I really love this fun place in Hillard !Fun games with the family .Bowling games food and drinks .Eating finger food and actively bowling is very convenient but kinda gross when you think about it.Sharing balls and eating food with only napkins to while you hands.Id recommend placing hand sanitizer at each lane . Service was lacking as we where forgotten on several items .
I would normally rate this friendly, fun place a five star! Not today. The young man at the counter was unfriendly, rude and devoid of personality.(Matt)? The entire place was empty but he refused to give us two separate lanes for my two clients. One bowls fast and one does not. We have always been able to get two lanes if the place wasnt busy.I would never ask otherwise. One client uses bumpers and onedoesnt. The bumpers were broken. They would not go back down for my client. He came and pulled them up once with the same devoid attitude.Crazy how one person can ruine a fun time.My clients love coming here. We bowl, spend money on food and play at least 30.00 dollars in games. We dont just come so they can bowl for 4.00.This is the first time in 4 years I have ever been disappointed.
I have been coming here for years with family and friends and the price of the lane has increased so much. I have wanted to go bowling with my husband on date days/nights and the price for one hour is crazy. With bowling, I love to enjoy the game and the moment, not be rushed in it to get my moneys worth.
The worst food service we have ever received. We arrived for Disney trivia tonight at 6:15. We placed a drink order at about 6:30 and a food order at about 6:45.We received no updates on food and did not even receive our appetizers for at least an hour. After about an hour, the waiter informs me that he has just learned that they do not have the food I ordered (fish and chips). Thats right, it took our waiter over an hour after I ordered to tell me that they did not have my food.I immediately select a replacement item. Less than a minute later, all of the food for the rest of our party (5 other people) shows up, including our appetizers.I wait another hour. At about 8:30, our waiter finally realizes that my food never showed up, tells me it is being made and that he will send over a manager. It finally shows up at 8:45, mere moments before everyones check (including ours) shows up and only 15 minutes before they close for the night. We were there until 9:15 and never spoke with a manager, despite repeated attempts to flag down wait staff for just that purpose.I waited 2 hours for food and had to take it home.If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We will not be back.
The place looks fantastic, like it was recently remodeled. The pricing was fantastic for our group and the staff were attentive and courteous. Really impressive setup, with private lanes and the laser tag was great too. My family and I will definitely be back in the near future.
Dreadful. Save your money (lots of it!) and either go to a regular bowling alley, or stay home and play cards. Service in restaurant was non-existent, three of eight in our party didnt get food until 1.5 hours after sitting down, and it wasnt crazy busy. We had to inform them that we were not paying for it rather than them telling us first that there would be no charge. Lanes are extremely expensive and by the hour, when we asked to buy more time to finish our game, we were told no, because of a waiting list. 20 minutes later the lane was still not in use.
Saturday July 13, 2019;I was able to make a reservation for my sons birthday THE DAY BEFORE the event. Seriously, I cant believe how amazing Angel was! She is thesales manager with whom I made the arrangements (via email very last minute). I cant believe how accommodating and helpful she was. I highly recommend this place. This wasnt my first time having such a good experience that I decided to share so everyone knows how awesome it is.Heres my first one:Wednesday June 26, 2019:My family and I went to the Family Trivia Night with our friends family. We were the first place winners! We got a $25 gift card. Its free to play, and kids eat free! This event is held on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 p.m.Here is info from their website:TRIVIA 614 is a live-hosted trivia game the entire family can enjoy. Game begins at 6:30pm on the patio (or restaurant) and lasts until 8pm. Trivia consists of 1 game with multiple fun and interactive questions.
Our school, Bridgeway Academy (that serves children ages 3-18 on the autism spectrum), had a FABULOUS outing to Ten Pin Alley!!! We were allowed to book private lanes in advance, all of the staff were exceptionally kind and supportive, and the food and drinks were delicious! We will 100$ be back many times - the amazing arcade included!
The place is well maintained. But the pros end there. The staff did not seem to care that we were there. The person in the front desk did not even take a second to greet us and spoke only one word with us and that was the amount we need to pay. The food service was also pretty slow and they didnt even come back to ask if we need refills or not. I am not sure if we need to order food at the bar or if the waiter will come to get the order because, we went to the bar area to pickup the printed menu and we went back there to order the food. The waiter came to our bowling booth only to give the food and the next time I saw any of them was when they gave us the check.
We bowled at Ten Pin tonight and it was awesome! Very well worth the money, clean,…just a really nice place. To the people that complain about the price,…are you flippin serious?!! This is a GREAT place to bowl and have fun at a very reasonable price! We will absolutely be back!!
We visited this place this evening around 7:00 pm. Nice and clean place, price is expensive, they charged us about $52 (4 adults) for one hour, unfortunately we have bad experience with the staff, we brought some snacks with us as we have food restriction (we can’t eat other than Halal food), staff approached us in very unprofessional and rude way (that is the food from out side is not allowed), I tried to explained to her that we are sorry but we have certain food restriction, she said you can go out side and eat at your car !! I asked to talk to the supervisor, she came and looks she doesn’t care and showed the same attitude, I asked her ok we will not eat anymore, but I need to feed my 2 year old kid she is hungry and crying if that is ok, again she asked me to go outside to feed my kid (it was freezing outside), then I told her we all are leaving the place and I asked for my money back, she refund me $20 ( said the rest of one hour), and we left the place ! Very unprofessional staff, awful experience, will never be back (owners need to teach staff how to deal with customer in professional way).
We traveled across town to visit this place, since my 3 year old son is absolutely obsessed with bowling and we had heard good things about this bowling alley. When we went to pay for a lane, I was shocked to be told it would be $37.50 for my 3 year old son to bowl (he was the only one bowling). When I asked if there was a cheaper option, the attendant gave me an attitude and told me it would take her a while to let me know because she had to “void this transaction first” before she could give me other price options. I gave up and forked out the money. We have traveled to many bowling alleys around Columbus and have never been charged this much. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
Best bowling alley Ive ever been to! Yummy food, clean seating, all updated, immaculate bathrooms, friendly staff. We got the chicken wings, pizza, loaded fries, and mozzarella sticks...all great. And the bowling is lots of fun... We played a regular game and a game called Angry Birds. Great for kids and beginner bowlers. Well be back, for sure!
The food here is surprisingly good for a bowling alley/arcade.Bowling here is also a bit more fun since there are game modes available to shake things up. The one downside to playing here is that unlike other alleys, you are not able to finish an already started game if time runs out. It’s avoidable since you can see the time remaining, but it doesn’t make it any less inconvenient. The environment here is friendly and comfortable though. Personally, I think it’s worth the price of admission.
I had my diaper party here and I’m glad I did! They were able to accommodate my party size & had a section reserved for my guests and I. They have an array of games you can choose from for bowling, I didn’t even know bowling had so many different type of mini-games to choose from but wow did this place have them all! There is an arcade there and also laser tag. Pretty much any age range will have a great time at this bowling alley! The service was amazing & the owner even stopped over to see how everything was going which really put the finishing touches on such an amazing day! Whether it’s just for fun or you’re having an event, I would highly 13/10 recommend this place to friends and family, heck even strangers!
Visited on Saturday 9/11 from 1:30-5:30. The facility itself is very nice. Bowling is very modern and clean, the laser tag was well designed, arcade is small but maintained well and some fun games, and the big restaurant, bar, and patio areas were awesome.Overall, our party of 8 had a good time, and are willing to give the place another shot, but we had continuous issues with staff throughout the afternoon. So, when my friends arrived, they checked in. My friend booked a big package online that reserved bowling lanes, a game of laser tag, and $10 game cards for everyone. Everything was paid in full, online, before arriving. My friend had a receipt via email, and she even had it printed out. What we assume was the assistant manager, female with glasses, repeated that my friend would have to pay first, and said it rather sternly. My friend repeated that it was already paid for, and showed the receipt. The female manager then says, “but you have to pay upfront.” And again, my friend said she did, and hands the manager the receipt. The manager proceeds to examine it like my friend was trying to pull a fast one. Is it weird that people reserve online? Isn’t this common? Isn’t paying online the norm? Apparently not. Confusion is one thing, but she acted like my friends were criminals and was rather unwelcoming. Not a good start.Anyways, we get that figured out, the manager asks bluntly, “why are you here?” Uhhh... to get some food and drinks and watch the game for a bit? “Your reservation isn’t until 3, it’s only 1:30.” Yes... we thought we’d chill for a bit at the bar, watch the OSU game, have some apps until 3. Apparently people don’t do that either because the manager made it seem like that was suspect. Very odd.3 o’clock rolls around, we proceed to the laser tag area. The employee working the laser tag was pretty unenthusiastic, even sighing a couple times when telling us how to play. Like, no effort to even try to seem interested or provide a fun experience. Whatever, no big deal, just worth nothing as it becomes a theme. After, we walk up to the bowing desk to get our lanes. The girl working behind the desk just stares at us. We tell her we have two lanes reserved and we’re ready to bowl. She says, “ok” then just continues to stare. My friends and I look at each other like... What is happening? Lol. Are we not communicating properly? My friend then says, “Ok... we just want to bowl...” The girl sighs and says “shoe size?” She didn’t even show an ounce of interest, emotion, or customer service. Finally, we end with one last bad staff interaction. This actually was the one that really left me pretty mad and made me want to write this review. It was with we believe was a higher manager, maybe GM? White haired older male manager. While bowling he walks up fairly aggressively and says the names of two of my friends who had tabs at the bar. He scolds them by saying “you’re supposed to pay for your food and drinks.” My friend responds and says, “uh... we’re still eating and drinking and ordering on our tabs.” The manager says that tabs have to be separate. Ok, fine. We didn’t have a problem with that, it was just the way the manager went about telling us. He acted like we were trying to dine & dash. We’ve spent almost $300 collectively, there was no need to act like we’re trying to steal from you. Maybe have employees at the bowling counter who interact with guests and ask, “did you have a tab at the bar? If so, we can you close it and open a new one here?” Or even just come over and say, “Hey guys, sorry to bother you. Do you care if we close your tabs at the bar and then start new tabs here? Just helps us keep track of everything.” Like, sure no problem. Everyone in our group has worked in customer service before. We’re as laid back and easy going as they come, but the staff really was a let down from start to finish. But, maybe it was just a bad day. Willing to try one more time to see.
Just wrapped up my wifes birthday party. The event coordinator was very responsive. Everyone had a great time, as weve come to expect with past events over the years. It was a nice return to normal. As far as their 2020 response goes it was probably the best Ive seen yet. Everything was super clean, well thought out and not obtrusive like some places.
My husband and I went there tonight for our wedding anniversary. The service was slow, to be fair they had a live band so they were busy but we waited 20 minutes for water, another 15 minutes after that for the waitress to take our drink and appetiser order, the food was extremely average. My chicken was burnt so it tainted the entire wrap I ordered. AND we got charged $2 for ice in my husbands bourbon. I’ve NEVER heard of this before. Sorry but that will be the first & last time we go here. $100 for a very disappointing experience. I don’t usually complain or write reviews often, but I’m absolutely astonished we were charged for ice in an $8 bourbon but given water WITH ICE for free (just to be clear, same ice).
Lovely arcade that actually pays well. The brooklyn bowling area boasts a good amount of lanes but they werent oiled well. The regular bowling has many lanes good for leagues, school matches, and fun family bowling. During the day is mostly cosmic bowling... So when youre trying to work on stuff for your league or practice its hard to see your marks.Cost is higher than most places as they do not do by the game, more the hour. Food here is what sets it apart. Team attitude and tremendous menu with great food. Many fun activities during week including trivia nights. Laser tag room is fun and a favorite of the kids at a great price.
A few friends and I visited on Saturday for the first time and we had a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful and my burger was surprisingly amazing! The burgers here are better than burgers at most restaurants around Columbus. Thank you for the great experience! 🙌
Slightly disappointed in their policy. Homecoming weekend with 7 high schoolers wanting to bowl after the dance and we were turned away at 10:02 because they werent 21 (even though they were accompanied by an adult). I stated that there were under aged people in there and was told because they made it in before 10...
The bowling experience was good however we went to the restaurant after and we seated ourselves no one approached us or said a word for 15 mins until I finally got someone’s attention walking by… After we ordered our food 2 pizzas and 2 appetizers they brought out all of our food except our big pizza… I asked about it at least 4 times being told each time it was coming soon .. After we finished all of our other food the waitress comes up to us and says she was sorry they gave our pizza to someone else earlier… So not only did we eat all our other food and some of my family had not eaten yet we were lied to for 30 mins about we’re it was… it was eventually brought out to us but it completely ruined my wife’s birthday dinner

I had written an insanely long play-by-play of our recent experience here with a group bowling/laser tag/arcade package but realized nobodys going to read a 2 page essay. Ill leave it at this: facility itself is amazing, but prepare for very unwelcoming and off-putting staff.
Visited on Nov 4th 2021 at night, it was a bad experience for my family and me sine the staff and even the supervisor are rude. They really do not have any experience how to deal with customers. Also it is a pricy place as well and it dose not deserve that much. I will never go there.
Not going to lie, the remodel looks great however it came with horrendous service! The greeter made sure to greet and direct us to where we needed to be. That was welcoming. However our lane had drinks and food left from the last family/group. Just messy. Also in the middle of our bowling session, the group beside us had the food order left at their lane, took about 10 minutes for a clean up. To tackle this task they thought it was a great idea to wipe off the left over fries down to the floor and didn’t bother to sweep it up.The lanes seem to be in great condition, love the lighting, it’s a nice modern look. The operating system for the score keeping was really easy to use. However there was an occasion where it didn’t put the right score but was easy to edit.Overall the place is in great shape, great atmosphere. Just the service is below average. :(
A co worker and I took our residents bowling tonight and the guy who checked is in told us we need to bring our residents back during the week not on weekends our residents have speacil needs but in my eyes they r just like any1 of us they need just need little more help than we do I would like to say I feel that we owe an apology from that guy
Excellent place to host a birthday party. I hosted my daughters first birthday here just yesterday and everyone had a great time (including her). They have great accomodations for child bowlers as young as 3. The staff gave us excellent support and were very attentive. My daughter loved the racing arcade games (sitting in our lap) and pushing all of the arcade game buttons! We had ages 1-yr to 50-yrs and everyone was entertained between the bowling/pizza/games. The staff was very on top of COVID cleaning procedures, too. I definitely recommend this place for parties!
We decided to try out Ten Pin Alley for our sons 13th birthday and boy are we GLAD we did! Andy, one of the managers, greeted us at the entrance and kept checking on us to see if we were doing ok and just kept going the extra mile the whole time we were there. It was a great experience! We will definitely go back and highly recommend it! 👍🏼🎳☺️
Apparently the owner put a lot of $ into upgrading it. SUCCESS! The outdoor covered section is great for group gatherings and warming up (food and cool beverages) for a round or two. Once inside, the atmosphere is electric with neon lights and everything jumping. In the middle is a very nice arcade section for a little variety. The group I went with had a blast. The menu had a nice selection as well. Average pricing for an establishment of this nature. Would go back for sure!
Awesome experience! My team reserved a couple of lanes for a work outing and we all loved it. The staff was awesome, they laughed at my corny jokes even though I know they didnt really want to, and they made sure everyone had what they needed. After bowling we ventured over to the bocce pits and grabbed a big table for a gift exchange with no issues. It was really hard to walk past the giant arcade section and not go in there, it looked awesome. We all want to go back!
The new place is fantastic! Top notch facility with great bowling lanes and arcade. We ordered burger and pizza. The burger was very good with brioche buns and a gourmet touch, but the pizza was just awesome. Theres something about fire baked pizza that makes it so much better and authentic. This place rivals the best pizza places in town.Service was good. We had a great family time. Highly recommend it!
Weve had corporate events here twice now and every time is just so easy to set up. The alleys are great with a couple different game settings to go with the bowling, plenty of arcade games and the drink selection is excellent. Definitely would recommend Ten Pin for events or even just a family outing.
Its big and beautiful now, the arcade had some fun games, laser tag is affordable, delicious cocktails, and hot servers. P.S. A good improvement for the laser tag arena would be fog machines so we can see our lasers. Ive seen that in other arenas and it was helpful and very cool.
Called ahead asking if we could hold a lane as we would be there in 10 minutes and was told that they could not but if we got there quickly there would be room. We got there and were the only people bowling. Not sure why they couldnt have told us that to begin with. Had a fun time bowling, with no one else anywhere near us, and the pizza was good.
This place was amazing ! Went here for an engagement event through the company I work for. We had our own private room with multiple lanes in it, our own bar and personal bar tender! We had food runners that kept our wings pizza salad and pop stocked. The food was really good (best BBQ pizza Ive ever had) and the staff was very friendly! I cant wait to go with my family one day ❤
Very comfortable place for casual bowling. I would not choose this alley for any serious leagues because of the distracting lights and loud crowds. However, this alley was a great spot for my family to go and enjoy some bowling and while we sat, there were girls walking around taking orders for their food service which was a respectable quality.
We bought the family pass for the summer and had a blast. I am sad to see it end. Two of my girls are married, so this was a great way to reconnect once a week. I feel like I have gotten to know the staff, they have been friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. We have gotten full meals, desserts, and sometimes just snacks. Try the fries and the pretzel sticks with cheese dip! We feel like we could just stop in for dinner. There is so much to do here. We arent big arcade fans, but we played a little bocce ball and laser tag in addition to bowling. The lanes are well maintained and the whole facility is always clean.
A place to go be a kid again, or if you are a kid to drain your parents wallet.Ten Pin has done a fantastic job bringing a bowling alley into the new decade.A true one stop shop for fun. Great price on bowling, laser tag, arcade games, food - pizza is the slam, bar, and bocce ball.Just be careful your inner child doesn’t make you bulldoze some kid in laser tag. 🤪
Fabulous family entertainment location! Recently renovated; clean and modern atmosphere. Very polite and helpful staff ; front desk and management was extremely organized and the kitchen and wait staff was on top of food and beverage orders. Our group (11 people ranging from 4 years of age to 69) purchased the bowling/ laser/ game room package. We had one big problem overall and management was quick to resolve the issue to our benefit. ***Important things to keep in mind: get there early, there will probably be a wait to get on lanes (especially if you need 2 or more lanes); once you get on a wait list for lanes, go reserve your laser tag time. You cant just walk-in, a time reservation is required. Sign up at the desk in the game room. And lastly HAVE FUN!! Its a great facility - two thumbs up***
Since the remodel this place is really nice. Only problem is the cost is very high to just bowl. I feel the prices are inflated to pay for everything else you can do there...over 30 dollars to bowl for an hour? Appetizers that cost around 10 dollars? I drive further away to bowl for longer that costs less money.
Only been here once, the pizza was crazy good! Best Lazer tag course Ive seen, but I havent been to very many courses. This one is multiple stories and uses black lights. Arcade is basic, bowling is great, the lanes have neat couches and tables. I went when they renovated, everything looks its best.
Held my two toddlers joint birthday party here, and from the party host we had to the entertainment with laser tag, arcade and pizza, everything was perfect. My party guest ages 2-5 and 14-17 years olds, everyone had a great time. I will definitely be back and will 100% recommend.
Ive only ever been here twice but the bowling and laser tag is lots of fun! I like the environment and the interior decoration is such a good look! The servers were not amazing in the bowling alley area both times Ive gone unfortunately. I would only go for bowling and laser tag in the future.
Very cool bowling alley. Facility is clean and staff is friendly. The bar area is huge including a large outdoor space with boccie ball and corn hole. They also have a large game room for kids. Definitely a great spot for Birthday parties or just some family fun. I wish we had one closer than Hilliard.
This is the first time Ive been in since the remodel. It is very trendy! Fast, friendly service. The kitchen has legit food instead of just that typical cardboard bowling alley pizza. This establishment is humungous. I like how there is a restaurant or you can order food to your lane. It is reasonably priced. It was under $40 for an hour of bowling, and shoes for three people.
Best one in Columbus. They dont do events which keeps the lanes open for constant bowling fun. Its hard to coordinate when public bowl is available at many alleys due to events and leagues. They do have events but its more come one come all parties with themes and activities for open bowl. Great clean environment and nice staff. Theres about twenty lanes or so, not extremely big but big enough. Even has its own drive up to the alley named after the business. Really neat place for friend outings, family events, even work parties. Nice restaurant and stocked bar. Typical pub style food. Fries were tasty, good sodas, and from what I could tell other food looked good.
First time here, and its a nice place.Apparently has two huge sections for bowling.. One was closed for private event. The lanes were dark, but neon lit when we went. Have large screen TVs above the lanes also. They rent out lanes by the hour.. Not per person. And they mean hour. We were mid of our 2nd four person game and the lane was shutdown. They give you 5 minute warning.Nice clean facility. Has a full bar area seperate and small arcade area also.Plenty of open parking.Four stars because ending game in middle was a letdown. Not even an option to extend for a fee. Maybe because leagues were coming in, I dont know.. Didnt wait around to ask.
Very happy to see the BIG change with the remodel WOW, amazing fun place. Used to deliver pizzas to the bowling alley from Big Cheese pizza years ago, so I was happy to see the transformation. We had 9 of us there to celebrate my daughters 25th, food, the servers, the associates at the desk and waitresses were all awesome. Greeted us with a warm sincere smile, happy to answer questions and made sure we had a fun experience. Definitely a lasting impression and our family will be back as well as recommending everyone we know. Thanks for all the fun!
My last review was a little incorrect. I finally got to go. It is a nice environment super friendly staff. At least the night we were there. The vibe is so chill, the bar tender come to you to take your drink/food order. We didnt eat there just had drinks but people around us who were eating the food looked and smelled great! The only thing is if you are actually a bowler dont think youre going to shoot your high game here. Their lanes are just for recreational purpose.
The food was good, but the waiter was slow, and served ppl who came after us first. Forgot things we asked for. The bowling was fun, but it felt like we were shorted on time. Paid for 45 minutes, and the lane shut off after what seemed like only 30 minutes. I didnt exactly time it, but thats what I noticed.
Our most recent experience was one that won’t have me coming back. I’ll start by saying the renovations are amazing and the facility looks like a great place to hangout. The service we received from every single employee in the building from paying to bowl to the waitress was pathetic. The employees were very rude and seemed to not be happy we were there. We decided oh well we can still have a good time with bad service, so we ordered a few beers and asked for the food menu. The waitress said the kitchen was closed at 10pm. I was a little shocked looking at the new menu of why it would close so early. She told us that the head kitchen person didn’t get the food today so they were out. In all reality they didn’t want to serve us food which is sad. I hope they fix the employees here because the place has potential to be awesome but not with employees that don’t want to be kind and service YOUR customers
The remodel looks really good, weve only been there for the laser tag, but it was the most fun weve had in a long time. The arena is a good size with lots of places to hide and run to. Not very expensive at all. The game center is a little expensive and the prizes are pretty hard to save up for, so its got a little bit of a Dave and Busters thing going on, but still a good time. Have not bowled since the remodel though
I was born and raised in Hilliard. To see the local bowling alley from Northwest Lanes to what Ten Pin is now, this is an all around great spot to visit. You can come in and sit down to order food, sit at the open bar, have the kids play in the arcade or bowl. So many options here. Great food for sure, outdoor open patio and great atmosphere. Very family oriented, and a great place to unwind. Highly recommend place to visit.
Nice place, been here a few times, both before and after the changes inside. Fairly pleased with the updated look and new features. Moving around when its busy can be a chore fighting though the crowds. The lanes looked good and functioned well. In general everything was well kept and maintained. Space was tight for a large group to keep all the balls on the carousel. We hit the arcade area to check out what new stuff they picked up since or last visit and we were disappointed to find about half the games nonfunctional. We had a good time, would like to see the arcade in full swing and a little breathing room to move around would be nice.
We had a great time! The staff was fantastic! In laser tag, we lost a Fitbit and they went in and searched for more time than I expected, and they found it! Our server was very attentive, even having to wait on a couple moms with a gaggle of kids. We will be back for sure!
I booked a party for my adult son and Autumn was wonderful to deal with. She gave me multiple options and was willing to make sure we had a great time. When we arrived Austin ( our waiter and party facilitator) was also as great as Autumn. I would definitely book another party or just stop by for pizza and beers. Totally recommend ten pin alley (Spikes) for a great family or adult night out.
We had a staff party there on Friday night and everyone had a great time. The bar selection and food were not what you would expect at a bowling alley. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with all of our guests. I would highly recommend this location for a party or for just a fun night out.
More than a great place to bowl. Though there are lesser lanes than you might expect, they are very well kept. The surrounding sitting area is modern and comfortable. Honestly, the shining star is their food. They have a bar restaurant area, but they will bring your food to your alley. The food quality is better than most sit-down shops nearby. And, if you enjoy sand volleyball, they have great courts out back that do leagues.
This is the first time I have been back since the construction ended. It was so nice. We went on Saturday with the Cub scouts. The pizza was yummy. There were lots of kids everywhere. It was kid friendly. I looked at the beer menu and they had Columbus Bodhi. The arcade section has expanded and they have Lazer tag. There is dinning/bar area now too.
10 Pin Alley is all the child inside of you wants. The bowling lanes are well maintained and customizable. The food is delicious and the service is helpful and attentive. Jordan was a great help to my group. She moved our tabs over from the bar and answered all of our questions. The whole place is clean and new. We enjoyed a few of their arcade games as well. Their ticket system is tracked on your reusable card, making everything simple and easy.
For 400 dollars i guess i expected things to be right. Staff is super young and unaware of event planning amd unable to resolve issues. I asked for my bowling time to start after my first session of laser tag for my party but it did not then when i asked for more time they said id have to wait 3 hours and when we got kicked off of the lanes we were on bc our time started too soon , those lanes sat empty for another hour. Was un organized with no direction and by the time we waited in line and got our shoes we had about 30 mins to bowl. Will probably never go back. Nonone even followed up to ask how our oarty went. Id like half my money back. Terrible service. Terrible coctails. But it was nice and new.
A nice small bowling alley convenient to the Hilliard area. The lanes are nice and there is an older nostalgic feel. The food at the restaurant is surprisingly good for a bowling alley. The lane we used was a little slanted and a lot of the balls were chipped so this is a place for fun and families and not the best for serious competitors.
We love Ten Pin. Had a family birthday there today, and I cannot praise the service team enough for the exceptional care and courtesy they provided. The food was exceptional, as always. I would give them 11 stars, but only five are offered. So here they are: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This Place is A Must go to in Hilliard. The remodel is amazing. The staff is super friendly and went out of their way to give my son a super experience! It is our new Favorite Spot. Their game room is one notch lower thean Dave N Busters, they really have all the best games. The food is top notch, fresh, quality
We had a wonderful birthday party for our 10 year old son and his friends. Everyone had such a great time with all of the video-games and laser tag. We even had a adults VS kids laser tag match! Outside the laser tag arena, they keep score for each individual that you can review either during or after the match. Its also very detailed about who wsd shot and where they were shot. We will definitely return again, the renovation was definitely worth every penny the invested.
This bowling alley has everything you want and you pay for it all when youre bowling. You have to pay by the hour to get up and go to the bathroom you go to the bar you eat your food it all comes off the time you pay for bowling. I live close by been there multiple times the service is horrible, especially for the cost.
Nice alleys, very up to date. Food was very underwhelming. The guacamole was bland and salty, the fries were so over salted they were not consumable. Burger was bland. Took an hour to get food when there were only a few groups. Would be concerned about the wait if they were busy.
The service has been an issue time and time again. I have literally talked to management about it multiple times and yet nothing has changed. The entire group I have been there with (a bocci ball league) has also experienced issues and complained.Tonight I attempted to cash out with a bartender and they told me they couldnt help me and that I should have gone and found their server. I asked them to just cash me out and they told me they couldnt. I needed to go find my server. Good service would have been 1. Cashing me out or 2. Finding my server for me.I asked to speak to the manager, Sean, and after expressing my concerns he cashed me out right away. I asked him if he could look me and he told me anyone could look it up and cash me out reinforcing the terrible service from Brittany the bartender. As far as I can tell Ten Pin doesnt care about customer service and I will strongly advise everyone from going there I the future.Very sad because I like the concept, but hate the disappointing service (even after complaints).Go somewhere else!
A very nice bowling alley with a small arcade and food service. However, it cost $36.45 for my son and I to bowl for one hour and rent shoes for each of us. I thought that seemed a bit pricey, but I havent been bowling in over five years, so that might be normal now.
I cant speak for what it was in the past, but currently this is a really nice post renovation bowling alley. Id recommend it to large groups or if your just looking for a full evening of bowling, food, and drinks. They also have an arcade for kids. I was part of a large group that rented a private section out for a few hours. While i wasnt part of that process, it appeared to go well
Wow! If you have never been here you must! Whether its for a kid or adult birthday party- there is a huge game room arcade and many bowling lanes (cosmic bowling also offered). Or to watch a game- large bar with many TVs and booth seating for eating restaurant food. Or to play bocce ball or catch a concert in their closed in patio in the winter. Great spot to even go and relax at on their couches and near the fireplace!
Extremely disappointing. The remodel looks great but everything else looks as a disappointment.I came with my daughter. We waited ten minutes for someone to help us get a lane. The woman on front of us had waited fifteen. We got our lane and got our shoes. We asked for bumpers, the bumpers were not up. Apparently they are broken, which I did not learn until I went to the front desk.OK, we can play with the bumpers up for both of us. No problem. We wanted food though and I called for service.Fifteen minutes later I have to pull someone aside to place an order.Another fifteen minutes the food comes. No plates, no napkins, no drinks. We ordered nachos and pizza, two low risk menu items. The pizza was greasy but fine, but the nachos were inedible. They werent just bland, they were coated in a terrible cheese sauce that cold and clumpy and nasty.Bowling ended, nobody came with the bill. Had to pull my waiter aside again to get it.We thought about going to the arcade to play games. Should be easy.Nope! Line was five people deep and the coin kiosk was out of order. We walked around a few minutes planning our games we would play and the line never lessened, it was the same people in line for ten minutes!Management: you. Are. Under. Staffed. Hire enough people so the waits arent half the time spent here and so people get plates and napkins with their food. The bowling itself was perfectly fine and the facility is nice but literally EVERYTHING else (except the pizza) is bad. I will only ever return if I hear from a trusted friend that they had a positive experience.
Heres the thing about ten pin alley. Its really nice. They got a bunch of cool lights and TVs and what not. However most of the time I feel like its too nice. I took my girlfriend, and we both agreed that we would have rather gone to a musty bowling alley that had more charm. Not worth the price, especially when for 1 hour of bowling I had to pay 36 dollars. No thanks. Will not be returning
I remember going bowling here when I was a kid of course it was called something else then but theyve really turned in into and all around entertainment center and just fond for everybody. My biggest gripe is that its really expensive Compared to other bowling alleys
Ten pin alley is the absolute worst bowling alley in the Columbus area. I started going here last summer just with friends and ended up purchasing their summer pass, which is currently 85$, that lets you bowl 1 hour a day for a certain part of the year. It was bad from the start. The employees are the worst employees ive ever encountered in my life. They have the worst attitudes and arent motivated to do anything except stand at the front desk. They have a sign outside the alley that says Now hiring self motivated employees but the people they hire are awful. If you ask for a drink refill or if there is something wrong with your lane, they get the biggest attitudes when you ask for assistance. The lane conditions are just awful. There is about no oil, the ball return takes 30-45 seconds to return your ball, and youll most likely get put on a lane with a huge screen hanging over it which is very annoying. Then there is huge groups of people there all the time. The parents are in the back drinking while their kids are walking on the actual lane itself. Its absolute chaos, and they are blaring music in this tiny bowling alley on top of that. Its also $25 per hour plus you have to pay shoe rental. Theres much cheaper and better centers to go to. I urge you to avoid Ten Pin Alley, its really the worst option for family fun and/or legitimate bowling.
Came in on a Sunday when reported to be least busy (not to mention on a day where there was a level 2 snow emergency when we thought they wouldn’t be busy at all) only to discover there was a 3 hour wait. Being a smaller alley, you should regulate lane times better. My friends and I were expecting to have a great time celebrating my sister’s birthday, only to be disappointed with your rediculous wait times and less than concerned staff members. Poor first impression.
My friend and I went in. We were very amazed by the looks of things. It was really cool. The customer service was great too! But there is a few things that needs to be worked on. The lanes just would not stop breaking. The sweep would break or the ball would be stuck. We hit the service button and they didn’t help us so we had to go up and get someone and they didn’t get any notification from us. Another thing is the prices. Wayyy too expensive. It cost me $36 for 1 hour of bowling with shoes for 2 people. I could go to the bowling alley on the corner of Georgesville and Sullivant and pay $30 for 2 hours with shoes for 2 people. Also I had to wait 30 minuets for a pizza because they kept burning it. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.
Absolutely a fabulous place to play, with great food to boot! The bowling alley is clean and a blast for family and friends. The volleyball courts are the best on this side of town, and really accommodating for teams looking to have fun.The volleyball tournaments are well organized and they award prizes. Very much worth visiting 10 pin.
The entire experience was wonderful. Some other reviewers mentioned the price, and I agree that the price for bowling, and even shoes is quite steep. However, this bowling alley offers a truly unique experience that you just cant find anywhere else. From the vintage ball returns to the comfy lane seating, everything was great. As an avid bowler, I even thought the lanes were in excellent condition. My fiancee and I chose this location to have some engagement photos taken and the staff was extremely accommodating. They had no issue with us taking photos, kept us removed from other bowlers, and even gave us a complementary pin to write our date on. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. After we had our photos taken we partook in some of the food and I can honestly say everything was delicious. We ordered the Pub Fries, the BBQ Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese and the Brussel Sprouts and they were divine. The beer selection was also great, offering a variety of favorites and seasonal items.Overall I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great evening filled with wonderful food and eclectic atmosphere. If youre looking for some cheap bowling, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a fun date night idea or a great place to gather with friends for a food and fun-filled evening, look no further than Ten Pin Alley!
Life is hard. Its stressful. Its important to do things to relax and get out of your head. A life of crime, fun as that might be, makes stress worse when you get caught and go to jail. Why go to jail when you could have some clean wholesome fun at...wait for it...a freaking bowling alley?Heres another scenario, instead of becoming a felon, how would you like to go to a a place where you can to bowl, drink beer, play some pretty freaking sweet, extra-large arcade games, win some tickets to trade in for some fun novelty items, drink some more beer, play a game of laser tag, then go sit and have some pretty decent food out on the patio? If you chose the latter, then Ten Pin is the place for you. I recommend it. For sure.I gave a 4-star instead of 5 because I, although its pretty great, its cost prohibitive to the average person I feel. Its great. Just not sokook great IMO.Go do it though.

2022-06-10Great place to hang. Bowling is pricey after 5pm. We went for our company meeting and had a great time. We paid for an hour of bowling and didnt get to finish our 10th frame because the timer ran out. I would rather pay for frames than time. Typical bowling food, loved the nachos. They also have a bar and arcade style games, laser tag and other activities. Can get crowded.

2022-03-07My nephews birthday party was here Saturday 3/5/22. I never heard of this place before that day. It was a absolute BLAST! Something for everyone to do! Bowling, Lazer Tag, Arcade, bar for the adults! The kids had a great time! And so did I! Price of birthday partys is reasonable! Definitely will go back!

2022-05-25Great time. Love this bowling alley. Perfect place for all ages and gatherings. Food is so so, but the staff is friendly and the good time which I hope you have makes up for the food. But who goes to a bowling alley for food anyways and at the end of the day it really isnt that bad. Would definitely recommend making a reservation. It gets busy. Enjoy

2022-03-17I usually have enjoyed Ten Pin, but based on my latest visit I can tell that this establishment lacks the clear management to sustain business long term. The best word I can use to describe my experience, that is occurring at this moment actually, is abysmal. It starts with walking in to the restaurant and literally standing by dirty uncleared tables awaiting a spot to sit. Then moves on to clearing the table ourselves while the staff watched and said nothing. I’ll spare you the continued detail from there but wow. Unbelievable. I don’t even blame the wait staff. They’re clearly understaffed and untrained. The management here needs to be immediately fired and replaced with actual effective leadership.Update: there was a small rubber band in our pizza. What the heck.Update 2: We were given a discount and some gift cards by the manager to make things right, which was appreciated.

2022-06-18We just left and had an amazing time! It was nice not having a bunch of kids around after 10. It was a lot quieter and more enjoyable for the adults. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and its a fun environment for the whole family. I highly recommend this location for bowling, live music, and drinks.

2021-11-28Ten Pin Alley was a really cool place. I was there for a fundraiser and bowled. They have a nice set up. We ordered pizza and potato skins along with drinks. The pizza was so so and the potato skins were over done. They also did not have sour cream. We were told someone had ran to the store to get it and they would bring some to us as soon as it got there, but we never did see it.
