This is more of a review on tcl. I bought a tcl 75in 4k tv from this target just 1 week ago and it has already developed a red line going down the screen.UPDATEHard to get to location but staff was incredibly friendly this was one good shopping experience that makes me want to go back to target more often. However the 75in 4k tcl tv I bought there malfunctioned and developed a red line going down the screen making me wonder if the package handlers in the back where a little careless or reckless the box wasnt in perfect pristine condition and the tv definitely shouldnt have a burned out led after just 6 days of use, but its not to say for sure that this is what happened here. Instead of returning to target and whateing on them to get another one in from tcl I did the right thing and contacted tcl directly via email on December 1st 2019 just 7 days after the purchase date November 24th 2019 it takes them a full day to reply to emails its now December 6th working with them to get a replacement. It seems like there going to replace the tv. Ive sent all the information requested they request something different every day. They want pictures of the tv with malfunctions then ask that they be full pictures of the tv, then ask for pictures of the Id sticker on the TV and the box then ask for a receipt and proof of purchase and finily they ask for a more detailed photo of a receipt since I paid online all I got from target where digital receipts. Its been a slow process but Im confident tcl will come and replace this tv with a new one.
Order here when I can. Curbside pickup is fast and flawless. Ive never had to wait any longer than it takes for employee to get from customer service to my car. Ever. 30 seconds at most.Never have to call bc Ive been waiting 30 minutes. And theyve never taken my money, just to tell me the item was out of stock, and Ill get my money back in 3-5 days. As is the case frequently with competitors.Puts all others to shame.
My pick order were available for pick up way before estimated time and check out process was quick and easy. EVERY employee that we encountered greeted us as well as was wearing mask. I felt very welcomed and that my local Target store was taking every precaution to ensure our community is safe. Thank you
While waiting in the return line I overheard a team member telling a couple other employees that the stocking carts should be moved as they don’t contribute to a good first impression of the store when you walk in. This goes to show the quality of service Target provides. Always well staffed by friendly and helpful people. Target has such a calm, clean, and relaxing environment.
Especially during the current COVID-19 Pandemic, I appreciate the wide aisles, along with all associates wearing masks. I feel safe shopping inside Target stores. I am happy to be able to easily find products along with products that have additional Cartwheel savings offers.
I like the selection and the price and it is one of my favorite Target locations. HOWEVER, the store really needs to step up their online order pick up experience. My online order was placed, super fast and easy. Ready for pick up in 2 hours. I get there and no one can physically find my order. They know about the order, they see the order online and that it is ready, I am at the right store, but no one can find it. I wonder why? Maybe storing them in barely labeled bags hanging on a coat rack behind the counter isnt really the best nor most professional way of organizing these things. So instead I had to wait for someone to go out onto the floor, find the item and then fulfill my order. I could have done that faster myself. Give your employees the tools they need to be successful and they will be. I have no complaints about the employees, only the unprofessional process.
I’ve gone to this target since I was in high school since it was always the closest one. 9 years later, this is still the best one by far in the Columbus area. The employees are always friendly and offer help when you need them. Since the pandemic began, they’ve been at the top of their game, making sure their store and safe and still inviting for people to come in and shop with them.
You make it hard to get your order. I was told the only way I could use curbside pickup was to download the app to my phone as when I placed my order online with my laptop there was no option to pick curbside pickup. I dont want to download the app. If I downloaded every app from every store I order from I would have at least 25 apps on my phone junking up my phone. You dont even put a phone number on the signs that say curbside pickup so WE CAN CALL to have our order brought out. You dont even number the parking spots. I had to call the store to tell them to bring my order out as I couldnt go in. And then no one showed up and I had to flag a person down that was giving the car next to me their order AND I WAS THERE FIRST. So I probably will not be ordering from Target again, unless they fix their curbside pickup.
Service here is terrible. With employees sitting down on their cell phones all day I was able to walk by an employee twice before I asked for help. She simply told me to look for guy in a red t-shirt and went back on her cell phone. Had to go to customer service to get help over the PA. The guy that I was with didnt seem to know very much about the products I was looking for. And when I told him that I wanted something he didnt wake me up at the the register for electronics. This place is a really good Paradise it seems for people who do not want to work.
We came during a pretty busy time this weekend. Our shopping cart was filled to the brim, and despite being the only cashier at the time, Steven ( I believe that was his name! He was a very kind older gentleman!) handled our checkout with patience and thoughtfulness! He read off all of the items he had placed in each individual bag, which was so helpful when loading our cart! Thank you Steven!
I love Target I always have. But I hadnt been in for quite awhile because of COVID. I finally worked up the nerve last Wednesday to come and get a few things. It was my niece and my nephews birthday. So I wanted to get them some gifts. I met an Employee in the toy area. He was a taller Man and I believe he was remotely new. But he was so helpful and understanding to my anxiety. He even helped me find a deal on a Barbie set for my niece. I wish so badly I could remember his name. Looked like he had a beautiful smile under that mask though 😆 thank you for making me feel safe Target! I will be back again soon!
This Target Store was neat & very clean. All of the staff were incredibly helpful & kind. Stacy, cheerfully, went out of her way to find the Mrs. Meyers Seasonal Apple Cider cleaning products for me, from the back, all while carefully training a new employee. All Target Locations need to have more great people like Stacy & the rest of the helpful staff at this location. I would go out of my way to shop at this Target again.
Love the amount of clearance in this store! I got a really cute outfit (Jacket, shirt, and jeans) for $20!!! They have a good amount of grocery items too, including a good amount of freezer and fridge ailes. I did have one insident where an employee walked up to my friends and I and gave us a little trouble about how we were disrupting the another customer. When we turned the corner a couple of minutes later, we found that it wasnt us who was disrupting the store it was another group.
Probably the BEST Target in the area. Employees are so helpful, kind, thoughtful, quick and just easy to talk to. Always immaculately clean, check out is super quick, management is ideal. Always lurking but in a good way making sure things are perfect. Its ideal when shoppers pack in because they cater to every one of us. The selection is always great. My favorite place to come to. I rather pay extra here than go to Walmart. Thank you for caring for your community the way that you do!!! xo
Online order pickup is a wonderful service that Target offers. I purchased the items online for a friends baby shower- They had registered at Targets Baby Registry. I paid online and it was ready for in-store pickup in minutes! It was bagged and ready to go as soon as I went up to the Guest Services desk. They just asked me for my ID and then I was on my way. This was so easy and simple for me because I don’t care all that much for shopping. Thank you Target!
I enjoy shopping at this target store. It is the closest one to my home which is convenient, but it is also usually well stocked and has everything I need. The employees are friendly enough and I have never had any issues with anything here. The only downside to target which is why I give them 4/5 stars is that they are on the higher end of the price scale.
The cashier was great. She was very personable and knowledgable and offered great feedback. Very good customer service and friendly attitude. Will definitely have to come back. Wish I had her every single time though. She was great and really went above and beyond trying to be helpful and personable and very curteous. I was really impressed with her level of inthusiasm to provide stellar customer service. She was excellent.
While the location can be hard to get to and the prices can be a little high, the store is clean and has excellent customer service.On a trip earlier this week they had three cashiers working. When a line formed, employees stocking near the front of the store took the initiativ to open three additional registers to quickly serve the queue of customers.
The Target here at the Taylor Rd seems more pleasant than the one on E Broad of Columbus. I feel like the staff smile more, enjoy working here, and dont look so stressed or bored; it looks cleaner here, too. We dealt with the customer service here and they had taken care of our issue in a timely manner. Great place to shop since Im a fan of the retro T-shirt apparel with 80s and 90s.
Really like this Target. The location can be a little hard to get to if youre not used to the area though. Always clean and good customer service. Worst moment I had there, my then 3 year old started puking before I was able to get her to the bathroom (across the store of course). Soon as we were done I let someone know and he immediately got a mop and cleaned it up. Cant say I expected them to just leave it, but that a teen didnt grumble or pass it off was impressive.Ive come here for years and plan to continue.
I have always liked Target, but today the manager Paul went above and beyond on helping me and my disabled sister-in-law. They stored her wheel chair by customer service, so I wouldnt have it in my shopping cart, so I can shop. She used the electric wheel chair they have for customers to use. He helped me load my car; while I pushed my sister-in-law on her wheel chair to the car. Few weeks before that, I went to Walmart and they didnt offer any assistance. Thank you Target 🙂
If they say it is impossible, ask Nicole. Phone companies Could make switching easier but when you have solution driven customer service you can get things done. The phone tech, Jerry(?), Was patient and persistent and stayed with the job until we got to success. This is how to win and keep customers. Thank you for extraordinary service today.
Well Stocked, friendly staff, and a understanding customer service desk. I say understanding because Ive been in here once and a man was yelling at a young woman over his receipt which he lost and blamed her. I had to step in for the poor girl who was very sincere but stern that she could do nothing to help him. He eventually left and im sure cried to corporate but the young woman was still friendly toward me and the rest of the customers waiting at the desk.
Jamie at the 256 store didn’t properly void my transaction with the terminal froze therefore it out a hold on my account. So when she went to re ring the merchandise the card declined because I only had enough funds to make the purchase once . She did not seem to care at all told me to call Redcard customer service to fix it ...but if she would have properly voided to begin with I wouldn’t have had to call out the customer service was able to rectify within about 5mins
Recent experience at checkout resulted in a much lower score then I would have given. The decision to not have cashiers on duty until after 9am is just plain DUMB DUMB DUMB. Until all other retail alternatives go to this model Ill shop at other places (Meijer or Wal Mart). Who knows - perhaps Ill just order most everything from Amazon
We completed our wedding registry at the Target in Reynoldsburg last weekend. There were issues getting the registry process started as several of the scanner devices didnt work properly, but once we found one that did, the process was simple! They offer a wide assortment of affordably priced home-goods. The fact that shopping is available in-store and online and there are stores all across the country for friends and family out-of state was perfect. It has been really easy to edit the registry on Targets website. Over-all, we were very satisfied with the experience.
I have had so many issues with the store for the past couple weeks. I went in one day to shop for a wedding but the printer was down and they were unable to print the registry for me and told me I would have to do it online. The lady at the counter was very rude about the whole situation. Then I went back to the mobile station to trade in some gift cards and the system was down. I called today was left on hold for almost 10 minutes to be told that the Target mobile employee would be in at noon. I rearranged my day so I could still stop over there and waited until 12:10 to call again to be told this time they would not be in until 1. So much of my time has been wasted with the store. If there was a different Target Mobile station closer to me I would not return.
Bad location. The area around this store is very congested. The traffic patterns are horrible and navigating yourself to this store is almost dangerous. Add lots of driving time if youre visiting anytime on a weekend. We dont have a Target in our hometown, so we like to shop them when we have opportunity. This store was in bad shape compared to the other Targets weve visited in other cities.
We had a supervisor- Carlee- not honor the sale price. One of her employees helped us find the one that was on sale and told us it was the last one. When we went to checkout it rang up for way more then the employee told us and Carlee was not offering to help us at all.

2022-01-06I was asked to go to guest services by a target team member since a clearance item i had in my cart was ringing up incorrectly. (One was originally $10 and one was $15 but there was a glitch in the system causing them both to be $15 causing the item that was originally $10 to only have a slight discount) The 2 ladies at guest services could not understand the error and would not correct the issue another target team member had pointed out to me. I ended up buying them anyway. The frustrating thing is when I got to my car the lady who was parked next to me bought the same items and the cashier rang them up at 90% off since they were Christmas items... so she only paid $1.50 each for hers. I am not one to complain about a few dollars but it adds up when you purchase multiple items... and the fact the individuals working guest services couldnt understand the glitch was concerning.

2022-06-05A cashier Stephanie, one of the managers, and Joseph were so helpful when I had a full cart and a sleeping baby. Stephanie unloaded my cart to check out, loaded my cart back up, then requested the managers assistance to find someone to help me get to my car and unload my cart. Joseph was so kind and took my cart to the car and unloaded my cart with a big smile on his face. So grateful for their help!!!!

2022-02-15Don’t get me wrong , i love target , but hiring process is HORRIBLE. i applied 4 times with management skills and being a lead and got denied 4 times. This last time i tried to apply and they said they weren’t hiring but all the applications were still on the website , like at least take that down if your not hiring like a normal complaint would

2022-02-25The new rule about not being able to use the self checkout because I only have cash is ridiculous, inconvenient and somewhat discriminatory! If anything you would think they would continue to allow cash transactions in the self checkout to cut down on the cash that employees have to handle! I’m a server and I don’t always have time to drop my money in the bank after work, your employees are pleasant but your policies are stupid guess I’m going back to meijers 😡

2021-12-04I ordered a PlayStation 5 online to be picked up from this store. The purchase was confirmed, payment made, confirmation # given with an expected pickup time. After contacting the store about the pickup they advised they were no longer in stock. After speaking with several different employees in customer service, nothing could be done and employees just play dumb. Every retailer knew what to expect and every console is scanned and tracked and attached to an order number. Supervisors have been unprofessional and it seems the store has no accountability for something that should have already been in order.
