This venue is absolutely beautiful. Beyond that, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating in planning events. I made a cake for my friends wedding reception which took place here. Not only did they allow very flexible delivery times, they also allowed me to finish the cake in their kitchen (stacking the tiers and doing final decorations.) The reception itself was gorgeous and flawlessly executed. Having worked in the hotel and restaurant industry, I was very impressed. I definitely recommend it!

This place is a hidden gem!! To be honest this was the last venue on our list of places to look at, but once my husband and I left after our first visit I was SO happy that we weren’t satisfied with any of the other places we had seen prior. The setup and size was perfect for our small intimate wedding ceremony and reception. And the event coordinator, Maddie, is phenomenal! She’s never far away and is always ready to assist you with any and everything. You’ll call her name once, then turn around and she’s right behind you! Go visit this place, promise you won’t regret it!!

Ive been meaning to write this for awhile but wedding planning has gotten in the way. The Ballroom was my first choice for our wedding as I had seen it on Pinterest years ago and it is even more beautiful in person. My fiancé was initially hesitant but was completely sold when Maddie had given us a tour and showed us the bridal/grooms suite, the beautiful speakeasy area, the gorgeous ballroom and the proximity to photography spots nearby. Maddie has been perfect with communication and so very helpful! Anytime I have a question I always get a very prompt response and a detailed answer with even something as small as trying to squeeze my niece into a table with her father. I would recommend this romantic venue to anyone looking to have a small/medium wedding in Cleveland.

I’m very tardy in writing this well overdue review – My husband and I were married in September 2017, but it still feels like yesterday thanks in part to the folks at Park Lane! We knew when we walked in that Park Lane was where we wanted to celebrate our marriage! The unique architecture, incredible lobby (speakeasy) and multilevel ballroom was a perfect fit for our 150 person event. The convenience they provided with the bridal and groom’s suites made getting ready on location fun and convenient. I was able to prepare there, having our hair/makeup artists meet with the girls in a private suite on site, one level above the Ballroom. Their rooftop view above the suite made for some beautiful pictures later in the evening as well! Our main contact for the Ballroom was Megan and she was such an incredible help through our planning! She coordinated seamlessly with Marigold Catering to make everything look beautiful and make sense logistically. The Ballroom even allowed us to set the rooms (cocktail hour in the speakeasy and reception in the ballroom) the day before the wedding, as they had no event in there the evening prior. This was a huge relief to me, knowing much of it was done in advance. They coordinated the bar supplies and valet services for us, and even set up a cigar bar out in their beautiful courtyard (were my husband and I had our first look earlier in the day). We had so many positive reactions from friends and family, saying it was the coolest venue they’ve ever been to for a party – Park Lane is sincerely one of the most unique, warm, and beautiful places to hold an event. It’s exactly what we didn’t even know we were looking for and we very highly recommend it and their staff!

I had my wedding at The Ballroom at Park Lane in earlier this month and it was absolutely wonderful! The venue is beautiful on its own and doesnt require much decorating at all. The space is elegant and really is unlike many of the other venues Ive seen. On top of the beautiful space, the staff was AMAZING! We worked closely with Madeline and she was phenomenal. She was quick to respond, kind, and professional. She made our wedding run smoothly and truly did everything for us. My husband and I just got to enjoy our day because Madeline handled everything for us. I cant say enough how much we loved this venue!

We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the Ballroom. We knew the second we entered it was our venue. While both the indoor and outdoor space look elegant and beautiful, the staff truly make the experience exceptional. Everything was so easy. They took care of little details and answered every question in a timely manner. I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. Megan and Maddie are professional, personable, organized, and extremely helpful for all questions and concerns. You can tell how experienced they are with the whole process. Anything you want or need, they will make it happen!

The Ballroom at Park Lane requires no decoration for your special event. Marble, balconies, a rotunda, a spiral staircase… The lovingly restored venue gave us a storybook wedding for our daughter, with great choices for catering. Its neutral palette will complement any theme colors We had a good time, with many guests spending the night in nearby hotels. The coordinator can help keep your planning on track and can recommend other vendors. Also would be great fun for a corporate function or a milestone anniversary bash. You’ve got to see it to appreciate the potential.

We would recommend the Ballroom at Park Lane for anyone looking for wedding or party venues. The service provided by the staff was incredible, much more than we could have asked for. They made our planning process SO EASY. We had both the ceremony and reception there, we used both the ballroom and the speakeasy, went outside and inside for photos and loved every minute of our day.The best value provided by Park Lane was the service. Their suggested vendors were amazing, efficient, and affordable. They helped design our set-up, then helped set up and tear down. They were with us every step of the way and were very responsive to our inquiries. This is an incredible venue and we loved working with them. Of course in addition, the space is stunning, the location is fantastic (close to hotels and other accommodations) and the size was perfect.

Excellent marketing and customer service. I inquired on pricing and availability on a Sunday and promptly (w/in 24 hours) received follow-up from the event coordinator, Madeline. She answered all of my questions, as the pricing break down was a little confusing (to me). Madeline even followed up 1 week later after she didnt hear from us. This venue has top notch customer service and attention to detail. All other venues should take note. We did not end up booking our wedding here as we were having a very small guest count, but I would highly recommend based on my interactions with Madeline.
