The one is West Carrollton is awful the lobby is always closed and the drive thru is terrible the workers pretend they dont know you are sitting there I had to call and tell them I had been waiting I the drive thru for 15 mins with cars in front of me and behind me. Nine care in total
WARNING! I strongly suggest that you do not go to this Taco Bell. The staff here are too busy goofing off and using their phones to provide good service. I ordered on the app and chose to pick my order up in the drive-thru. When I arrived at the window, I was asked to pull around to the front of the building and wait for my order there since they were making “fresh potatoes”. I waited at least 15 minutes before someone came out with my food. I believe that I was forgotten because the food was lukewarm. I’m guessing that my order was sitting around on their counter for quite a while before someone ran it out to me. Also, 2 of my three items were made incorrectly. When I went inside to get my order corrected, I saw 5-6 employees and most of them were laughing and joking with each other using colorful language and on their phones. The staff here could not care less about the customer. Oh and those “fresh potatoes” I waited for…they were definitely not fresh. They were not hot and were actually crunchy like a crouton. This was an awful experience and I will avoid this Taco Bell in the future.
Oh Taco Bell how do you always mess it up.Me: Places order.Employee: Would you like any sauce?Me: Why yes fire please thanks for asking.Me: Looks in bag to see no sauce but the 2 quesadillas... fine its okOrdered 2 things chicken quesadilla and steak quesadilla. Get home to take a bite into quesadilla number 1. Great. 2nd 3rd and 4th piece absolutely no meat. What ever normal fast food. The chicken quesadilla. First piece no meat. Second piece no meat. 3rd piece no meat. Ok here its is the big finish.... 4th piece... no meat. How do you screw that up. How baked were you to forget the meat?
I used to go to the one in the Dayton Mall until they started getting bad by the Dayton Mall then I start going to the one in West Carrollton they were good and they had great people until they start getting new ones and they dont do s*** my burrito is bad I asked for a Box Meal they put it into a bag and destroyed almost all of my food most of my food actually was more lettuce than meat I called the manager and I know the manager there and said oh no Im the manager and actually was rude saying oh yeah the one girl assume that you were going to call yeah I would call because youre not doing your job right youre hiring people that only do lazy work or half of the work thanks never going there again unless someone reads this and tells me otherwise.
Check your food before you pull away from the window. Went last night took my food home get there and it was all wrong. Called them and the person who answered the phone said you can come back and get it if you like. I told him I’m at home now told him I’d rather just come tomorrow he said that fine. So go tonight and they did the same thing they did last night.
Worst taco bell Ive ever been to. Along with us asking for a refund, many other people did too...... why? Because it takes upwards a half hour to receive your order!!! Drive thru is around the building and slower than snails. The bathrooms were not horrible but they stunk with a non clean odor. Try another taco bell... this one doesnt seem to have management that cares5 months after the review above.... thought I would try again... NOPE!!! the food seemed good while eating it... about 15 /20 minutes after eating I started to feel achy and horrible... abdomen started killing me and knotting up. Never again will I go to this taco bell.... funny how as about 2 hours went by I started feeling like normal.
OMG... Just horrible. I ordered 3 burrito supremes, 2 crunchy and 2 soft taco supremes, 1 chili cheese burrito. None of the items were properly wrapped, and were rolling around in the bag. Very unsanitary, and barely left anything worth eating. Every bit of beef was overly salted. The chili cheese burrito was more like a salty paste than chili. Gross. The employees were more concerned with joking around and playing than the orders or long lines. Im all for an enjoyable work environment, but this was next level. Quite the disappointment, considering the cost of a meal these days. It was nothing short of disgusting. I cannot state enough how bad the service, product, and sanitation of this occurrence was.
I just cane from the one down in west Carrollton I order the 2 crispy tender tacos and both of my chicken tenders are hard as rocks im not coming back out because its 2 in the morning imma come get my money back I dont want no new ones because this shouldnt never had happened
Overall, staff is always polite. Sometimes slow. With the exception of most recent visit I’ve always been satisfied. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately, most recent visit, cashier failed math horribly, and order wasn’t even close. Went inside to get order corrected. They messed it up again. Honestly don’t know how this location makes a profit but gosh dang it they are friendly every single time. Most visits are 3 or 4 star. Most recent was 2 at best. Keep trying, you guys are really close
I understand being short handed and taking longer but I stressed No Bean & Extra Meat. I sat at the window for 23 minutes for 2 Nacho Bell Grandes that was wrong. They had No Meat at all but had lots of beans. If the young lady would put her cell phone away and help her team, she might get the orders correct.
I was very upset. I ordered more meat on my chips. When the gave them to me I looked at them and there wasnt enough meat on them. I talked to the man that was preparing it and said I ordered more meat and he said he wasnt going to put more meat on them. I went ahead and took them because I had already paid for them. I think that he shouldnt work there if hes not going to satisfy customers.
If you didnt know better you would think that they didnt want to do business. They are always slow and they find new and amazing ways to mess up your order. I checked google to see what time they close and it said 3 am. I rolled up at 11:55 pm and they said they were down for maintenance (aka mopping) then when I asked about the car that just ordered in front of me they said they cant make food while they mop? To conclude the best part now is that I dont have to find out what they messed up in my order because I couldnt order.
Little expensive for 1 steak soft taco and regular icee/ freezie like 7 bucks. I can go to a restaurant get whole meal for 3 dallors more most 5 bucks more. And regular icee is very small. But other then that its ok. Not great just ok. Can get more 4 my money elsewhere though.
I have been very disappointed with this location the last few times. I have the taco bell app and every other location I have picked up from has been exactly what I ordered, but the West Carrollton location just cant seem to get it right! My last order included a chicken quesarito that I customized to have no rice, but when I got home it was literally nothing but rice and chicken, they left off the sour cream and cheese! It was disgusting! I will no longer go to this location even if it means driving out of my way to visit another.
If I could leave less than one star I would. We’ve always had poor customer service here, however today really takes the cake. We had a very simple order and ended up sitting in the drive-thru so long that our car died at the window waiting for our food. It was so embarrassing having to get out in front of a line full of people and push our car into a parking space. When I called the manager to tell her what had just happened, she acted like she could not care less.
Have visited this place several times and they always seem to mess up orders. They are also not very friendly. You ask them to remove one thing and double up on something else. They charge you extra for the double. That makes no sense when they took off one item. Just a suggestion for them, be more friendly with just a hello, thank you and a please come again. It will take you a long way. I wont give a one star because the food isnt bad, but the customer service really stinks. So only getting 2. They need to work on it alot. 👎👍
Crew is very nice and food is always hot but EVERY SINGLE TIME i come here I am either missing something or they’ve made something incorrectly. I dont have large orders, usually 5 or so items- and I dont make complicated switches, just requests for no beans or add onions or something. It’s just every single time.
Don’t waste your money, ordered a 12 pack and got no meat in my taco, the order was wrong, missing two items, lady at the register couldn’t remember that she didn’t give me any drinks. Tried calling for a refund but no answer. This place is the worst don’t make the same mistake I made.
I will not go to this Taco Bell again!!!! THEY DID NOT HAVE SOAP IN THE WOMEN NOR MEN RESTROOMS. THERE WAS A SIGN ON THE DOOR STATING THEY WERE OUT. THIS MAKES NO SENSE!!!! Went to West Carroltons Taco Bell since Miamisburgs has such poor service. Bad decision...order was messed up, had to go back for half our food and not even a Cinitwist for an apology. I was also behind someone else who had their order messed up and they had to argue for 5 minutes to get it right. Never again, awful place.
I have to say one thing right off the bat.this fast food establishment is,t. Anything like it was when we were growing up,it has a clean ,friendly appearance,but lacks flavor and most of all Lacks ingredients .Ive never seen a Taco designed that small and tasteless in my life,dont waste youre appetite, terrible experience..Ho-Hum
I ordered 25 dollars worth of food and when I got home to eat my food the meat was cold and it looked like somebody smashed all of my tacos and nachos in the bag...I didnt check the order before I left the window because I figured but it being such a large order someone would have triple checked my order to make sure it was correct...to top it all off I asked a for a combination of sauces and only received 6 packs total!!! My Baja blast tasted like pure sugar meaning it was almost out and nobody inside the store cared to fix the problem smh... officially the worst fast food Ive ever received
Food was Taco Bell good. Drive thru in West Carrollton cant get the order right (as least for us) 15% of the time. How hard is it to count to 10??? Called manager and she said we are all human and mistakes happen. So next time I visit I will forget to pay, because Im human, and mistakes happen.
I ordered a bean and cheese burrito. There something extra in it: beef! I haven’t eaten meat in almost a decade! It made me physically ill after only eating a bite. I tried calling the store but they ignored my phone calls over 5 times. I am livid. I order these things that specifically don’t come with meat because I feel like it’s a simple task to make a non modified menu item that is already vegetarian, but there goes years of dedication. My stomach can literally not handle meat any more and Taco Bell beef?! Omg that’s literally the worst possible thing for me. I was physically ill because of it! This is not an excusable act after all the BS I put up with from this awful awful location. They literally can’t get anything right ever.
Worse Taco Bell in the area. Called to talk to the manager and she was very ignorant with very poor leadership. I go through this drive thru weekly and they mess my order up almost everytime. It is always nachos and cheese. How hard is it to drop some nachos in a bag. I will no longer be a patron of this store.
Absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant in my entire life, the employees were so rude, absolutely down right hateful. The inside of the store was disgusting, the bathrooms were super nasty, no toilet paper or soap. I didnt even get helped or waited on, when my fiance and I walked in the lady rudely told us to order on our own using the kioask machine so we did then another guy walks in and orders, gets his food then after 5 mins of us standing there I nicely asked if anyone was going to help us, she says to the drive thru worker you go help them and he just stares at us? So I asked for a manager and got ignored, it was just absurd! So we jus left. I will never be returning here again and I dont recommend this place to anyone!
The new look is awesome. It makes the place look like a Chipotle. The best part is watching your food being made right in front of you. Same great food and service from this location with a cool make over. I have been going to this location for several years now and can always expect the same top level of customer service as always. Keep up the awesome work guys and gals!
Decent food for the price. Its not real Mexican, its taco bell. However, watching all the employees stand around and play while I waited five minutes for them to even start my meal was rather annoying. Its not like they were waiting on product or anything. Everything they needed to cook my meal was already sitting there waiting for me in the steam tables. There was one guy there who looked like a manager, but there was no one there who acted like a manager.
Do NOT eat at this location! I ate here Monday night and got sick an hour later. I realized I had gotten food poisoning. I have spent the last four days throwing up because of this place! Whoever is running this store is doing a horrendous job because the food is clearly not kept at a proper temp. I never post reviews and I never contact corporate; but in this case I did both because this is absolutely ridiculous. Again, do NOT eat at this location! No one deserves to feel the way I have been.
Went into the West Carrollton location to get food and it was a horrible experience. Ordered my food and sat down to have a conversation with the family thinking theyd call my name in a reasonable time. Roughly 15 minutes went by and nothing. Started observing the counter and drive through after drive through order went out the window. After about 5 minutes of watching this another customer who ordered after I did got their food. So I went to the counter to inquire and they very few associates who where there didnt acknowledge me. Then as I stand there a manager brings an order to another customer who ordered after I did, and didnt acknowledge someone standing there. I had to ask where my food was, it apparently took a back burner to drive through customers and dining room customers with a smaller order. After I asked I got my food a half hour after ordering. I probably will go to the Miamisburg store next time. Or just go out to the mall.
Door was locked at 1pm with customers inside of the store. Then a very rude employee came to unlock the door, and told us that is was a 20 minute wait for food. There were 3 cars in drive thru and 8-12 people sitting down inside. Literally the worst experience Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. Will drive up by the mall from now on. Screw this store.
Tried to go through Drive Thru at 1:45am. Hours posted say open until 2:30am. But the closed recording came on the speaker at the drive thru. All the lights are on and when we came around to the window we can see the chip warmer is still on with chips under it. Employee was in there dancing to music and wouldn’t look our way. When we tried to call the number listed it just rang and rang then it gave the busy signal. UNPROFESSIONAL and disappointing. We go out of our way to come to this Taco Bell because we thought it was better than the one closest to our house... now I’m not so sure. Maybe we should just write off Taco Bell all together 😒
I wish i could give Zero stars.... Drive through was a 20 minute wait for 3 cars. 10:30 on a Saturday Night (SO wasnt even crunch time) Half the order was in the bag and i shouldve been on my game and caught it but I wasnt. Drove to Germantown and wouldnt ya know it. Tried calling and got a Fax machine (Who uses a fax machine anymore?). Drove back and Lobby was closed, so had to wait another 30 minutes in Drive through. Was greeted with attitude from the start, Had to demand a Coupon for my trouble. Ive worked in the Service Industry and comparing Taco Bell loosely but come on.Just posted and read more of the reviews, Im amazed i havent gotten sick from this place. someone please shut this Store down. I really do enjoy the destroyed sign out front that has been like that for over a month. Should tell you something
Worst experience I have ever had at a taco bell. Ordered food for my daughter and I (there were 4 people in front of us I believe), and quite a few came in after us along with a guy waiting one $4 door dash order. After ordering it took almost 30 minutes to get our food! Then what i ordered wasnt correct because they ran out of tortilla shells for the mini quesadillas (not mad about that as we were given a regular size quesadilla for the mini price). Due to having to wait SO long for our food, my daughter (18 months old) was now not a happy camper so we wasnt even able to sit and eat because she was throwing an absolute fit at this point so we went on home with our food. Got home and the other quesadilla that I ordered was supposed to be chicken and it was steak. While we were at the restaurant the manager had come to the counter several times telling customers that they ran out of different items on the menu oh and it wasnt her fault. Lol. Really? You are the manager and its the dinner rush! This taco bell in particular I generally never have any issues at and definitely left today with a difference in opinions of this location.
Charged my credit card 3x. Food was awful. Cold, didnt have ingredients that should have been included on order. Missing items. Management argued cashier didnt/couldnt have ran my credit card 3x without reentering the order. Advised to call my credit card company to CHECK IF THEY MESSED UP???!!!! Not concerned with complaint at all. Never will visit or recommend this location again!
Most of the times that I visit a Taco Bell it is hit or miss. We arrived at the West Carrollton Taco Bell shortly before noon on a Wednesday and we practically had the place to ourselves. This was our first time at this location. It was clean, the staff was friendly, we had our food in under 5 minutes and the best part... everything tasted fresh! Even the burrito shells were soft and chewy, rather than stale and crunchy! I was impressed! This location should teach the others how it is done! We will be back.
Went for lunch at 1 PM on a spring Saturday only to find doors locked. People inside trying to order. Employee finally came to door and explained there was a 20 minute wait and they were no longer taking orders to catch up. How ridiculous is this for a fast food restaurant during lunch time?!
I ordered a taco party pack and asked for extra extra fire sauce at the speaker. I usually put 2 on each taco. When I pulled up to the window, I greeted the cashier, only to get the cold shoulder. I paid in cash and was again greeted with silence when I thanked her upon receiving my change. She didnt hand me a receipt either, which doesnt seem right, especially for a cash sale. It was another lady that gave me my food. I had a hunch that the first lady still didnt give me enough sauce, so I asked for more a second time. She told me the sauce was in the box already and seemed annoyed, but I insisted I needed more. I was right. Upon getting home, I found that there wasnt even enough sauce for each taco, let alone the extra that I had to practically beg for. I checked the box for a receipt to call, but there wasnt one. Total letdown by the West Carrollton Taco Bell. Situations like this make me reconsider where I buy dinner for my family.
The guy at the front counter that takes orders picks his nose and eats it right in front of you. His nails are long I assume so he can grab them out easier and more efficiently but seriously all jokes aside it’s disgusting and needs to be addressed. He’s wiping trays for customers with his booger hands and it’s gross please fix this before I have to throw this whole man in the trash can.
The nightshift crew is typically always good, I just absolutely hate because I work at the hospital and typically take my lunch after 12am. Sometimes I go and it says they are closed Ive even called ahead to see when they actually close and it always changes. Even though Im there before they close. Just very irritating because there is nothing else to eat on nightshift.
Taco Bell Just Isnt The Same Anymore And Nothing Taste Good Like It Use To. Dont Get Me Wrong They Are Very Clean At This Location But The Food It Just Tastes Like They Cook All Of It In The Same Oil And You Can Taste It. Thats terrible They Need To Really Change Their Oil For Different Food They Have To Cook For.
This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. To try and speed up the process I ordered online, asked the front counter lady to check in my order (which I’ve done before so I know they can) and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes only to find out the girl at the front counter never checked our order in. I drive out of my way to not go to this Taco Bell anymore. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I went through the drive thru, say there for 5 mins. No one said anything or greeted me. So when I drive past the window. There’s a girl sitting there talking to someone like neither one of them heard the ding when I pulled up. Like I knows there’s people in there & there was cars there so there was no possible reason they couldn’t of taken my order! Very unprofessional.
After working a long day at work I thought Taco Bell sounded good. I should have kept going. I dont eat fast food often at all. I thought that it would be better since not getting it in the city because it is never good. I probably got the worse tacos that could have ever been made! I took a picture of what they gave me I couldnt eat it so I will probably eat tomorrow since I have to be up early. If any workers are reading this take pride of your job eat make things right next time for someone else if you cant do it for me.
Every time I go through the driver thru always at least a half an hour waiting on my food and half the time I will get home and they screwed my order up. Now I drive all the way to Taco Bell on Moraine even though I live in West Carrollton its worth the extra drive. They have much better service always friendly, never a long wait, and most importantly never screws my order up.
Not one employee new what I ordered yet I had a ticket with my ticket number I watch them throw away multiple orders ,so when they brought my order up I said its ticket number SO And So and she said OH I DONT KNOW ? So I checked the order myself ? Who are you hiring there ? More training is so needed since your losing money left and right for sure .
This franchise states they open up at 7 a.m. . I have been there are a total of four times in the past two months after 7 a.m. and no one answers the drive-thru and the doors are still locked. Even talk to a manager last week to ensure I had my facts straight. Will not be going there for breakfast again. Just lost a customer!
I waited over 20 minutes for a couple items. While we were there they messed up someones order 3 times. Then the lady calling out names was so quiet that I had to say them after her just so people could hear her. Then they didnt put sourcream on my husbands nacho supreme. Horrible service.
I’m not happy. I did my DoorDash order and I was missing a cheese quesadilla that I was indeed CHARGED for. I got told in quotes that “it wasn’t our problem and to take it up with DoorDash” I’m sorry, but I hate how I was treated! I will not be coming back to this location! Rude and insensitive !
Havent been there in a while. Usually get their fajitas but they have been discontinued so I tried something called a burito-taco. Wouldnt get it again. Meat the same as before. Sloppy and hard to eat. But the real problem is their help, under staffed and I dont think they want to be there. The one in West Carrollton is not very clean. Used to be one of my favorites but will try another location.
I absolutely love me some taco bell, but after we spent well over $30 one night about a month ago, and they totally gave us some one elses order, and still will not replace what we had to this day, and we had the receipt , no problem, right?? Nope, they said they could only replace the whole order with a $5 combo, hell nah!!! I went off the deep end, they called the popo, and kicked me out of the drive thru, lmao
Completely did the exact opposite order I asked for (not the first time) and then they don’t answer the phone at all when they do mess things up. Don’t go here under any circumstance. I don’t care how hungry you are. Starve or cook. Eating dinner from a vending machine would be more sufficient then eating here. Just don’t do it. You have been warned
Was just in drivethur place a $16 order around 940pm . Drove home Austin Landing area food wrong tryed calling store and no one will answer the damn phones . I work 2 shops over from this location and work as RGM in food . They have very bad customer service tonight.
I wish zero stars was an option. I just waited 20 mins on 4 tacos. This is where you go to wait and die. They had 2 people cooking and 2 just standing around and sweeping or staring at you while you wait. This is the WORST TACO BELL EVER!! I would have complain to a manager but they did not care, they were moving slower than a sloth. The guy at the counter was nice but Id rather pull all my hair out than have to come back to this place. Worst customer service, do not come here unless you have no where to be and have the patience of God.
F this place. Every time i come here they are out of beans. Please tell me how this happens. I’m a vegetarian and a bartender. When i get off work my options are limited. The cheese quesadilla I ordered as a substitute to the bean burrito was cold and cheese unmelted. Never again.
Cant get my order right for the 4th time! I love Taco Bell, but unfortunately, this is the closest location to me and it has ruined it all.Every time I order something is always wrong. Loaded Potato Grillers are supposed to have potatoes. Every single one of the grillers had zero potatoes. I guess 3 seconds of extra application is tough. Never going here again and never getting Taco Bell again. Awful, awful experience.
Food was the same, but the service was horrible. Of the 3 workers I saw 2 were on their phones. The pop machine had no ice, and the root beer and pepsi was flat. The lady in front of me in line just wanted a bag and was upset at how long it took to get someones attention. Luckily I am not over there to often.
Serves has recently improved, was amazed at how well my food was made this time. The doritos loco taco caught me off guard when I took a bite and actually tasted doritos! Since they came out they have just tasted like pre licked doritos as most people know but this location made them to my expectations when they first started promoting them. Very pleased with my visit today.
Went there tonight on my way home to get dinner for my mom & I. Sat in line for 45 minutes to an hour before FINALLY receiving my food, i get home my chicken quesadilla had maybe 3 pieces of chicken in it all together. My moms tacos were not supreme nor were they full to the top. Everything was right but it took WAAAY to long. I visit here pretty often and it has NEVER taken that long.7 months have passed, went there on my way home from work get home have no quesadilla in my bag(the only thing i ordered for my self), no sauce, and the taco shells were in pieces. 🤦♀️ EVERY time i come there theres an issue . 🤷♀️ wont be coming to this location anymore. 🤬One word DISSATISFIED !
The service at this West Carrollton Taco Bell was spectacular. The lady at the drive-thru spewed with positivity. I decided to give the nacho box a try. This is the first time I tried nacho fries. The cheese sauce was extremely hot which is good. And it came with two different tacos that were satisfying one was a double decker and the other one was a Dorito taco.
Sat in drive thru waited 10 min nobody answered, pulled up to drive thru waited another 5 min one person put on headset and ingnored me. Walked in saw employees filing in from back. Still waiting on my order. Wont be coming back to this place. This place needs better management.
This place is always closed during open hours due to systems being down, we can only accept cash Refused to give me a receipt when I paid in cash and messed up my 59 dollar order. Refused to remedy because of no receipt. Got the run around and told to call corporate office because no manager was available. Called the store repeatedly no one ever answers and sends the calls to a fax line. Terrible customer service and this location deserves Zero stars
This used to be the best Taco Bell you could find but the last 10 times Ive been in order to burrito supreme give me it would be on the top with sour cream and vegetables will be in the middle and beans and be on the bottom and I mean this is happened over and over and the tacos were the same way its just I dont understand it
The doors say that the dining in opened at 7Am, went there at 7:40 Am and the doors were locked. I called and asked if they were open and upon telling me yes I asked why the door wasnt unlocked the worker then rudely commented that the doors are not unlocking and that I need to go to the drive thru, and if not then have a good day. Then hung up on me, lost my service

2021-09-15We live just down the road from this location and frequent this location, however lately the quality has gone downhill. While we tried to brush this off the first couple of times due to current events, issues continue to occur. While ordering, we were rushed and unable to talk to the person at the window because there was a bunch of background noise and people talking over and with who took our order.Items are missing, cold, or completely burnt lately. Normally this would be less of an issue, however its usually almost half the order thats had issues lately. We live only about 5 minutes away so things shouldnt be cold to the touch and slimy in that short of a drive. Trying to call the store, it took about 10-15 minutes to get ahold of anyone. The caller had an attitude right of the bat. Stated that we were calling to make a complaint and he chuckled and sighed. 15 minutes on the phone of him feeding around the bush and refusing to answer questions or offer any sort of replacement or refund. When I told them I had the order number on the receipt they said they dont even use order numbers? Over all not a good experience.

2022-01-18I ordered the new Chipotle Cheddar Chalupa over the weekend. I placed my order via the app, and subbed chicken for the beef. I got all the way home to find beef on my taco. I paid extra for chicken, and I do not eat beef. I sent feedback to the restaurant, and have not heard back. This is the second order that theyve messed up recently, and the second one that they have not responded to my email and my request to be contacted.

2022-07-05I guess I was annoying the individual at the drive thru line because I was receiving a lot of attitude when I didnt realize there was more than 1 size for the meal I ordered. I told them I didnt appreciate it, that I didnt go to Taco Bell often, and could make that happen a lot. After a long pause they asked if there was anything else. I ordered a 3rd meal and out came the attitude. I said you win and drove off. As I do not go to Taco Bell often not returning will not affect them much. I only went because my granddaughter asked for it. But I promise I will never ever return to Taco Bell again.

2022-05-05Very unprofessional as seen in the picture below spending money on a chicken chipotle ranch almost $1.69 per item and they’re given 1 to 2 pieces of meat inside the wrap. When I came back to complain about my order the person that actually made the items for me came to the window and started cussing me out and then stomped off very unprofessional I will be contacting the manager and corporate tomorrow morning something needs to be done about this!

2022-07-15The last few times Ive been to this location the service was horrible. They get your order wrong. They also ask you if you want any hot sauce but they dont put any in the bag. Tonight I ordered chips and cheese and they gave me an entire order of crumbs. There wasnt one solid chip in the order.

2022-08-14Food was made way too greasy to the point the taco could not be separated from the wrapper. Also despite ordering a Cinnabon iced coffee, received a regular iced coffee instead and worker at the window insisted that is our iced coffee and chose to ignore me when I politely attempted to clarify the difference.

2019-02-11We love Taco Bell! Its quick and many choices for everyone in our family of four. You can order through a self-service screen (two displays), via a person, or a drive through at this location! And the nacho fries are back! Enjoy! 😊
