I had the pleasure of working with Tarter Realty, specifically Katelyn Ryan, while buying my first home. I selected Tarter Realty based on reviews and multiple recommendations and I am so lucky to have chosen them. I worked with Katelyn Ryan and she was wonderful! She had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what I was looking for. She was very responsive to my needs and was always available when I needed her to be. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with Katelyn.

I have personally worked with Katelyn Ryan on purchasing two homes and selling one and I could not have more positive things to say about my experience. The selling of my home had been stressful due to the buying party not disclosing they were still legally married, just separated. The buyers husband lived 3 hours away and to ensure we closed on time, not the buyer nor the buyers agent drove 3 hours to receive the husband’s signature or even offered to do so. Katelyn, my agent, drove herself to retrieve his signature and make sure the sale continued to close smoothly. This was above and beyond what I would have ever anticipated and amazing customer service. I was never stressed, Katelyn was extremely professional and kept me in the loop during the entire process. I highly recommend Katelyn Ryan and Tarter Realty to assist you in your realty needs.

I worked with multiple people from this company to find a new home in the Alliance, OH area. Im not usually one to leave reviews, but their service was so excellent I felt I had to. They responded in a moments notice and went above and beyond whenever we asked something of them. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a smooth process of buying/selling a home.

This company, and Katelyn, commissioned our company for services for their client. It was last minute service, per the client the closing had been screwed up by Katelyn. Katelyn was provided an estimated time frame and cost for our services when she had no idea of what we were actually going to be moving when we got there, and she told our company she would pay for the service no matter what, for her clients. The cost fell right in her estimate, yet she called our office crying that the $615 bill (within the estimate she was told) was too much for her to pay, and was begging us to decrease the cost. She has now stiffed our company and our crew members $615.00. Bad business all the way around. Now, we are having to seek out the clients to try and get the compensation owed for their service and they had signed the documents for Katelyn, so now there is fraud charges we have to file.
