I’m surprised no one else has mentioned this but your phone will not work well in here. You can’t call or text and people can’t get through to you and I can’t look up things online. Its really frustrating if I need to text my husband about something I’m buying but I can’t.
I wanted to give a shout out to Target and your employees! You have hands down the best customer service that I have seen in our area. Every single time I have been shopping in your store, I have been greeted by every single employee I have encountered. Also when I am shopping I dont have to deal with an employee stocking shelves or online shopping, taking up a whole isle, like I do at other stores. I really appreciate the respect for your customers that you show! Thank you!!!!!!
I went into Target at 9:25 pm with 35 min left until closing time. I grabbed 3 dresses and went to the fitting room. I had a worker say I had 10 min. No hello, just an order with a nasty tone. I said ok. I tried on a dress right away in the changing room and they shut the lights off on me. There were 4 employees in that changing area and not one would turn their phone light on for me to see. It was pitch black and i couldnt see to put my clothes back on . But they called the guy to come yell security to hurry me out. It was ridiculous. When i got to the front of the store there were 2 registers with full lines.Young snot nose employees with no customer service skillsThankfully 2 nice girls Amanda and a Donavun were there up front. They were the only employees with any manners that night
I had the most amazing online/curbside pick up shopping experience at this store!I forgot items we needed and ended up with 4 consecutive orders! Everything was available, all orders came out at once and the team member loaded everything in the car! Everything was available, not one item needed to be replaced. Thank you to all target employees at this branch, you folks all rock!!!
I love our Target store! It’s always clean and easy to find whatever it is I need. I love the order and drive up option even more! The Target app is easy to use. Up to date. Easy to find what I am looking for and place my order. This store is always fast at pulling my order together, all my items have always been in the order and in good condition. The employees are fast at bringing my order to my car, always kind and smiling and pleasant to interact with. I place a drive up order once or twice a week!
I had a very unique issue that needed resolved, and despite me being not the “happiest of campers” over the two days that it took, the store manager, Tyler, found a solution that worked for me and the store. Very excellent customer service. Although the issue was pretty severe and could’ve swayed me away from doing business at this store again, I will still be shopping at this target regularly, as I mentioned above, wonderful customer service.
Great customer service experience! I recently used the online ordering process for a curbside pick up of my item. My husband did not have the app which would trigger him when he got to the store for them to bring out the item to the car. I called customer service and they could not be nicer and more accommodating and said just to have him call them when he got to the store at the outside pick up location. They ran the item out to my husband’s car and I had my item within two hours of purchasing it online. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Congrats to Target for actually training people on how to properly handle customers and create a great customer service department! I will definitely use their curbside pick up online ordering process again.
I will never in my life shop this store again possibly never even a Target again. I ordered an item for same-day pickup in store. I went to pick up my item after being emailed a notification that the item was ready when I arrived at the store customer service told me the item in fact was not ready but they had several on the shelf and if I went and purchased one off the shelf and did not pick up the one I was supposed to act customer service that I would not be charged for the one I ordered online this was completely untrue and I was charged for an item that I did not receive now Target wants to give me a gift card in place of the item oh, the item cost over $100 it was a drone and I have no desire and being forced to spend my money at Target because their staff was too lazy to go and pick up an item from the back of the store while I was standing at customer service there were several teenagers standing at customer service today of my order and no one would help me they just kept telling me the same thing go buy one and you will not be charged for the one you ordered. Ill be making sure that this is all well advertised across my social media as well as with my fellow influencers. I have never had such lack of customer service from a Target in my entire life this includes Target corporate when I called them to resolve this issue Im currently out over $103 and stuck waiting because of the lack of Education in their staff or willingness to even do the job that they are supposed to do.
I was disappointed at the fact I was told the silk dairy free heavy whipping cream was here with 10 in stock. I asked someone to check and he confirmed same information I received at another target. I didnt locate product. Returned to same person he indicated it was 4 on floor and non in the back. I indicated it was non, but for entire day when searching through Google it says they had it in stock. Please update your systems.
I am over 70 and it is so nice to be able to pull up at the store and have someone put my order in my trunk. I only wish that Target would sell paper products and Lysol, etc for pick up. This is very hard for me since I do not want to risk going in a store at this time.
I go to the Target a good amount of times because of how conformant the location is for me. It is always stocked and the workers are all nice. There really isn’t anything wrong with this Target. Plus it’s never too busy which I like compared to a Walmart or Giant Eagle. They almost always have what I’m looking for. I have only had one bad experience. I guess someone returned a deodorant and they put it back on the shelf and I bought it not knowing. Well that person had already used it and when I took the top off in the car it didn’t have that cap on it. Plus it looked used. I took it back and got another one and it did indeed have the cap. But other than that, this is a great Target!
I used the self-checkout today but one of the cashiers, I think her name is Denise?, helped me as I was using a gift card and was unsure of how to use it with my Target/cartwheel app. She is ALWAYS so nice and so pleasant and so helpful. I really appreciate her being there!
It was very easy to order my rocking unicorn at 10pm on-line. . . using PayPal. It was ready the next morning to pick up at the store. Everyone helping me was extremely pleasant, the pick-up only took a few minutes, (no line!! 😀) and the toy is adorable and just as described.
Strongsville, Ohio. Target is a beautiful place to shop! Aesthetic room decor and almost everything you need, such as kitchen utensils, food, electronics and more. I’ve bought almost everything! I’ve past a star due to unorganized shelf’s, I’ve shopped here many times but nothing has changed needs an update and things can be placed places they shouldn’t be.
For my 1 year old birthday her received the same gift twice which was a 3 in 1 little tikes basketball hoop, soccer and bowling toy. Parma location told me that they can look up my receipt I just need the register number and approximate time. My husband had no problem returning the item. Now I try to return a item with the same situation but at this target and I was told by a store associate they couldn’t find the receipt even with all the information I gave them and that it didn’t matter because they do not do returns. Bonnie who was the manager on shift was unapologetic once I called customer relations and they were able to email me the receipt that they some how couldn’t find. She proceeded a conversation with “well mistakes happen”. She watched as her store associate was rude and did not bat an eye to say that is not how you talk to or treat customers.
I relied heavily on the drive up option to get groceries, as I live with immunocompromised family and this is a stressful time for me. I wrote a note in huge letters that had my first name and order number, with instructions to please put in the open trunk. This had worked repeatedly in the past.This time a woman came out, dropped our order on the ground, then came to my window with no mask, literally yelling at me to open the window. She wanted my last name, when every other time my first has been fine. I yelled it but she kept yelling to open the window. I refused and she loudly complained to another team member I refused to open my window. She eventually put the bags in my trunk, slamming it shut so hard my seat rattled. I am in tears. I never plan on using target again since they’re happy with this kind of dangerous and rude service.
When my wife sees a product on the internet she goes to Target to see if she can buy it there first. A hands on experience for new unfamiliar products is a must. Besides, shopping in a brick and mortar is like taking a vacation to see real people and to get exercise. Who vacations on the internet? I myself like the clean accessible bathrooms and coffee kiosk with tables. I often sit with my coffee to give my wife more time to shop. Her shopping experience is rarely less than 30 minutes but she likes me to come.
I love Target. With the deals they run on diapers and baby stuff... their deals give them the lowest prices and I have 2 toddlers so Ive literally built a spreadsheet to do price comparisons! Even lower than a BJs or Costco!! Ive also never met an unfriendly employee. Their home decor and clothing are really in style and quality. Im addicted to Cat & Jack for my kids!! Ill admit it: Im a Target Mom!! :) (Its my happy place. LOL)
I took time to research the items I wanted to buy and was directed to Target. I ordered them online to make sure they were still there when I arrived and paid for them. When I received the email stating they were ready for pickup, I arrived at the pick up location and was directed back to the customer service line. After waiting @ 15 minutes, I questioned an employee about waiting if I have already ordered and paid for my order. She grudgingly took me back over to the pickup line and gave me my bag. The items inside were NOT the ones I had ordered. This was a totally botched ordeal and total waste of time. There were no apologies given and a total lack of concern by all involved.
This is the 4th time in 3 months I have been charge multiple time for one item. Today I was charge six times for 1 carton of eggs. Otherwise the store is great. There is no issue getting the charges refunded it is just a hassle. How on earth does something get scanned 6 times. According to the girl at the service desk it has been happening a lot because they are having issues with the scanners. Maybe they should update their scanners. They should have their cashiers double check the receipts. I would recommend always checking your receipt before you leave the store which I forgot to do today.
I try to avoid this Target but since I was close by decided to try again. Every time I try to shop they are rearranging the store. The signs are wrong, nothing is stocked and employees have no idea where anything is. I tried shopping here two months ago and they had the same issue. I prefer Parma which has more selection and has a better layout with items actually stocked. I love Target and will continue to shop but not at this location.
My trip tonight at Target was by far the best one I have ever had at any other Target. The Strongsville Target in Ohio has amazing employees. My friend and I walked in and we were greeted by a kind gentleman, Trenton George. He helped my friend and I find the best outfits to buy and I definetly walked out of the store with more than I needed, but he made me feel so good about my purchases that I have no regrets. Trying on clothes in the dressing room is usually a hassle and drag, but Maddie (Maddison) was also very kind and helped me pick out what to buy and not buy. Both her and Trenton were helping my friend and I and I feel like I made two new friends! They even helped me find other items that I needed in the store. Trenton was like my own personal shopper. It was incredible service. When I approached the guest service desk to checkout, being that the cash registers had closed for the night because I was the last one out, Conrad P. Checked both of my friend and I out and hooked us up with an awesome sale deal that had ended a day or two before we came, but he gave us the sale anyways because of his generous boss, Bonnie, who let him give us the discounted sale. I thanked Bonnie with a hug even though I had just met her, but I felt so welcomed and appreciated by the Strongsville Target staff that I will definetly recommend anyone to go. Thank you Strongsville Target!
We love target however not this branch, the manager on duty When we were there. I believe her name is Bonnie Fisher. was Very very rude and rolled her eyes and raising her voice. no professionalism what so ever made me and my wife very uncomfortable. . As well as Cashier Lead /security Berman .. Very very unhappy with level of service this branch has.
Two of the staff members - Amber and Ally - went above and beyond for me. I dont want others taking advantage of them so I wont go into detail, but they absolutely went the extra mile when I came to pick up an online order. I like that this location usually has the stock that my smaller local store doesnt have. Benefits of being in this Strongsville plaza. Thank you to the young women who work here and thank you for management for doing what you do!
I was waited on quickly enough, but I was given an item that was already used and returned by another customer. Unfortunately, I did not realize that until I got home and saw it had been opened, parts were missing, and human hair was in the box. When I came back, there was trouble functioning the exchange for a new item and I am now unclear if I could return the item I have if by some chance it does not work. Very disappointing in every way.
I have 2 very close friends who work here. I will only go in if I know they are there. I am 22 and I am followed and usually harassed. The managers here are so rude and not willing to help. I had a $25 gift card that I just bought and never used and they would not accept it because it wasnt valid. I went to where I bought it and they said it was valid. I tried to use it in Parma and they accepted it. Okay fine maybe the gift card was bad but wow you didnt have to be so awful and rude about it.
Thought Id give the Strongsville location another try after a prior bad experience but I got overcharged for an item, and the wrong quantity was charged for another. I brought back my receipt to receive the refund due and was told by the manager Brian that I need to bring the items back in order to receive the refund due. He nearly started crying and told me to leave or hell call the police because I was questioning his customer service skills. I dont know what kind of power trip he was on but I am well aware that the item doesnt need to be present to issue the difference due that I was overcharged. Walmart it is from now on.
They don’t pull “recalled” items off the shelf and it’s not until you try to purchase, they refuse to sell it to you. There is also no actual publicized recall on said item. The customer service was terrible throughout this process as well. I will never go to this store again.
Being the closest Target, I thought I would give it one more try, but I have had it with this store. Tonight, I go in and try to purchase 4 cases of soda, because the sale is 4 for 12. I go to the register and they are not ringing up. The nice register employee calls for a manager, Bonnie, who says that the 7 up and Dr Pepper are in a different sale than the Pepsi, and then ask me if I would like to go get a different kind. So I go back to the other side of the store and i look at the sign again. It clearly states that they are all in the same sale. I take the sign to her to show her and she says that Cherry flavor is not included. So now she is just showing that she does not even know the sales that are going in the store. The Cherry Pepsi rang up fine, so why not the 7up? It just says Pepsi on the sign, not all the flavors, because its all them. I ask if she could manually change the price. She says Not tonight, I cant and are you going to put my sign back? Really?! You are just going to be rude! What happened to cusomer service? I have literally never had a good experience in this store. I tell her this and tell her that we stop shopping here because of the countless problems. She says, Thats fine, shop at a different store. What kind of managers are running this store! Its sad that Parma has a better Target than Strongsville!
Terrible customer service. Dealt with Paige in customer service. She was too busy at first talking about another coworker to help me. Then she refused my even exchange saying I would have to pay the tax difference. This was a red card purchase. Extremely unprofessional and a large inconvenience to have to pay more!
I walked up at 9 p.m. to print a photo my son needed for school. The associate informed me the photo center shut down at 9, I literally went up to the screen at 9, and she told me I could try but it probably would not work. She didnt offer any assistance, not to try to help me, she seemed bothered by me. Lost a customer from the strongsville location. I have also had a bad experience at the elyria target too.
This is not the place to order online and pick up at the store. It took over 45 min to receive the product I order on line that stated save time. I could have pick the stuff out myself and been done sooner than it took to wait in the line for pick-up because of all the people making returns in the same line.

2022-01-19We get all of our pharmacy supplies and medicines through the CVS in Target. Patty is so extremely polite and helpful all of the time. Her disposition puts a smile on my face every time. Barb and Mary have also been very friendly and helpful. What a great staff you have working there. Celebrate them! 😊👍🌈

2022-04-04Was recently at this location to do some shopping. I paid for my order in full and the cashier claims that I didnt give her the full amount. Thinking not much of it- I gave her the rest of what the order cost. When I was half way home- I noticed that I was $5.00 short of the amount I was supposed to have had in my wallet and that the cashier not only pulled a fast one but also was very rude. Recommend that shoppers give their business to other retailers elsewhere.

2022-06-13The Target is being renovated at this time, which is fine. But there was merchandise EVERYWHERE throughout the store - in the aisles, on floors, in the wrong spots, in boxes, etc. I ended up fixing two displays - one where the laundry hampers and trash cans are since there was so much stuff strewn about in the aisle and I couldnt get my cart through. And the other was where the large storage totes are located - there were large totes all over the aisle, again making it difficult to navigate my cart and identify the correct pricing of the totes I needed. Also, we went to get a comforter that was on clearance, scanned in the target app just to make sure of the price that was on the shelf...it was in the wrong spot, like 5 aisles over in the wrong spot. We went to the Strongsville location instead of the North Olmsted location because we were excited to see the new changes that were taking place. Ended up very disappointed and wont go back to that store.

2022-06-1320 star staff. They are incredible, special shoutouts to my faves Michelle and Ian. Im a mega Target fan and this one always has good serviceI just dislike the remodel. It has given the formerly cozy, honey Target an off-putting Walmart vibe. Especially the signs above the aisles - and I think they raised the ceilings or something!They also stopped carrying a lot of store brand stuff, but I dont know if thats Target in general

2022-06-26I have to rush through the newly remodeled store. The lights are aggressive and cause me to feel sick if I spend more than 20 minutes. I have to wear sunglasses in order to avoid a full-on migraine. The new set-up is also, chaotic. Its as if someone on ambian called corporate and pitched their design idea to someone who was in a manic phase. Check the stove youll find the couch cushions!

2022-06-08After the remodel the lights are obnoxiously bright and now I guess target plays loud music throughout the store . You can’t even begin to look through most kids clothes bc everything is in an upturned pile. If I wanted to be stressed out while shopping I’d go to Walmart and save a few bucks.

2022-06-29This Target location was clean, they were stocked with the items that I was looking for and most of all, I was SUPER EXCITED TO SEE ULTA Beauty inside!!!I hope that other Target locations will include more ULTA Beauty stores inside so consumers can experience those shopping splurges at the same time.The Customer Service at the register and inside of ULTA Beauty was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! I will be going back 😊

2022-05-09They updated and moved stuff around added an Ulta shop and moved pet food from front to back of store. Why? Both ulta & sephora make cosmetics in China, thanks no thanks. Not to mention China has no animal cruelty regulations and is stinking commie. Stupid remodel.

2022-04-02I went to the Strongsville Target yesterday, & the new makeup/body care area is BEAUTIFUL!!! Everyone working on the remodel & reorganization is doing so well, everything looks so amazing!! :)
