DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE! I came to get an estimate from these ppl on 5/6/22. I had damage to my rear spoiler and I was looking to get it replaced. I met with Mike I believe (and I really didnt like his vibe at all). My estimate came out to be about $1000 because they claimed they would need to paint the part to match my cars color. Something didnt seem right about this so I ended up going somewhere else for an estimate the same day. When I went to this new place, come to find out there are still spoilers in stock in my cars color! So I will be paying less than $650 to repair it!Moral of the story is that this place obviously uses used parts to repair your car and just paints over it or they simply just rip you off. Mike gave me no explanation as to why they would need to paint the part or even tell me whether the part was out of stock in my cars color or not. The amount for the part that was in my estimate (from Mike) was the same amount as if they would have ordered a NEW part. So they either were trying to add paint to the price to rip me off or they were just going to use a used part and paint over it. They are obviously crooked and I am glad that I sensed something was wrong and got a second opinion. Dont even waste your time with this place at all. Theres so many other body shops that arent as crooked as this place!

Our Toyota has a manufacturer defective primer & white paint job. Paint started to come off in sheets on certain parts of the car. The body shop only would repair certain parts of the car even though the whole paint job is defective. They had the car for 3 weeks. They said if other parts of the car start peeling or sheeting than we would cross that bridge when we come to it. We are once again at that bridge. Our paint is sheeting on other parts of the car. So Kings is preventing us from crossing the bridge. They refuse to fix our new paint debacle. Warranty or recall work is back burner work. If its under recall or warranty and to be fixed for free than its not for thee.

First, its unlikely youll get to speak to someone without being put on hold (and forgotten about) or sent to voicemail. Called for help completing a body work job that an out-of-state body shop could not complete due to a part being on backorder. The part in question is $40 and takes less than an hour to install They recommended I contact my local body shop (I bought the vehicle at Kings CDJR, btw) and they would be able to help. I couldnt even get out what I was asking for before I was dismissed. If you need work on your vehicle, go anywhere but here.

I had a piece of wood take out my front grill. Got an estimate and they ordered the part. They called me a month later to tell me the part was in but the price will be about 30% higher. I think they are taking advantage of the inflation and ripping people off.

Got my car back exactly on the date they said it would be done! Technicians were so friendly and they actually repaired both sides of my bumper for FREE when only one was supposed to be fixed! When I was leaving, the very nice gentleman brushed the snow off of my car and made sure I was satisfied with the job they did (I 100% was, it looks brand new!!) Highly recommend!!

I came in with no appointment to get an estimate (which was free of charge) for the roof of my SUV that took a beating from my garage door. Ed was able to help me immediately and was so kind and professional. He was able to seal my roof for a temporary fix at no cost at all. I will definitely recommend to anyone needing body work as everyone I talked to was wonderful! Thank you for the great service!

The Body Shop of Kings Auto Mall is the best auto body shop I have ever done business with. I am a retired Ford commercial truck dealer who served in that capacity for some 25 years. They have been doing all my familys collision work for the past ten years. They are completely trustworthy and everything they have ever done for me and my family has been completely satisfactory. The personnel are competent and professional. The repairs they have made are flawless. The friendliness and responsiveness of management and all their employees has been faultless. I recommend them to all my friends. I would trust them with anything. They are just first class all around. Cant say enough good things.

The body shop did a great job on my car. It looked brand new after the work was performed. I would have given 5 stars if the customer service and follow up was better. I had the same issue as most on here with the customer service. The receptionist was rude and gave us a wrong update on our car that turned into a week long problem. After the body work was completed on our car, My husband drove it to work and on his way home the car was stalling and jumping. The week long problem we were having was that the receptionist told us that our car was sent over to the service department to reset the check engine light on the car. Come to find out the receptionist was looking at the wrong persons information when she told those at our car was in the service shop. I told rich this was a big mistake on her part considering now my engine is having issues. Rich was quick to tow our car back to The Body Shop and give us a loaner car. We were told that they would send it ever 2 kings Mazda service department to have a checked out. Come to find out it was the engine coils blown in our engine and it was a defective part from Mazda. Rich was the only one that I enjoyed working with at the time when we were dealing with The Body Shop. He did a great job on trying to resolve and give me any information or knowledge I could use to help get my car fixed. Long story short Mazda and my extended warranty ended up paying for the engine coils and the damage to the engine. The only advice I would give is get a new receptionist or more training for her. They told me she has been with them for over a year. I told them they need to address the mistake with her and her customer service. All customers deserve to be treated with some type of respect and good customer service and follow up. Overall, I was satisfied with the results of my car and the work that was completed. I added before and after pictures to show the great work they did, but sharpen up that follow up and customer service and you guys could have tons of business coming in.

I hit a deer going through Cincinnati, and this was the certified shop for my vehicle. From the get go I had to be the point of contact, I never once got a proactive response from the company on the progress of my vehicle. I was originally told a few weeks, maybe a little more. It went past that with no calls, so I was forced to call and got the response of another month. This continued for 6 months, due to poor planning and bad parts. If they found something wrong, and the time frame Increased they did not notify, and you guessed it...I had to call even when they had my vehicle completed.Once I picked it up, it was parked outside fully covered in snow and ice( them knowing when I was arriving) so I couldnt fully inspect the work they had done. I live more than 3 hours away. When I arrived home I had time to clean and fully inspect their work, and I found an outward dent, that could likely lead to a crack in the bumper. They should have noticed the dent, not to mention the van was sitting waiting for other parts for at least 3 months after the bumper install. Assuming they did the work according to what I was told on the phone. So the issue was either a minor oversight or bad QA on their part. All and all, if there is a choice, Id say run to the next nearest body shop or certified shop. They will give you the run around for months, because they have more than 50 cars in the shop. Which is not an excuse for poor craftsmanship and a complete lack of customer service.
