I have never had any issues here, I enjoy shopping their clearance & their book section.
I used Shipt to order groceries yesterday (03/02/22). One of my items I ordered expired in October 2021. Really?
Love love love!!! So I use the drive up app the most now a days. I absolutely love this and I hope they never get rid of it. Yes with the pandemic it is 100% helpful but having young kids and needed to just run in real quick- this has been a HUGE game changer! It’s always quick and easy. Love it!
Ordered a coffee maker, due on the 1st. after the 3rd check and for 3 days sat at one spot. First target gave me a 5$ gift card for inconvenience. Then after 2 more days it sitting They said lost in transit and gave me a refund in a egift card for cost amount that was left along with 5$egift card that they already gave for total purchase. Asked why not just resend item they stated never had at store. So that made the refund made $5 egift card void for my inconvenience. I wanted money refunded to credit card that was used and not a egift card. I hardly shop target they just happen to have the product. Plus I paid for shipping so Im still out of cost for shipping due they paid me for item cost only.
Never have an issue here. Store is clean and staff is attentive. Parking is always a nightmare.
Cashier Nate was extraordinary today around 0830 am. He was very kind and polite and carried on an entire conversation with my very chatty son. He went beyond what he was required to interact with us and my child just kept mentioning hiw nice he was all the way back to the car. Thank you, sir.
Target is so great. I cannot believe how good customer service is for such a large company. The items they carry are stylish and fun, and the store is always clean. I absolutely love their drive up service and use it several times a week due to the fact that going in a store with two young children is difficult.

Placed order easily online, paid went to pick up at store. While standing in line an employee asked if anyone had online pick-ups, I raised my hand, he went and got it and I was out of there. Bypassed the whole waiting inline! Great idea Target!
That Target store is clean, well-stocked and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous.
It was an easy and fast process from order to pick up. The honored the 6 ft distancing the whole time and even while scanning my phone. I will be using their services again and will be shopping there once this is all over. Well done Target. From order to pick up was same day and under 4 hours!!!!
Target management still has meetings on the sales floor blocking isles and merchandise from customer access. Always use the price checker here before purchase. Sometimes items are not placed correctly.
Target makes my heart happy. Im on immuno-suppressants, so my family is more quarantined than most right now - we only leave for medical appointments that cant be done virtually. Sometimes I want to make something or actually need something (last week it was Pedialyte, and Target SAVED THE DAY), and Walmart or grocery pickup is the next day at the earliest. This Target has always had it ready within 2 hours, even two days before Christmas. The drive-up workers are so, so nice, and it is more no-contact than other pick-up services in the area. Looking forward to a future where I can go into the store again.
I received a 10% anniversary coupon this week for one time use. I went in and spent over $200 and they only discounted about $4. Turns out the mini print listed many many items not good for 10% off. Really small print, deceiving...............at best. I went for the discount not the con.
There was this beautiful person assisting me in cosmetics tonight. I was literally there solely to get vegetables and almond milk. As always I got side tracked looking at blush. Anyway the skin, the smile and hair on this human, I was like better get my game together when Im at work. Plus, the service was great. So nice to talk makeup, and body products with someone who gets it. Great job!!
The drive up pick up is super helpful for an incoming college freshman that forgot a trashcan, a fitted Twin XL bed sheet, and a Brita water pitcher which Walmart didnt even have. I had to scour Walmart just to find out they didnt have them, so when I saw Targets car pick-up I was like Yes PLEASE!
Came shopping for our Childrens Christmas party and we bought for close to 130 kids. They had a dedicated checkout line and we dealt with the store manager a couple of weeks before so they knew we where coming. They where friendly and great with there service. We got there at 8am and we were out within an hour.
In a new Target customer and I love it. I love the wide aisles,the lovely merchandise in all dept. and most if all the staff cross the board are great-friendly and so willing to help. And oh yes. They actually have more than one check out line. Its definitely my big box choice now!!!!!
I have always liked target. They have a great selection and I like their children, men and womens clothing. They also have a great organic selection. I do not like all the construction at this location, their online order to store process needs changed. I always have to wait at least 10 minutes for my order to make its way to the front. So I wait in line then I have to wait for my order.This target is in a busy plaza and area. Its always clean and the staff is friendly.
The team members are extremely helpful. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for (they had to go to the storeroom to get it, and even brought a few options) and checkout was fast and friendly.
The merchandise and prices are good, but the stores condition is only fair.First, the floor throughout the store is dirty.Second, the aisles are cluttered with stock. I was unable to go directly from cleaning supplies to cookware because of the oversized displays of Tide blocking the main aisle.Third, restock carts and pallets are left in aisles, which also block customer access to merchandise.I shop at Target at least weekly, but enjoy the experience less than before.
Danielle the Manager On Duty North Canton, Ohio has implemented a policy her self that even if some one is traveling from a far distance nothing will be held. I have shopped at multiple targets and everyone was extremely nice but Danielle is terrible. If they don’t correct her attitude and make it customer first, this store will close. I am shocked to find such a piece of work and that it was not caught by the district manager. With everything going on in the world you would think people would like to help but Danielle was admit that she alone implemented this rule when I questioned why other stores will hold items for 1 hour. I hope someone can teach her how to act.
Efficient and fast checkout, no matter how busy. I usually am using coupons, cartwheel and gift cards and the cashiers process them without fuss, and they also know HOW to process each discount, a very good thing.They have ample stock of sale items and the store is a modern up to date since renovating a few years ago. Their food section is one I often shop.
Love Target! Most of all I loved that this was the only public restroom Ive ever been in with warm water to wash my hands! All 3 of my friends and I commented on it as we walked out to shop. Thanks! :) Very pleasant.

Inside and Curbside experience is rough. Very busy location and the staff always seems new or poorly trained.Multiple orders were messed up (items ordered were damaged and/or missing) and the target associates I interacted with for resolution do not seem to be adequately trained or they just don’t care. Green location executes everything much smoother. Perhaps due to better hiring practices and training of their team? I will drive out of my way to go to Green.
Never had a problem with this store until this past week. Every worker I ran into had an attitude. My fiancé had a concern about the overstock on the top shelf of the sales floor being to high only 2 feet from the ceiling and the pile was tilting if someone would have hit that shelf just right it would all come crashing down. When we tried to bring it to someone’s attention she snapped at us. Then we got to the check outs and something rang up more than it should have so when we said something to the cashier she huffed and puffed and said it’s not a big deal it’s only a $3 dollar difference. She was upset that we wanted it taken off. I mean $3 extra dollars that we didn’t plan to spend on that item could be going some where else. I am taking a break from shopping there it’s terrible! Definitely need to improve on the employees attitudes towards customers!
Clean and pleasant shopping environment, but stocked items seemed low for a Tuesday morning. No employees offered assistance unless approached, only two checkouts were open while two other employees encouraged people to go to self check-out. Cashier was friendly and working hard.
Stopped in at this Target tonight, it was horrible. The store was messy and understaffed. As we were walking one employee came up with a cart full of stuff almost running us over, we moved out of the way. No excuse, thank you, nothing just a disgusted look. Check outs were were backed up and even self check was backed up.
Always check your receipt! In my experience whenever inaccurate its always in their favor bc cartwheel offers magically dont show up. Plus, theyre usually out of 20% of what was on my list. They also screw up my drive up order at least half the time. This is the worst target!
Pre order was released on 11/10 i pre ordered on 9/22 and I still dont have my package its not coming today and no indication of it coming tomorrow 11/13 but yet people who didnt pre order were able to buy on 11/10 and recive it instantly.
Extremely good experience with Target this evening shopping for a replacement television. Lauren in the electronics department REALLY knew her stuff and was extremely helpful! Prices were extremely competitive and the selection was decent. We’ll be back!
Their is nowhere else in the area that has the variety of products Target has with the same quality. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I dont shop anywhere else for my household essentials.
App never works properly. Things should just be on sale or not. Clothes are cheaply made. Poor selection of quality shoes. Zero athletic shows for women right now, just cheaply made boots and flats. Couldnt find most of what we were looking for and ended up shopping elsewhere. Prices are still higher than they need to be.

Target balances price and quality. If convenience, good merchandise and services, and a casual, relaxed atmosphere are important elements for your shopping experience, come to Target. Their sole point of improvement would be some customer service representatives, but understandably, people have bad days and doing their job is difficult. I respect it, but it is the only thing that holds me back from giving my average Target run a 5 star score.
I love the large baby section at this target- HOWEVER I DO NOT LIKE that the changing table in the restroom is right in the doorway, and that any person walking by can see everything as I change my daughters diaper. This changing table needs to be moved before I will shop here again.

This target is clean and well taken care of. It has a good selection of food and clothes. The restrooms are clean and large. It also has a family restroom, Starbucks, Target Café, and Pizza Hut. The only complaint I have is that the electronics is a little lacking. Nice store though, would recommend for anything but electronics. If you want electronics, I would recommend Best Buy (The Strip) or hhgregg (The Venue at Belsen) they re both close.
I shop here all the time and have never had an unpleasant experience until today with Katie. While I was looking in the makeup aisle for one product in specific that I was having trouble finding, an associate was stocking shelves behind me and kept walking in and out of the aisle saying excuse me. After the tenth or so time, she walks past me and says excuse me and then says to her coworker less than five feet away from me, I love when people just stand in the middle of the aisle and the girl she was talking to laughed out loud. I asked her for her name and went to customer service where I was told it would be handled. Sounds like Katie loves her job at target. Where people stand in the aisles. And shop. (Its called shopping) 🙂
This place doesnt know its inventory from a hole in the ground. The employees are not on the same page when it comes to items that are being received or with various other lines of communication for that matter. Ive called four times and have gotten four different answers about a limited edition product that was sold out and was to arrive on the truck the morning of 03/04/2019. I took two of hours of personal time from work to get there right when they opened on 03/04 only to find out the merchandise was sold out AGAIN bc the truck arrived on Saturday. Four phone calls, Two trips to the store, and Lost wages to be offered a $5.00 gift certificate? What an insult to know that to them, thats all my time is worth. Never again will I shop here. Corporate is getting a call from me TODAY!
If you shop for the experience, then I highly recommend Target over the blue store. Target shoppers tend to be fully dressed and children looked after. If youre a bottom dollar guy or gal, then put on your worst outfit for camoflauge and head to the blue store. I like Target because its calm and clean. There are several registers open for check out, unlike the blue store. Theres a nice assortment of items, and the buggies roll. Today I stopped in for some odds that I couldnt get at Sams, like my brand of cat litter and sugarfree creamer. I do wish they had a nicer shoe and plus sections.
This pharmacy is the BEST. Arielle is the kindest most caring pharmacist I’ve ever met. Her service is second to none.The store is pretty ok as well.
I just bought Threshold flannel king sheets. Steve helped me he was so nice. He actually opened them up so I could see the fitted sheet. Wanting to make sure that it had elestic all around it. I also needed very deep pockets. The first kind we looked at didnt have either option. Steve was very helpful in this departement.
Heard fitting room attendees talking about spraying something and how they even sprayed their hair when they went home. Thought nothing of it. went into fitting room and filled with ants? bugs of some sort in corner that I did not notice until undressed. Now I cant stop feeling like something is on me. Told manager who just apologized and gave an oh well tone. Never again to this North Canton Target!
They have 12 or more registers everytime no matter afternoon or evening only have 2 open. They are super slow, push the self check out on you w always having registers closed until the lines get so backed up. I went last night no baby water. Your prices are 3x higher than giant eagle and walmart. Will never shop at the belden village target again.
1st visit and floor person was rude she walked away while telling me where a product was and then the product isn’t available after I get to where she directed me only display... will not return only difference between this place and Walmart is the isles are bigger

There are always carts blocking the aisles with merchandise that needs to be stocked. The employees are rude. There are usually only two registers opened even when the lines extend into the childrens clothes section. Products are typically misplaced on the wrong hooks with the wrong prices. They will not honor the price even when there are 6 of the same thing on the wrong hook. Save your time and go to the Massillon Target.

Rude Starbucks employees, ordered a Pepperment Mocha Frappe Wednesday night around 8 pm . Got a Pepperment Mocha hot instead.... told the employee it was wrong gave me an attitude and made it a big deal.. other employee walked by my fiancé and I , and said didnt you know a Pepperment Mocha was the same thing as a frappicino when I specifically said when ordering FRAPPICINO! Rude. My boyfriend asked if we could keep the hot since he touched the lid they snatched it back quick and dumped it out.. waisting number one , number two horrible customer service.
The prices can be outrageous for many if not the majority of everything in the store. How ever its clean, orderly, and the wandering staff are useful. They are quick to awnser questions.

I use the electric shopping carts and the one I used today had front bumper wheels that stick out a good six inches farther than any other cart Ive ever used, causing me to run into six different display racks - very frustrating trip!

2022-04-26Very frustrating experience! Tried getting some Easter/Spring items delivered to my parents in another state. I had to change what I wanted to buy as certain items in my order had an order minimum just to ship! I was willing to pay for shipping, but nope not happening unless I buy $35 worth of stuff just for one item. I didn’t need $35 worth of items and I’m sorry but I couldn’t even really find $35 worth of Easter/Spring items that either could all be shipped or were in stock, etc. When I almost gave in and added more items to my cart I was $3 short in order to just ship that one item! THEN…I figure out that maybe I can just have my mom pick up at her local Target as she does shop at Target. Oh no! I had to change the items I wanted again as certain items couldn’t be picked up at her local store as they were unavailable. Tried to have the items shipped from another store and one of the items I wanted couldn’t do that. Very frustrating experience. I ended up placing the order and buying stuff from Walmart for my other parent and just having it shipped to them. When I realized the stuff I got from Walmart my mom would like better I ended up sending her the same items I got for my dad. Ended up returning part of the Target order anyway after all that back and forth I did! I should’ve just stuck with Walmart as I usually do!

2022-06-06Very fast and, the Target Rep was already there and, I was on my way in less than a few seconds!! Yesterday, I ordered again, and my order was ready faster than expected! My only disappointment is that they no longer have drive through lanes, but individual spots now for curbside service. I used the service again yesterday and it was fantastic! They were out in seconds!

2021-04-20I have had the best customer service the past few days at this location! I’ve been in for different items and each time the I’ve gotten a 5 star customer service.Update: I was at this location on Thursday and observed this young man named Nate, working in customer service area giving wonderful service to another customer. He was so personable and cheerful like you could tell he really enjoyed doing his job. Once it was my turn to pick up my curbside purchase, Nate didn’t miss beat he was still cheerful and had that same infectious attitude which was nice because I was having a bad day and it actually put me in a better mood instantly. Its kinda hard to stay down and dreary when you’re around someone who being upbeat and positive as this gentlemen was!

2019-02-12Very nice store for shopping right from clothes to grocery to stationary to house stuff... They have good collection of cosmetics. Better then Walmart. Definitely in top 3 places for shopping in North Canton. The staff also helpful . They place is well maintained and kept clean.

2022-03-15All target is, an overpriced Walmart. I am infuriated that they charge me for two days shipping when I ordered something on Thursday and the estimated delivery is the following Thursday. even if I don’t count the weekend that’s still a lot longer than two days that they charged me for.😡

Same store different location..However, I can only give 2/5 stars because we were there shopping last fri(10/27) and none of the restrooms had any toilet paper in them. I’m not sure how three restrooms can be totally out of TP but they were. We had to leave the store without buying anything. When you gotta go you gotta go.

2021-09-28The team members were great I went in around 9:20 9:30 ish to find a dress to make my daughters costume .Ive havent been to a target in so long every single person that helped me was incredible. I encounter 4 great people one lady was in the girls department .2 were in customer service the guy was new and another lady came and helped him and them when I went to check out there was another new team member whos personality was outta this world. I really wish I would have got their names cause I felt like family from start to finish

2022-01-07If you shop here be sure to use the ubiquitous price check machines that are located throughout the store. They are there for a reason. At more than one time I purchased items in the frozen foods section that came up quite a bit higher at checkout.
