The store is clean, the employees are nice an also helpful. However, the store needs more items in stock... I believe the lack of items on shelves is due to shipments delaying for weeks. This is still a good store and would definitely recommend anyone to check them out either way.
I prefer this place over Walmart, there’s CVS pharmacy and a Starbucks inside.

I received every item I needed but one. My groceries are actually cheaper than aldis with a wider variety. Its close to me and Im not having to drive to four different locations to get what I need. I hate grocery shopping and I get anxiety from it. But target has made shopping actually easy and I dont get anxiety.
I prefer to go here over Walmart any day. The prices are great, I love having Starbucks inside the store. I shop here for all my baby needs. The app is very helpful and you can earn rewards and check their store offers.
This is the 2nd time we have ordered online and did a pickup and some of our items were canceled due to it not being available. But when we went into the store the shelf was stocked with our requested item. Not sure whats going on with the staff but this is unacceptable.
Aswome store and the merchandise but the staff at checkout wasnt right I was in line one day with my lover and he was buying pink Moscato and he had to show his Id to the cashier well when she rang up the pink Moscato and the id given to her she looked at the id and then back at my man as if she was confused. I didnt like that at all then she said is this real or fake and he said real. After a while she said that she was going to get someone else to verify that it isnt fake. To me I dont know if it was her job to do that or not but that wasnt right. I will never come back to get pink Moscato with my love at this store unless I have to and I also feel that she assumed he had a fake id because of his skin. I also didnt like that she was totally mean to my lover the whole time we was at the checkout.
I’ve always loved this Target but after today-not so much. The lady who rang me out (Evelyn) totally embarrassed me in front of the other customers. I had my service dog with me in one hand, and a heavy basket in the other-along with being 7 months pregnant. I was standing where I was supposed to stand to wait my turn and the lady in front of me was finishing up so I reached to set my basket on the register. Being pregnant and holding a heavy basket isn’t fun. She then proceeded to yell out at me to back up because my dog was scaring the other customers. My well trained service dog who was literally just standing right next to me not making a peep. Also- No one had even said a word to her. I had no idea why she felt the need to do that-but it was humiliating.
My new favorite store! Maureen at the pick up desk at the Cuyahoga Falls, OH store definitely makes this Target and the world a better place! She has the best attitude! She is the best!
Good Target for the area. Clean and has friendly employees. Usually can find great deals. On my most recent trip, I bought a board game that on Targets website was 8 dollars cheaper. I showed the webpage to the cashier and she instantly changed the price to match Targets website. No issues at all! One of my favorite Targets to go to.
The store is clean and neat but some of the employees and manager Hannah is very rude and inconsiderate to customers needing assistance. Customer service training is in great need at this Target location.
I love shopping at target from the time I get there to the time I leave. The store is organized and has a clean environment. I can locate items easily and the quality of product has always been good.
This is my favorite Target. The employees are great and always quick to help, whether at the checkouts or throughout the store. The store is clean and always well stocked. The Starbucks baristas are so friendly and I love chatting with them before beginning my wandering.
Your target members in Cuyahoga Falls by the nicest people Ive ever met in retail. I would also like to add that I feel safe shopping in Target because all the employees wear masks, and Ive never seen a shopper without one.
The product selection just keeps getting better and more surprising. All variety of price points, great food selections and just a pleasure! I always end up buying much more than I expected - which I am sure Target loves!
The item I ordered was ready as promised. But the very best part was being able to pick up the order at the front of the store. So many retailers have the product pick all the way in the back, and for me there are days that I just dont have that many steps in me. In addition, every employee I spoke to greeted me with a smile. In a long day to frustration it was especially welcome.
The pickup itself was fine though not exactly fast. However, my $200 dollar item was clearly a returned used item. As a matter of fact there was personal information from the previous owner left on the device. Im still debating if I should simply return it because it does work as expected and nothing appears to missing/wrong with the item. However, Im not overly happy that I paid full price for an open boxed item and wish I would have noticed it prior to getting home.
I bought Coleman rechargeable electric lantern priced @$59 each…. Same day I went to Walmart and saw exactly same product priced @ $34.99 😢 and $19.83 on Amazon ..will never go there

Typical Target! Great place to but toys and supplies. Really helpful staff, the staff who work at the registers are usually very enthusiastic and nice. Very wide selection of toys and supplies whether it be school or home! Wish they had a wider variety of candy though
Walked into the store and began browsing at things i was potentially going to buy and was immediately followed and stared down throughout the store by two employees. went to the manager and made them aware of the situation and continued browsing. same thing happens, i return to the same aisles as before and was followed and stared at again. i confronted them asking why they were following me, and all they said was “i don’t know, YOU tell ME. i’m just doing my job.” it made me extremely uncomfortable and anxious, and it’s not like i could’ve stolen anything, i had JUST walked into the store. in summary, i left the store in tears without buying anything i came there for. i do not recommend this place :-(

Saturday mid morning packed, over 15 people waiting to check out with more lining up and only 3 self checkout lines are open and 3 full service lines open. It’s unreasonable.
The staff is great and i am always surprised at the products that are in stock. I got a higher end TV for 100 cheaper than best buy next door, picked up some beer on the way out..can you beat that??..Dont think so!
Worst customer service ive ever experienced throughout the whole store. The workers dont seem like they care whatsoever to help you. theres been numerous occasions where ive been very polite asking for help and theyve been extremely rude. I even had a worker come to the spot i needed help at and proceeded to say absolutely nothing to me until halfway helping me. Ive worked at a target before and the way the managers runs this one is honestly embarrassing and makes me not want to go to this one anymore.
I ordered and payed online and picked up my item a couple of hours later. It was quick and easy. While I was there I picked up a few more items. The girl who checked me out was very courteous and helpful.
I have always have a great experience at this Target location. They always have what I am looking for in stock. Two days before Christmas 2015, I ordered a TV for a Christmas gift online from Target as other stores in the area did not have any available until after the first of the year. I placed my order online to pick up in-store, it said it was in stock, received an e-mail within 10 minutes stating that the order was ready to be picked up. Printed the e-mail, as it said to do, took it with me, I went there, only live 5 minutes away, went right to the customer service desk, handed them the e-mail and it was waiting! Two days before Christmas? Such a busy time of year but they were on the ball! In and out within 5 minutes tops! Excellent customer service, always has very nice, friendly and courteous cashiers & excellent ordering online! Will continue to shop there above all other stores.
The customer service at this Target is seriously lacking. I have had a pretty poor experience with the kids working at the electronic counter. My partner has a rough experience with a woman at the service desk. I will say they haves nice clothes and shoes selection which I LOVE. Just very inadequate customer service.

Friendly service every time. I can typically find what I need quickly. Having a red card also helps since we save 5% every time. I do feel like there are way less discounts on the app than there used to be though

Every employee I met was super helpful, patient and smiling, which was amazing because the store was packed full of ill mannered grumpy xmas shoppers. The line for checkout was LONG yet moved so fast you barely waited more than 5 min.
Website said it had a product that wasnt in stock and I made a special trip just to be disappointed. When I got there, waited half an hour for the mobile phone guy to muddle through with a customer before he even acknowledged my presence. There were 2 other guys working electronics but neither of them could answer a simple question about availability. What a waste!I went to Best Buy! Sometimes cheap isnt worth it.Im always disappointed at this Target
Target app made shopping so easy. I was able to pick up items conveniently from two stores. My first choice was out of a product and Target was able to provide another store that carried the product.
I used to love this Target when my kids were growing up but now it just looks like it needs a good cleaning...long lines and no help to be found out on the floor. The bathrooms are atrocious - this is pretty standard at all Targets now. As bad as Walmart bathrooms!
The way target handled the ps5 launch made you lose a lifelong customer, doing online only gives them all to the scalpers and not the customers online. Citing COVID for the reason online only is bs, everything else is sold in store as well. Just release them, people wanna wait outside, let them, masks and 6 ft apart will do
I went because clothes since cartwheel let me know it was 20% off. I really just needed a pair of shoes but everything was on sale and my vegetarian meat substitutes were on sale. I like to come in, get starbucks, and casually walk around for an hour. Sometimes I only spend $20. Sometimes it’s $200. When I get starbucks, I made sure to get a refill on the way out. I see these employees more than I see my own parents.
On this day, I went to target looking for snacks... but ended up finding the snack of my life....but anyway, i needed help and this fine, young gentleman by the name of Donavan Wray, helped me get every single thing I was looking for on my list. He went above and beyond and is so knowledgeable. He deserves every target award and accolade. He’s the best!
They are stocked and clean. I love that they clean the credit card machine after each guest! They are always more than willing to help you find the products you need.
The promotion signs are inaccurate. I did not get my $5 gift card nor the $10 gift card though I bought the right amount of items and spent the correct amount.
I waited at guest services for about 15 minutes without anyone greeting or acknowledging me. After 4 other guests continue to walk in front of me and get help, I tell an employee that I have a return. She points to the back side of the store and said “the line starts down there, you need to go around and get in line.” At which I responded that I would like to drop off the item I’m returning so that I could go make another purchase and no one would think I’ve shop lifted the item I was returning. She took the item and set it behind the counter. I told her and another team member at guest services about my experience and that I had been standing there waiting for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or giving me any direction as to where to stand in line (the line you can’t see because it’s behind a wall). Very disappointed and dissatisfied in my experience. The only high point to my visit was the team member who helped me at the end - she was friendly and kind even though you could tell it had been hectic.
No cash registers open on a Saturday morning at 9.32 am but the self check outs. I do not do the self check outs because they mess up all the time then you have to wait for someone to come clear it. Need to open cash registers with real people.
Possibly the best Target Ive been to. All the employees are friendly and the store is always clean and well maintained. I only wish I could get a cart without a noisy wheel once in a while.

Your average Target. Only thing that sucks is the fact that you cant find kids school uniforms anytime but at back-to-school time they need Replacements kids grow especially after Christmas break kids have to have uniforms. they usually grow about a half a size every every 6 months so they go up in the size of clothes every year. Sometimes its even more than that especially if you have preteens. a lot of times the clothes that fit them in the beginning of the school year may not fit them halfway through the School year but obviously Target doesnt feel that way.
No lanes open at 7 pm on a weeknight, only self checkouts. Always sold out of cheaper target brand options in the food section. If I wanted such a bad experience I would have gone to Walmart.
I came into the store around 11am Sunday 11/25/18. There were pallets of trash and merchandise (boxes) all over the store. Specifically in the back near the Christmas stuff. Blocking walls, blocking the on sale lights, blocking aisles. I at one point had to walk over a pallet to get past. There were a few associates in the area, none of which acknowledged my existence or apologized for the mess, anything like that. I believe they even saw me take a time stamped picture to tweet out about how poor this visit was going, yet again.

I could walk around target all day looking at things plus get groceries! Mostly just a lot of cute stuff for living spaces though.
Staff are not so friendly, they only had one person doing the running around and sort of helping customers, while there were literally five people just standing at guests services and minding their own business. They’re super lazy when it comes to helping the customers.
Always seems to be pretty clean in here. Prices are generally good. Wish their grocery section was a bit larger, but it typically meets much of my shopping needs.
The entire process went so smoothly. No wait time, I had just parked clicked the arrived button and out came my purchase. Amazing!

Always friendly, and when the checkouts start getting busy they call for more help unlike Walmart you might see only a couple of checkouts open no matter if its busy. Always have a pleasant experience.
Just left this store about an hour ago. There were only two cashier lanes open. One lane I was 6th person back the other i was 7th back! The self checkout also had a long line. Scheduling manager planned poorly for this weekend.
Its always clean and easy to shop in Target, and everyone was friendly. They usually have awesome clearance deals too, which really matters to me at least.
A million workers standing in the aisles, at customer service and talking to each other with only 1 register open. 4 people were waiting in line. Self check was completely open because NO ONE LIKES SELF CHECKOUT! Stop cheaping out!
Great backwards Target. Typical Target chain, on the expensive side. Always a good cheap discounted holiday department, but on the expensive side anywhere else. Good selection of most grocery items, but definitely unique.

If you get tired of shopping at Walmart you can always go to the target store it has just about the same thing as Walmart has it just doesnt have the crowd but they have good stuff I find it to be easy and convenient and they have good sales to check out Target for all your shopping needs and food needs its a great place to go less on the hassle with a bunch of people in one place when target has the same thing as any other department store out there has..

This Target store has the largest and most well stocked selection of Juniors clothes compared to others Targets in the area. Also love that it has a grocery section!

2022-06-01Changing areas were messy and clothing section in general didn’t have a good selection. Shelves were not well stocked and store looked run-down. I miss when Target looked more classy instead of trying too hard to be everything to everyone. The results is not doing anything well. Better to focus on what they did well to begin with.

2022-04-13A bigger Target store than the one locates near us. Carrying more options. Items might be misplaced though. Very crowded and busy in the weekend. Check-out lines are incredibly long. The last time when we went there, we had to immediately leave when we saw how crazy the long checkout lines were.

She was super professional and friendly and took extra time to talk to my kids (mostly talked to me because my kids are shy) about the FNAF blind bag purchase and it was just extra kind and I really appreciate extra kindness 🙂 We need more people like Sera in the world!

2022-04-22The biggest issue I have with this location is that the employees on the floor seem to do everything they can to ignore customers. Very rarely do they even say hi, let alone offer help.

2021-10-08I love funko target exclusives, there is a wide wide variety of products, and your customer service is phenomenal. 2021-12-07As a former employee the way this specific target runs itself is appalling. I quit and am now in a happy stable career but I will never support this location. My ex employees and current friends still talk about how terrible it is. Very corrupt management everyone is quitting. Oh and please double check your food before you buy it a very large portion of it is usually expired or very moldy.

2021-06-10I ordered items in the Target app for drive up pickup. It was such an easy and quick process. I had my order delivered, contactless, within 3 minutes of checking in and they were loaded into the trunk. While I love shopping in the store, having this option is a game changer with children and when you don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to shopping. The Target employee was kind and efficient. I’ll shop here again!
