I rented 10 plastic cheap folding chairs last minute for a cookout. I had no clue it was that cheap to rent chairs at $1.50 each for lower end chairs. I was very happy and impressed with the quick/fast service plus quality of the chairs.Pick up and drop off was very easy.You do a great thing here by helping people make memories and thats awesome!Thank you. Will be back.

Went to rent a bed shaper we reserved a week before, got there to pick it up, lady at counter very rude, started asking questions about where I lived and said never heard of it. Then proceeded to tell us that she was going to copy my license because she felt it was far away from them and thought I should have got closer to me. And said for their protection like I am a thief... dont rent from this place. I wish I had read the reviews before

Lot of good things to rent. We rented a flat bed trailer for a float in a parade. Worked out great. No issues. Very nice and helpful employees 👍. Stop in for all your rental needs.

I had a wedding this past weekend in our back yard. We rented tables, chairs, a dance floor, linens, goblets, a margarita machine and silverware coming to a total of a little over $1500. Upon receiving the linen getting it home and setting it up we noticed stains on several of the table clothes luckily for us with centerpieces and garland that was going down the center we were able to cover them up. One of the stains was on the table cloth for the bride and groom roughly 10 inches in diameter. We informed the company of the stains that were already in place at the time of drop off. A few days later probably after sitting at the company from Monday morning to Wednesday the linens were washed there using vinegar. Whomever is responsible for the cleaning of the linens gave us a phone call. Informing us we would owe a total charge of around 160$ to replace the stained linens. She also said to us she could not believe that people used the napkins as napkins. She complained of a smell of mildew as well. Seeing as to the fact that we returned to linen less than 24 hours after the party had ended I do not understand her complaint of mildew..... The contract states customer agrees to pay for any damage to or loss of the goods, as an insurer regardless of cause, EXCEPT REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR. In what universe is this woman from where stains on a table cloth or napkin are not reasonable? Even when we saw the stains already on them we made it work. For goodness sake when we were setting up the dance floor it had mud and shoe prints all over it. I had to mop it before I could use it. Then afterward before packing it away I cleaned it with Lysol. I am a former girl scout we leave things better than we found them. My family prides itself on taking care of the things we have. She said to us in addition I havent even counted the silverware... Then count it we did and put it in the containers clean. Side note the men who helped load the truck were absolutely wonderful at their job. Fast and efficient wonderful at loading and organizing things to fit in the truck perfectly. Also at drop of they were helpful it was all hands on deck.

We rented tables chairs table cloths napkins and silverware. Some of the table cloths had stains. We could handle that however they charged my parents for the linens to be re-purchased saying they were returned in deplorable condition. Six napkins out of 110 were stained with barbecue sauce as we served ribs and pulled pork at my sisters wedding reception. They proceeded to charge my parents $160 plus for the linens. The woman at reception was extremely late rude to my mother and told her that the linens were moldy and mildewed. The wedding was on a Saturday and we returned everything on Monday nothing was even put into bags until Monday so there was no way it molded while in our possession. These charges and allegations were made a week after the wedding. Needless to say we are displeased with the way we have been treated as our family has done business with this company for over a decade.

Called two days in advance to reserve a buggy and when we went to pick it up an hour before our pour, they told us we have to have an Ohio license to rent. We told them ahead of time on the phone we were from Michigan. We were very lucky Sunbelt had one available about 15 minutes away or else we would have been completely screwed today. Cannot believe they wouldnt rent to us with a valid license from Michigan.

Helped set up a recent event who used this company. The linens were stained (obvious wine and food stains) and faded when removed from bags. Now reading their responses to customers’ complaints and their inability to understand that their linens will be used at an event and aren’t for show, I can never imagine recommending them to anyone for anything.

Worst experience ever!! Rude, unprofessional and petty people who verbally offended my family. Frankly, lazy trash is what comes to mind . You’re better off setting your money on fire than renting from this company. I look forward to their petty response to this.

Recently rented tent-tables- chairs-heaters -coolers and much more for a backyard wedding.These people couldn’t have been more professional.Very easy to deal with and went out of their way to be helpful.They did everything they said they would do.Highly recommended.Don’t go anyplace else.Paul Bouffard
