Looks like the manager and the employees got some issues with brown skin color? Don’t they need to do something about this narrow mentality? Go to school and get a degree (oh, I know it’s hard for dumb people but still try)…that might make a difference in your behavior towards people of color. You’re welcome!
Horrible experience tonight & pretty disgusted after having spent 36$ for 2 people then when getting ready to enter ?nice ona bite from my chicken bowl, not once but twice, to pulling light brown hairs that made shiver. Thats just gross!!! My husbands food was old, cold & hes -ce we stepped into the door cuz he finished that nasty bowl of mine off too that had a weird taste in the corner of the tomatoes as well. To the young lads working there this evening, PLEASE, remember to treat others as youd want done to you when preparing food!!!! Not sure if well be going bck to this location which saddens us cuz weve enjoyed it over the yrs
Today was the third time we have attempted to swing through for breakfast and left with no food. The sign out front specifically says breakfast. What a joke. The first time the machines were down and no one was capable of taking a manual order and accepting cash, the second time they were closed with no notice or anything posted, today they were open and at 5 till 11 decided they were done serving breakfast. We ordered a sausage crunch wrap and the employee said we aren’t serving breakfast anymore. Breakfast ends at 11. If we are ordering prior to 11 we should be able to get breakfast. This store needs some serious help.
Good food. But theyve had some staffing issues of late that have kept them unexpectedly closed, sometimes for a week at a time. It would be nice if on the corporate end they could communicate temporary closures through their app so that customers wouldnt order only to arrive and find the restaurant closed. Hopefully things can get back to normal for them soon.
Not saying its the employees faults but I waited in line for 50 minutes (literally) for my door dash order then another 10 for it to be made at the front door. What I observed was one drive-thru person and a manager making food that seemed by himself unless one other person was in the store with those 2. I used to work restaurant management so I know its usually a corporate deal when youre extremely low on man power that you cant shut down. Unless management didnt tell corporate they dont have staff then you need to either shut down until you get more man power or YOU SEND EMPLOYEES TO THIS STORE FROM OTHER STORES. Am hour in the Drive-Thru for me means that Ive missed out on 4-8 orders which means I missed out on money (my way of living). Again not the staffs fault you just need to get them more man power or shut the store down until you do so.
Everytime I order food from here it’s either messed up or not all there. Literally every single time. Fast food isn’t that hard and if you can’t do the job then find a different one. I really don’t see how it’s still open because I know my foods not the only one messed up all the time. I hear of it constantly from many people. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell ever. And has been for about two years now.
Never had a bad experience here. This morning said drive thru opened at 10. Sat and waited no one came on the speaker had to tap the window to get someone’s attention. Finally came and it was 10:10 by this point and told me that they weren’t ready to open yet I said your sign says 10. “ oh yeah well we got started late you can wait 10 more minutes”. I said are you serving breakfast as the signs indicate no we aren’t”. Open at 10:30 if that’s going to be the case.
This taco bell is worn out. Ive gone there off and on for 11 years and they have never updated. Counter and tables look worn. The seating feels crammed together. The last time I went was August 5, 2018 and the service was drab. Not unfriendly, just drab. It took way too long for me to get my 7 layer burrito. Possibly 10 minutes and no one apologized for the wait. I was about to ask someone if it was coming or not. The dining room wasnt busy and there was maybe 5or6 people working the food. Then when I was able to get to eating my burrito, it was torn. (Picture) I know that food takes the same when it is torn, but when buying food out, it should look pleasing.
Does this restaurant ever open on time!?! Had a line in drive thru and people standing at the door 10:35 am. Suggest you fire some employees or take your breakfast sign down. This is by far not the first time. People get an alarm clock!!I personally was ordering for 5 co workers and myself. By the lines you guys lost a lot of sales today!
Just ordered a few items from Doordash from here. Got a crunchwrap supreme with added guacamole and onion, ended up getting just guacamole and onion. got a couple chipotle chicken items, ended up getting 2 burritos with 2 small pieces of chicken each. Seriously, store bought taquitos were bigger then those chipotle chicken items. a seriously pathetic attempt at completing an order correctly. Seeing my items literally made me angry and lose my appetite.
Management seems to be a problem here. One time, there were only two people working and there were out of beef temporarily because of it. They workers did a good job catching up and gave us free drinks for the wait. But its weird that management would let just two people work a late night shift on a Saturday night. Foods good, management not so much.
After spending fifteen minutes in line the first time I noticed the chips were burnt or stale tasted chemically. Went back and they must have replaced them with the same batch of chips. Please if someone tells you they have a problem with the food check the food to make sure you dont have an issue before replacing with the same product.
Staff is friendly and made our order correct.THEY DO NOT HAVE A BABY CHANGING STATION.Also the music was too loud. One gentleman couldn’t hear his name called when his order was ready. We felt like we were yelling across the table at eachother. Staff advised us the volume was on the lowest setting.
The drive-thru was great. I didnt wait in line very long at all. The food was hot and prepared exactly the way it should have been. I would definitely recommend this particular Taco Bell for your visit. Mind you it was a night shift so service may not be the same on other shifts. Maybe I got lucky, but Ill go there again.
Whoever gave this location 5 stars can go to taco **** They close WHENEVER they feel like it, as early as 8pm. Tonight I ordered 4 things, all 4 items were made wrong for example chicken quesadilla with no chicken or sauce. It comes down to pure laziness and lack of management. If you HAVE to eat here dont make plans afterwards the average wait in the drive thru is 20 minutes.
Waited 25 + minutes for my order and received cold food. Received an apology after calling to let them know, but all I got was an excuse about how previously they received large orders. That means dont put my order together yet!! I watched the vehicle in front of me skip out on their order, so apparently I was not the only disappointed customer.
Ordering here is ridiculous. I placed my order and pulled up and paid, while waiting I checked my receipt and it had stuff I did not order. When I asked why it was like that the cashiers reply was I couldnt find the button for what you wanted so I put that. My order was completely messed up, I eventually got what I ordered but paid more than I should have with no refund offered, instead they said keep the wrong food so they dont have to refund a credit card.
Horrible place to go to. Always some random machine down and this is a brand new building!!!. They are supposed to open at 7am for breakfast and its rare to see them open at that time. Ive never seen them open before 9am most day, stopped trying for breakfast. Reported to corporate, nothing gets done. They close the lobby hours earlier then the signs posted on the door. Place just isnt worth going to.
This has to be the worse taco bell i have been too. Inside restaurant every table dirty. Dirty floor. No one was in restaurant. So today i went threw drive thru,ordered the new fries waited 17 minutes. Fries were ice cold. Went in asked for my money back two employees at entrance smoking.
In the quest to not raise prices, they have made a half size burritos. Same size tortilla shell so you have 2 inch of shell before you get any of the filling. Drive thru mic was not working so they were take orders at window only. Was there about 40 minutes to get cold soggy food.
Was really disappointed with the quality of tacos that were served for my order.There was hardly any fillings at all.Definitely it was not the advertised taco thats pictured in their ad photos.Very disgusted, will never eat there again.Would have been ashamed to serve this to any customer.
Today I ordered a Crunchwrap and when I got in less than 3 minutes I was suspicious. When u opened it, it was cold and raw, on top of that it was falling apart. My dad was very mad and demanded a another one. We heard the girl say”make sure there is no beef!” We are vegetarian by religion. So when I get my second one, I start to eat it but then realize that even thought we said no beef, they decided not to put any beans either.Morale of the story: don’t go to taco bell during dinner time because they are so rushed with the drive-through, that they forget about other people’s dinner!!!!
Sorry. This is the most filthy restaurant I have experienced in some time. The exterior of the ice machine was coated in greasy finger prints. The floor had multiple dried stains, trash and chunks of mud. Everything had a slimy feel. The rest room? Well gratefully there was soap, way too hot water and towels. Good luck.
This place is notorious for being dirty and understaffed. Also on 3/29 I visited and had ants IN MY BAG. When I told the staff (not in public) they called me a liar and then posted publicly to shame me on social media. Nothing but a bunch of teens who would rather be on Facebook than keep the place clean. On several occasions people have noted a 20+ minute wait in the drive through. Tables are sticky and people have seen ants inside. Disgusting.
NEVER get anything right. I’ll literally drive all the way to Colerain or Western Hills rather than go to this one. I’ve gone to this taco bell occasionally for over 5 years & ive not ONCE had my order be correct. Ordered a meximelt, was charged for mexican pizza which is a bit of a price jump, worker was annoyed & rolled her eyes when I pointed it out, no refund was offered until I asked for one. Vegetarian friend ordered a 5 layer burrito & IT CAME WITH BEEF ON IT? Rude, lazy, never get anything right, SOOOO slow & they always act like you’re bothering them by coming there. It’s bull
)A little slow but food is good./was my original post but over the last six month the food has become inconsistent and they are closed on and off all the time in the middle of the day both onside and through drive thru. They do not even post signs they are closed wow and the service is slow and rude. Lets just say if I make a run for the border anytime it wont be the border in Harrison Ohio.
Horrible horrible.. this is the second time we have been to this location and every time it has been disappointing. Long waits and rude employees talking about how much they hate their jobs. The tacos had hardly any fillings. We asked for sauce and never received any. After complaining to manager after first visit we never heard anything back. You lost this customer!
Prepare to wait 30 minutes only to find out they dont have the ingredients for your order while watching the drive thru attendant wipe her nose with her bare hands and roll her eyes when the customer in front of you complains about waiting just as long to only recaive the wrong food. Go next door.
Taco bell is never been great food but this location is the worst. Terrible service and the food is just as bad. You will literally wait 20 minutes in the drive thru with only one car ahead of you. This is a restaurant I drive past every day, I will never go again. Big thumbs down ...
Absolutely awful our order was repeated back to us with everything we didnt want. When we got to the window got the wrong change back, our order had everything we didnt want on it. Our food was smashed into a small bag and leaked out. Tried to call twice, but they just let the phone ring until they hung up on me.
There was a guy making food in the back it doesnt have gloves on surprisingly enough but I was extremely grossed out when he pulled a sucker out of his pocket opened it up suck in his mouth and then pulled it out and put it back yet so on and so forth with his gloves and continued to make food I would not recommend those Taco Bell for any reason that is gross I informed the lady that was at the front register and she proceeded to just stand there and stare at me and did absolutely nothing and said absolutely nothing thats going to make somebody sick before long if it hasnt already
Do not EVER order online and put a specific pick up time....my food was made after I ordered even tho I had a puck up time of 1 and a half hours later...I was told they only get the order SUPPOSEDLY THEY cant see the pick up time...I had them make whole order over again...I wasnt taking so.ething made at 5om when I got there at pick up time of 6:30...and the attitude I got was appalling also
Terrible service I sat in the drive thru for 30 mins cars backed up and all I ordered was 2 regular soft shell tacos.... The was 3 employees in the parking lot smoking laughing and joking while the cars keep backing up in drive thru and the lobby was closed so u couldnt go in.... Just terrible experience never will go there again!!
Was there for breakfast this morning and it was cold old and was very short on the amount of product that was supposed to be in the Crunchwrap there was a teaspoon of eggs in the w rap that looked like they were from last night cheese was cold hard and unmelted then when I took it in completely open and showed it to the person who made it they asked me what was wrong with it and couldnt seem to understand how bad of condition it was in and that there was a lack of quality there
Ive been to this location half a dozen times since its opened, and every time theyve been out of something. I always go late night, and Im pretty sure one of those times they were experiencing some technical difficulties with the deep friers; however, this was an occasional issue with their previous location too.Nothing is quite as appetizing as being greeted with the list of food you cant order. Please get it sorted.UPDATE 7/12/19: This location likes to close early! This has happened multiple times and is not good business practice. Get your schedule figured out please!

2022-06-26Pulled up on a Sunday night pretty early for some quick grub. They said their card reader was down and they dont have change. I asked if I could use cash and have them keep my change and they said sure with an underlying attitude - I get it. Used to work fast food, and its nice when people decide otherwise after hearing that, but just wanted a couple burritos. I always use my pleases and thank yous when getting grub, cause I get the job can be annoying, but this is what I got. If you hate your job this much that you stop caring about your product, then quit. Thats what I did.

2022-07-21We go to the counter and can not get anyone to wait on us. Finally they had these ordering kiosk, we went to eat. We both have disabilities and was difficult to stand there and use kiosk. The kiosk was not working smoothly. Almost done with our order, someone else walks in and employ, that had been standing right there when we went to order, then comes and takes orders of new customers. When we did get our order, the food was all messed up. We didnt have any kind of special order or customized, but every item was missing ingredients or had wrong ingredients on them . Chicken crunch taco didnt have chicken , was just cheese and lettuce. Supreme tacos were missing sour cream and tomatoes. The regular tacos had a disgusting mystery sauce on them. Was already so upset at how the employees would not even take our order. The whole experience was Awful. An absolute disgrace. I plan to complain to the corporation about the experience.

2022-06-03The taco bell shuts down without notice. does have food. One time the mobile order option said I could do in store pick up. when I went to go get it they made me get in the drive after I had already waited. The person who I spoke with was rude and Im pretty the they did something to the food because when I came up to the window the cashier had the appearance like they were going to get me back when it wasnt even my fault in the first place. The food wasnt even for me it was for a friend that hadnt had anything to eat for 2 days.

2022-07-18Ive been coming to this location for like 8 yrs. Its hit & miss as to what to expect, I believe due to high turnover. Hardly ever see the same people for long. Food is usually on point, a few times order was a mess, mostly the cinnamon twists on many occasions tasted rancid. Drive thru, with the barriers & having to drive around the bldg to get in line, is a pain. If the owner could fix the drive thru somehow & get employees to stick around, be consistent on hrs open & whether breakfast is/isnt being served, whether dining room is/isnt open, etc, then this location could be a nice place to recommend. At this point, you take your chances, but at least the food is usually fairly well prepared.

2022-05-27The food is fine. The problem is theyre so short staffed that they end up closed at 8 oclock every day. Not to mention they are always out of some ingredient. I know this isnt the staffs fault theyre doing the best they can but taco bell needs to address these issues immediately.

2022-06-07Have not been able to eat here after more than 5 attempts they either are not open on time or close early worst taco bell I have ever tried to eat at. I even tried to call last weekend they told me they were opening late would be open by 1130 went back at 12 and they where still not taking orders corporate needs to be involved.

2022-06-29Went to the drive thru and they told me I had to have exact change or a card. Went inside and they took my cash. Made an order and they forgot something. Went back in to get it, but I should have looked closely at what they made me. They screwed that up too. Its seems impossible to get what you pay for these days at a fast food restaurant.

2022-06-06I wanted the taco pizza and toasted cheddar chalupa cuz theyre back!! 😋Nope, they didnt have either of those. No nacho fries or the box meals for them. No coke or diet coke. Didnt even have mild sauce or drink carriers. Back in the day, I feel like Taco Bell was good, now its trash.I also ordered steak on my chalupa box, paid for it, its on the receipt and didnt get it... they mustve been out 🙃 the chalupas we actually got felt like they were stored in the freezer then given to us! Very disappointed.

2022-08-04By far the worst Taco Bell I have been too. They must all be very special people that work at this one they cant take orders and the manager cant even keep change in the place literally last 5 times they have been card only.....not to mention they are the only Taco Bell to close at friggin 9pm all the time. Corporate needs to come in and fire the person who runs it.
