either. It was literally type all of your identifying information into this email.I received a follow up call for another diaper giveaway. Expressed my concern about providing any part of my SSN, because Ive never worked with the organization. The woman on the other end of the phone was incredibly rude and completely disregarded my concerns. Wanted me to make up my mind about participating right then and there because she has a waitlist.Ive participated in other diaper giveaways- they did not ask for my social, or any of my identifying information. I find it unsettling that the only way they can prove to their donors that they are giving these diapers away is by providing my SSN in the process.Additionally, one public servant to another, if you are going to treat people negatively when they ask for clarification, find another field to work in.

Not family friendly. I had my provider appointment in waiting area with a pharmacist in front of everyone. They know I have no one to keep an eye on my kids for my appointments. I cant come back if any of my kids will be with me, so I hope my pcp can prescribe the worthless meds.

ZERO STARS. This place is absolutely terrible. Looonnnggg waiting times regardless if you have an appointment or not. They pretend they are open to walk ins but you can only be seen if people cancel their appointments. It’s obvious they don’t care about the patients because they probably don’t have good healthcare. The only reason to go here is if you don’t have healthcare... maybe they can assist you... maybe

Sylvia the HR Manager is very rude and disrespectful I turned my job away but she yelled at me and told me she wasn’t answering anymore of questions and hung up on me.

Horrible services, lack of respect across the board. No actual psychiatrists. High turnover rate of staff. Neither case managers nor their supervisors clear their mailbox or return phone calls.

Just got a covid vaccine shot at 4500 Euclid.Everyone there was professional and kind.Thank you all for doing this.

Always a fight between patients but far as mental heath help they are pretty good at they job
