I love Target. You can find unique items. The store is always clean and very organized. The employees always make a person feel welcomed and offer to help.
Decent size store with almost everything you need. I went there to shop baby products and had a great deal compared to other stores and online competitors. They have a very good selection of baby products in different categories. The only place I found vitamin D3 drops for babies among other stores. This store has a CVS pharmacy, photo center. They had best iPad deals period. Thanksgiving and Christmas times are great for shopping due to their awesome deals. The baby registry online is a very useful part of the web shopping experience where family and friends can purchase and contribute. The staff at the counters were quick, helpful. There is a pizza shop and Starbucks inside the store. Rest rooms are clean. Plenty of parking.
I really havent had a bad experience here at this location. I realize that everyone is short staffed and with was has been happening with the pandemic- things are really strained. The last time I was in I was able to resolve an overcharge on a frame I had bought for a poster that I have. It was easily fixed- but I could sense a lot of tension in this location. And also customer service was average.
Called the Parma Ohio store worst service I have ever experienced asked if they had and item in stock lady asked for the number and before I even got to say it, she said yea we don’t have those in stock and hung up, no bye no nothing electronics dept was extremely rude also. I will never go to Parma store as long as I live
Great value on some items. Average food selections. Good place to shop in general. Not much crowding which is fantastic!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in there and bought some dog stuff and tried to buy 3 anola lizards. The cashier Taylor, wouldnt sell them to me and told me she told me that a couple of days ago when I tried to buy them. I told her I havent been in there in years. But still she insisted that I was someone else. I feel I have been stereotyped, profiled and embarrassed by your company. Just because someone else did something wrong dont discriminate against other people. Review your security footage Im sure youll see Im not this other person. When I left the Manager told her to sell them to me and she still wouldnt saying they are not for sale. I hope this review gets to the corporate office.
The reason for the three stars is there was a bit of a price discrepancy it was rectified but still if youre not paying attention you could be overcharged for an item that youre purchasing as many of us do while were multitasking at a register
This store was clean, well stocked ( employees stocking during my time in the store) employees were pleasant and dressed appropriately (no sagging pants (males) no breast on display (females). I appreciate the professionalism of the employees and the very reasonable prices while I was there. Thank you TARGET

2021-12-19I parked right next to the drive up with blinker on as the target app told me to do since there was NO spot available for me to park and wait. The incompetent employee decided NOT to give my ONE item because I did not park in the allocated spot? This is NOT the first time I had bad experience with this target.

2021-12-12Huge store with groceries, clothes, toys, electronics, TVs, linens, bath products, baby items & baby furniture, cleaning products, Starbucks Cafe & pizza hut. The toy department is big. You can get almost anything there and prices are low. Staff are polite. They have plenty of cash registers, so the check out usually does not take that long. The aisles are wide so multiple people can be in an aisle at the same time and not feel crowded.

2022-05-16Love the store. It’s in a very nice location. Always had good experience here. But it would be great if you added a bike lock up area. Me and my friends always ride our bikes to stores and need a place to lock up.

2022-04-09I always go to Target instead of other local stores because I only want the best, and Target is the place to get it! The store is always kept clean and the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend shopping here.

2022-06-16Terrible customer service experience with Brittany in the electronics kiosk to check out. I was buying 2 Lego sets while shopping for them I saw the kiosk in electronics ring someone out, after I selected the $350 in legos I was buying, I walked over to electronics and rang the bell as no one was at the area, the worker Brittany walked over with an annoyed look, I asked if I could check out real quick for the 2 Lego sets I had, she said no and that it’s only for electronics, so I mentioned other guests were rang out there while I was shopping for legos, she informed me that if I wanted to check out there I needed to buy an electronic, I’ve checked out there many times prior, so I said if I go buy something in electronics can I check out here, rudely she said I guess???… she informed me I could check out in the front, when I came in there were 2-3 lanes open and just self check out, the items I had were secured with spider wire. So I explained there was a long line and she just kinda grunted at me like I was disturbing her. So I go walk back up front but before doing so I came back and asked for her name, she spoke up loudly and said her name and was like have a good night in a really rude tone. So as I’m walking upfront I see her speed walking past and go up to self check out while we get in line, she keeps looking over in our direction leaning over whispering to her co worker at self check out, so she finishes talking to her and then speed walks to customer service, I’m assuming to let them know I was unhappy. But either way it was rude to do that, I just asked for her name, no reason for her to leave the area and travel thru the store trying to make a big deal about her rudeness and poor customer service, so I get to self check out and the lady who she was speaking to was super awesome, very friendly and helpful, maybe Brittany should take some pointers from her on customer service. I explained what happened at electronics and the associate at self check out apologized and said sorry that shouldn’t have happened and apologized for Brittany being rude. The self check out associate was helpful and friendly. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time, no reason for Brittany to be rude like that. If she doesn’t like dealing with customers and retail situations she should find something different to do. I come to target often, usually to buy legos and other impulse items. It’s unacceptable for anyone to treat the customer poorly, specially when I was pleasant and friendly the entire time.

2022-06-11Do not buy cell phones at target! They mess everything up and take several hours to set up a phone the wrong way!! I had to bring it home and erase it and redo it and then the lady didn’t even allow me to pick my own phone plan. It took 3 hours for them to mess up so much I had to return a phone they messed up and then buy another one that they messed up again!! They are not trained at all!! I bought a iPhone and she gave me a plan for a basic phone. There is a smartphone plan that is made for the phone I bought.NEVER AGAIN. They didn’t even know how to put the SIM card in!! Neither did she ask me weather or not I wanted her to set it up. Which by the time she’s doing it.. I couldn’t even say anything. Too much talk and not enough listening.

2022-06-25The employees here are overworked in the dressing room area. The clothes were piled up so high and only two employees were there to help. I felt bad for them and they did mention how the clothes were overworked. Please hire more employees because that’s too much for one person to do in one shift.

2020-02-18Actually disappointed in this location. I rarely get to go to target and was super excited to get inside and see great deals on end caps with red stickers (L👀K!) and clearance rack items. Instead I found there was very very VERY little markdowns. Bummer. Also, I wasn’t even tempted to overspend, which has never happened in the history of me visiting “targét”It was also sadly full of disgruntled shoppers. But, in there defense, I found myself feeling the same way. Such a strange experience 🤷🏻♀️I won’t be itching to go to target anytime soon, so the hubs is happy about that.The only thing I purchased was 2 power packs and some method window cleaner.Not. Fun. At. All.
