All I can say is don’t waste your time or your money this apartment comes off as affordable but they have about $200-$300 in additional charges so whatever your rent is add that amount to it. They have nothing included in the rent and I mean absolutely nothing. You are charged for sewage, trash, pest control, water, heat and $80 for wifi, cable and phone in addition to rent. They know that people are only using internet which cost an average of $45 so they just pocket the rest for themselves. Literally robbery of their residents smh. The in-unit washers and dryers are so small, just be ready to do about 3-4 loads of laundry that can easily be one anywhere else. They don’t have a full gym, there’s a room that they put workout equipment in and it’s barely sufficient for even three people at a time. Maintenance is none existent, management always has an attitude never knows what’s going on communication is terrible, your rent is never the same every month. Always keep track of whatever you paid because they have a habit of wanting to get one over on you, so just make sure you take a note of that because they will charge you for some thing and it be a miscellaneous charge you know nothing about do not pay it because this apartment is not worth it the slightest. please if I knew, I would’ve ran the other direction. PLEASE save your time save your money there’s so much better apartments in Cincinnati for cheaper or if not around the same price for better quality better management and just better overall.

Kiara was extremely professional and walked me through step by step requirements all the move in requirements. She is extremely polite and has a great personality, I can’t believe she said she just started. I would have thought she worked there for years!

Clarence is wonderful and made time to show me an apartment when he was already super busy that day. Has taken the time daily to answer any and all of my questions. He’s made this move one of the best moves I’ve ever had.

I am currently a resident here and management can come off as rude, when we very first moved in everything was great. Recently we wanted to switch wi-fi companies but we can’t because they don’t allow other companies to service here okay cool, but they’re completely ripping us off we’re being charged for wi-fi and cable. We only have wi-fi in our apartment so why do we pay for cable? And when I called the office to tell her like hey don’t have nor do we want cable so is there a different package that’s offered and she’s like no but you can call and get a cable box. I shouldn’t have to pay for something i don’t want nor do I use and I feel like they should offer different packages. I feel like they don’t look out for the best interest or listen to their residents.

Frustrated and disappointed potential renter @ Apex; 5293 Eastknoll act, Cincinnati, OH 45239-7301. I should have believed all the terrible reviews before I contacted this property.I was shown the apartment, and soon after I completed the application in the office. I called Duke Energy and setup my new service, I paid my renters insurance for an entire year. Also, I provided my proof of income, and provided my rental history. I also paid some fees, and a full month’s rent. I completed everything in less that 24 hours. I was denied the apartment. it must be they don’t want decent people as tenants.After calling, texting, and going to the office they refused to give me a full refund. I’m disappointed with the entire ordeal, & $450.00 stolen from me.After such a terrible experience I’m know I’m fortunate I was denied the apartment. I now believe being one of their tenants could have been an experience from hell.

These little apartments are not worth the price & your rent changes every month because of the hidden fees. They tell you rent + gas reimbursement fee but you are also paying trash fees, (for what? Idk) pest control fees (no one is actually going to enter your home to exterminate there is no pests to control so why the fee? Idk) Just run like hell! I lived here for almost 2years and they are NOT willing to be flexible at all its all about the money either you have it or you don’t; Anything after the 1st results in automatic late fee no grace period or anything.

We are moving in! We have toured the newly renovated one bedrooms and for the price and square footage they were far better then any other apartment we looked at all day. The new management company has great staff. We met two of the nicest people today, who where young and fresh. Give the newly renovated apartments a chance. Shopping and fast food close by and only 20 minutes from downtown. Im a mom of a first time renter who will be on their own. I have high standards and want my child to be in a clean apartment with good amenities like a stack washer/dryer in the apartment, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new windows, new blinds, new flooring, new balcony. You name it, it is new.
