I recently bought a truck from here. I worked with Alex Bingham. Alex was great at his job. Kept me well informed and was honest. The deal took longer than I wanted, but not because of Terry Hendricks. There was a warranty issues that took a while. If youre looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend working with Alex. He did a fantastic job. Give him a raise!
Easy to work with. Willing to do what it takes to make a deal. Very pleasant experience. I live 3 hours from this dealership. I had an issue after i got home and the sales team was very helpful in getting it resolved locally.
Friendly courteous people here. Parker is the man. My only complaints are the truck could have been cleaner. And company policy of 15 dollars in fuel is ridiculous but conveniently there is a fuel station right next door.

Couldnt be happier with my experience at Terry Henricks in Archbold. Its taken me since May to find the vehicle I wanted, and when I finally did, the purchase process from the time I first emailed them to the day I picked it up was seamless. I was able work most of the deal through texting with my salesperson Alex. Im currently working from home and being able to work out various details of the deal between my virtual work meetings as crucial. Alex never hesitated to get me the information I asked for, and never questioned my motivations or reasons. Ultimately this meant that when I did go pick up the vehicle, I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Everything was prepared ahead of time and the vehicle was ready to go. I started the process on a Tuesday when I first emailed them, and picked it up by Saturday. They were even able to install a spray in bed liner and order and install a Mopar aluminum tri-fold tonneau cover that I requested be added all by the time I picked it up. Great experience! I would highly recommend Alex Bingham and the team at Terry Henricks. Thank you for making it easy! Oh, and the Gladiator is pretty sweet too. lol.

Good people, good service, the sale was smooth, waited a bit, but they were busy. We love our durango we bought, but, we got a key FOB and key that didnt belong to our vehicle Im not sure how that happened, but it did. Dustin was new, but overall pretty happy. Didnt feel pressured. I would shop here again. Update, key FOB was taken care of.
Pam and I were very pleased with our previous purchase from Terry Hendricks CDJR so when we were ready to consider a trade for a newer vehicle, we were pleased to return to Terry Hendricks on Monday (May 23) to look into the Jeep Cherokee Limited that we were interested in.We had found it on their website and had done our homework before we arrived. Alex met us in the parking lot as soon as they opened at 8:30 am! We appreciate his kindness and honestly as we discussed the potential purchase, and then of course we had to meet with Matt (both great guys, except for the fact that one is a Buckeye fan)!The vehicle was everything they said it was and the deal was made meeting the expectations that I/we had going in. We are VERY PLEASED (again) with this purchase and with the efficiency of the staff as well as their kindness and courtesy. We wanted a Wrangler and something with color, all our dealerships had were black and gray. There was nothing local so I found one 2 hours away at this dealership. I spent half a day conversing on the phone with a salesman to make the deal and picked the car up 2 days later. Very efficient place, really nice salesman.
I have purchased my vehicles at Terry Hendricks for quite awhile, my last purchase was a used mini van as is, so when I took it home, the engine light came on and was upset knowing that it was a purchase as is.So I took it back and alerted the salesman about the problem and left the vehicle at the dealership.Monday morning I got a call from Terry Hendricks and without a miss they said, we are taking care of it with no questions asked.I was overwhelmed at there willingness to fix the issue at there cost that was not cheap.I just wanted to express appreciation, thank you so much for stepping in and helping us out.Thats why we will continue to purchase from them in the future.
Service person who checked me in was great. Technician messed with my husbands fire siren on his truck, and left a greasy mess on the arm rest, which I had to go back inside and ask to have cleaned off. Not a big fan of first come first serve oil change. Appointments help great on not having to guess when to go and hopefully not have to sit waiting for more than hour...

I had a fuel pump go out in my 2019 ram 1500 on the 4th of July. Had it towed in and they handled everything, a loaner truck, my warranty, and of course the the repair. Had my truck back in 2 days with no hassle.

I went to Terry Hendricks Chrysler Dodge in Archbold ohio to get my Ram 1500 Eco Diesel fixed the truck was telling me it was going to shutdown after so many miles after going to two Different Dealers that told me what to fix first because the two knock sensor will send a false reading and will say things are wrong that are not and I told the mechanic what they said and he said ok then Later they call me telling me it was my gas tank and it was going to cost me 3000 then after putting it on they say its my knock sensors they played guess games at my cost .
I could not be happier with Terry Henricks, Michael Gruen, or my 2018 Ram! Everyone was masked up and careful- you dont have to sweat buying a vehicle during the pandemic. The service was outstanding as always- this is our second vehicle purchase from Terry Henricks and we have no reason to go anywhere else. The prices are exceptionally good, and I shopped around hard for several weeks. This truck was not just a great price, but it was a great value compared to everything else that I saw on the market. And it is SO clean! I know it sounds counterintuitive that you can buy a better vehicle for less money, but you have to remember that Terry Henricks moves TONS of vehicles. I literally have a $349 payment on a 2018 Ram that is a certified pre-owned vehicle and the powertrain warranty will last me until 2025. Heck when I added this vehicle to my Credit Karma account, it came up as being worth $1,000 more than I paid. Try that at another dealer.

We had an outstanding experience in buying a new Ram 1500 recently. Alex Bingham was great to work with. We were undecided between buying new or used, or a Ram or another pickup from Ford, Chevy, Toyota. Alex was able to show us the features the Ram 1500 offers, So glad we were able to buy locally and also get a great deal in the process. We had actually found a new Ram we liked in Toledo on a Saturday and was going to buy it. But went back to Terry Henricks on Monday to talk with Alex had and are we sure glad we did. Alex was able to beat what the offer was from the other dealership and we got to buy local. They say eggs are cheaper in the country. Well that is also true when buying a vehicle!. So I called and talked to Doug, who spent a lot of time walking around the car and inspecting it for any defects, and also took it for a drive for me. One of the best buying experiences Ive had at a car dealership in a very long time. We happened to see the vehicle we bought while looking at their website. I immediately called Sales Consultant Michael Gruen, whom we had talked with before, and he confirmed its availability. We set an appointment with him for the next day. Michael was awesome. He was very knowledgable and there was zero pressure from him to purchase. He explained everything to us, such as how our trade in was valued and what our different financing options were. We decided to buy. Financing was a breeze. Extended warranty options were presented, and again, with no pressure to buy. Our vehicle was explained to us and out the door we went. What a great experience I had with dealing with Alex and his team at Terry Henricks Dealership. I drove 400 miles to get the Truck I wanted at a very fair price! The surprise came when the offered me top dollar for my trade-in. As soon as Alex made me the offer for my trade-in, I knew I was heading West to pick up my 2020 Ram Limited Truck! I never thought I would say that driving 400 miles for a truck was well worth it, the whole team was friendly and awesome to deal with. I dont see a new vehicle in my future (Love my new Truck) but when its time I would not hesitate to make the drive again! Thanks again Alex!

I found myself needing a truck during an extremely hot seller’s market.After an exhausting 6 week long, tri-state, search FULL of multiple negative experiences (both with unprofessional & insulting “dealers” and extremely rude private party sellers), I FINALLY found the truck I wanted & I am SO glad it was at Terry Hendricks.I was contacted by Alex Bingham & he was great to deal with. He answered every question I had, even took pictures and videos from every angle I asked.I gladly drove the 2hrs and was NOT let down (by the truck or him!) He was the perfect sales professional (not pushy at ALL, he stood back, didn’t hover or ask distracting questions when I looked the truck over, basically just let me do my thing).When I was ready to drive it & told him so, he said no problem, threw a plate on it and told me to take my time on the test drive. To let him know if I had any questions.He made for a very pleasant and fast purchase. I was in and out in under 45min.I did notice a small issue with it on the drive home & I contacted Alex the next day. Even though I had purchased it “as-is”, they made it more than right by me.My ONLY complaint is they’re 2hrs away from not only from me, but my family and friends. Great experience minus long waits, that were partly my fault. Missing trim piece promised was sent/received and easily installed. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Terry Henricks Ford dealership 3 years ago. The brakes needed replaced so the manager gave us a $300 service credit to use however we like. We decided to save it in case the car needed a major repair. Almost 3 years to the date, our car needs serviced. However, that $300 credit doesn’t show in their system anymore and the manager who gave us the credit, no longer works for Terry Hendricks! The credit wasn’t part of the purchase agreement but it was in their system. I know bc I checked myself with the service department after the manager told me of the credit. Go figure. 🤷🏾♂️

So we bought a used truck from Terry Hendricks. We live in Napoleon so about 1/2 hour drive. We signed the papers on the truck, and only made it half way home before the engine started making a loud whining noise. We contacted the salesman who then made arrangements to pick it up and get it into the shop 2 days later. They fixed a pulley and tensioner and we were very appreciative of that. The truck seemed fine most of the next day but then that night started making a different noise loud and terrible. I again contacted the salesman who recommended we purchase an extended warranty (very expensive) and I was told it wouldnt even cover the things that were wrong. I guess if it would have been awhile after buying it we would have just figured it was the luck of the draw when buying used. But when you dont even make it 15 minutes down the road after signing, and their website clearly states all used vehicles are put through this awesome inspection because they wont sell anything they wouldnt drive. We feel like they should have stood behind the truck and fixed it.So Terry Hendricks did make arrangements for us to bring the truck in again, and they did fix the AC compressor which was the reason for the loud whining noise. I am changing my rating because I appreciate them fixing what they did. I do realize they didnt have to do that so thank you.

After searching online months for a very specific used vehicle I found one on autotrader. I went to their website and emailed them directly because email is the fastest and best way for me. I was surprised to have a response so quickly. They had just gotten the car and I had asked for photos and various questions, it was so new of inventory that Tyson Schnitkey Sales and Leasing Consultant went above and beyond to obtain a few photos and as much information as possible before it even got to their dealership. Once it arrived at his location he was able to really answer and take in-depth photos for me, as well as a video I requested. Many back and forth emails transpired filled with questions, answers, photos, etc.. A few texts and/or phone calls took place as well when I had the time to do so. Throughout our many communications all responses were quick and clear. Once we agreed on the price I mentioned I had financing all set however, they encouraged me to give their banks a try and they were able to beat the previous loan offer I had, in just a few days paperwork was delivered to me and delivered back to them. This transaction happened in and around Thanksgiving and still things happened so quickly, even when they had to fight hard to find new tires for the car which were limited at the time. The condition based off the photos and the information given to me was exactly how I imagined when I received the car. I had many doubts and concerns about buying a car online so far away without seeing it myself however this process was very efficient and went smoothly since they were very timely and described everything honestly. Very happy I went with Tyson and this deal/dealer and now I finally have the car I wanted. Thank you.

My experience with Terry Henricks Chrysler Doge Jeep RAM was very positive. The salesman, Tyson Schnitkey was very knowledgeable about the 2021 Pacific which we purchased. On our way home I noticed that one of the warning lights stayed on in the instrument cluster. We were only about 10 minute away from the dealership, so I turned around and they ran a diagnostic on it only to find that it was a factory setting that hadnt been turned off, so no real problem. Overall I give the dealership a 5-star rating!
They were super friendly and super helpful. Carter did an awesome job with quick turnaround. I was able to get trade in estimations living two hours away and still go and trade my vehicle in same day. They even stayed after to make sure I had time to get there. Also they put fuel in the vehicle for my long drive home. Carter was very professional and they made sure to get me a great interest rate where other dealerships would not.
Beyond a great experience! I will be a returning customer, and will be seeing Jake again! Im never really taken that serious when it comes to buying a car, and Jake took me serious. Thx to the folks at Terry Henricks (Alex, Matt, Teresa, Dave and Caleb) for their service in providing a nice vehicle at a fair price.Like another customer from Michigan who said, it was worth the one and a half hour drive, in my case it was worth the four hour round trip!Before seeing the vehicle, they repaired a dent and refinished a wheel rim that had curb damage. But most significantly, when the vehicle was delivered, there was a crack in the windshield. They also covered the cost of the $377 replacement.Great customer service.
Honestly this last visit for service was a bit disappointing. The service folks did a great job and are knowledgeable and friendly and to those people I would give 5 stars but the billing is were the disappointment is. I originally went in to do an oil change and tire rotation. I was told by the tech that the rotation part wasnt necessary so I said dont do it then. I went to pay and I thought my bill was a little high for an oil change but didnt think to much about it. I payed and started walking out the door and noticed that they charged me for the rotation that I didnt get. So before I even walked out the door went back to the counter and they gave me back the money I was overcharged. Fine I was happy with that and left. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I get a bill in the mail for the oil change I already paid for when I was there for the service. I called and the lady said the regular person wasnt in and shed make a note for her the next day. That was Tuesday I havent heard back yet as to whether we are good or not but Im not paying for something I already paid for again. That would end up being a pretty expensive oil change for me. Because of this I havent decided whether Ill take my truck back there for service or not. Since I bought my truck there 6yrs ago Ive tried to be as loyal a customer as possible but I cant be sure that will continue. Better communication and organization may be necessary between service and billing to fix this issue.

This is a fantastic dealership. I live out of state and they had the exact Jeep I wanted. Carter met us when we arrived. We were interested in a Ford Escape that we saw on Carfax. We made a deal pretty quickly and went to lunch. The car had been traded that day and had not been detailed. Carter cleaned it himself.I had pointed out that the brakes pulled right, so an adjustment in price was madeWhen we returned hope we had the brakes checked and spent $250 to replace brake hoses. We, like most people, value honesty and integrity in the people we do business with.We purchased a Wrangler through Alex Zimmerman on February 1st of this year. The wrangler was used, in good condition, however when sold to us, we were promised a paint stick from the manufacturer to cover any imperfections in exchange for not moving on the price of the vehicle.Fast forward to beginning of May- still hadnt received the paint stick in the mail as promised. Called the dealership, received a text message from Alex stating it would be in the mail today (May 6th). Today is May 20th and still hasnt arrived.Alex is a young salesman and apparently hasnt learned that you do not create long-term, reoccurring business relationships by selling on empty promises. Just glad our issue wasnt something of larger magnitude, so save yourself the trouble and find yourself a dealership that actually follows through.

Couple things I noticed was how honest they were about issues before you buy a vechile they were not pushy by any means they were very helpful with my financing I feel they got me the best rate they could and it was very quick they never tried to talk me into any thing I didnt want. I will be buying my cars from them for now on. If you do the same ask for carter he will get you what you want if he can.

We had been discussing either buying or lease a new Jeep for about a year when we started looking at Terry Henricks website for possible vehicles. We filled out an online form and specifically said do NOT call us before 11:30 a.m. in the morning. So, when a female called at 8 a.m., I was very angry and all but hung up on her. Later, at exactly 11:30, Jake called, and I spoke with him. He indicated he was not aware that someone else had already called, but we went ahead and talked when I told him I wasnt doing business with someone who didnt pay attention to our written instructions on when to call. Jake then took our specifications and offered a couple chances for us to come look at vehicles. We told him we wanted to wait a few weeks, so he said hed keep in touch, which he did every couple weeks. Finally, he sent a text saying he thought he had something we would be really interested in, and we did come in and look, with the idea of leasing a new vehicle or purchasing a used one. In the end we liked the new one so well we went ahead and purchased it. We give Jake a 5-star review for his excellent salesmanship, in first, paying attention to our instructions on when we would accept phone calls; and second, for timing the contacts he made with us just right, in such a way that he was still in touch but not pushing us for a sale. Finally, he was friendly and informative when we did come to look at vehicles, and he handled the sale very smoothly. Hes a GREAT salesperson to deal with!

Buying my car through Terry Henricks dealership was as easy as Id imagined car buying should be. The deal for the car was so good, it got me to drive 100 miles from home just to take a look at the car. I initially gave a call to the dealership to inquire about the car and Andy answered the call and had thorough answers to all my questions without being pushy or putting pressure on me. I called back the next day to set up a test drive with Andy and when I got there he was just as kind and friendly as he was on the phone like I was part of the family there. My wife and I just returned from making our second purchase from Terry Henricks Chrysler and are very happy with our experience. Our salesman this time around was Michael Gruen and he had the vehicle we were interested in warmed up and waiting for us when we arrived. We purchase a used one-owner 2007 Ford Expedition EL that had been sold new by Terry Henricks and was also serviced by them. I called the service department prior to deciding to buy and they were very helpful by going over the service records and providing an estimate of how much recommended maintenance would cost.We had a similar experience a year ago when our salesman was Austin Johnson who has since been promoted to sales manager. We purchased a used 2016 Chrysler Town and Country and my wife loves the vehicle. We live in Michigan about an hour and a half away and expect to be return customers based on the great value and service we received. I highly recommend this dealership.

After several attempts to fix a break problem and not being achieved, we took our Jeep to another source for a second opinion. As a result, the problem was NOT even on the correct set of brakes or location. The techs and service staff could not even provide detailed reports when requested and could not even tell the noise was coming from a different location. As a result we not only paid for that days work, but had to get all new brake system addressed, replaced and of course pay for it again through our second source. Any trust or confidence has been lost in this service department and will not be taking our vehicles back. We felt taken advantage of and did not trust the tech and service diagnostics.The second place of recommendation to us was in disbelief that such poor workmanship and lack of seeing and understanding the problem after observing both the front and back breaks. I would error on the side of caution and get a detailed report from management when going here. It also does not hurt for a second and third opinion before just saying yes to fixing something to prevent being taken to the bank.

A year ago, and for a year total, I sold cars at Terry Henricks. Now, its my turn to purchase. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience that many on here have stated for this dealer. As an aside I have been involved in many aspects of the car business for the past 20+ years. I drove approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes to buy a Certified 2019 Ram with approximately 34,000 miles.1. The experience started off great. I contacted the dealer and they quickly performed a YouTube walk around video for me. They specifically commented to the condition of the vehicle about scuffs, scratches and paint and it lacking any of these. Mentioned tires and other equipment were in good shape.2. They appraised my vehicle virtually and while it was lower than other dealers I accepted this value in part because they specifically had a 2019 truck with the options I wanted.3. I show up and after a walk around notice some scuffs on a fender flare. This makes me pause and worry about seeing it every time I get in the car. After voicing my concerns and my willingness to walk away from the deal they said they would order a new fender flare and have it painted. This showed me that they seemed reasonable.This is where things take a turn:I start cleaning out my truck and removing the floor mats as my new truck doesnt have rubber floor liners so I wanted to make mine work. The appraisal guy comes over and gives me quite a bit of grief for taking out the floor liners. I specifically mentioned these werent included over the phone to the salesman. After what seemed to be a few comments and dirty looks I walked up to him and said - you guys are making the fender flare right on the 2019 truck so i will leave my rubber floor liners in the vehicle. This was my attempt at playing nice.I drove 30 minutes down the road and realized I left my garage door opener in the trade in. I texted the sales rep and he said he would grab it for me and then have it for me when I came to get the fender flare installed.Once on the interstate I was able to get the truck up to speeds of 75 MPH. This dealer is nowhere near the interstate for a test drive. The truck steering wheel and gas pedal shook when reaching speeds 77 or more. It was out of align and I also texted the salesman and had him add this to the future appointment to be looked at.I ordered new liners and enjoyed the truck for a week and then our first rain storm came. After this rain storm I noticed quite a few more scratches that were consistent with the fender flare lines. It appeared as though someone used some scratch filler compound! So now there are noticeable scratches down the driver side. I called the salesman and we worked out a time to get the new fender flare installed on the same day the touch up paint guy comes to their lot.When I got there they said they were not going to do any touch up paint. They apologized and told me it would make them lose money on the truck. This was obviously upsetting to me. It appears to me as a customer that they covered something up during the buying process.So now I am left to try and remedy this myself.I asked about my garage door opener and the salesman was befuddled. I showed him the text and he then said Oh right - I didnt find it in the truck. So now I am out a garage door opener too.They did install the fender flare. I hope the paint holds up well. They said they did an alignment but the paper they gave me clearly shows Alignment Values are not measured. They told me to continue to drive the truck and the tires would eventually wear correctly. Needless to say I left dealership pretty unhappyI took the truck to my local RAM dealer less than 6 days later and they corrected the alignment. The Toe was definitely out of specifications. It cost me $100.I thought dealing with a small town dealer they would have more concern over customer satisfaction. It appears as though they dont. They just want to sell as many cars as possible. I wont be a repeat customer. Be cautious when buying used from this dealer - even if certified.
Best car buying experience we have had!! Micheal is the best salesman. We were in and out in less than a hour driving away in our new Town and Country. Definitely will be doing business again for all of our new cars.

Went back to Terry Henricks..CDJR for routine service on my 2017 Dodge journey I purchased in Sept. The express lane service is a great and convenient way to get my oil changes done. Service writer was very friendly and 100% thorough when going over paperwork and the process. Techs were very proficient and on task. While journey was getting serviced I talked with sales Consultant Alex Bingham who helped me compare a couple vehicles and let me test drive a Jeep Compass. (Possibly looking for a 2nd vehicle). We found a used car we liked online and drove an hour to test drive it. We worked with Mike Deck and have nothing but wonderful things to say not only about Mike, but the dealer and experience in general. We had a unique situation that wound up taking a lot longer than planned, but we never felt rushed and Mike helped answer all of our questions. Drove up from Fort Wayne, drove the car, got a fair deal, was treated like a normal person and felt like I was working with good guys. It was a bit longer than I expected BUT that wasnt their fault, it was closing time and everyone hit them at once. Even through that and my crazy little guy, they managed to get the deal done as quickly as possible. We didnt have to haggle over it which I greatly appreciate. It was one of my better experiences out of way too many at a car dealership.

Excellent experience. Drove 1.5hrs to look at a 2017 Cherokee. Tyson had it fueled and pulled up to the door before we even arrived. Took it for a spin and looked under the hood. No pressure was put on us and it actually seemed like he was there just to help if we needed it. I will definitely do business with this dealership again. Their employees are down to earth people. I worked with Jake he was very helpful. The truck was cleaned and ready for me when I arrived. The one thing that was unfortunate was the tire condition on the truck. They explained that it passed their inspection but the truck tires are pretty much worn and spin in the lightest of rain. I am stuck paying close to a grand for new tires for it now which I was hoping to not have a large expense after the purchase.
Had the fuel tank replaced and I left my phone number and the service department called wrong number. Also toke car to town following day and both rear wheels were loose and left rear nearly came off. Had to stop and check the wheels for damage and tighten the wheels along the road. Not happy.
I made an email inquiry about a 2020 Challenger at Terry Henriks Chrysler/Dodge at about 12:30am. The next day I was contacted by Austin about the vehicle. Austin explained everything to me about the vehicle and set up the appointment for the following morning to purchase the vehicle.Not only Austin...but the whole staff at Terry Henriks was very friendly and helpful during my visit. Due to living 2.5 hrs from dealership my experience began through emails an eventually through phone conversations. Everyone I dealt from management to sales staff seemed to be honest and transparent. There was no pushy sales tactics and when I asked for more details on vehicle in regards to dents and scratches they took a 3 minute video for me and pointed out all blemishes (which werent many) to make sure I was well informed. Over all a top notch dealer. I wish more dealers followed their business tactics and philosophy...

Reading some of the other online reviews I am not surprised by my experience. Found a vehicle on their website , confirmed it was available by one of their salesmen. Negotiated a price, they took by credit info and I started working on insurance. Throughout the process they kept pressuring me telling me they had someone else interested in the vehicle. I eventually get a text telling me there was someone else coming into to look at the vehicle and may buy it . They then offered me another vehicle which makes it seem like that was their intent all along, bait and switch. Draw your interest with something which either wasn’t in stock or available for sale. No wonder online stores like Tesla and Carvana are winning new customers. The irony in my call with the salesman was that he said the dealership wanted to be like Amazon. What a joke. Don’t waste your time buying from here.
I couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience. Everyone was extremely polite and very helpful. Dave Fortier was great to work with and made sure to keep a smile on our face during the whole process. Everyone we encountered acted as if we were their customer from opening the door, greeting us, seeing that we had coffee or water, and congratulating us on our new Chrysler 300s. We will be back! I asked for a full synthetic oil change and they only did a regular. I questioned them on it and they did take it back and do it correctly and still only charged me for regular. Not bad but it would be nice if they did it right the first time. This is not the first time they have done this either.

2022-02-14We found a Jeep online and emailed Terry Henricks. They responded right back. We set up an appointment to look at a Jeep Cherokee. Alex reached out several times prior to our appointment to answer questions. We even changed our appointment time at the last minute. He accommodated our request. He was ready when we arrived. Vehicle was pulled up and waiting on us. We bought it that day. The staff, especially Alex B., were amazing! We were so happy with the service they provided. 2022-05-28While attending a course at Fort Knox KY I was looking at vehicles within 300 mile radius. Ended up finding a 2020 Ram Rebel at Terry Henricks. Using their online pre approval process was very simple and easy. I was contacted by Andy and we quickly went over details and I was on the road to the dealership. As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was tossed the keys to the Rebel without delay and was able to test drive it. Andy had everything prepared prior to arrival and total time spent at the dealership was minimal and I was back on the road to Fort Knox within an hour. The dealership customer service, Andy and the finance manager were exceptional, very impressed. The vehicle is amazing and I have no buyers remorse. I have driven over 1k miles in the week since purchasing and even high gas prices cant take away the enjoyment of buying this truck. Definitely the right place to trust and purchase a vehicle.

2022-04-26Dusty was the very nice and patient man who helped us to purchase our 2018 Ram Big Horn 3500 truck. He held it for us while we drove 3.5 hours to come see it. They had it ready when we arrived, we looked at it and it was everything they said it was. We negotiated a little, and we arrived at what I feel a fair deal that made us both happy, both with the purchase and our trade-in. Matt, the finance man was very accommodating and thorough. No one was pushy at all, which was very important to us. We left our old license plate and our garage door opener and they quickly mailed it to us. Eleven days later, we have no regrets we are very happy with our new to us truck and would definitely recommend Terry Hendricks dealership to purchase your next vehicle.

When I had technical questions our salesman could not answer, he was honest about that and brought out an expert. I am always suspect of salespeople, but I did not feel any pressure and they gave me no reason to question their honesty. 2021-10-18While at the dealership everyone I met was great my salesman Alex Zimmerman, his manager Austin and the finance man Matt made it an excellent enjoyable experience. Then the following day there general manager, I believe his name was Tyson called and asked if there was anything I had questions about, told him every one involved was very thorough , and that the staff there is one of the best Ive dealt with! Im recommending the dealership to anyone interested in a vehicle. Cant say enough about them and my purchase.

2022-05-10Dustin Gray was great to work with on the purchase of our new Chrysler Pacifica and the dealership gave us a great price for our trade. In this used car market we were hoping to get a good price on our old car. We had several quotes from different places and Terry Henricks was able to give us exactly what we expected for our trade on their first offer. On top of getting the best for our trade, Dusty was very responsive to our needs and helped us find the right vehicle for our budget. After all the paperwork was processed he told us to call him if we had any questions no matter how big or small our concern was. Dusty said, just because you have the keys doesnt mean my job is over.
