Drove 2 hrs to this dealership. Upon arrival looked at a 2021 ford f150. The online photos and walk around video did not accurately show the amount of body damage and paint flaws on this truck. Very disappointed. Salesman did his best to locate an acceptable, comparable vehicle. No luck.
I purchased a very gently used 2021 Buick Enclave from Terry Henricks and will recommend friends and family start looking there when shopping for a new vehicle. I originally requested information on an Explorer but it wasnt quite what I was looking for so CJ kept sending me vehicles that fit what I was looking for. When the Buick came up, I scheduled a time to test drive. CJ couldnt be there so Scott handled the sale. The vehicle was ready to drive right when I got there - cant say that about other dealers that make you wait so they can find it on the lot and wash it. Scott was upfront about not being too familiar with Buicks as he works at a Ford dealer but was quick to look up the answers to my questions he wasnt sure about. The purchase was easy and they offered a fair amount on my trade-in. Morgan in the finance department was very friendly and easy to work with, making sure to explain things in detail. If youre in the market for a new or used vehicle, start at Terry Henricks you wont be disappointed.

We bought a truck. I dont think I would go back. The truck needs more down to it then anything. Yes it was used but I cant believe they would sell something with probablys right off hand knowing kids will be in the truck. I should have new after driving the first truck with transmission problems. Ive already been in once to get a tire fixed they said the tire is fine that then had to clean it, still leaking and been since I bought it. Have to get all new rotors and brakes.
I had a really hard time finding the exact F-150 I wanted. Terry Henricks Ford had exactly what I was looking for. I drove an hour and a half from Michigan to get there. This is the perfect place if you want a quiet environment with absolutely zero pressure. I was in and out with my new F-150 in about 90 minutes. I got a great deal, the payment was exactly where I wanted it, and I got exactly what I wanted for my trade. Thank you Mike Young and Morgan Crist for making it a smooth process!UPDATE: I was nervous how the title and tag would work out since I was in Michigan and Terry Henricks is in Ohio. Recently purchased an F-150 from Terry Henricks Ford and I was very happy with my experience. I was coming from 3 hours away so they were very accommodating with giving me as much of a good look at the vehicle as possible without actually seeing it in person. Their prices were reasonable and the staff there was very inviting. I would make the drive again for another vehicle in a heartbeat.
I was super impressed by the service I received by salesman Michael Young. I live in Florida and was looking to purchase a vehicle in Ohio. From the very beginning, Michael was there for anything I needed. Not whatsoever pushy but there for whatever I needed. We communicated all by text. Any questions I had, he would response promptly and if I needed extra pics, he would get them to me in a very reasonable time. One very early morning, around 6 am, I sent him a text to his personal phone he gave me the night before. I didnt want to start my day and forget to ask him but I also didnt want to wake him. So around 6 am I sent him a text to see if he would take one last video of the car for me before pulling the trigger from Florida for the car. A couple minutes later I received a text back from him stating Good morning. Nope that is no big deal. I will be in around 8:30 and Ill take care of it for you. That is great service!! If your looking to purchase a vehicle from here, definitely ask for Michael Young.
Best truck experience I have ever had. Had to have manager bring truck back to dealership. Salesman was very easy to talk with. His sidekick was very pleasant too. We had a great time together. I would recommend this dealership and Salesman for the best deal in town.

Our vehicle was brought in to repair a leaking wheel seal that had been diagnosed at Terry Hendricks Dodge during an oil change appt previously. Dropped vehicle off the night before so that shop would have it first thing the following day. Were originally told that procedure would take approx. 4 hours so were expecting to have car back that afternoon.When we didnt hear from TH Ford after lunch, we called to check and service manager was unable to provide an update but promised to check and call back. About and hour and a half later, I called to speak with store manager explaining my frustration and requesting his help.Kyle was understanding and promised to follow-up, which he did. Car had been misdiagnosed originally and the part needed for repair was not in stock at the dealership. We were given the option of picking the car up until the part came in or using a loaner vehicle at no cost until the repair was complete. TH Ford stayed in contact with us after this providing updates along the way and eventually calling to say the repair was complete.The original diagnoses was less costly to repair than the actual but for our trouble, TH fixed the issue for the original quoted price rather than charging us full price for the actual repair.Although we were frustrated initially, Kyle worked hard to make sure the issue was corrected and we were happy with the outcome.

Bought our Explorer from Chris Weiss right before Christmas. Looked for the right car for months, drove down from metro Detroit and made them stay a little late after getting it certified, test driving it and getting us a final price and we didn’t even buy it that night. Came back down and the car was clean and full of fuel. Car is perfect! Realized it was missing the owners manual and wouldn’t of been a big deal if this car didn’t have so many options but Chris got one sent to me the next day. Great to deal with, everyone was nice and had a small town dealer feel that was much better than all the other dealers we went to the past 3 months. Would highly recommend!
Dealership was on par with new vehicle purchase. Manufacture deleting options is the issue. Dealerships are put in a touch spot.
We bought a van through them today. We live in Michigan and had issues finding a way to get the van (our vehicle had broken down at the beginning of the week). They delivered it this morning which was a massive stress relief. The van was super clean inside and out. It looks wonderful, runs well, came with a tune up including new spark plugs. Tires are sound, came with 3/4 tank of gas as well. Seriously couldnt have asked for better service or value for the money.The salesman, Cody was great and worked with us over the phone to get the van to us quickly. The older couple who drove the van down was very nice as well. All around great experience getting our new (to us) vehicle here.

We agreed on a purchase price then flew out there from California to purchase the vehicle. When I got to Detroit Airport at 6am Michael was there to pick me up. Bought a used Audi long distance ($47,000 car) from these scammers. Did not notice until I was driving into the sun 10 days later that the windshield is COMPLETELY Covered in tiny stone chips. Dealership called and I spoke with sales manager and explained problem. Requested that dealer replace windshield for obvious safety problem. Sales manager blamed it on ME! Dealership refused to replace windshield. AVOID!!!! ABSOLUTELY ZERO INTEGRITY!!!

Outstanding Service... My husband and I were traumatized by a loss of brakes on the highway. Thank God We were towed to Terry Henricks Ford in Archbold OH.Servce Manager Mark told us we would have to stay until 10/29. He then stated he couldnt think of a better place to be stuck. Well there isnt anything I cant say about this place that is different from their colleagues at Terry Henricks Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge across town. Small town = savings!! Do your research, the big city folks just dont meet the savings & experiences that this place offers. However, the hubs and I want different vehicles, makes, & models. So were at a stalled buying experience. But we had Adrienne Emmons show us several Ford vehicles that were close & she impressed us, shes kept us informed on inventory. The only problem is I want a specific vehicle thats not a Ford. The hubs wants a Ford. So now were stalled in the buying process. Hopefully, someday we can agree soon. Its a waiting game on whos more stubborn now.
Service was pretty good. Everyone was nice and professional. I felt like we got a great deal. However, they knowingly let us leave the lot with our new vehicle practically on E. That did not sit well with me. Especially, since I just forked over so much money. All of the past dealerships I have dealt with made sure the gas was topped off. I would still recommend them, just here to leave some feedback!
My husband purchased a truck here close to a month ago and the salesman Alex was great .I gave 3 stars for the following reasons . The day he went to pick up his new truck the gas tank was on empty and it had not been detailed (cleaned ) at all . Every vehicle we’ve ever purchased from a car dealership has always put a full tank of gas in the vehicle and had the vehicle cleaned upon taking ownership .
Cody was great to work with! He was professional and courteous without being pushy like you see at a lot of car dealers. This was our first time buying out of state and sight unseen. Cody and the rest of the dealership worked flawlessly to get an independence inspection from a mechanic 25 minutes away. When we arrived to pick up the car, our expectations were met perfectly. Terry Henricks Ford worked phenomenally with my husband and I. We found a truck online that had been recently listed and we drove around an hour down to see the truck. We showed up a couple hours before close and kept the employees late. Not once did anyone working make us feel rushed or like they wanted to leave close to closing time. Our sales consultant, Alex Bennett was very thorough and listened to exactly what we wanted. We ended up leaving that night with our dream truck! They made the process very easy and quick. My wife first purchased a vehicle from Terry Henricks Ford in the fall 2018. Our experience was so great, I went back with my wife to purchase another vehicle for myself a couple weeks ago. The staff are great and both times we have worked with salesman Josh Jones, who has been fantastic. We have continuously recommended this dealership not only for their great deals, but for the extremely professional and courteous staff.
To start: I am not a car buyer person. In 38 years I have purchased 2 cars (this is my husbands department, but he had work priorities). Being completely honest, I wasnt exactly looking forward to doing this. But I made the short trip to Archbold anyway (found the car of interest on their website) and met Chris Weiss and Morgan Roth at Terry Henricks Ford who made this entire process so simple and painless for me that it only took about an hour/hour and half to get the car purchased (which has literally everything I wanted/needed and more and at a very affordable price).I feel Chris went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, he answered all my questions with full knowledge. He took time to go over all the neat little functions the car has. I honestly could not be more pleased with the way the entire transaction went through. Chris was very patient with me, we had a couple of bumps on my end (I didnt have my insurance paperwork on hand, banks and holidays, etc...) but he stayed friendly and took all my crazy incredibly well. I also never felt pressured into buying anything that I didnt want. He even did a followup call to make sure I still was happy with my purchase.Morgan Roth did an amazing job in finance as well, went through all my paperwork and walked me through everything I was signing. I completely understood all the options, offers and payment plan after we were done. I feel like nothing was untouched. She was very friendly and personable as well. I never once felt in question that something I was signing wasnt something that I wasnt already prepared for.Overall my experience with Terry Henricks start to finish was just perfect for me, the staff is very above and beyond and I wouldnt hesitate for a moment to recommend or purchase another vehicle in the future from Chris and the company.

I found a truck they had in their inventory and was very interested, however I live 2.5 hours away and was concerned about making a long distance deal. Cody contacted me right away (after hours) via email to let me know he would get in touch with me the next day when they opened. We spoke on the phone the next day and Cody was very understanding of where I needed to be to make the purchase. He was quick to get my loan approved and with getting quotes back. I made a deposit, and the next day drove to the dealership. I found Terry Henricks Ford on Car Gurus as I was looking for a used F150 Limited. I met Chris Weiss back in February but wasnt sold on the stock they had. I told Chris that I was going to wait a while before I did anything, but I would get in touch with him when I was ready. Chris is a NO PRESSURE salesman, he left me alone after that and I didnt hear from him until I contacted him.Other dealerships have been calling once or twice a week since that time, that left a bad taste in my mouth.Well, I was ready this week, called Chris and told him to find me the truck I was looking for. He checked CPO F150s as well as new ones for lease. 3 days after I spoke with Chris I was in my 2019 F150 Limited.Terry Henricks Ford is my go to dealership from now on!I also received great information from Morgan Roth (Finance) while filling out the paperwork regarding ways that could save me money should I buy the truck at the end of the lease.I Got home and realized that the temporary tag had mistakenly not been placed on the vehicle. I called Chris and he drove almost 90 miles round trip to make that right!I leased a Honda from a dealer in Michigan and the tags were only good for 30 days, I didnt receive my plates for 38 days so the NEW CAR sat in my driveway for 8 days and they didnt do a thing about it.TERRY HENRICKS FORD IS A DEALERSHIP WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The car we originally wanted wasnt for sale but posted for sale the next day, so we found the same one, different color, pretty filthy but we asked if theyd knock said amount, could we take it as is that day, they said no. Well they said our car needed to be fully inspected & everything & will be detailed as well h that theyd deliver it to us. Well they delivered it, very poorly detailed (we had to clean it ourselves), & the sunroof still leaks, & theres a leak in the floor some where & they didnt give us any papers to our car. Tried calling C to see if there was another key to our car & wanted to ask about paper work, & some other things, & didnt even get a return call or nothing.Wont be returning there again.
I visited the dealership about a year ago and test drove a truck. I didnt end up buying it but returned to look at trucks again. To my surprise, Adrienne remembered me and helped find a truck that fit my needs. Bought a used car from them. 1 day after the purchase my tpms comes on. I called to complain they said it was fine when they had it. So thats my problem that they just reset the problem and never fixed it. Place is a JOKE!!! AVOID!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!
After searching for a vehicle for approximately three months, I finally found a used 2011 Ford F150 4x4 truck that I was interested in at a very reasonable price. After test driving the vehicle, I had found some minor repair issues which made me have second thoughts about buying the truck. Adrienne Emmons was the sales person I was working with during the test drive. She then went out of her way to work with management to get the repair issues resolved in a timely manner. I was glad I waited a few more days for the work to be done as the truck looked great after coming back from the detail shop and everything is now in good working order mechanically.The dealership also offered a fair trade-in value for my older SUV.Morgan in finance was also very pleasant to work with. She made the paperwork and formal purchase go quickly and smoothly. She did not try to high pressure me into purchasing extra warranties although she did present to me what was available.

This was by far the smoothest car buying process Ive ever gone through. Came in unsure of exactly what I wanted. Chris showed me some options based on what I was looking for and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Once the decision was made, the paperwork was finished quickly and thoroughly. Morgan answered any financial questions I had. Both Chris and Morgan were very friendly to work with, as were any of the other employees I spoke with during the process. I will definitely be back and will be recommending Chris and Terry Henricks!
Our van broke down and we called 4 different garages to get our brakes fixed to go home to illinois. Nobody had any openings. Untill i called these guys! They are amazing, kind, and reliable! My husband and I came from out of state for “the perfect truck”. We searched online and locally with no luck finding the exact truck we were looking for with the options we desired. We called and spoke with Adrienne Emmons. She went well above and beyond via phone assuring us the long drive was worth making to drive/purchase this vehicle we found at their dealership online. Once we arrived (not long before closing time) Adrienne worked with us, one of three different couples all at the same time, making sure neither of us were left unattended or felt abandoned. The whole process was a breeze. She was so knowledgeable, courteous, and just a wonderful person to work with!! We will make the long drive again just to work with her! Thank you Adrienne!! I drove all the way from Michigan without knowing what to expect. By far the best car experience I’ve ever had. I was very hesitant with the initial financing, but without pushing me, they found me an incredible deal that I couldn’t turn down. Highly recommend this dealership.Update: The day after I got home with my car, the engine was grinding whenever I started it cold. They sold me my car needing a new timing chain. It’s a $2,100 job. Disappointed is an understatement. It’s also been an entire month and I still don’t have the title. I called repeatedly and emailed but nobody answered my calls or responded until I called and asked to speak to anyone just so I’d finally be in contact with my sales person.
Even though we had gotten a pre-approval with our credit card, our credit was not approved so we unfortunately did not get the car we wanted. That however is not why I give two stars. When my husband test drove the car he was not happy with the sales person but we liked the car. The process to purchase that night took almost two hours after the first credit pull. It seems our email got the results nearly fifteen minutes before theirs. They said the banks had closed and so they would call the next day after more checks. At noon my husband called to find out what had been said, again the email came through with our credit pull at 10:30am way before we called. Well it was around 4:30pm we finally received a text message saying we had been denied and we would need a cosigner. It was nearly 24 hours from test drive to text message for the denial with 6 credit pulls on one day and only one on the second. In our experience once they decided we would be denied the customer service was done.

1 star for physical labor used. 0 stars for this- Scheduled my appointment on Wednesday for the following Monday at the available time of 8:30am. Turned the car in by 8am with multiple issues to be fixed or addressed. Didn’t hear a word until I called back at 4pm and they said they were busy and had questions, but never called for those questions. They completely looked past 3 issues and said theyd call back with quotes. It was 6:30pm and never got a phone call so I decided to just go pick it up, done or not. The quotes came out to an additional $1,000+ and asked if I wanted the parts ordered. Uh no. Then had the audacity to tell me there was an extra hour labor charge for the quotes but they’d take that off even though it should’ve been checked, quoted and ordered hours prior. And lastly, WATCH FOR OIL FINGER PRINTS ON INTERIOR. I owe a MKZ with light beige leather and they didn’t seem to care at all that my entire door panel, seat and flooring was covered in oil prints. Very unprofessional and will never go back. There are other mechanics and dealerships that will take care of your car as if it’s their own, these guys don’t care and the excuse was, “we’re really backed up and overbooked.” Inexcusable in my opinion.
I was in the market for a used car the parameters I was searching for were pretty tight. But Terry henricks Ford sound exactly the right listing I wanted. I live in Grand Rapids and they are in Archbold Ohio they delivered the car to me and I did paper work on my front porch I give them a 5-star . I would give them 10 Stars if I could . I spoke with 4 different people since last Thursday and even bought an insurance policy, to be told after we came to a sale price, that my sales rep Alex zimmerman, didnt know anything about me or the sale . No call backs so I look at the views and lo and behold they sold the van 2 weeks ago. I was sent a walk around video of said van, and I heard the guy say it had 3/4ths a tank of gas. Go look at the prior review thats how I figured out I did all that talking and dealing and insurance stuff for a van THEY ALREADY SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid this place about as unprofessional as it gets. And instead of recognizing their own mistake and compensating? They will ignore your calls lol. Zero stars if Google would let me.
I was broke down on I 80 and towed to their shop. Even though they were very busy, Mark the service manager was able to work me in right away. In 3 hours I was back on the road and I didnt get hammered on the price.I highly recommend this dealership.
I was led to believe my offer was accepted only to find out after a couple hrs of hard sell and paperwork that it was not. Too much time invested to back out of the deal. Then discovered that one of the special advertised floor mats was missing. Purchased a 40k vehicle and they wouldn’t replace the missing floor mat? Glad it wasn’t a door!I question Hendricks integrity and they don’t stand behind what they sell.When you see the Hendricks Ford sign keep on driving.The sales people were nice but still a bad experience ☹️

I appreciate the fact that they made things right. I had a tire plugged which probably shouldnt had been due to the size but they were trying to save me money which Im all about however it ended up having a fast leak and I ended up having my tires replaced. They ended up reimbursing me for the last visit when they plugged it. The fact that the manager felt bad having to tell me that the tires needed to be replaced made me feel like they really care.
I love my Ford Fusion! They took time to find me the right carat the right price. My last few cars have come from Terry Henricks because of their integrity and honesty.

The employees and the work performed were great. My problem was that they didnt get the parts that they ordered from their supplier three times. That problem left me without use of my vehicle for two weeks instead of one week. I suggested that they change suppliers.
I cannot express how great the team at Terry Henricks Ford is. I live out of state but happened to find the exact make and model of used car that I was looking for. When I spoke to the online salesman, Chris Weiss, he was extremely helpful and guided me through every step. He agreed to drive the truck to the local airport at 10:30 PM so we could meet and sign the papers and I could drive it home. They will go above and beyond to exceed customers expectations.

The service department at Terry Henricks Ford in Archbold, Ohio is great. They had my Bronco Sport for over 30 days and kept me up to date on everything and just above and beyond what you would expect.
They couldnt make it any easier. Get online and schedule your service at your convenience, they are open until 8:00pm on Mondays, friendly, local, and top quality work. My Father went to this dealership for 30 years until his passing.
We dropped our car off and left it since we live a little further away. The part was in earlier than expected and the service dept. completed the repairs sooner than promised.
Needed a new key made for my F150, no problem 20 minutes and out the door with new key programmed and good to go. While parts dept. made key service dept. did programming, great to feel they really wanted to do a great job and make you want to come back, I left feeling like friends just helped me.

Found a truck I liked online. Made the hour drive after a few emails back and forth with Alex. The entire process was comfortable and fair This is the first lot Ive stepped on in a long time where I felt they were honest and genuinely interested in earning a customer not just a sale. Alex worked with me on my trade in(s) got me into the truck at the payment I wanted and length of loan I wanted. The after sale service is what impressed me the most. It was a used truck I bought with the typical as-is sign in the window. Even though that was the case I had an issue on my way home and Nate Rose really impressed me. He got the truck into their shop, Mark the service Manager called me the next business day first thing to get the scoop on the issue and immediately went to work. The issue was fixed and the dealership DELIVERED my truck the hour away with in 36 hours of that first shop call. Thoroughly impressed by this entire dealership and that is coming from someone who WAS a car salesman for a little while.

I recently bought a truck. 2013 f150. I love the truck its great but there were some things wrong with it that I didnt notice until after the purchase. The rear defroster doesnt work and there is no spare tire! I was told too bad, deal with it. I guess I should have done a better inspection prior to my purchase. The employees were friendly though....
Stopped in to get something fixed on my car after a 7 hour drive from Wisconsin. They got me in and fixed right away. Did not change me anything for a few screws. I was blown away by the customer service!
I had an awesome experience with Terry Henricks Ford. I called to see if the vehicle was available and and the salesman, Alex was very accommodating. He answered all of my questions without getting frustrated. There were A LOT. He gave me an estimate on my trade in which was VERY fair! I made the 1.5 hour commute that night and sent pictures of all my paperwork to get the ball rolling. Alex and his GM were awesome! They even got me a better interest rate than what I came in with. I was in and out with my new Explorer in 2 hours! TWO!! They even stayed late for me. Amazing customer service, genuinely nice people, honest and fair. I didn’t expect to find a find foreign used car in Archbold, OH but I found the perfect car there! I bought a 2016 MINI Cooper from Chris W at Hendricks Ford which was over 3.5 hours away from home. They answered all my questions and did a couple walk around Videos for me. If this wasn’t my first MINI those efforts could have been enough for me to buy this car without a test drive, but I had to take it for a spin and have it inspected in the nearest town. They were gracious enough to let me take it 33 miles away to have it inspected. I didn’t even feel like I was buying a used car, rather it was like talking to an old friend. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris W for his work ethic and great personality. They even drove me to and from the airport to an after hours return of my rental car!

Went in for a replacement of a right door mirror, was told it would take thirty minutes and it took approximately three hours. I was okay because they ran into some complications with the chrome cover on the old mirror which I take responsibility for that situation. If that happens to anyone they need to be patient. Thank you for doing an awesome job with my pickup.

They even paid for our lunch while they worked on our paperwork since we had our two young children with us!We returned from lunch, signed our paperwork with Morgan, and were on our way in our new to us vehicle. Good service when I needed oil change on my RV.
I didnt end up buying a car, but had my best-ever dealings at a car dealership with Alex. He was relaxed, but prompt, thorough and extremely helpful with his honest answers to questions I had about a 2018 Outback. During Covid, he took a car for a test drive, filmed it, seng it to me, then drove it again after I rose specific questions about it.

I raised my review because they are trying to help and makes me see they are true to there word of customer service.I bought used car from them 2 years ago and it was wonderful and ran great, then trade that car in for a truck. The truck ran good, but they didnt tell me how bad the spark plugins and a few things under the hood that are covered were. Took the truck in for a tune up and one of the spark plugs broke off in the engine and now i have to pay $1600 for it to be fixed. The place that Im having fix the truck said that they looked at it months ago and told Rich Ford about the problem but the Ford dealership did nothing about it and didnt disclose this information before the sale. So watch out at this place, have a outside mechanic look at their cars before you buy.
They changed the oil just fine, but left the reminder sticker on the dash & didnt reset the reminder light. Professionalism is reflected in the attention to the details

I recently purchased a 2018 F150 from this dealer. Buying experience was super easy. Having been around F150s for years we knew what we were looking for and found a good price. Our issues started AFTER we bought the truck. I was 10 min away from the dealer and opened up the moonroof and it wouldnt close. I turned around and brought it back to the dealer and long story short 6 days later they delivered my truck to me. Great right? Well I took the truck in for a car wash and the moonroof leaks. So now I need to go to another dealer to have it fixed properly. On top of that when they dropped off my truck it didnt even have a full tank of gas. I guess its the difference of the big dealers vs small town dealers.

2022-05-21I ended up purchasing the vehicle I inquired about. I had to drive 90 min to the dealership, but the dealership was easy to find, well staffed and had a wide selection of vehicles. Scott and Aaron both helped me during the process. Both were transparent, answered all questions thoroughly and treated me respectfully. Before I made the drive over, I asked for more pictures of the functions of the car and I had them within minutes. I did not go to the dealership with the intention to purchase that day, but was able to agree upon a deal that to me was fantastic, so I drove my new car home and loved every 90 minutes of it. I highly recommend reaching out to this dealership, Aaron and Scott especially. Thanks guys, loving my new Explorer!

2022-04-29I recently brought my 2014 Ford Focus in for its 140k mile check up. Staff was courteous and took the time to go over and answer questions about the inspection report. While waiting I had my car appraised as Im looking to eventually invest in another vehicle and the sales person while she was waiting for a customer appointment took the time to show me what the dealership had. I will definitely be back to see them for both service and my new vehicle.

2022-03-06We were actually looking at some used vehicles when our salesperson Alex Bennett mentioned they had a brand new Ford Transit 350 crew van in. Which really was ideally what I was looking for. Alex was kind enough to go on the test drive with us and explain things to me as I was driving it. When we got back he showed me the functions through the steering wheel which was really nice of him. No one at the dealership was pushy about buying a vehicle they answered all the crazy questions we asked.I HIGHLY recommend Hendricks Ford in Archbold. And ask for Alex Bennett hes a very nice young man.

2022-05-27Cannot say enough good things about my new Escape PHEV. Have a 52 mi. round trip to work. This week gas cost less than was $7 for my drive to work. The low speed button on the transmission acts like a brake and maximizes regeneration. I hardly use the brakes at all. Brilliant!
