As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and apprehensions about the whole process, and we reached out to a lot of agents but nobody could simplify things for us as satisfactorily as Marshall Clark from the Amy Wengerd group did. We worked with Alison Dixon. She was always available for us when we wanted to see a house. She was great with helping us with any questions and even gave us great decor ideas. She gave us comps of other homes so we could feel comfortable with our offer. We are so happy we got to work with Alison to find our home.
Kristine was amazing! She really took time to understand what we were looking for in a house! She was very accommodating, as we were buying out of state and only had a few days actually in person to look at houses! It wasn’t easy with the market the way it is right now, but she helped each step along the way! She even helped us out when we moved into the house and were in a panic about the water system not functioning properly! Technically, her job was done, but she still helped and found the contact information for the people we needed to get the situation resolved and get the information we needed! My husband and I would recommend Kristine to anyone looking to buy a house in the area!
When we met Sara the first time I knew she would be the champion I needed to give us sound advice and look out for our best interests. She is well versed in the world of real estate and can separate the importance issues from the not so important ones that will keep you from fretting over small stuff and get the whole deal wrapped up in a neat package in a very timely manner. Chris Mulqueen is simply the best! We purchased a home remotely with him. He drove far and wide to all the houses we wanted to check out. Not sure as a seller but if you are buying a property from one of their listings good luck. They will tell you the seller is looking at offers and will advise next day (within 24 hours asked for by buyer so that can look and possibly offer on other properties) only to tell you that is not the case this is after multiple texts from our realtor asking at least a time frame ……still not even a response. Can’t even give another realtor the common courtesy of a response. Greed is real people, I guess communication and common courtesy don’t mean anything anymore. It’s all about the top dollar 🙄

My dad built his home in the 1970s and it was, by far, one of the proudest accomplishments of his lifetime. He turned 81 this year and could still be found on the roof cleaning gutters or on a ladder painting the exterior. It was also my brothers and my childhood home.Our father unexpectedly passed away in Oct 2021. While my brother and I were going through the grieving process for the most difficult thing we had experienced together and dealing with the legal aspects related to a persons death, we had also made the very difficult decision to put his house up for sale since my brother lives out of town and I live in another state. Being that we grew up in the house, we were really not wanting to let the house go.Sara G. was our 4th realtor interview. As soon as we met her, she immediately conveyed warmth, professionalism, and empathy. On top of that, she was extremely prompt and responsive and her sense of humor helped us a lot through this challenging time.Her estimate of the homes sale value was spot on. The photographs that were taken of the property were amazing. She allowed us to make decisions yet provided guidance so that we continued to head in the right direction. Sadie Scofield did an outstanding job helping us with our move to Massillon from Maryland. She was our eyes and ears in Massillon while we were in Maryland dealing with the sale of our former house. She kept us informed on the progress of the condo that was being built that we would move into.She superbly represented our interests to the builder and when problems cropped up, and there were a few, she worked with us to find the best solutions. She would often come up with a solution set before calling us with the problem.She saved us a lot of worry and anxiety because of her professionalism and initiative. My wife and I just finished buying our first home together and with the help of Alison Dixon, she made our dreams come true! Absolutely fantastic!!! Alison went above and beyond to find the perfect house for us. We never felt just like clients, she was exceptionally sweet, kind, never pressured us on bidding or felt rushed. When we wanted to take a break from the house search for a while, she completely understood and was there for us when we were ready to go again. She and her team helped us along every step of the process and provided us with great connections for contractors and other services. 2022-07-18We started looking for houses end of may, early June. Jeff Frey was very excited about the home viewings and finding our perfect home for me and my wife.The first house we made a offer on, we thought was perfect. Between Jeff and our Loan officer made our offer strong and felt confident in what we were promising. Unfortunately we lost that house, but a few days later we found our perfect forever home across town. Jeff acted fast and got a even better offer than the last one to the buyers promptly. Jeff Frey and the Amy Wengerd Group really know what they are doing and won’t stop until you’re in a home you love.Jeff, thank you again for calming my wife down through the home buying process, and keeping level headed. Thank you for spending sometimes your whole evening and sometimes late nights writing offer letters. As my wife said, Jeff understood the assignment and we really had fun throughout the whole process. 2022-06-16The experience with the Amy Wengerd group was great. We listed and sold our home within 3 days. The team talked us through the whole process and assisted us with any questions. Selling was the easy part.. Buying took a lot longer in this market, but the team was great. They were always willing to see a house with us right away, they discussed ways to bid to make our offer more desirable. Our Realtor Mikol eased any concerns with the purchasing process as she was in constant communication with us and responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns. Another plus is they have a moving truck that we got to use for free when we finally got our home. The team is truly great to work with and exceptional! We highly recommend them!

2022-07-28Im a first time home buyer and I will say the company is easy and amazing to work with.My mother planned on selling the house we were living in and went through the Amy Wengerd group doing so. They sent Sara Greer to help us and when she found out I was looking for a place, before the house sells, she didnt hesitate to help find me a place right there and then.I will say luck was on my side when looking for a place because I found a place I love quickly with little time and effort, but it couldnt have been done without the help from Sara Greer with the Amy Wengerd Group!If I ever end up buying another home I will for sure be going to them again and will recommend them to others who are looking to buy or sell their homes as well!

2022-01-29Our realtor with the Amy Wengerd Group was Sadie Scofield and we could not have been happier! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for in an incredibly competitive late summer market. She was very timely and responding to any communication we had and helped clear up any questions along the way as this was our first home purchase. She was also very helpful in correcting any issues or questions that we had for the inspection, appraisal, and pre-closing. Sadie took it upon herself to ensure that the closing documents were accurate and proactively corrected them with the title company to our benefit. We had a bunch of questions prior to making our first couple of offers and Sadie took the time to explain all the documents that we were signing. She set up showings very quickly and was very available to help us out. We enjoyed her help so much that we recommended her to our friend and he just closed on another house with Sadies help as well!
