Tesla in other cities:
Scheduled a service appointment months in advance to fix a known issue on my new model S. Drove over 1.5 hours to get to the appointment. On arrival, I was told it would take 3 hours to fix the issue. After waiting for 4 hours, they told me that they didnt have all the parts needed to fix the issue (environment sensor), even though their team did a remote diagnostic when I scheduled the service appointment, therefore, they were fully aware of what the problem was and what parts were needed to fix it. I essentially drove 3 hours round trip to waste 4 hours in their waiting room for them to tell me they didnt have the needed part and that I would have to reschedule, thus leaving me without heat for another 3 weeks in the middle of winter.
Almost wrecked on the highway because this dealership forgot to put windshield washer fluid in my model Y. Went to use fluid for the first time to clear road salt and nothing, all it did was smudge and completely reduce visibility. I could have easily wrecked. Shame because it is the only dealer in SW Ohio and I still love my Tesla.
Awful service. Awful Cars. There was mud all over the back seat where techs stood to replace my windshield. Messaged service center (because you already know they only pick up their phone once out of every 10 calls) with no response at all. Dont buy a Tesla if this is your preferred service center.
This was previously a more negative review due to a service issue involving the warranty. However, a very brief discussion with the service head, Ryan, got that squared away to my absolute satisfaction. It was a misunderstanding that has now been resolved. As such, I strongly recommend Tesla vehicles. I absolutely love my Model S, and have trouble imagining myself driving anything else. Ive also had the opportunity to drive all of the rest of the lineup, and theyre all good vehicles. Teslas handle unlike anything else on the road thanks to their insane torque curve and low center of gravity, and are some of the most technologically sophisticated production vehicles on the road. Theyre also continuously being updated and upgraded via over the air updates. The service division, while now clearly not infallible, was happy to own up to their mistake and made it right with a very brief call. Other than this most recent incident, Ive honestly been very pleased with them. The mobile service in particular is a very nice perk.If youre looking to buy one of the best vehicles on the road, buy a Tesla.
This review developed over time, so read to the end.I really love the Tesla product, so it pains me to have to give this review. I must give this dealership’s tech service a 1-star rating because there was no service given for me to actually rate. I’m a travel nurse and between contracts I had plenty of time to drive my new model 3 to the Blue Ash location for service. When I made an appointment via the app, they told me according to my listed issues they could do a mobile appointment at my home. Great, saves me a trip. So I say yes, and await the day of the home service. The morning of, they messaged me and told me the tech did not show for the day and they’d have to reschedule. I give them props for rescheduling it soon; hence the 1-star. The morning of, again they cancelled, but this time they said upon review of issues I’d need to drive my car to them because it requires in-service work. Ugh. Why? The issues never changed; they’re the same issues. If anything they were easier to fix because one of the issues seemed to have spontaneously resolved after latest update. They had weeks to review this and last minute they say “oops,” basically. Their review of issues persuaded me to use the mobile service, and their last minute review nullified the entire experience. At this late point I have no time to drive to them, because I have last minute home stuff to get in order before I leave for my next contract in CA in two days. Way to accommodate your nurses, guys. I have heard of the “legendary” poor customer service of Tesla from friends out west who own Teslas, and I was hoping that was just a west-coast phenomenon. Seems to be more generally applicable now, at least to the tech service. Even though the reviews at this point give this dealership 4.7 stars, I’ve noticed most of those are sales and front of house; tech does not score as highly. I am wondering if the mobile service really is an offered service, or if it is just something they falsely advertise; exact same thing happened to me on contract in Washington. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed.PART TWO UPDATEAfter leaving a message explaining the issue and requesting a call from the service manager, I did receive a callback from the service advisor, Will, who explained the problem and was apologetic and accommodating. He said I would receive a follow up call with the manager on Monday. He also offered advice on services in other states as I travel. So far, good save on customer service; one star will be added by the final resolution of this story. Hopefully more stars to follow after Monday’s call.Looks like the problem is with the initial phase of the team correctly screening what jobs require the shop and which ones can be mobile. So far, my advice is to double, triple, and quadruple check, with assurance from management, that your mobile service truly will be mobile and not canceled last minute.PART THREE UPDATEThe service manager did call me on Monday as Will had promised. I forget his name, but the service manager did an excellent job explaining to me what had happened and that they will be working on improving the issue. He was very helpful recording the minor issues with my car so that any place I drive to while on contract will be able to access the notes. Their customer service is great, the only issue is how they currently have the protocol set on the phone for what counts as a true mobile service and what does not. So lesson learned: if you need something done to your Tesla, and you think it might need to have a tech take your car apart to fix it, plan on taking your car in. If they tell you it’s a mobile service, don’t be afraid to disagree and push the issue. This whole adventure did cause me inconvenience, as my car still has not been assessed due to my schedule, so I can’t give Blue Ash a five star. But I’m happy to give them three. Thanks for the good customer service!
First off, let me say that I cannot recommend this Tesla Service Center enough!! Went in for service for a rattle and the service team worked long and hard to find the problem and gave me a loaner car while my car was in service. Turns out that the problem was a loose nut that fell off from an aftermarket part that I had installed *facepalm* They spent a week with the car stripped down trying to figure out what it was and at the end of the day not charging me anything for their hard work. I will not be taking my car anywhere else even after it is out of warranty. I still feel bad that it was my fault at the end of the day, but they just secured me as a lifelong customer.
The sales team is unprofessional, and so confident in their future sales they are not concerned with their reputation. We tried to buy a car, but they simply were not interested. Must be nice to have a product is such demand you can just ignore future customers. Based on this experience, I am glad we didnt buy the car.
We purchased the newest Tesla on the market currently...Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Only reason we purchased it here is because it was the closest one unfortunately we had to go through the horrible experience of purchasing the hottest newest vehicle from the worst team of ppl, Tesla should seriously consider swapping these people out for robots, as they would at least say congratulations or let me show you your vehicle.Beginning to the end, two month period of purchasing this vehicle, from picking out the color to finding the right style, waiting for the this clueless and apathetic Tesla group never helped with any of it— we googled it all on our own—, they never let us know when our vehicle was in for about a month, forgetting to tell us. Being on the phone arguing back-and-forth, this has just been an over all headache.Super disappointed at the general others lack of knowledge, The rude young gentleman ( Kyle ) who we had an appointment with, made us wait for 20 minutes while he was on the phone. At no point did he make any eye contact with me or say hello. The after I had to ask him are you going to show us the car, or do we have to just read about it ourselves and figure out the vehicle. Then he Stated “well I only have a couple of minutes to explain the car” had to tell him yes show us how to open the trunk and get to the gas tank, windshield wipers etc.this is the newest Tesla that we purchased.
The customer service (even for Tesla) is the absolute worst. We had some questions about loose parts on the vehicle and were told by the associates that they were too busy to assist. Finally a kid in skinny jeans came out, told us not to worry about it and walked away. So sorry to be such a burden by buying a 50K+ car.
The service at this location is phenomenal. Test driving is very fun and very painless. Collin and Ryan were incredibly courteous and helpful, and they were flexible with my shifting schedule as far as coming in for delivery.Tesla makes forward-thinking, beautifully designed cars, and I feel content with my money going towards their goals in moving the world forward through renewable energy and electric vehicles.
I have been here now for the third time, as my third friend bought a new Tesla.I have to say that on every trip, I was greeted very quickly by a polite, knowledgeable employee. The showroom was clean and orderly. There are four fully staffed service bays, and they have a decent inventory or parts on hand for all models. This place is easy to find in Blue Ash. Just keep in mind that the showroom is located on a street with a large manufacturing company which had a shift change around 3:00 PM. I waited for 15 minutes to exit the parking lot and wasted half ofMy model S test driving time. Rats.
EDIT: Still awesome over a year later!! Had a faulty charging adapter and they swapped it out with minimal fuss (and it works great now!). Also their hand sanitizer smells freaking amazing. It’s the little things y’all. My experience thus far at Tesla has been phenomenal. We walked in without at an appointment on a Saturday morning out of curiosity and were immediately attended to by Ryan Gimlin. We walked in curious and walked away genuinely impressed by the capabilities and value of the Model 3. We were even invited to participate in a workshop where we were able to learn more about the various options for charging the vehicle. Not long after we placed our order and are looking forward to delivery!Ryan and the entire team at the Tesla Blue Ash office were wonderful to work with and happy to answer the numerous questions we had for them. This has easily been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had (save for the wait, which will undoubtedly be worth it)!
First this is a real person.. Hi have never had this much trouble working with a car dealership. It has taken almost 2 months to get my car which is not my fault at all. I got a quote for my car and a month later they changed it $1300 less than what they told me. when I call and ask them about it and talk to the manager she basically said that I should know this was going to happen that even though no fault of my own it has taken almost 2 months they have now changed the on my car my trading I have tried to speak to people multiple times And everyone keeps trying to pass the buck. I wouldnt recommend the staff at Cincinnati location. I cant wait to get my car but I would rather drive to a different state next time I buy a new tesla.
I took the family up to test drive the Model 3. Our customer service person was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt feel the same pressure I have in the past at other car dealerships. The rest of the staff were also very helpful. They even watched our kids for us while we went out for a spin.
Absolutely an amazing experience. The car I drove was spectacular. The rep was extremely knowledgeable and it was all customer service driven. The comment before mine is correct. No sales pressure. Which is the best sales technique ever because it allows me to shop and see what I really wanted. I truly enjoyed my experience today!
Customer service at this location is horrible. Bought a vehicle from there that was supposed to have fsd and they did not have the proper computer installed so I had to immediately schedule a service appt. They were very late for the appt and then still couldnt do it due to weather so have had me reschedule once again. They also stated it came with a chamedo charging adapter which it did not and they want me to pay $400 for one even though they stated it came with it.
Amazing. Collin was friendly and treated my family with patience and a friendly/enthusiastic demeanor. The cars were cool and luxurious at the same time, with a variety if options. And Tesla let us try out everything we could have wished to give us an idea of what to expect! Auto pilot is nuts (in a good way). If youre curious, just go test drive one.
Visited earlier today and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Colin was very well-informed and answered all of my questions patiently and courteously. I felt no pressure whatsoever and walked out with great information. Great employees and a truly great product!
Absolutely love, love, love our new Tesla model 3! The staff were awesome. Thanks to Wes for making all the paperwork go smoothly and the follow up call. Thanks to Collin for demo and teaching us how to use all the wonderful features in this car. This car is so much fun to drive!
My son will be 16 soon and like any boy about to get his license he drools over the Tesla, constantly calling them out on the road. When I saw the dealership I decided to stop and let him check it out. Someone greeted us immediately and he was extremely nice even after I explained that I was in no way shopping for a new car. The sales person answered all of our questions, showed off all the coolest features to my son and really treated him kindly. I was so impressed and I know that it made my son feel important. Before today I didnt really care about Teslas, but now I have forever changed. #TeslaForever #FutureOwners
My 2018 X was towed there Saturday. Got the check in from Service on Monday morning promptly. Its now Friday, I still have not heard what the issue is. Even a status update stating they are still root causing would be helpful. But silence is not a good way to run a service shop.
Collin and team helped me snag a no longer on-menu Model 3 in another state in just 4 days. Organized the trade-in, add-ons, communicated everything professionally and timely despite being swamped with customers trying to get in under the July 1 federal tax incentive deadline. Awesome experience, truly above and beyond. Company doing amazing things, hard not to tell everyone about the work they are doing. Everything else is obsolete. Get a Tesla.
All the staff here were great and helpful. They love what they do and are very educated about the cars. You have to make an apppintment online to test drive--this is to ensure the meeting is intimate. Definitely a great business model that I hope other companies start to adopt!
The ordering, configuring, and delivery process are confusing and dont match up with the way our car was originally represented when buying it. But once we get clued in on their process, I am confident that it will go smoother. Also the delivery date are in constant flux. Last month I was told my car would be delivered in about 9 months; yesterday I was told 2 months. That really makes me wonder if they actually know what the delivery dates are or if the sales people are making them up. (My car has been on order for 32 months as of today.)
Nowhere else is car buying, servicing, or charging this fun! The staff here are some of the best in Teslas entire company, Richard, Kelsey, and Brandon in the front will all take superb care of you and John in service is incredible. The cars are nice too, but we now feel like family every time we stop by. Thanks guys!
Very clean showroom and very professional staff. No contact delivery works in theory but not very effective. Getting a new car, no matter how many videos you watched, youll still have questions to ask. Furthermore since Tesla is not known for their quality control, youll need to show someone about those quality issues. But all in all, a very pleasant experience.
I picked up my model3 on Saturday November 17,2019. There was a mix up in the pick up date and the night before I received an e-mail directing me to pick up my vehicle on Sunday the 18th. I called Lana who had been assisting me from the beginning of my ordering and explained that I had arranged for someone to drive me to Cincinnatti on the 17th and needed to pick up my car on the 17th. She arranged for me to pick up my car even though Saturday was a very busy day.Scott was my delivery specialist and he was very courteous, answering all my questions, taking time to make me feel comfortable with driving my car.Upon arriving home I discovered the right rear wheel of my car had two large scrapes on it. I emailed Lana and sent pictures of the damage. On Sunday I missed a call from someone telling me that I would be contacted on Monday to take care of this.. on Monday morning I received a call from service asking if I would be available at 1 o’clock to have the wheel replaced. At around 12:45 Brian from the service department arrived and had the wheel replaced in about 20 minutes.I really appreciate the service I have received from the Cincinnati service center. All who I have come into contact have been friendly and ready to help. All and all a very positive experience.
I had a Tesla test drive. I went there with my family and they had a Model S and a Model X in the showroom. Both were exceptional vehicles. The Tesla Model S has become my dream car and my dream car used to be a Lamborghini. This location has a charging station that owners can use and also what looked to be a VIP section where they can hang out while they wait. The staff was really warm and knowledgeable. I intend to buy one as soon as I can.
Extremely poor experience, visited dealer 10/7 around 2:45pm. Went in to look at Tesla’s, the salesman was condescending. We asked if we would be able to test drive one, however he said that they were too busy and we could come back to schedule one. There were no other customers in the dealer and 4 total employees. The one employee was texting on her cell phone and the other two were sitting staring at a computer. Our salesman seemed uninterested. This is not the experience I had anticipated at a Tesla dealer, it felt more like traditional car dealership without any customers inside.
Just bought a used Tesla in Atlanta, GA. Headed home to up state NY. Last night my passenger windshield wiper quit working. I didn’t know this super charging point was at a dealer so when I arrived here this afternoon, I explained what was going on to the staff. They took me back to service and they were more than wonderful. They diagnosed it, explained what needed to be done, and fixed it up while the car charged in the bay. Zero time lost on my trip home, and problem solved at the drop of a hat. Thank you so much Todd!
Recently test drove and bought M3 LR. Friendly and awesome staff - Colin, Ryan, Aaron, Jeremy and Lana. I had my eyes on Leaf for almost 8 years, waited for the plus (range) to arrive this spring, my logic being an experienced car company can electrify more easily than a new company make a car.My recent research into battery technology and active management by Tesla changed my mind. After I bought my car, I learnt how Tesla has advanced DC motor technology in minimizing cogging torque (ripple). Great company and great technology = great product(s)!
I love Tesla as a company. Have not had a good experience at this dealership. I went in for an event and got ignore. Once we got a clerk to talk to us, he said brb, and went and talked to a pretty girl for the next 30 minutes. We left reconsidering our model3 preorder.
Jus purchased new Tesla D100P and I think it was a big mistake. The service of the dealership is one of the worst I never had, I had issues during the Purchaising of the car and I still have issue on service. They promised me many things that now they are not able to maintain and it is very difficult to get answers. The car after few months has problems and it seems to have issues every few months and it is quite frustrating. I do not recommend Tesla car and of course very poor service at Tesla dealership in Blue Ash.
Forget going to this service center for an emergency bent rim and tire (due to Ohio pothole) that doesn’t hold air. Chris in service center says to me in an arrogant fashion, that it may take all day (hours) if they could at all before they could even help. It takes less than ten minutes to check stock , put a new tire on a new rim and pop on car, I even said I would put on myself. So, I had to risk a possible blow out and endanger myself and other if happened in order to get home, which is in middle of KY three hours away. Cincy being the closest service center to me. Pathetic customer service Chris .

2021-09-29Ive dealt with this Tesla dealership/service center a few times and it was a fantastic experience Everytime.Dealership:I originally ordered my Tesla a year ago but before I did when I went to this location to inquire more about certain questions I had. The staff there was very friendly and answered all of my questions in detail and with grace.Service Center:I had just taken my Tesla in on Monday morning to get some work done and received a message Tuesday night informing me that my car was finished and ready for pick up. The staff and the service center were very helpful and friendly. From the point of scheduling my service, to the point of picking it up today, they were very communicative throughout the entire process. I was definitely anticipating the service to take much longer and was very surprised to hear they finished within two days.Ive heard that this location can get very busy (on the service side). This is mainly because they cover such a huge area. Im sure at times, their service center can get backed up, causing longer than anticipated wait times. But my experience has been nothing but phenomenal.Thank you for what you guys do and keep up the good work.

2022-05-20Very good visit. Staff were competent and able to make my visit comfortable. Wait time was not too long for vehicle service issue. Super strong coffee in the waiting room, beware or you may sublimate through the walls and ceiling on your second cup!

2022-06-082 starts because while we love the car the service is terrible. We scheduled to have the tires replaced and had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment, then they rescheduled. Had to wait another 2 weeks just to have them tell us we are going to have to wait Another 2 weeks. I don’t know about you but I don’t schedule to get tires to keep driving on them for another 2 months. I may have to update review because they may push us back again.

2022-04-02Stopped in today and was greeted by Ryan and another women (I didn’t get her name) they were very helpful and showed me everything I needed to know to be able to make a decision on a purchase and how to move forward.I appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable customer service!!Only sad I have to wait until Oct for delivery

2022-03-29Love the car, but the Tesla consumer experience is hugely disappointing for a premium-priced vehicle. No fault of the Cincinnati store, they are friendly enough. Its the Tesla consumer service model that lacks. After you buy, you get a five minute tour and then youre left to your own devices to learn the intricacies of driving it (and relearn after major updates). If you need service it takes weeks to get the car in, cant speak with a human (all communication is through app messaging only), and they dont offer loaners only Uber credits. Still would buy though - the car is that good. Ill never go back to gas. But now that other companies are making competitive electric cars, Uncle Elon had better step up his game.

2021-03-07Bought my first Model S from the dealership a month ago and the process was so simple and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The process starts from the website, then you get in contact with an advisor whos always there to answer your questions. You pick out your vehicle and if you have a trade in, you work through that paperwork. Speaking of paperwork, there was very little of it to review and sign on Delivery Day.I said goodbye to my BMW a month ago and havent had any regrets with my Model S. Its simply AMAZING!!

2022-08-05The manager, Kimberly, is awful - sarcastic, condescending, and has absolutely no follow through to deliver what she says she will. She interrupts you while you are speaking because she thinks she know what you are going to say before you make it through a sentence. Other people have complained on YouTube about the “winning” management team here and I can only image they mean her. Not only this, but she was completely wrong regarding what she told me. Either that or a liar. Either way, awful. If you end up speaking with her, just do yourself a favor - hang up, call back, and speak to someone else there because they are generally friendly and knowledgeable.

2020-08-10Awesome, refreshing experience at a car lot. No pressure sales, staff all willing to answer any questions you have and inform you about everything around Tesla. We were able to get an impromptu test drive and had all of our questions answered despite the place having many people there all thing to do the same. Staff was great.

2021-12-28Warning! If you test drive a Tesla you will buy a Tesla! It happened to us. Love it. Test drive at Blue Ash back in March. Ordered our model Y a couple days later.
