Horribe have attempted to eat at this location many times. Yesterday they said they were closed at 5pm due to staffing issues. Tonight I tried again…. I got “ sorry we are closed because we had a crew member walk out” I pull around the front and look in the dining room and there were 3 employees kicked back in the dining room with their feet on the tables…. This is inexcusable. I will be contacting corporate.
Was just at this Taco Bell line of cars in the drive thru You dont close until 2 AM people were pulling up to the speaker and to the window blowing the horn and still nobody answers but theres cars in the parking lot Very disappointing do better Taco Bell. Menu light was on everything was on So what do you have to say for yourself??
Sat in the drive thru at 9:30am for 5 mins waiting for someone to take my order, finally gave up. Drove around to see if they were closed: two cars parked in front, lights on, but employees must have been hiding in the back. Had to go to a different restaurant. Ridiculous.
Thurs. Night maybe 3-4 mins after 10 p.m. Online suggests drive through open till 1 a.m.All the lights are on,menu board lit up so I just sit there wasting time.If your gonna close at your leisure at least turn off the lights so we all know your closed?? Disrespectful.This store needs to close permanently
After placing an order online and getting home, I noticed my cheesy Gordita crunch was made with a soft taco, and my spicy potato soft taco was missing the spice and the potato. I called and asked to speak with the manager, and was told I was currently. I asked about the order, and Alex Dalton claimed they were unable to check the online orders 15 minutes after they had been picked up, which I am aware is a bold faced lie. I will be speaking with the general manager, but avoid this location at all costs, unless you enjoy having your order made incorrectly, and then being told you didnt place an order at that location.
Went to this Taco Bell after placing an online order sat in their line for 45 minutes then was told at 11:25 that they were closing due to “running out of food”. Keep in mind this location isn’t supposed to close until 1:00. I’m so beyond livid it isn’t even funny. I wasted a quarter tank of gas and 45 minutes of my time waiting just for them to tell us in line that they were closed. If they would have said something sooner I would have been able to eat dinner tonight before I go to my next Kyiv but I guess that isn’t happening tonight is it? Taco Bell DO BETTER ! GET BETTER STAFF AND BE BETTER PREPARED THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS
Wish I could put zero stars :))))))) had to ask for the other half of my order then they still forgot stuff, my food was cold and they didn’t accommodate for any of the specifications I asked (like no lettuce) and the food was just poor overall. Don’t even bother going here
Probably the best taco bell Ive ever visited, only ever had one bad experience here, and I completely understand that it was mostly me at fault that time, a late night visit where I was very tired led to me being forgetful when ordering, so I ended up having to make changes at the window. The employees were happy to adjust to my changes and were kind the entire time. My only issue was that our chicken Quesadilla was squished and a little undercooked. All of our other food was perfect though, as has every other visit to this location. I would definitely recommend this taco bell to anyone looking for a late night snack.
Sorry to say 2-stars but I ordered something and chose black beans instead of meat (it was listed as an option) but it came with no beans or meat. I just got a tortilla with lettuce & tomatoes.Also when the girl at the window handed me our order, the was not polite. I said thank you and she did not say anything, just handed me the drink then a bag and went back to talking to someone inside. Not a big deal but this was our first time stopping at this location & probably the last. Would not recommend because there are plenty of other options nearby where youd at least get better customer service or your correct order.
I had a very bad experience. I asked the person at the window to make sure I received 6 packets of mild sauce. He assured me they were in the bag. I asked him twice.No mild sauce in the bag. I had to park and go to the door to get it. I also was told by the order person that this taco bell has discontinued $1.00 tacos that we have loved since you opened. Why disc them? Just raise the price. I wont be back.
The absolute worst Taco Bell there is. They have posted hours and they may or may not be open during those hours. Sometimes they start to take your order just to then say “actually we’re out of everything.” They also accept DoorDash orders just to have the drivers show up and tell them they aren’t making the order, so the driver wasted their time and has to cancel the order. This location doesn’t want your business. It’s an inconvenience to them. Don’t waste your time.
Hands down the worst Taco Bell ever! I mean- it’s Taco Bell so I know I shouldn’t have overly high expectations but literally out of the 10 times we have come to this location in the last year they have gotten our order correct once! One time!! ☝️ My husband loves Taco Bell so we come here out of shear convenience but I bet this place owes me at least $25 worth of food they have charged me for and I have not received. What’s hard is you literally have 2 seconds to check the bag (and everything inside looks the same so it’s hard to tell if they have left something off) before they are rushing you out of there and I don’t know about you but I am not turning around, wasting gas and driving back for a freakin quesadilla but it’s the principal- if I pay for it- I’m not going to be cool with not getting it! And honestly, it kind of seems intentional because they never give you a receipt to check. But that’s ok. Next time I’ll ask for each meal to be bagged separately, I will ask for a receipt and hold the whole drive thru lame up for as long as it takes to check the whole order…cause I’m done with being scammed out of my money 😬😁But please for the love of God let’s pay these people $20 an hour to screw up every single order they make 🙄
Been getting the Flatbreads here. Each time they make it different. Maybe they need better training??Been trying to go back every other week since. I never seem to have a problem with any other Taco Bell other than this one. Avoid this particular Taco Bell like the plague! Dining room is never open. Even during slow times there seemed to be four or five cars that never move in the Drive-Thru line. You can get the same meal four times in a week and have it made four different ways. Sometimes they even run out of ice and have warm pop? Not sure how this is possible.
Ordered 2 new chicken sandwich tacos and both had no jalapeños or chipotle sauce on them. Also ordered 2 chili cheese burritos add sour cream and they left off the sour cream. This location has gone downhill fast since they first opened. I doubt I will do business here again.
If you are a picky eater, or you have an eating disorder such as myself, do not eat here.In my particular case, I have ARFID, and it is often described as extreme picky eating. Every single time I eat here there is at least three pieces of lettuce in my taco. For reference, I order soft shell meat and cheese tacos. The other times I eat here, they put full on lettuce and veggies all over the taco. How do you mess up the most basic order? It is literally the two key ingredients that make a taco, and that’s it.
This is a review of Taco Bell, so take that for what you will. But Ive visited many locations in the area, and Mainevilles Taco Bell has to be among the best. They keep their drive through moving, order accuracy is extremely high, and the food is usually constructed properly -- all things you cant always expect at other locations around these parts.
At 4:45 p.m. I attempted to order at the drive through. I was prompted with the automated greeting to order. After I said my order a voice on the intercom says Dude were closed. This is my 3rd visit in 6 months were there has been an issue and I cannot get food. The last two times they said that they were out of beef. What is wrong with this place?
I dont have high expectations of the place to begin with. I know what Im asking for when wanting Taco Bell. But the food looked like it was literally thrown together. Most of the ingredients were outside the burritos to begin with. Do they store their tortillas in water? Cause they were all soaked and ripped to shreds. They must have interpreted extra sauce for no sauce cause I had to turn around halfway back to the highway to get some.
Took forever, drinks were wrong, food wasnt right, had to go back through the drive thru again. Same kid was still on his phone talking to kid who was actually trying to do his job, actually getting in his way at times. Had to get small drinks with our meals because that was the only cup size they had. And they only had enough lettuce for two of our eight tacos and five packs of hot sauce for our fourty dollar order... Get it together taco bell.
Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever received even from fast food. Someone thought it would be a good idea to completely overstuff the cheesy potatoes container with sour cream. It spilled all over the bag and into all the other food. I very rarely leave negative comments but service like this deserves it.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell location. They have messed my order up every single time I’ve been. The only reason I have returned is due to convenience. Tonight they forgot all of the nacho cheese sauces on the 5 nacho fries we ordered. I will be making the drive to the Kings Mills location from now on where they actually provide good service.
Worst location around here. Filling was almost non-existent in our tacos, & the burritos were tiny and cold. I think the manager may be asking staff to hold back on filling, because this location has been consistently bad since they opened. If I get tacos at any other Taco Bell, they are properly filled. Unfortunately, you can’t select your preferred Taco Bell when ordering via DoorDash. So baaaaad!
It started off bad with the drive through person getting an attitude with me about happy hour drinks. She made a snarky comment that she should have muted herself for.Then she did not give me a receipt.They forgot one entire item I ordered. And they made chalupas instead of quesalupas. My dorito Loco shell is stale.All around awful experience.
We pulled through the drive thru at 12:30AM. Their website said they closed at 1AM, and we asked the manager there to confirm that and he said yes. First he said their grill was down, then we tried ordering something else and he said their fryer was also down. I personally think they just already cleaned it and was too lazy to make food and then re-clean it. He then proceeded to say they were “closing in 10 minutes” after this. We had no choice but to drive away. Very disappointed. This was on the early morning of Monday, April 12th.
I never expect much out of this location but today took the cake. I got into the drive through and there were three cars ahead of me. Then two more behind me. Finally after 15 minutes of being stuck in a drive through with no way out the first person got their food. Myself and the two cars ahead of me and the car behind me just drove through the drive through with out ordering. I guess they make so much money they do not need to provide good customer service.
My experience has been awful. They’re never open when we go through the drive thru. I go n around 11:30 pm you’re open till 1:00 am. They tell us some excuse while they’re all out in the parking lot hanging out with friends :(. I guess we’ll need to. contact corporate 😡😡😡😡😡
Pretty sure this store is racing to become the location with the shortest existence. They only opened this year but they have the lackadaisical attitude of a store that has already scheduled their shutdown. We’ve visited 3 times and they have a perfect record for getting our order incorrect. Even tried to order online so that the order was typed in correctly. Nope - that didn’t work either. When I called to report the missing items they said they would give a credit. Took over 30 minutes to get through the drive through to pickup the online order. There were only 4 cars ahead of us. Not sure the online process offers any time savings since they don’t even put it together until you get up to the speaker.Funny thing was that when we went in to get the credit the employee didn’t write down our names or check it against a list. It was obvious he thought complaints were the norm and not the exception. No verbal apologies were offered.
3 different times Ive ordered through the app and all 3 times my food has been completely messed up. Either stuff is missing or stuff is not made right. Out of all the taco Bells around I will not be returning to this location. Got a chalupa with steak and nacho cheese which was not in the bag also these are supposed to be cheesy fiesta potatoes that are just potatoes with sour cream. If yall cant get the orders done right and youre not going to actually take the time to do things and make sure everything is there then you need to close the location.
They use kiosks so considering the fact that coronavirus can live on kiosk for 2 months. It increases the odds of catching coronavirus by 94.6%. plus you have to talk to the workers anyway so it is no different than walking up to the counter and ordering I will see talk about 150 billion dollars if they dont start taking orders
Bought my first meal (chicken quesadilla & side of black beans) from this Taco Bell today. Very disappointing! At least 1/3 of the quesadilla didnt have anything on it, there were maybe 5 little pieces of chicken on it and the small container of beans had a piece of foil on top instead of a lid. When I got home, the foil had come loose and beans had spilled inside the big paper bag in which they had placed my order.
At first, I was excited that I was getting a Taco Bell so close. But after eating here couple of times, wished it never was. Ordered my daughter and myself food to take home and find out the usual story. Daughter ordered the three supreme tacos meal and didn’t even put lettuce and tomato on one taco, shorted one taco as well to my meal. The food was cold and now I’m making the makers of pepto bismol stock go up. Common occurrence. Save yourself and drive the extra mile to King’s Mills location for much better quality.
Received a regular taco after ordering Doritos locos taco. the person taking my order was rude. they forgot my drink i started to pull away and stopped to tell them they forgot it. They also totally forgot our cinnamon twists. Ultimately a bad experience messed up every step to get me my food.
Now, Im a big fan of the frito burritos, but this place continues to not be able to get my order right nor can count apparently. I always order either 5 or 10 of them for my big family and not get the correct count of burritos. I ordered 10 the last time and ended with 7. And when I ordered 5 prior got 4. Makes no sense. Otherwise, for the fast food burritos and tacos its good as long as you get your order right. Just check before pulling away the window.
For a brand new Taco Bell, they are severely understaffed. Employees will close the dining room 20 minutes early and lock the doors. Will charge you for things you ask for and end up not receiving. Last time I was here they complained about having to make potatoes for my potato grillers I ordered, this time they told me I couldn’t order anything fried. Poor customer service. Do not recommend this place. Just because it’s a new facility does not mean it’s better, save yourself the headache and eat somewhere else

First time, the kids at the window where laughing and not even a tad professional when they answered the drive through and at the window. Burrito disintegrated in my hand (stuff everywhere) and the soft taco was thrown into the wrapper so that literally everything in the taco was all over the wrapper and it was not edible. Also had to wait for 15+ minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me and their orders were relatively small. Not much going on inside the restaurant either. It’s bad when Taco Bell doesn’t meet the already astronomically low bar that is set for a Taco Bell!!
This taco bell is a disgrace. One time I went there and they were out of all cheese. Tonight they said they cannot grill or fry anything. There is always some major problem here that prevents you from actually eating here. I mean what item doesnt have cheese? and what items arent grilled or fried. Just close the place down unless you can get it together.
I was very disappointed. The packaging on all food items had food on the outside. I had to pull over in order to wipe the guacamole and sauces off the packaging and my hands. The pintos and cheese had pintos oozing out of the side of the packaging. Same with the sour cream in my power bowl. The power bowl looked like it had been shook up and there was only 9 black beans in the whole dish.
Had to delete my 5 star review.. and pretty mich at the point of never coming back and calling the board of health... I dont know what happen but this place has went to hell in the last few months.. horrible service and food, half the time now wont take youre order saying they are under staffing but you pull up to the window and 5 people are standing around doing nothing... food has been horrible when you can actually get something... Im done ill start going back to Kings or Lebanon or better yet the new McDonalds thats getting ready to open
I always love Taco Bell as an option for cheap fast food. The inside of this location was very dirty though. It seemed like no one ever sweeped the floors or wiped down the tables. There were plenty of employees standing around, so I have no idea why it got into such a disgusting state. And no changing pads in the bathrooms? Its 2019. Come on.
Every single day I go to this location my order is always wrong. I’ve talked to 2 managers nowKaleb and Tara. I continuously ask how many time do you have to get the order wrong until you get everything right?All I get is an apology and my order remade on my next visit. Not bad for a Taco Bell. Didn’t ask for extra anything but certainly received it which was awesome. But like most people who eat the taco of the bell. Where do you head next? The restroom. God that was awful boogers were everywhere. Floor, walls, railing. Not to mention I stood there for about 5 minutes and 3 employees looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me then finally someone said customer up front and was helped by someone who handed food to the guy waiting on a to go order when i was standing next to him waiting to order for 5 mins. 5/10. Half job on cleaning the restrooms apparently is a thing.
Apparently you cant order at the front cash register... they have a sign up that you must order from the kiosk only. There are only 2 or 3 workers here and theyre ignoring the customers inside and only focusing on drive thru. Food took forever to get and was thrown together. Customers inside are joking and talking about how terrible the service is... ridiculous really...
In line for 15 mins and get out pos is down. We dont know when itll be up. We decided to wait it out. 10 mins later...(we couldnt leave if we wanted too. Ur stuck in the drive thru!) When they did come back they said theyre only taking cash. Oh my goodness!! They got 2 stars because the food was good once we finally got to order.
So you want to know how taco bell is? Its definitely better than my grammar but lets give this a go. You can literally order anything on the menu and its good. Its like going to Disney land for the first time and going down splash moutain into a baja blast. Hell, you can even catch some pokemon while waiting on your food. The only reason I cant give it 5 stars is because my hard tacos get soggy, still good though.

2022-06-03AVOID THIS LOCATION.We have gone her numerous times, and always try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Every single time one or more items are missing. The quality of the food is so very poor. Food is cold and gross. Tonight I found multiple hairs in the food that we ordered. Every time we go, we wait upwards to around 25 minutes in the drive through, just to get home to find an incomplete order. There needs to be some standard of quality control implemented. I’ve tried to call the location to talk to a manager but no luck. I will be calling cooperate.I know it sounds ridiculous to be complaining about a $4 taco, but when tacos are $4, in this economy, the quality better be mediocre at the very least if they want to keep customers.

2021-09-28Terrible almost every time. I have half a quesadilla left after eating what little had cheese and meat. I didnt even get it in a quesadilla wrapper. The cheese hadnt even been melted. Had gone there before for a chicken quesadilla that didnt have chicken in it because they were out of chicken. Worst taco bell Ive been to!

2022-08-02We have tried going there 7 times last month after my son got out of football at 8pm and they are ALWAYS CLOSED! The drive thru is blocked off, doors are locked, but the lights are all on and people are working inside. They make up their own hours at this location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

2022-04-13There is a big sign in front that says Taco Bell breakfast. They don’t serve breakfast. Sure, that’s normal, no worry. But then I went through the drive-through just now again, different day, and they are out of Baja blast. What is a Taco Bell with no Baja blast? I can’t really blame it on the workers, but this is the least supported Taco Bell franchise that I’ve ever been to. Also, that first time I came, I got a five layer burrito, and the soft shell was flaky and old.. even the tortillas weren’t kept up. Conclusion, I can’t come back, unfortunately.

2022-08-01Was super excited when they opened this location because of the limited options out here. I have given them multiple chances and they all led to disappointment. Last time I just threw my food away it was so gross. Try the Lebanon one instead at least it is edible 50% of the time. This one is 0% edible see the other reviews.

2022-04-27If you are going to advertise you do breakfast. BE OPEN FOR BREAKFAST! 6:30 AM is not an unreasonable time to be open for breakfast. Lights all on drive-through on and running. No one in the parking lot or in the building.

2021-01-10Last night we went through the drive thru at this location with an order over $20. These are the tacos we received in our crate, there was literally a tablespoon of filling. Also, pictured is a chili cheese burrito that was mostly tortilla shell. Last week we received a Crunchwrap Supreme with literally only sour cream tomato and lettuce... no cheese no meat... what is going on in this location?? I couldnt even talk to the manager as he was too nonchalant and deflected the issue to a first day employee however that didnt explain why they only gave us 5 pkts of sauce for a taco/burrito crate, a chili cheese burrito and a quesadilla or the meatless cheeseless crunchwrap last week 🤷🏼♀️

2022-03-31Stopped here on 3/31/22 at 3:00pm. Tried to go inside but the doors are locked. Everything else is opening back up. The workers stood there and looked at me. There’s no signs or indications that the lobby is closed. The website said they are open for dine in. This is ridiculous to still be closed. People need to eat. Recommend going somewhere else. They obviously don’t want business.

2022-06-26No point in going to this Taco Bell. They will just let you sit in the drive through and never take your order. There will be multiple people working and it does not matter. I am shocked this location is still open. They do not care to get any orders out. This has happened to me the past 4 times I have gone to this location. I don’t understand how they are still operational.
