We arrived a few minutes late. But yet, the staff was super friendly and were understanding. Carter was super informative about the kia soul I was interested in and it was obvious that he was passionate about his job, not only as a salesman, but a consumer as well! We were met with 2 other team members, who greeted us with smiles and professionalism. All three worked diligently to get me and my family the BEST deal for the car that I wanted and now, its mine! I honestly would refer anyone who is looking for a car, to give this store a chance. They have a great selection from what we could see and again, the staff were all professional and very nice. Smiles all around with no creepy salesman vibe like weve gotten from previous stores.
Great overall experience. Quick no hassle. Steve was awesome to work with. He not only helped me find a ride that I would be happy with and would fit my familys growing needs but also helped me sync my phone and navigate the bells and whistles. I definitely recommend Steve and Taylor Kia to anyone looking for a new car!
I found the dealership to be clean and the employees friendly. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and directed to the service department. The employee in service discussed with me all the services that were going to be performed and approximately how much time it was going to take. I was told that I could wait in the lounge or they would take me to another place and pick me up and bring me back to the dealership when they were done. I chose to stay and wait. They have a nice customer lounge with TV, drinks and snacks. I will return to Taylor Kia of Alliance for any future needs regarding my car.
I bought a 2022 Kia Seltos all thanks to Dan Kelly! He made the process so easy and he was able to ease all of my concerns with the daunting task of buying a new car. He stayed late to accommodate my work schedule and negotiated a fair trade in deal for me. Everyone was very polite from the second I walked onto the lot (even on a Sunday when they were closed, Dan was there willing to talk). I will definitely be back!! Thank you again Dan!
The purchase of our new Kia Forte was hands down the best car buying experience I have had! Tyler communicated with us and let us know not only where we were at in the process, but what to expect next. From start to finish the process only took about 3 hours. This is a group of professionals working at a first class dealership. Thank you Tyler and thank you Taylor Kia!!
Just pick up a 2017 Tahoe from here. I drove from the thumb of Michigan to get it. It was definitely worth the 4 hour drive. Amazing price for a like new vehicle. Sales men Steve was awesome to work with. He got me good money for my trade and was very easy to work with. He had everything ready to go when I got there. No b.s. or wasting of my time. I highly recommend buying a new or used vehicle from here.
When I found out the Taylors bought Kia of alliance I haddd to go check it out… all I can say is FIVE STAR experience, I have done business with the Taylor family for years and they have done nothing but been good to me, The sales manager Ridge truly does go above and beyond to help out in anyway he can!
Had a great experience at Kia of Alliance, I was helped by John Grabowsky who was extremely kind, courteous, and worked with us to get us the best deal possible. Very good to work with and easy going, and made the buying experience easy. They were straight with me, and I would recommend this dealership. I admit, I was skeptical of some of the other reviews, but I will say my experience was 5/5.
Best experience ever. Excellent customer service from every department. We were seeking a 2022 Niro hybrid and all other dealerships told us we had to order. Possibly a 8-12 week wait. Taylor Kia got us the model we wanted in 24 hours! Amazing.I would highly recommend Taylor Kia to family and friends
Congrats to Ridge, the new sales manager at Kia of Alliance. He will indeed be an asset and a respected businessman to the Alliance community. My car purchase went so smoothly. No surprises and every question was answered with honesty, patience and knowledge. I would highly recommend Alliance Kia and this group of salesmen, led by this young professional, who has made quite a mark on the car sales industry.
I’ve dealt with all the Taylor motors via Boardman, hermitage, and also with the new sales manager at Taylor Kia of alliance. Great ownership with exceptional business qualities. The people inside Taylor Kia make you feel like family as they’re a family in themselves. They work to find you the right fit/price for your needs and wants. I’ve had multiple experiences with the sales manager ridge also helping my company with buying a truck even if they don’t carry it or have one on the lot he still helped. Great people and I’d only buy from RIDGE!!!
Went to Taylor kia of Alliance with the usual expectations of the terrible car buying experience. It went much smoother and was much more enjoyable than previous experiences with other dealers. They were extremely willing to help and got my monthly payment exactly where it needed to be with out any hassle. From start to finish it was just a couple hours, not long at all. My rep and the manager were both exceptional. They were more than generous on my trade in. I highly recommend Taylor Kia if alliance.
We first met Dan Kelly in 2021 when we bought our Kia Soul. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy in anyway. We were impressed with the whole dealership. When we decided to trade our car in for a 2022, we automatically went to Taylor Kia of Alliance and Dan was our salesman once again. Hes a class act and I would always recommend my friends to him. Hes definitely a 10 in my book.
Pretty happy with the overall experience of buying a Kia Niro from them. I already knew what I wanted and picked this dealership only because they had stock of what I wanted. No major problems in actually buying the car. Had to pay full sticker price, but that is how things are these days, and Im just glad they arent charging any sort of premium or weird fees. The major thing I was really happy about is that Im from PA, and they were able to do all the PA title/registration paper work for me even though they are in OH. Normally Id have to do that after buying the car. I still have to get an inspection done on my own, but that is pretty easy to do.
Took my 2023 Sportage for its first oil change! They were very polite and professional!! The guest waiting room was spotless! They had great snacks and fresh popcorn. They had hot coffee, cold soda and water! They had a charging station for your phones!! I like that every time an employee would come in to get coffee or something, they would ask if anyone needed anything. The service advisor came right away to let me know, there was a recall on my car. They said it would just be a few extra minutes and they would take care of it! I highly recommend Taylor Kia in Alliance. Thank you!
The service was fast, efficient and thorough! The waiting area was very comfortable and offered a variety of refreshments, beverages as well as charging stations and work space! And to top it all off, cookies for the ride home! Working with Shelby was a real plus! She met me at my vehicle when I pulled in, explained the process, escorted me to the waiting area, gave me updates and escorted me to my vehicle when all the work was completed!
Fast quick service with a knowledgeable Team. They started a few minutes before my appointment time snd completed my service in a timely fashion. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I got into my car after service and was delighted to find two macadamia nut cookies for my drive home. Great Job. I will definitely continue to use this Dealership.
I took my Sorento to Taylor Kia if Alliance for routine service. I was greeted on arrival by Tim. The work was done in a timely manner. Check out was easy. My car had been cleaned inside and out. (Nice surprise) There were 2 wrapped cookies in the cup holder thanking me for choosing Taylor Kia. I appreciate the fact that I can trust my vehicle to be well taken car of at Taylor Kia.
Purchased a new vehicle on 2/26, we worked with Carter and he was nothing but professional and great to work with. The whole process was smooth and easy and all the staff from management to finance were great. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new Kia
I just can’t say enough about Tyler Moore he was down to earth and very easy to talk with joked around and took the time to really explain things to me and my daughter who also bought a car from him. Tyler made this buying experience very enjoyable and I have never said that! Not only did Tyler take good care of me but the co owner James sat down with me and negotiated some great extras!Tyler also put a voice memo in car congratulating me on buying a new car.
Friendly and helpful staff. The car buying process was very straightforward and efficient. My salesman, Paul, was always available to answer all my questions not only while I was buying my Telluride but also after my purchase was complete.I would recommend Taylor Kia to others!
My experience with Taylor Kia’s of alliance service department was a positive one. I found the employees to be polite, efficient and professional. I met Ridge the new sales manager while getting my oil change and he offered to do a free appraisal on my car while i waited, he offered more than what I paid for it! Really not sure what to do at this point because i said it would be my last car for awhile but It sure looks like I’ll be getting a new one 😝
As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted by Taylor Kias friendly and knowledgeable staff. After visiting several dealerships, I knew I had found the right dealer to purchase my new vehicle. I especially liked the time they took to help me to personalize the features on my vehicle, to introduce me to their service staff and to show me where to bring my car for my free oil changes. Quite the hometown feeling.
Very professional and easy process when purchasing a vehicle. Steve was who helped me and he made the process very easy, understandable, and quick! Easy-going and caring employees at this location. I was greeted and felt very comfortable here. I definitely recommend Taylor Kia of Alliance!
Salesman Luke FANTASTIC! Worked above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted! All the Kia Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful!Finance guy was GREAT too - we were in and out without sitting for hours!Highly recommend Kia Taylor Alliance for your next vehicle!Stankavich Family
You will never find a better place to go family is important to me and I can say with out a doubt they will treat you like family. Tom Welsh was our salesman. He was very kind courteous full of information and was not pushy at all. I knew what I wanted and he definitely delivered. So will I refer anyone to them um YES....! DONT WAIT GET THERE AND GET YOURSELF IN A NEW RIDE....
Everyone was friendly when I dropped my Sorento off.Yet after they called to tell to tell me my front brakes needed work and it was 369.00+ I told them Id do it myself, since Ive been a Service Technician for over 35 years. Their attitude seemed to change when I arrived to pick it up.Everyone was quiet and not very friendly as when I dropped it off.I bought the parts for the front brakes for $100.00.Not sure if theyll get my business anymore or not.
Went in to inquire about trading in a vehicle and purchasing another. Told the salesman Roger that I’ve been offered Kbb trade in rate already for the vehicle so if they couldn’t do that, I wouldn’t waste the hour trip to the dealership. “We can make if work” he said. Get there and the offer is 3000 under book . He takes my info when we get there , he states that he can do a soft pull on my credit to get idea on payment and such. “ Don’t do a hard check until we agree on the trade in price of my vehicle “ I tell him , no problem. What happens? Hard check on my report. Awful customer service.
This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I was looking for a particular vehicle (Niro Plugin) not available in the dealerships in my area. I contacted Taylor Kia and worked with Tom Welsh by phone making arrangements so that I could drive from SE Ohio and quickly do the test drive and make the purchase in under 2 hours. Very low key and no pressure which made it doubly pleasurable. Highly recommend Tom at Taylor Kia.
My husband and I were recently in need of a new vehicle. We had our eye on the Kia Telluride. We worked with Salesman Tyler Moore. He made our car buying experience amazing! From the time we walked in to the time we left he made sure he gave us what we felt was like VIP treatment. We traded in our old vehicle and they made it such a smooth transition. When it came to checking out the SUV he answered any and all questions and went over the entire vehicle making sure we understood how everything worked. Our daughter came along with us because we wanted the car to fit her just as much as us. We all know the car buying process can be time consuming but Tyler was so great to make it a smooth process. Kia has a wonderful lounge where my daughter was able to play and have snacks and not only did Tyler help keep her entertained but every employee we met interacted with us all and made the whole process wonderful! We are so happy with our 2022 Kia Telluride and would recommend Kia and salesman Tyler to everyone!!!
This is our 4th vehicle we have purchased from kia of alliance. Thomas Welsh has sold us our last 2 vehicles! His professionalism and dedication to the customer to make sure they are getting the best service and that they are driving away happy with a great experience and awesome car! Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. We will be back!
Stopped in after visiting another dealership nearby to inquire about a used Wrangler they had for sale. The salesperson, Roger, was helpful and made the buying experience pretty quick when we decided to purchase. We left to give it some thought and texted the next day that we wanted to purchase. They got everything ready for us to make it quick and painless when we came back. Docked a star because I didn’t realize until after I left the dealership that the gas tank was on E. I know gas prices are high and everyone’s looking for savings, but filling the tank just seems like common sense and good customer service. Especially given that we drove an hour and a half each way to purchase. Other than that, no issues.
My family and I have been working with the Taylor family for our last few vehicle purchases and I can honestly say I will never give my business to any other company after seeing how well they have taken care of us over the years. We were refereed to the company from friends of ours who have worked with Ridge Awadallah in the past and I can honestly say, he never disappointed! It has been hands down the best car shopping experience ever and we will forever deal with the Taylor family! I strongly suggest anyone in the market for a new or Pre-owned vehicle to reach out and ask for Ridge! You wont be disappointed!
I purchased my current car from the newly appointed manager of Taylor Kia of Alliance, Ridge Awadallah. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and customer orientated. I will always consult with Ridge first when considering a new or used car purchase because trust and confidence in a sales team is important with a large investment.
I put in an inquiry online never expecting a response, and within 24 hours I was driving my new car home. Thats what I call service! Ask for Bill Nagy at Taylor Kia! Hes the best!Since new car inventories are low, I was anxious about making that one hour drive to see the Seltos knowing that someone could get to it before me. Bill called me as I was on my way and said, Ive got the keys so the car will be here for you. Take your time and dont stress. How did he know I was stressing? What a kind person he is and he actually cared enough to call. Bill was genuinely nice and NEVER said anything to pressure the sale, either. I would post 10 stars instead of 5, if I could!
We are absolutely elated with our experience with Tyler Moore at Taylor Kia of Alliance and driving off the lot with our new Telluride. I corresponded with Tyler via phone and text prior to our visit to the showroom. Being in sales myself I would have liked to have taken Tyler with me to join our sales team. Tyler was the reason we chose Taylor Kia in lieu of any other dealer. We could have gone to 3 other dealers closer to home. We would recommend any one looking to purchase a Telluride to experience what we did. Tyler was honest, upfront, and a ball of fun. Just do it.
The experience was good buying a car until dealing with the financing manager at the end. He was very pushy and discredited any research I had done in order to try and make his own commission off of a rebate. Furthermore, he went on to show financing that was higher than the agreed upon rate and insisted it didnt matter. When I insisted it did, not only from a financial point of view, but an ethical one - he made it about himself and was upset with me that he would have to reprint all the documents (his fault). Finally, I asked to see the math on the difference of the interest rates and accused me of not trusting anyone after he had so far given me no reason to trust him.Good till the end of the sale.
Just had my first service done on my car. Tim Leishman was so professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. Explained all the diagnosis they ran on my car and happily sent me on my way. I would recommend this dealership for service to anyone I know! So far, the entire experience of purchasing my car here at Taylor has been outstanding!!
Our Sorento was experiencing a catastrophic break down. It turned out that KIA covered the problem with an extended milage warranty. The guys at Taylor KIA were outstanding to work with. They took care of everything! There’s always negative information about automotive repair, but these guys eliminated all of our concerns. They were always informative, constantly on top of the situation and professional. All of this happened in a very stressful time in our lives, we were in the middle of a move and the last thing we needed was car trouble. The folks at Taylor KIA lessened our load and made a trying time a little easier. We cannot thank them and KIA enough. Please don’t hesitate to contact Taylor KIA for your automotive needs. Thank you again.
Love Taylor Kia of Alliance. I couldnt get a new SUV b/c I refinanced my Kia so the payoff was higher than the the car was worth. Danny tried but it didnt happen. Ill just have to wait on a SUV. Danny is a great salesman. He goes beyond the extra mile for his customers. The Service Department is excellent! They do an exceptional job! Cudos to Taylor Kia of Alliance.
I recently purchased the all electric Kia Niro. I have been on the hunt for an electric vehicle for months and have been told the cars listed “for sale” online at other dealerships are demo cars and not actually for sale. When calling Taylor Kia of Alliance, I was expecting the same thing, but was shocked to find they had two Niros on the lot—for sale! When I drove almost an hour to the dealership I found the staff helpful and friendly, especially Tom Walsh, who helped me get a fair price for not only my new vehicle, but my trade in as well. During the negotiations, my son’s school called and I had to rush and pick him up, but they were nothing but understanding and accommodating to my situation. While I had to entertain him during the sale and signing process, they were so patient, helpful and impressed with his knowledge of Spanish, Russian, Persian and Arabic. I have only owned the car for three days, yet they have called and emailed me to make sure I don’t have any questions and remind me to call Sirius radio and pause my service since I am receiving it free now. The only complaint I have is they were so backed up with signing people up in financing because they only have one person doing that who was also great at his part of the process. They had 5 sales just while I was there because they are such a great place!
Updated 6/24/22:While the sales team is fantastic dont buy into their service program as anything but a pain. You get free oil changes, but they are only open until 4pm during the week, not very convenient for people who work and they book up weeks out for Saturday appointments. This dealership is under new ownership effective Feb. 2022, if you have tried them in the past and were unhappy, I highly recommend giving them another try under the new owners. Paul was great to work with. The whole staff seems excited about the new ownership and we had an easy buying experience.
Absolutely WORST service department I ever experienced. The service advisors are very rude and told me that she could ask the tech to take my car seriously and give it a look over. 24hrs still no answer. I specifically told them the issue upon drop off and they call but wont leave a voice-mail. New owners, same issues as before. Very unprofessional. Terrible manners. The service advisor get snappy and attitude when asked about loaner vehicles, apparently this is the only dealership that does not offer loaner vehicles. Stay far away from here
Worked with Ridge to get new vehicles while he was at the Boardman store a few years ago set up the whole deal over the phone drove to Boardman just to sign papers and drive away. Was happy to see he was taking over as sales manager of the new Taylor Kia in alliance went again for two vehicles Ridge and Carter made the process just as fast and painless as before!
Cliff Rogers was very help with the acquisition of my vehicle. I replied to an ad on Facebook, which led me to drive out to Alliance. The experience was generally good, but there were a couple of things that I let slip past that Im sure will be important later on. Even having said that, Id give Taylor Kia another try at another time
Thank you so much to Carter of Kia of Alliance !! Everyone was super helpful and nice!! We had the process done quickly and we were on our way with a new car ! This is my first time at Kia and I will definitely be back ! See Carter for amazing service .. Great job and Great experience!!!
Tim and his team in the Service Department were professional, friendly and really exceeded my expectations. Tim and his eam certainly represents Taylor Kia of Alliance very well.Communication was exceptional, and I cant say enough good about my experience with them. I wouldnt take my Kia anywhere else! When it is time to purcahse a new Kia, I will absolutley purchase from Taylor Kia of Alliance because I trust them!
Went to Taylor Kia and worked with Steve Holondak. He was a pleasure to work with. We purchased a Kia Seltos and absolutely love it. Dan Smith and Randy Roberts were also great. They all made our car buying experience not as scary as in the past.....no one was pushy. Thank you guys for everything. I absolutely love my Seltos!!!!
Steve Holodnak, was my sales rep and was supper patient with me. We basically made a deal through text. Got to dealership at 4:30 and was out by 7.I am now a proud owner of a KIA EV6.Thank you Steve! Just a shout out to Mike Hall. He seemed just as excited about the vehicle as I did!
My experience was pretty good in Alliance I theyre was one gentleman working there cant remember his name he was a bit misleading they was also a little high priced but theyre was a young lady named Rachelle that I mainly dealt with that was very helpful straight forward and awesome to work through the car repair process with Kia needs a lot more people like Rachelle on their staff
This dealership is a joke. Service department is incompetent. The service brochure that they hand out differs from Kia recommend service, which differs from the service interval that the techs reset the car service reminder. When confronted...they lie. They just want to get your car in for more frequent service to feed their bottom dollar. I have been attempting to get another issue resoled and have not found one accountable individual within the organization. Do yourself a favor when it comes to servicing your Kia - go to Kia of Boardman.
Got me good. Sold me a truck with check engine light on and told me it was nothing and they would handle any issue immediately. So they kept truck for three weeks didnt fix anything. The sales rep Tyler Moore will not return my calls or even answer my calls. Ken the service manager is doing the same thing. Ive been better taken care of at a buy here pay here. My A/c has gone out my power steering doesnt work my headlight is out and the windows dont roll down and the transmission is going. Never been screwed so hard when buying a vehicle. Buy at your own risk cause if anything is wrong or goes wrong they will dodge you. Kia car motors are blowing up so they wont have a loaner if you have issue with your car. KIA MOTOR CROOKS
I bought a 2014 dodge ram 1500 off of kia of alliance and during the test drive noticed issues with the brakes .. i expressed my concern with the brakes and was told it would be taken care of .. i contacted the new ownership Taylor kia and spoke with the co owner James about the issues ... James went out of his way to contact a local dodge ram dealership to have the vehicle taken care of ... i live over a hour away from Taylor kia and they were able to get me into a local shop ... the issues were taken care of free of charge and i greatly appreciate the fine display of integrity from co owner James .... i will definitely purchase with Taylor when im ready...
Well lets see took car to them idk 10 times for different reasons and never fixed a issue with it that was not being paid for its still basically a brand new car they pretend to take it in while you wait in waiting room and make you sit there for hours and then when they say they done you still have same problem you came in with when Taylor took over they pretty much fired people they didnt want like The service manager I feel bad for any still working there cause there plan is to replace you as soon as they can I thought the old dealership owners were bad but it got even worse did not think it was possible
Do Not buy a warranty. They up sell it by $500 and Brett will brag and that its dealer profits. They also will not refund if you cancel early. Ive been waiting since June I had to do everything myself because Brett refuses to help. I have been waiting on this dealership to mail me the money they owe me since June. This place is a joke and crooked as the last Kia that was in Alliance
I brought a vehicle from them and only did after the purchase did I realize that they lied about certain features of the vehicle and failed to disclose vital information about the vehicle that would have prevented me from buying it. They are unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend their services to anyone. This is my experience.
Kia of Alliance has the worst service department out of any dealership! The service manager Ken does not communicate with customers at all. They had my truck for 3 weeks for seatbelts that didn’t retract so they sent it to Wally Armour for repair do to warranty fine, also the truck is lifted with over sized tires that needed balanced. I finally pick it up after numerous calls and drop bys to the dealership. Ken calls and says it’s all ready to go and fixed. Well it’s not and vibrates just as bad as before if not worse. I would let them touch a tricycle! I have bought 5 vehicles from this business in the past. Salesmen are topnotch. Your service manager Ken and your service department are absolutely terrible.
Avoid this place, we now have to file small claims because they will not refund our warranty money that was paid to them months ago. I try to avoid this place do to the horror stories from other people. I never imagined a company would legit steal our check that was sent to them
One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I will bring all my service needs to Kia Alliance now. They went out of their way to get my service done the day I called with only an hours notice-especially Tom Burdette. Fast, friendly, wonderful work. I cannot recommend them more.
IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I 100% AND WOULD!! At first they seemed like great people. I bought a used car off them and within the first 1000 miles it’s already in the shop needing a whole new transmission, and maybe an engine(or at least parts replaced on the engine). They also haven’t given me the second key I was promised, or even tried to look for the key in the mean time. I called them and tried to reason with them, same with my wife and they were nothing but disrespectful even laughing at us and telling her she was probably horrible at her job whatever you can do stay away from this place by all means especially for used vehicles!!!
I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone! I bought a new vehicle from here in 2017 and its been a disaster from the start. Pressured into buying the car from an arrogant salesman, 2 months old Im told I need new calibers on a brand new car, which wasnt the case at all, nothing needed fixed. They also wanted around $500 to fix that. Thankfully I called Kia of Boardman after Alliance told me if I dealt with any other dealership my warranty would be voided. Now I traded that car in and have been fighting with the dealership on warranty and gap insurance refund. Emails go unanswered. When you call nobody gets back to you and when they do your treated like an inconvenience. Ive called 3 times to speak to a manager and have never had a return call. Its been since June and nobody knows where the refund check is.
This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and Dan was amazing! he didnt pressure us to to buy a car as soon as we walked in. he gave us time to decide what we wanted. when we were ready to make the purchase he handled everything over the phone and got everything taken care of since I couldnt be there at the very moment. he seriously made buying a car so easy. I would recommend him to anyone. thank you Dan and Kia of Alliance for getting me in a safe reliable car that I absolutely love.
I’ve bought 2 cars from these guys. They’re outstanding and the service department always takes care of me. I always fee like vip when I go for oil changes or any other service I may need. Roger runs a great service department. Tyler is a great sales rep. But in general everyone there makes you feel comfortable whether its buying/leasing a car or just a simple oil change. Also, the coffee is always hot and actually good! Top notch!
While its farther away than the local Kia dealer, we will be taking our car back to Kia of Alliance for all warranty and recall work. The local dealer tried to tell us that we needed $1,000 worth of work done to the car. When we called Alliance, they agreed to look at it and then fixed the problem UNDER THE WARRANTY. They also let us know that there was nothing else wrong with the car (so much for the thousand dollars worth of work the other dealer said it needed). The staff are friendly and helpful. I could only wish it were a closer drive.
I bought a 2018 Jeep here on Wednesday April 24,2021. The Jeep ran great from Monday when we got the Jeep to test drive up until the Saturday after. The Jeep has transmission and engine problems. It seems like the dealership turned the check engine light off so we would have no idea until after the deal was made. The sales rep we were worked with roger and Tyler were very nice and helpful. The sales manager Rick was absolutely horrible. He was very rude, laughed at us, told me I was horrible at my job. We were given only one key and called to see about getting another mailed to us as we live in Pittsburgh and it’s a 2 hour drive. Rick said he would look and call us back. He did not so we called again today and he told me to never call back there again. This was the worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever. Rick kept telling us how he doesn’t want to work with us. We were nice up until today when we gave Rick the same attitude he was giving us and he acted like we are in the wrong and that’s why he won’t help. Him and the rude girls in the front kept hanging up on us we literally had to call like 10 times. They had not a care in the world that they sold us a car with major issues knowing that a small child would be going in the car. Don’t go here they don’t care about anyone but themselves not even putting a baby in danger by selling you a car that shuts down in the middle of the highway (Rick thinks that is hilarious). They will laugh right in your face after screwing you over.
Weve purchased 4 new Kias from KOA. Weve used their service department since 2011 at their old location. Now, Taylor Kia has taken over. I took my Sorento there two weeks ago and didnt get all the work done I asked for, but I felt they worked hard, so I was OK letting it drop.Today, I took in my wifes 2020 Chevy Trax for an oil change, tire rotation, any other filters, etc. In the end, I got an alignment and new lug nuts.I was told the tires will need changed but I had a few months before this was necessary. They were good for a while yet. After I left, I noticed that when the tires were all lined up straight, the steering wheel was tilted. This is the sign of a misalignment.I drove back and asked them to correct this. They tried to convince me that NEW tires were all that was needed to fix it, but their alignment was correct.Im 53. Ive had countless alignments, including new designs and tech. And I know that older tires rotated can cause a pull when driving But the steering wheel was crooked when the tires were straight. They wouldnt believe me and put the tires back in the spots they were in when I pulled in - so I received NO rotation in the end. But, I was still charged for one.As I was waiting for the car, another service person - maybe the manager - tells me to let them know if I encounter any problems. Theyll make it right, theyll do anything to make it right.Hmmm...if that were true, maybe put new tires on it and see if that changes the tilt. If it does, Ill buy the tires. If the tilt remains, then they fix their misalignment.Words mean little, not really listening to the customer means a lot. Fixing the issue - would have been priceless.Maybe a different dealer will meet that price. 🤔
If I could give 0 stars I would! We bought my husband a truck on June 10th. The check engine light was on and the power steering was acting up. They let us leave with the truck and gave us a work order to get the truck fixed. My husband brought the truck back a few days later. At 1st they didnt want to give us a rental but after much arguing they finally did. The service department claimed at first that they didnt notice anything wrong with the steering. They were going to just give it back. They finally figured out the issue and now 3 weeks later we still dont have the truck! My husband needs a truck for his work so now we are losing $ because they dont know what they are doing!!! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again and will warn all my friends, family and everyone I can about going elsewhere!
I bought a used car from this dealership, Cliff the salesman was very helpful at first, we talked over the phone because Im in a different state. I found the car I wanted online had everything set up and the car was mine. I was then tranfered over to a man named Rick who like Cliff was very helpful, until I got the car and found the a/c was not working. One of my main concerns before I bought the car was making sure the a/c was in working order.because I live in the desert. I was assured by Cliff and Rick that it was in perfect condition. This made me very upset because I had already had problems with them shipping the car too me, it took 3 weeks instead of 1 to 2 as they again assured me. I have contacted Cliff who to no fault of his own went on vacation. I then contacted Rick and was told that it was checked before before leaving the shop but if it wasnt working theyd have it fixed. I have now been without a/c for over 2 weeks waiting for approval from the general manager who has also not contacted me (dont know his name). Ive sent them all my information to have the problem fixed but theyve ghosted me.
Will run your credit through banks 3 times the amount of times you ask them to. Slick scam artist I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stay clear of this trash company. Tom was my sales agent. Theyre a 1.5 star on Better Business Bureau how did you get a 3.8 on Google maybe a lot of FAKE reviews.
If I could give more than five stars, I would! Tracy was AMAZING! She was able to help my friend get his dream car once he returned home from a deployment. She stayed past business hours to make sure he was happy and could go home with a car that same day. She is super knowledgeable, friendly, and makes the car buying process smooth. I would recommend her to any and everyone.
Dannie Kelly was AWESOME. After a few bad experiences with other dealers this past week, I talked to him on the phone and he assured me he could get what I wanted and have it delivered within 2 days max. He delivered on that promise. Personable, great with updates, and overall great experience. The guys that delivered my car were also friendly and efficient.
Shout out to Kia of Alliance!I recently purchased a Malibu. Well, unfortunately there were some things wrong with that car that I noticed after taking it home. I expressed my concerns with them and the GM Rick Shuba told me he will see that everything is made right. They got me into a New Kia Seltos EX SUV! Ive never had an SUV, but I am in love with this one! Its so nice!I am so grateful that there are companies and people out there who still do the right thing when problems arise! They honestly could have told me too bad, so sad because I bought it used.If youre looking for a car and want people who are upfront, caring, and honest, I highly recommend going to see Tom Welsh in sales and the rest of the Kia of Alliance staff! They are amazing and I cant thank them enough for getting me out of that Malibu!
Took my 2011 Sorento in to get all the issues that are causing the check engine light to come on since Im going to college in a county that has emissions testing. The car had three codes that needed to be sorted out and we were quoted at around $1650 to get everything fixed. After getting the car fixed the check engine light came back on. We then brought the car back in we were quoted at another $1800 to fix the code that over 90% of the original cost to fix was for. The excuse of service manager was that it was a different issue now causing the exact same code to occur and that it was not a common issue. The only attempt that he attempted to make to fix this was to lower the price of the second maintenance to what he thought was a generous $1500 instead of $1800 even though it was the EXACT same code that we were told wouldve been fixed to begin with. Needless to say, the light is still on and I have to get a new vehicle since theyre not going to fix their mistake. The only good experience I had was Tim who was lots of help where he could be.
Salesman Drew did a fine job getting us a good deal on our trade-in and purchase of a new KIA Stinger. However, management gave us a runaround on the $100 gift card. Third party vendor Shopping Dough does not take calls and directs us to send them an email which never gets answered. Hopefully management will discontinue this scam. Sent message to corporate since management not offering us an alternative to our so-called winning of a gift card. Manager only tells us will refer to salesman. Called Drew and was unaware of management involvement. Should at least give us a ball cap or touch-up paint (much less than $100) as a compromise. When I bought my Ram in AZ, they at least gave me a ball cap. Suggest they discontinue the gift card scam and just give prospective customers $5 instead of waiting on a gift card that never processes. Dont trust management and seriously considering taking my new KIA to another dealer when it needs service at 6000 miles(even though get free maint. first year of ownership).
I had a great experience at Kia of Aliance! I contacted about a vehicle in their inventory and got a response quickly and bought it the same day. They made my time there worth it. I have no bad things to say about them. Tracy, who sold me my 2014 Chevy Cruze, was wonderful! They didnt try to push me to buy the car like other dealerships would. Definitely recommend. Ill probably stop in next time I need a new vehicle.
We contacted in advance to ensure a vehicle was still available before driving close to an hour to check it out. We were assured it was there, so we headed to the dealership. Upon arrival they pulled it out front to look at, it was way more beat up than the pictures showed, so I checked the stock number against the website... Completely different vehicle. The one we contacted about was sold before we even initially contacted. I will never return here as they clearly lied just to get us on the lot.
I made an appointment due to a check engine light for o2 sensor. I drove over an hour to them because it was the closer Kia dealership to me. Upon arrival I was told there wasnt anything they could do for me since my light went off. I previously Stopped at auto one to have it checked and they accidentally reset the light but printed off the report for Kia. I was told they cant use outside information. I was furious. I knew my car was acting up from the sensor going bad. I went ahead and got the 60,000 mile tune up on my 2016 Kia Optima SXT. I waited 5 hours for them to tell me upon completion that my o2 sensor was bad and needed changed. I was so flabbergasted as to why they didnt go ahead and change it since that was my original purpose for appt anyways. And heated to say the least. They responded that they needed my permission! But they knew they had my permission from the start. So after paying $600 dollars for the tune up, I was told I would need to reschedule for my o2 sensor. They completed a front end alignment and tire rotation with my tune up. Once I got back into my car and started driving home, my husband(sitting in passenger side) and myself noticed that my tires were humming super loud and the car was pulling to the left.I called them the following day to explain what we felt and I was talked to like I didnt know what I was talking about. The man on the phone stated maam, thats just the sound of your tires! No, sir its not. My car didnt ride this rough before everything that was done to it. So I returned to Kia of Alliance today for my appointment for the o2 sensor. I reminded them of the pulling and humming noise. And I also asked that they take a look at why my smart trunk feature quit working on me. The service manager looked at me like I was stupid. He asked what that was?!! I explain to them and he said maam your car doesnt do that feature. Ok Im really irate at this point! I said sir, Im the customer that purchased this vehicle and was personally shown this feature from a non Kia dealership and your going to tell me you have no idea that the make of vehicles you sell and work on offer this kind of feature? He replied with that sounds like such an inconvenience. I said I actually love this feature when Im coming out of a store with my hands full. When I stand directly behind my trunk and it senses my key fob, the car with beep loudly 4 times and automatically open for me. He said hes never heard of such a thing. So me being me, I whipped my phone out and YouTube the video feature to show him. He stood there stunned for several mins. Please educate yourself if you sell and service Kia vehicles. Pretty sad when a customer has to show you a feature on your own cars. And my car isnt brand new, they should know everything about Kia vehicles. I will never service them again. I will go to A and B Kia from now on and drive a few extra miles to get awesome customer service!!
I bought a 2019 Nissan Altima from here.. (my first car).. everybody I spoke with was helpful and understanding about it being my first big purchase and that I didn’t really know how buying a car worked. Robert was amazing! He Definitely made sure I was happy with my decision before I even totally made it! He even went out of his way to explain how everything worked. 10/10 would recommend Kia Of Alloance!
The first time we took my girlfriend Sorento and it was fast repair like 20 minutes, Yesterday I took my kia soulAnd they fixed it ,and Im very happy withAliance kia dealership, All I know is that kia of Aliance is better than Kia Taylor. If u are reading this review, I recommend you to try Kia Aliance you will not be disappointed thank you for reading my review 😊 ☺ 😀 🙂 😄 😊 ☺
I worked with Tracy at this location. She was EXTREMELY helpful and more than happy to go the extra mile to answer any of my questions. She was very dedicated when working with me on the acquisition of a used truck. I will definitely be looking to work with Tracy again the next time I am looking for a vehicle. I cannot recommend her enough.
I emailed this dealer and not received anything more than an automated response. I have also called them twice and been outright lied to about a vehicles status and availability. They also promised to call me back, which they did not do.I can safely say that I will NEVER buy a vehicle here.
Seems to be a pattern on the calling back of customers, anyhow bought a Kia in 2018 was told come back in 2 years so we can get the apr lower. So a couple months ago I did just that and my credit was ran and told we will call you back tomorrow with what can be done.... 4 days later after calling them back almost every day was told nothing can be done unless I throw out 800$ or more. So Tuesday (10/27) I get a call saying that if I trade my car in on another vehicle we will work on the apr. 17% is where Im at btw with a 680 credit score, anyhow I come in and we love the Telluride 2020 white with 8000 or so miles, they close at 6 which I understand everyone wants to get home from their jobs, I understand. So my credit is ran again and we were told yes everything should work out around high 700 to 800$ a month but the banks are closed can we call you back tomorrow (Wednesday)? Yep no call, called Thursday morning was told again that Id be called back, still no call, so I called this afternoon and noone seemed to know anything about the talk of Tuesday but after about 5 minutes of refreshing everyone of what was talked about I was given the oh I think its gonna be around 1400$ a month and noone you spoke with is here Ill look into it and call you back.....guess what? Yep no call lol!So basically my credit has been ran twice now to which takes about 8 months to get those points back and Im sitting here baffled at the lack of professionalism that existed when I sold cars. So basically yes I got taken twice but never a third time. Im a truck driver and have many associates who are looking for a great car and Ill always say that our Kia has been great but unfortunately for Alliance Kia they will no longer have my business or will I send my associates or families to buy anything from you.Sincerely,Dan Cooper
The engine in my daughter’s 2017 Kia Soul (51,000 miles) needed replaced. The Service manager spoke in a condescending manner. He claimed the car was no longer under warranty, even though the warranty was for 60,000 miles. The manager then Made statements about the unreliability of the engines and how he received at least two blown engines every week. He then tried to convince my daughter to buy a new car instead of getting her car repaired. When I advise them the vehicle would be taken to a different shop, they agreed to honor the warranty. They also wanted $400.00 and a credit card number, which I found suspicious if the repair was covered by warranty. When I rejected the offer, The service manager stated the warranty would not be honored if I brought the vehicle back. This is the 2nd Kia my family has purchased from the Kia of Alliance dealership that needed a new engine. The first incident occurred a couple of years ago and it took 6 months for the repair. While driving home I smelled gasoline. That car (Kia Sportage) had to be immediately towed back to the shop. It was discovered the so-called mechanics failed to properly connect the gas lines. This last experience with the engine and poor customer service convinced me to switch from Kia to Toyota. My daughter now has a 2021 Toyota RAV4.To Kia of Alliance, you keep the so called service manager and I’ll keep the new Toyota.
I bought my vehicle a few years ago from Kia of Alliance. The sales team was great, but you never know what kind of service will be provided after purchase. This service team is top notch! The couple times I have had service they have all been extremely accommodating and professional.I had an appointment down the road while waiting for my vehicle and they provided a ride for me.It is the little extra effort made that makes good service excellent service.Thank you Roger and the rest of the hard working service team!
I came in this past Monday and dealt with Tom Welsh. I’m always skeptical of car salesmen, but Tom went above and beyond to help make things as easy as possible for me. I ended up buying a 2018 Rio, and he (and Randy Roberts) each stayed until 10:30 that night to help me close the deal. I felt comfortable here, and the people here were really easy to talk to. I definitely recommend this dealership whenever you need help.
I had shopped a lot different vehicles on Car Gurus and had decided that I really liked the deal they were offering (especially since it was $2000 below market value) so I went and saw the car. Franco was my guy; hes an excellent salesman and an even better person. Very honest, and the first thing he did was earn our trust. I highly recommend you let Franco take care of you! I absolutely love my 2018 Hyundai Elantra and I have no regrets. Thank you to everyone at Kia of Alliance!!
I bought a truck from here in May. Final cost for the truck was about $15,000. My boyfriend went with me and was meant to be a co-signer on the loan, I explained to the finance guy, I believe his name is Drew, that this was my first loan and to please explain everything. Before signing paperwork I clearly asked, “will my name be on the title, not my boyfriends?” He said “yes” so we signed the paperwork. A couple weeks later I get the memo title and everything is in his name. I call Kia and speak to the sales guy I worked with, Ken, he said it was the banks error and to contact them. I called me bank I am financing the truck through, they tell me it is all Kias fault and they sent in the paperwork like that. My boyfriend called Kia and tried to speak with several different people regarding this, at first he was brushed off, but when he demanded to speak with the GM he was told he would get a call back. Long story short we never heard back until the bank was calling us wondering why we didn’t have the vehicle registered yet, we explained the situation and it took the bank calling Kia to fix this. Also not to mention I’ve already had to replace the brakes (including a caliper) and the TIPM module because my headlights quit working after 2 weeks. Over $1000 in parts already and it’s not even on the road. Thanks Kia. Would not recommend.
I would give no stars, but I have to give one so I can write a review.Hello coordinator and developer, still waiting on your phone call that you said you would call me back after we hung up a little after 2pm yesterday. Good thing I didn’t hold my breathMy son had bought a pre owned vehicle back in November and after a few days driving it he noticed quite some issues with the vehicle. My son send numerous text to the sales person dani but there was never a response. He had no problem answering the phone call and told my son he will fix the issues, but there wasn’t anything done.I finally had enough with the vehicle the way it drives and took it to a ford dealership. The vehicle had like 45K Miles’s, so I know it’s still under manufacturing warranty. Boy was I wrong. When I had the diagnostic done I was informed the vehicle has a junk yard engine in it and the warranty is void. I was beyond believe. I called the dealership and spoke to the general manager Dan who told me on numerous occasion he will make it right and get a new engine put in and will make Manheim pay for it if he has to. That sure was good to know. He also said I can’t bring the car in I have to wait for my son and we can bring the car in together. Which was fine with me the car is getting fixed that’s all it matters to me.While all this stuff was going on my son also did a complaint with the BBB. I didn’t know Kia of Alliance is not even BBB accredited. You would think after 12 years in business they would be, but they are not.Either way, once I read the response from the general manager I was dumb founded how much he lied. Everything he mentioned in his reply he put on my son even though they are the once who manipulated and lied to my son. Forced him to buy a car he didn’t want, kept him hostage that I had to call them and threaten them with the police if they don’t let my son go. But I also read i could bring the car in all of the sudden without my son being present. I was like oh that’s good. So I called to make a appointment and get the engine replaced and a loaner. Wrong again, when I told the service adviser that i spoke to the general manager and he said the engine will be replaced, the service adviser had to call the general manager to confirm, and we went from replacing the engine to a tune up. Are you kidding me, you seriously lied to me over and over.I never have met deceiving and lying sales personnel like they are. They have no honor, integrity, pride, class, or honesty. Seems it’s not in their vocabulary. The only thing he said was the truth that I used bad language when speaking to him, oh yes I did. I was beyond mad once I found out my son drives a vehicle that can’t be fixed under warranty and it’s going to cost $4500 to fix it. My son has a car right now that can’t be driven but still has to make payments on it. Way to go Kia of Alliance you sure know how to screw people over and over again with POS vehicles you sale.So what can I do for the consumer not to get scammed, and deceived by them. Buy a car that’s not going to run after a few month. When you look at the car fax and you see a discrepancy or a accident on it. DON’T buy the vehicle. No matter what they say it’s not going to be the truth. You don’t really know what the damage was on the vehicle and if it’s not going to cause anymore issues. If there is anything you get promised by them make sure you have it in writing before you leave the dealership. Don’t leave with a hand shake, we got you, because that’s not the truth. When you buy a vehicle that’s a demo with who knows how many miles on it, don’t let them short you on the warranty. Make sure you get the warranty from the day of purchase. For instance, the vehicle has 3456 miles on, it make sure your warranty is for 39456 and not only 36K and the power train is for 63456.If you have a lease, you are not obligated to go back to Kia of Alliance. You can go to any other dealership to trade in your vehicle when your lease is close to being over. And a buddy never gets the best deal.I hope those few tips helped
I stopped at Kia of Alliance to look at 2 vehicles. The second vehicle that i looked at had multiple problems and it was placed on the show room. First the rear door would not open neither from the inside or from the outside. Then the window on the door was also broken and would not raise or lower. The drivers side mirror also would not adjust. So I ended up buying the other vehicle which was a 2013 Chevy Silverado with 10,000 miles on it. On the first day that i drove this vehicle the door locks started fluttering. They would lock and unlock on their own. I called and reported this problem to Kia of Alliance. I also noticed a high pitch metal on metal squealing coming from the tires. I took the truck back and they said that they do not have any loaner cars for me to get back and forth to work. So i had to make arrangements with a friend to drive back and forth from work. The service department said that they could not find any issues with the vehicle so i went and picked it up. The locks continued to flutter until one day that i drove to work took the keys out of the ignition and the truck continued to run. Now i have a truck that i can not turn off. I drove back to Kia of Alliance and told them the issue i was not fixed and was complicated by the truck not turning off now. At this time they offered me a loaner to drive. That they had previously said they do not have. Finally they found that the previous owner had installed a remote start on the vehicle and it was screwing with the electronics. When i bought the car the sales man told me that they have replaced the ignition fuse which leads me to believe that they knew the vehicle had issues and still placed it up for sale. The brakes also needed adjusting and that was the high pitch squealing that i was hearing. Instead of fixing these issues for free they charged me over $200 for them to fix issues that i believe should have been handled before the vehicle was placed up for sale. I do not believe that their service department has a clue what they are doing and are trying to sell vehicles with issues to the unsuspecting customer and then charge them to fix the issues. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.
Overall when I purchased my vehicle from you guys no complaints. However, after selling it and making multiple attempts, and multiple people taking my information both in sales and the receptionist in your finance department I’ve been met with failure at getting my Gap and service warranty contract cancelled. This has been ongoing for 3 weeks- a month. Which in my opinion is not conducive to conducting good business.Updating: I cannot keep track of how many people have taken down my information and not once have I gotten a call back. Not limited to but include, yesterday after stressing the litany of times I’ve tried to get this done. A receptionist from either sales or finance department “GUARANTEED” me that someone would call me back. I’m glad it wasn’t a life or death situation. Because once again that was a empty guarantee.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE I KNOW, OR ANYONE WHO ASKS.Yet another couple days with no phone call back. I want absolutely nothing more to do with dealership.***Another update ****It’s 3 November 2020. And while I have received my GAP coverage refund. I’m still trying to cancel my service warranty. When I finally got a hold of Drew, I EXPLICITLY said I wanted to cancel BOTH GAP AND EXTENDED SERVICE WARRANTY CONTRACT. Well some time has gone by, so I contact compass which is the company in which Kia purchases it through to see if it’s even been cancelled. It hasn’t! No request has been submitted. And I can’t cancel it myself it has to go through the dealership that purchased it. Well, I’ve contacted Drew and left voicemails and not to any surprise NO CALL BACK. I had put in my original request to cancel both when I got rid of my vehicle back at the end of August and it’s now November?!?! What sort of business conducts itself where it doesn’t return customers calls?! That’s a significant amount of refund I’d receive back. But I live out of state now, so my hands are tied. I don’t know what else to do when NO ONE WANTS TO RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. I CANT REITERATE ENOUGH THAT ILL BE SO GLAD WHEN IM FINALLY DONE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. AND FURTHERMORE I WLL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANOTHER LIVING SOUL. I DONT CARE IF THEY ARE GIVING A CAR AWAY FOR FREE.***update***19 Nov 2020Alas my service warranty contract has been finally cancelled. On 5 Nov 2020. I got rid of my vehicle that had the GAP coverage, and the extended service warranty contract back in mid to end of August. It’s take this long for them to get these two seemingly simple tasks completed. Your single saving grace throughout this whole redundantly long progress comes from Stephanie who works in your finance department. I’ve called enough times that she recognized my number on the caller ID. When this is finally done I will never interact with your dealership again.
All of the staff members were great ! Special thanks to Dan for his outstanding service. First time I felt at ease buying a car. No hassles. Also, the gentleman in the finance department had taken the extra time to answer all my questions. Wish, I remembered his name. Great guy!Charles Erwin
Everyone was in such a good mood, they were having fun yet very professional. Went in for something bigger but was unable to get the 4WD. But,we ended up purchasing the Seltos! Tracy B is absolutely Amazing!!! The GM, Dan was very helpful and finance as well!! Im usually very weary of dealerships but I will only deal with them as long as we own our KIAs!
I went to this dealership because of their ad we will pay off your trade, no matter how much you owe. Upon calling, it sounded too good to be true but I was assured that it is in fact, what they do. I was so excited to have a lower payment that I went in. Angie was very personable, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I got to test drive the car I wanted and she was very reasonable in letting me test drive other cars and made me feel like I wasnt a burden. They asked me if I was willing to surrender my car, which I interpreted as their ad of paying off no matter what I owed. Fast forward to before I left, I was told I would need my husband to come so I could take my car to drop off at the other dealership. I was very confused. Angie told me that she sees it all the time, a voluntary repo (paying off my trade was never even mentioned at this point). I was not comfortable with this, at all. I was assured that a volunatry repo wouldnt do anything to my credit and it would erase the debt by her and a sales manager. By the 3rd time I was saying I needed time to think this over, I had another manager in front of me (I wish i had got his name, he was wonderful and I felt he really knew what was going on). He was telling me that when this happens, my car will be sold at auction and then the remaining balance of my loan would be given to a collection company in which I would make payment arrangements in order to fulfill the debt. For someone who was looking for lower payments, to know I would in fact be paying on a car that I no longer even had in my possession (at what amount who knows) as well as the car that I would be getting from them was the last thing I needed.Shame on Angie and her sales manager for blatantly lying to me or being misinformed, and encouraging this upon other people who are also desperate to lower their vehicle payments but are locked in a loan.
I will recommend to anybody who is in the market for a vehicle to go see Tracy B at Kia of Alliance. It was a no pressure, fun, enjoyable and professional experience. I observed the entire sales staff and was impressed with how they carried themselves. This is a fun place to purchase a vehicle. Tracy went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you very much. Dan was ok too, I guess. Lol.
Salespersons very uneducated they heard my accent instead of running my credit they started asking about addresses and phone numbers I had 20 years ago lol clowns, then asked if I was a CITIZEN. I told him Ill come back. I went to a different KIA dealership got a new car without one question about old residences, phone numbers or citizenship, Ill never even service my car there.
Went in to check out the soul. I talked to Kenneth Robinson. He tried the typical sales tactics to try to get me to trust him, whatever thats fine. I was interested in trading in my 2005 dodge neon as well. Numbers came back and we werent sold. He was trying to give me $500 for my neon and didnt even show the interest rate on the offer, which I stressed was important to me. It was pretty shady. The real problem is when we said no deal and he went to go get my keys so we could leave. About 15 seconds later the manager comes and tries to snake his way into a deal offering $1000 for my car and offering 0% interest for 60 months. Ive seen this scumbag tactic used before and its pathetic and is what makes me and a lot of people distrust dealerships. They should really be ashamed of themselves if they are even capable of it. Bad scummy practice, do not recommend!
These guys are wonderful! They are so helpful and whenever I need to get my car serviced I experience great customer service. They are quick and not only provide the service scheduled but they always clean my car and I leave feeling very well taken care of. Ill always give them my business before anyone else. Rodger is the bomb! He is very helpful and always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Not only that but he helped me save a lot of money on replacing my windshield. I was going with a different company that my insurance recommended until Rodger quoted me a price over 100 dollars cheaper. Thanks Rodger and Kia of Alliance you guys rock!
I purchased my 2014 Ford Fusion from my friend Steve Kelley at Kia of Alliance. The process was very easy and low pressure. I recently had to take it into the Service Department and Roger was very helpful. My extended warranty took care of $1600 worth of mechanical repairs and Roger even supplied me with a loaner vehicle for the weekend. I felt very taken care of and valued. Thanks again guys.
I called KOA Jan 30th to confirm availability of a unit (one of their late nights) before making the hour trip up after work. It was confirmed they had it, and they told me they would get it washed and ready and have it sitting out front for me. I arrived and met up with a salesman who walked me out to a next-to new used car 3x the cost of the unit I was there to see. I obviously pointed out that this was the wrong car. He went inside to talk to the sales manager, came outside to tell me that the car was not here and on an overnight test drive. I left, not so angry as Id say Im a pretty fair guy, just annoyed I did my part to ensure the car was there and they didnt do their part.. wasting 3-4 hours of my time. KOA called me bright and early the 31st stating the car was back, and I could come get it. The next morning I went up, looked it over, drove it, and decided I would take it. I purchased on Feb 1st 2020, CASH DEAL. I was given a 45 day tag per usual and sent on my way, everything seemed normal aside from the car availability mix up, and suspiciously early call. After reading other reviews on here I truly suspect they pretended the car I wanted was not available and tried to push me towards a financed unit over a cash deal. Still to this day I wish I had drove around their lot to see if it was actually there. It was incredibly suspicious that they called me so early to say it was available. Cant figure out how the person who was said to have test drove it overnight could have brought it back early enough for KOA to call when they did. After taking delivery I called KOA several times checking on the status of my title, and eventually to also address a soon-to-expire temp tag. 2-3 days before the tag was to expire they sent a driver down to put on a dealer tag as they still couldnt seem to produce a title for me. Found it annoyingly funny their driver told me he does this all the time.. I wasnt surprised at this point. I called and called talking to their title clerk, sales people, left messages for the GM, etc. I was getting the run around big time. Their title clerk told me they had not paid off the unit I purchased as they wont pay off a trade until the new deal has funded. But I paid cash on my end, and this is not my fault the new deal has not funded. Finally, called and spoke with Drew in F&I on May 13th who spearheaded this for me and determined the car had been paid off MARCH 23RD, and KOA drug their feet getting me a title for almost 2 months. May 15th I had to DRIVE BACK UP (2hr drive time total) to get my title and return their dealer tag. They never offered to have a driver come get their tag. I was so happy to leave KOA and never have to deal with them again. A friend I consoled suggested I ask for a free oil change for all the headache as the car I purchased was due by this time but honestly I didnt want to deal with KOA anymore, not even for an oil change at this point. I know each deal is different and theres a number of people who have had flawless deals through KOA but its just unacceptable to wait 104 days to produce a title. Thanks again Drew for being a voice for me, and helping me get this resolved.
This was the best car experience I have ever had. No pressure. No salesman tactics. I said what I wanted and I got it. Sean made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. He gave me a total rundown on my whole car and then set up my bluetooth for me.my parents ho to Kia of Alliance and I will now also be a Kia of Alliance return customer. Thanks guys!

2022-06-08Very nice dealership, bright and clean...sales staff is friendly, sharp and attentive, but.... The management...... they are charging WAY over MSRP to take advantage of the vehicle shortage. LIKE $3000-$8000 OVER sticker price. Always REMEMBER THIS after this is over to steer your business to places that werent trying to take advantage during the pandemic.

2022-07-10We had a great experience buying our new EV6 from Taylor Kia in Alliance with Steve H and James Clark. They were friendly and informative while being low key and not pushy at all. They worked with us through our questions and concerns to find a mutually beneficial outcome for all. We have gone to other Cleveland area dealerships in the past couple months and Taylor Kia was by far the best experience. Thank you!

2022-03-07I had the best new car buying experience of my life at Taylor KIA of Alliance! Im older than dirt and have bought dozens of new cars in my lifetime. Needless to say, Ive had some very good experiences, and some truly regrettable ones over my 50+ years of car buying. My experience at Taylor KIA of Alliance was simply outstanding. I worked primarily with Dan Smith and Tyler Moore purchasing my very first All Electric car, the KIA EV6.These gentlemen were both class acts, they both went out of their way to make the buying experience as pleasurable as it could be. We had no problems at all agreeing on a price (which was thousands below every dealer I shopped).Likewise their offer on my trade-in was more than fair and quickly made me abandon my plans to sell it myself. (Not to mention the sales tax savings a trade brings on a new car purchase)During my delivery appointment, I met Matt Taylor, the dealership owner. (it turns out he had just purchased this dealership in February 2022) He was genuinely interested in my buying experience and shared his philosophy on the automobile industry and auto retailing. It was then that I realized I had found a dealership that harkened back to the good old days when car dealerships were family owned, truly interested in long term relationships, and cared about their customers and the community. If youre younger than 60 or 70 this probably sounds totally foreign to you, but back in the day there were no mega dealers playing games and filled with high pressure sales folk. I didnt feel any pressure at all in any aspect of my purchase. This is how car buying is supposed to be. I look forward to doing business with Taylor KIA for a long time.

2022-06-26We had an awesome experience purchasing our 2023 Carnival. It was very quick and easy! They even went as far as helping entertain the kids while we completed everything and the kids loved it. Will definitely be going back in the future.

2022-03-26I purchased my new 2019 Sportage today and had a wonderful experience! I am a return customer to Kia of Alliance and am so glad I chose to come back. Mike Hall was amazing to work with. I felt heard and appreciate his thorough explanations and attention to the details. I would highly recommend to others. Thanks for an awesome buying experience!

2021-09-30June 1st our car went to Kia of alliance as it needed a new engine. The powertrain was under warranty so it was free of charge to us. Supposedly while waiting for the engine they took some parts off the car and then sometime over July 4th weekend they caught our car on fire, they never called us to tell us about the fire nor an update, we drove through the parking lot just to see if the car was being worked on because they did not communicate with us. We asked to speak with the General manager at Kia of Alliance. Due to our car being on fire He was there and he never came out to talk to us (acted as if it was not his problem) he had the service manager talk to us, still to this day the general manager of Kia has never contacted us. The end of July they said they were going to start fixing our car. They had all the parts they needed. We were told since then our car would be done that week, as of September 29 the car still no car we were informed work would continue Oct 1st. Needless to say after five months I am contacting the local news station in the local newspapers just to warn other potential customers not to make the same mistake we did with Kia of alliance. (We bought this car brand new in 2016. From Kia of alliance)

2022-06-17Bill is a top notch representative for Taylor KIA! We contacted Bill looking for a new car and he delivered! This was the easiest purchase ever! The finance manager was quick and efficient. I was in and out with my new GT Line in less than an hour and a half! Bill took most of this time showing me all the features my new car has. We could not be any happier with this purchase!

2022-05-13The salesperson, Cliff, was outstanding. He always followed up but was never a pain in the tail. The actual purchase experience was good also. The only negative was that they offer a First Responder Discount, but you find out that it is only available if you finance through the dealership. Further, while I was completing the purchase, I found a Military Discount advertised on the dealers actual website that no one seemed to have any knowledge of, which I found odd. They tried to claim I needed my discharge papers to make it happen (like I tote them around with me), but did end up taking $300 off with the ID documents I had.All in all, good experience and Cliff is the guy to ask for. Great dude.
