I love it here!! The location is absolutely amazing and all the neighbors are so sweet!! I moved here from another city and it has been so great being right in the heart of the city!! My dog and I have made so many friends at the dog park. Tina and Sydney are so welcoming in the office and are always supportive and quick to respond to issues. I will definitely be living here for awhile!

It is a very noisy apartment building. I can hear everything that my neighbors says and does. Parties throughout the week nights. We were denied screens for our windows and their statement to us was well every apartment only has one window screen. The two bedroom apartments are not actually true since one bedroom only has half of a wall so there is limited privacy for that room. The staff is nice but not helpful most of the time. A security guard is on duty at night but we were not told about how to contact them if we needed them. More negative aspects than positives ones.

Lived here a little over a year, plan to continue living here for another two.Location in downtown is pretty amazing. You can easily walk to anything downtown from here, as far as CSU which is about 25 minutes away by foot. Ohio City and Tremont are walkable, 20 and 45 minutes respectively, weather permitting. There are ground level exits on the 1st and 5th floors (the building is built into a hill) so its easy to walk to the flats or downtown.Safety-wise, I feel the building is pretty secure. There is a security guard on shift at least a few nights per week. The building has staff in the office normal business hours and most evenings. There are also a lot of cameras about the building. Ive never been able to just walk up and open any door that would give you access to the building without a key. We also were able to have a security system that we had at our previous residence installed inside of our apartment as a supplement. That said, both surface lots are foot accessible from anyone walking by, and we did have our car broken into. I accidentally left it unlocked so thankfully no broken window, but they did steal some change in the cupholder. Both office and maintenance staff have always been helpful and professional whenever we have needed their assistance. On the maintenance side, weve put in probably 8 or 9 work orders since weve been here. Response time is normally under 24 hours, so long as it isnt a weekend. Probably the longest weve ever gone with an issue before they could finally fix it was 3 days. Weve never been left with anything unresolved. As far as the office staff, aside from lease signing weve not often needed their assistance for anything major, which is the sign of a well run office in my opinion. All of the office staff remembered our names, and our dogs name, after like the first time meeting us, which is creepily professional. They also handle the packages in their mail room which, theyre on top of most of the time. There is a weekend and evening concierge so you can get packages 7 days a week.Very dog friendly building with a solid pet community. There is a dog park on campus that is about as big as you could expect one to be given this is downtown. Its really nice to not have to walk around downtown at night when taking your dog out just to find a patch of grass. There is lots of dog-friendly places on East bank of the Flats as long as your dog is well-behaved. Cleveland metro dogpark is a 10 minute walk, and the rich people dog park at Bratenhal is a 10 minute drive. There is both surface and indoor garage parking. Its comparable to what most buildings charge downtown when we were still searching for apartments. The first and fifth floor lots are foot accessible from W10th and W9th, respectively. There are a few cons / issues to living here Ill list below. When we initially moved here, our apartment had not been profesionally cleaned. It needed some sweeping and mopping and vacuuming. If you park on the first floor surface lot or first floor of the garage, the entry gate from W9th into the building can be difficult to activate. Often you find yourself deciding whether to block the street or block the sidewalk while trying to get the gate reader to read your card. This isnt a problem if you park in the fifth floor lot or floors 2 thru 4 of garage. If you have a surface spot and park under a tree in the Summer your car will be covered in bird poop. The indoor garage is a tight fit, and often times you have to reverse multiple times just to park or get out. Try your spot before buying it.
