They missed some wasp problems and promised to come out and redo. They never showed up they never called and they never tried to reschedule. I called them 3 more times so far and they tried try to call their manager manager in this area, Some other manager, And a district manager, But not one of them called me back That day or the next day. They take your money up front and then then appears as though they dont care but they dont care when they havent followed up.

I had a scheduled appointment for Friday 6-18-21. I been on lay off all week boyfriends days off are fridays and Saturdays only. I scheduled for today because of our schedule why did no one call me and they rescheduled me for Wednesday 6-23-21 but never called me to tell me they did that nor made sure it was okay with my schedule! I been asking to talk to a manager and not one has called me back! I don’t paid for this service and yet nothing has happened I’m beyond upset!

The technician i had was amazing!The people he works for are garbage. I called, emailed, texted, no response, numerous times!!! Dont bother with these guys. I hope Orkin snatches up the tech though.

They schedule appointment dont show or call. I checked back and was told I would get a call in 24-48 hours that was 4 days ago 9/21/20 today is 9/25/20 and I have heard nothing.

Bugs came back took 8 phone calls and a threat to sue for them to actually schedule an appointment to come and treat again never did the 2 week follow up that they promised had they did they would have seen the bugs were still here basically back at square one...
