I really appreciate the superb work Taylor Made has done on several pieces of jewelry that were very sentimental to me and my family. They brought them back to life and brought me to tears! Blain patiently assisted and explained everything he showed me along the way in selecting an engagement ring. I liked being able to take my time mixing and matching diamonds to endless settings. I brought my future wedding band in to be resized. Upon arrival, the ring was slightly warped from being in storage and too small -definitely in need of a lil TLC. Cindy was very courteous and helpful with explaining what my options were; we decided to go up about a size by adding more yellow gold to the ring, and they charged a very fair price for the work done. The work was expected to be done in 1 week, but I got a call, stating that my ring was ready, just 2 days after I dropped it off!!When I went to pick up my ring, I was greeted immediately by Tony, who presented me with my ring that now fits on my ring finger --hooray! He, too, was very polite, and he actually informed me that I was due a partial refund because they did not end up using as much material as expected. I was kind of taken aback by that level of honesty in a jewelry store. Like, I had a feeling that Taylor Made was a trustworthy, genuine place just based on reviews Id read, but that really solidified my trust in them.The ring is solid gold, but I was impressed by the level of care and detail that went into reshaping the ring --I literally cant tell where they added new material. Very professionally done.Thanks guys! Ill definitely be returning in the future for other jewelry needs!
We purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands here. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Adam took his time helping my fiancé pick the perfect stone for my ring, and worked with both of us to select a band and setting I loved. We went back for wedding bands, and a young gentlemen helped us select bands and ensure sizing was correct.
I had a ring custom made. I worked with Jim. He did a great job on my ring. Im very happy with it and plan on doing business with him in the future. The jewelry that they have in the store you find at no other place.

My wedding ring was previously botched after just needing a couple stones replaced by a jeweler in a different city, so I decided to bring it to Taylor Made because we had gotten our wedding bands here and loved it. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Taylor Made refurbished and resized my grandmothers engagement ring from 1938, which is now my engagement ring, then worked with my now-husband and I to find the perfect wedding bands. When my wedding ring needed to be slightly resized they were helpful and fast! The customer service cant be beat: they helped us find unique rings and got them to us quickly. We will be using Taylor Made from now on for sure.

I ultimately chose TMJ for two primary reasons: 1) craftsmanship; and 2) customer service. TMJ excels in both. AND, I ended up with the piece that *I* wanted, not what the craftsperson thought I should want!

We had such a great experience at Taylor Made picking out wedding rings and we both said this will be our go to jewelry store from now on. Each associate we’ve interacted with was very friendly, they were so attentive and answered all our questions, without any pressure or push to buy anything. I went to Taylor Made Jewelry on the recommendation of a family friend. They were super friendly and helpful. I had a engagement ring custom made from two separate rings. It took a reasonable amount of time and had a very reasonable price. The ring was perfect! Exactly what we wanted. I will be returning to Taylor Made Jewelry in the future.Edit: Adding this about 4 months after the first review. Had one small issue with the last ring about two weeks into having it. Two diamonds fell out. Taylor Made promptly fixed the ring with diamonds of similar value and size with no charge.Second ring: This ring is also a custom build. Really happy with the craftsmanship and customer service. We had lots of help with pricing and styling. The longest wait time was for the band to come in. The stone came in within a few days.

I can say all of the positive reviews of this jewelry stored are well deserved. I just purchased a pendant and the experience was exceptional. Coming into the store with little to no idea of what I had in mind, Adam guided me through the selection process to narrow down my purchase. It was a zero-pressure experience and it felt like talking to a family member. I much prefer to visit a family owned establishment such as this over the more commercialized stores that may have a wider selection. At the end of the day, Taylor Made had a considerably better selection of what I had in mind compared to the other four jewelry stores I visited before making my purchase. This is now my go-to jewelry store for any future purchases.

Went to have a custom ring made from a stone we purchased on our trip to Israel. Jim listened to what we wanted. Came the conclusion there was enough stone for two rings (mine and my wifes), so he helped us pick out two rings from the clearance section (great stuff) and remade both rings with our stone. They were AWESOME and more affordable because we started with an existing ring. The folks there are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and know jewelry. In the past, theyve cleaned my wifes pearl necklace and reset her engagement stone in a brand new setting. Jim can do ANYTHING! I cant recommend them more highly. I wish I could give them SIX stars.
What an phenomenal experience!! The owner took such good care of us and was so unbelievably patient. It is rare to find someone who really knows what they are doing and has worked so hard at their craft. We came in for a repair on a 33 year old engagement ring, and we were treated as if we were buying it brand new from them. There were multiple customers in the store and everyone was being taken care of! Needed a raw stone set in a custom setting for my wife. Searched online for a brief second and found Taylor Made closest to me. I knew nothing about them other than the reviews online. Weve been to Taylor Made Jewelry many times over the years. My fiance had Jim make my engagement ring and it is beautiful! My mother-in-law had a few rings of hers, and her late husbands, and Jim created a design to combine all the gems to make her a gorgeous cocktail ring. He and his team always greet us with a smile and are very knowledgeable. He has also purchased some older pieces of jewelry from me at a very fair price and appraised others. Jim is an awesome jeweler and well go no where else to purchase jewelry or to have something custom made.

After shopping several stores, we believed Taylor offered the absolute best value for an extremely high quality product. Since that purchase, weve returned many times. Taylor recently refurbished a diamond ring that belonged to my late mother in law. My wife was reluctant to wear it, as it was quite fragile. I picked it up last night. A premier custom jeweler in northeast Ohio! We have purchased multiple rings here and even had an antique diamond reset onto a new engagement ring. They do work right on spot and if they cannot do it that day, they will be sure to have it done within reasonable time. Five star all the way, we couldnt be happier. We stopped in to look at rings, not thinking that we would find one that day. Jim and Cindy Taylor gave us their undivided attention and together, they walked us though the entire process. They showed us different styles of bands with different diamonds until we found the particular combination that we wanted. Jim got it mounted and had it ready for pick up the same day. Every one of the employees are super helpful and very friendly. I got my engagement ring sized and cleaned. I was quoted about 7-10 business days and it was done in 6 (not including the weekend) Today at pick up Adam was very helpful answering my fiances and Is questions regarding wedding bands, sizes, types, and pricing. He was informative on sales and knew a lot about their products. He was also interactive with our children while we looked around. We will definitely be back soon to order our wedding bands and will be visiting Adam.

Came in to have the ring fixed after one of the diamonds fell out (my wife wears it everywhere as you can imagine). They took the ring said it would be an hour or so and they had it fixed within 30 min...I hadnt even finished my lunch that I had grabbed while I was waiting. Amazing service and awesome people.10/10 would recommend.

I did find...and purchase...a unique free-form style of diamond cluster ring that I really liked; but my husband was still looking for something more unique and art-sy. He mentioned something geode-like to Jim; and Jim brought out a tear-drop shaped piece of Drusy Quartz that he removed from a necklace that was traded-in. The quartz had a holographic blue-green appearance and was, indeed, very geode-like. I have several custom pieces that Jim has designed for me, so it was easy to trust Jims artistic thoughts to use two ring enhancers to design a custom mounting for the stone. It’s so nice to walk into a local family owned store and get wonderful customer service. We went in yesterday for a quick ring repair and all three jewelers spoke to us and treated us like family. We have used them for a few years and will continue.
Jim Taylor did a great job renewing my wife’s 39 year old wedding set. They do beautiful work. Replaced the crown and lowered the new crown into the ring and re- Florentined the band. Looks better than new. You can trust them to do great work.

Purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé last December from Taylor Made after a family member recommended them, and have since been back to order wedding bands and gifts. I shopped around at other jewelry stores before coming here and their prices are great, the selection and quality is top shelf and the people are friendly and patient and will work with you very easily and patiently even if you aren’t sure what you’re looking for. I’ve seen their custom work first hand and I’ve been blown away. They crafted new items from old heirloom jewelry and the care, attention to detail, and finished product is outstanding. We will be back for anniversary gifts in the future. I would recommend Taylor Made to anyone, if you don’t at least go into the store to look and experience their customer service first hand you’re making a big mistake. I had a ring set stripped down and every stone remounted. Somehow my wife noticed the main diamond was missing. Taylor Made remained in contact with me inspire of the pandemic via their website, and as soon as they were reopened, replaced the diamond and remounted it while I waited. Not only did they fix it free of charge outside the warranty period, they issued me a discount on an appraisal fee so that my home owners insurance cant wiesel out of covering it . My parents were married in 1947.I took my mothers original wedding ring to Taylormade to have it restored to its original state. It was pretty beat up! The “blue diamond” was missing and the band had been cut.When I picked it up today, I was nearly brought to tears as I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. Quickest purchase ever. After having looked at several other stores, and many web sites, I found what I wanted immediately. It was for my son, and as soon as he saw it in the store, he loved it. Bought it right then. Literally took about 8 minutes. Could have saved a lot of time, effort and driving, had we gone there first. Very friendly, and even though wearing a mask, could feel a genuine smile underneath it.
Ive gone to Taylor Made on and off for quite some time and really appreciate their customer service and quality of work. This particular time I had my mothers graduation ring worked on (at 60+ years old the band was really wearing thin and it was time for new prongs for the diamond). I was floored at the results! It looks brand new! This place is amazing!! My husband proposed to me on this exact day last year with the most beautiful ring! I needed to get it resized but since I just got engaged I didn’t want to part with it.. to my surprise they were able to resize it in less than 1 day!! A few months of newlywed bliss (and a few extra pounds later) I needed it resized again and they did it in 1 hour! In addition to being fast and perfect, they are friendly, caring, and provide great customer service! I can get my ring steam cleaned as often as I want and they are always so wonderful to me when I go in!! I would never shop anywhere else for jewelery after being treated so well at Taylor Made! 2022-04-07My fiancé visited Taylor Made in September and bought me the most beautiful engagement ring! Recently I noticed a stone was missing from my ring and gave them a call and they told me to drop it off at my convenience and they would get it fixed up for me! I dropped it off on a Wednesday evening and by Thursday morning they had my stone reset and were giving me a call to pick it up! Absolutely AMAZING staff and impeccable customer service! 2022-06-04Jim and Tony as well as the entire staff are wonderful. They provide a terrific environment and are so easy to work with. I came in for custom work and Jim was able to help with exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I would highly recommend Taylor Made to anyone looking for a jeweler.

2022-06-11Came here looking for an engagement ring after doing extensive searching online for ideas and price comparison. Have bought jewelry at the mall stores before but really wanted to at least check Taylor Made as I’d heard their ads for at least the last 20 years or so on local radio. I would never buy jewelry anywhere else again. Tony worked with me first showing me options they had and asking me what I was looking for in a ring. While they have many options I was looking for something really unique as my now fiancé has unique tastes. Tony showed me lots of physical (not catalogue) samples of things that they can order in. These narrowed us down to more of what I was looking for. This is when Tony brought Jim the owner over. Jim started describing what he could build for me using the ideas we had. We decided on a design and Jim had it built and ready for pickup in less than a week! It turned out so much better than I’d imagined it would.Both Jim and Tony understood my budget and never pushed me to go with things I wasn’t comfortable with. In fact the ring came in a bit less than I was planning and so much nicer! There was no pressure at all as I don’t think anyone works on commission here.This place can get you whatever you want or imagine at a price that is within your budget and do it without ever making you uncomfortable. It was so nice to support a local business that has been around for decades. I will always recommend Taylor Made and be a customer for life. Thanks to Tony and Jim!!

2022-04-09I recently had my wedding rings “bonded” together at Taylor Made Jewelry and my ring looks AMAZING!!!!! Absolutely Beautiful!!!!!!My family and I have been going here for many years for various jewelry needs: sizing, repairs, etc, they never disappoint!! 2022-08-11They did such a fantastic job repairing my ring! They were confident and knowledgeable when I came in. I felt at ease leaving my engagement ring with them even though it’s such a sentimental piece of jewelry. They even had the repair done a few days early and it looked as good as new! I just wish we would have purchased from them to start!
