Its a Taco Bell. The tri-fecta (Brookpark, 150th, & Snow Rd) are all about the same in terms of quality, speed, and cleanliness. Id say above average for all TBs, but nothing to write home about. Do really miss the old look pre-COVID tho.I do go to these three enough that Im on a first name basis with them, haha. So when I tell you they are good, I have a LOT of times going to back that up 🤭🤭
This is by FAR THE WORST TACO BELL....IN EVERY CATEGORY.....They are EXTREMELY SLOW, THE SYSTEM IS ALWAYS DOWN, THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT CARE AT ALL, THEY KEEP THE DINING ROOM CLOSED AT ALL TIMES STILL BLAMING IT ON COVID AFTER NOBODY IS CLOSED ANYMORE IN THE INSIDE, THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT U WANT.....DO NOT GO HERE!!
Extremely poor service and a very rude employee who should be fired. I was in the drive through lane almost a full five minutes at the squak box with no cars ahead of me when I honked my horn to get some service. Someone came on and said just a minute, then nothing for another 3 to 5 minutes until I honked again.He said that they wouldnt take my order because of my rudeness. There was a line of cars behind me and none in front of me. As I drove to the window, he told me to go on my way. If they were slammed, they could have said something at the squak box and apologized for the wait. But no, just being ignored while a line of cars formed behind me.I have been a regular customer at this Taco Bell for years. But that was the last time I will ever patronize this location. I have managed sales people before and I would never tolerate such poor manners and incompetence. I would have fired this guy on the spot.
What a change at this location. Dining room is often locked in the middle of the day? Long drive through lines. When dining room is open, only electronic ordering available. Staff isnt very nice or helpful to the people not comfortable using this technology, they shout out to anyone entering that they arent taking cash and orders must be placed on screens....
Literally Everytime I come here I have to complain about the amount of lettuce thats on my food!! Every taco was 98% lettuce... Last time I check thats NOT what I came for!! If I wanted rabbit food Id get a freaking salad!! Word to the wise... Hold up the drive thru and CHECK YOUR FOOD... EAST CLEVELAND TACO BELL IS WORSE!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME..
Literally the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. And once your 4 cars or less back you can’t drive away because of the curbs.If you have 30 minutes to spend just waiting to order then this is the place for you.My advice - stay far away. You could drive to the next closest Taco Bell, order, and get home before you’ll even get served here.
Young lady with tattoos on her arm and hands clearly dont want to be at work. Before I got to the window her tone was I dont want to be there. I got the window and she was rude and got upset she messed up my order. She asked for my CC to refund it. Remind you I paid with cash so u corrected her. After I thanked her again and she just closed the window upset. Long story short... Taco Bell you will not last with these type of employees.
Workers are hit or miss. Have been told to go home while trying to pick up a late night order over the app cause the drive through girl was on break. Also have not always received everything Ive ordered.Updated to one star because they got rid of online ordering all together. What a joke.
Guys were rude. At 9:40am I went through drive thru and the Arab kid (wish I had his name) told me they werent opening until 5mins. So I waited till 10. Went through again and immediately he said they werent serving breakfast and gave me like 2 seconds and rudely said HELLOOO!? I ended up ordering lunch anyways. Wish I got the receipt so I can reviewed it on Taco Bells website.
Horrible experience. Very long wait then they messed our order up. My daughter does not like meat so we selected no meat on the app when ordering. Well found out we got meat anyway when we got home. After the long wait that was just another disappointment. Get it together if you want to pay $15 and raise the prices on everything.
Always a line at 1030 at night and it takes 10 minutes for each car to move up. Waited behind 5 cars and almost an hour wait.Edit: 12/19/2020 @1050pmWent to give them a chance to redeem themselves and they failed. Sat behind 1 car as they waited for 10 minutes and they pulled forward because no one took their order. Then I moved to the speaker box and waited 5 minutes until someone finally asked me for my order. Its like they were just hanging out not wanting to work while there were 6 cars behind me waiting.6-6-2021 12:10am. Get to the drive through line with 3 cars ahead of me. 1 of them places an order then the next car leaves. The car in front of me gets to the box and he tell them they are closed. I pull up and same thing, at this point there are 6 cars behind me. They seriously need to hire more responsible people to run this location.
Waited in line at the drive through for 25 minutes.... find out they dont serve the loaded taco fries any longer... so I leave empty handed... I could of got something else but I didnt want something else... would be so nice if they would communicate with people and let us know when they will stop offering a item... not the first time this had happened to me but it is the last....
The food was nice and fresh. The customer service was good. They were friendly. They offered additional foods. And I also got some beautiful sun set shots while being there. I was happy overall with my service. It was not a long wait either. I will definitely be coming back to this taco bell.
Drive the extra 5 minutes and find another taco joint. Youll wait 20-30 minutes in this ones drive through alone. Even if they arent busy youre still going to be waiting a while. If that sounds like fun to you go ahead. The real fun starts when you open your bag and notice no straws, napkins or sauce packets. Then the punchline is when you open the wrappers and notice you didnt even get what your ordered just a muddeled mess a half asleep employee dropped on the floor waited till it was cold to pick it up then wrap THEN set something on top of it then forgot it...then finally hands it out the window after you grew a beard and dosent say a word.
As slow as the drive thru was moving you would expect to have everything you ordered.. Nope, 10 items ordered 9 items received.. I was trying to feed the grandkids before leaving for work.. There was no time to go back thru to get the missing item.. Doubt Ill be going to this one again..
The taste and the value of the food were what youd expect from a Taco Bell. The customer service was non-existent. The cashier seemed like he may have some mental health issues but that wasnt the problem.I ordered a value box and I didnt receive my drink cup. There was a young lady who saw me place my order. And when she came up to the counter with the order I told her I just need my drink cup. She tells me this isnt your order. Then she proceeded to call out the order number/content.I was the only person waiting for food inside the restaurant. I show her my receipt and said I do believe thats my order. And I still didnt receive a drink cup. With no apology nor sincerity she hands me a cup and leaves. The moral of the story is that I think it must be time for me to upgrade my fast-casual dining experience. I used to love Taco Bell; in fact it was my favorite restaurant. But without solid customer service Ill never spend another dime at any of their locations.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. I could have went to a steak house and been served faster, we sat in line for over an hour with only 3 cars in front of us. We sat at the speaker for over 20 minutes with no greeting. Then when I screamed “hello” the reply I got was “oh sorry the car in front of you ordered $55 worth of food” the car had been gone for over 5 minutes with still NO other reply. I watched a car destroy the front end of their car and their property because the way the property is set up you cannot exit the drive through line. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable service. I will NEVER visit this location again. I cannot express to you how terrible my experience was, you couldn’t pay me enough to come back.
I went here around 10 last night spent 37 mins in the drive thru just to be told they were out of multiple things. The employee was extremely rude said if you dont like it just leave. I said excuse me. Who do you think you are talking to like that. I asked to speak to the manager and the person who was rude said he was the manager. I pulled up to the window and said you dont speak to customers the way he did and he said no one said for you to come here. He argued with me for several mins. He also mentioned only 2 people work there the reason why the wait was so long. This was unacceptable on many levels. I will not being going back to this taco bell again and I recommend others follow suit. I will also be contacting corporate.
The General Manager of this store has a really bad attitude! I was at home trying to place a mobile order through the app and it didn’t go through and we ordered quesaritos since that’s the only way we can get them now, well we called and they said they will happily make them if we came through the drivethrough so we did I stared to order the quesaritos and then I had other items to place as well the GM after every item kept saying “Will that be all” in a rude way then proceeded to say “our dining room is opened” I only ordered a 42 dollar order. Now I’m a manager as well and I found that to be highly disrespectful. Managers should not act like that especially not the general managers.
Late night crew is a joke. I’ve tried coming here a couple times at night because I work nights and they’re one of the only places open late. One night I came they said they’re not taking cash only card. I say that’s fine and then they say never mind the card machine is down. I say ok can I pay cash and I got told no and they said I couldn’t order nothing. The next time I came I ordered through the app and waited about 45 minutes just to see that no progress was being made on my order. Went through the drive thru and said I had a mobile order then they said they couldn’t make my order because they were out of ground beef. They said I could cancel the order or wait another 30-45 minutes for ground beef to be made. Don’t go to this place if your hungry late at night.
This one is hit or miss 35% of the time they are on point the other 65% not so much but they get the full 3 stars because after you wait 15 to 35 min (the 15 min wait I was literally the only customer there and they still got my order wrong gave me a hard taco for a cheesey burrito) and if they actually get your order right the food is normally tasty enough its worth the hassle. Maybe they take so long because its all fresh so it taste better than other taco bells.
Worst experience ever! The lights where off to purposely deceive the customers into thinking they where closed. The women named misty was rude and every peice of food we ordered was soggy like they put water all over it. We ordered no tomatoes on the nachos bellgrande because my girlfriend is allergic. Guess what? It had tomatoes on it. Dam thats crazy so I call up there and the lady would not answer. After one hour of non stop calling a man answered asks how can I help you. I tell him what happened and he hangs up in my face. Taco bell do yourself a favor fire misty before you lose all your customer s.
Its taco bell. The food is typically consistent. Service at this location is always top notch. Even when its busy, theyre still on top of their game. Shout-out to Misty J, we couldnt find vegetarian options and she said they would make anything we wanted vegetarian. Made my daughter very happy! Thanks for caring!
I have been trying to get food from there late at night because of work, have been there 3 different times this week between the hours of 11PM and 3AM and each time they tell me they have no food. They let us sit in the drive through one night for 15 minutes before telling us anything. It used to be so good but has gone downhill recently.
I had gotten a 5$ nacho fry box & once I got home , I sat down too eat & opened my Doritos loco taco & I took a bite too find out that there was absolutely no meat on the taco & the shell was very stale & nasty & it’s just cheese & lettus !! My drinks tasted like water downed pop . I called Taco Bell too speak too the manager & she was very very rude too me !! Had no manners at all & she hung up on me & I tried too call back & she declined my call , then my father calls & they said bring the food in too the place & we get three & the manager was gone , a very nice worked said she had went home for the night . Never will I got there again , worst experience ever !! I’m so disappointed
Used to be the go-to for late night tacos. after tonight, I will never go here again. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food, the kid at the window/speaker was super rude and uninterested. then I get home and Im missing three things. I called the manager and she just essentially gave me an attitude, too, and said I can come back and get what Im missing or whatever I want to do. Unbelievable.
This store didnt seem to know the vegan options available at most taco bells. Tried to order black bean burritos and had to explain how other stores have done. And they came out with cheese even though I had asked for fresco style. They did apologize and remake the order correctly, and it was delicious as always.
Every time I come to this location, items are missing from my order and on occasion I receive the wrong order entirely. Dont bother ordering any extra sides because you wont get them there. Today I ordered a triple double crunch wrap box. Substituted the cinnamon twists for nachos and cheese with an extra side of cheese. When I got home my nachos were pretty much all crushed, there wasnt any cheese sauce in my box and I was given a regular crunch wrap instead of the one advertised with the box. Im not coming back to this location for a while. On a positive note, the order taker/ cashier was courteous.
I went through the drive thru and I wanted to order some food. I told the drive thru employee my order, but kept interrupting my sentences when I tried explain how exactly I wanted everything. Then the drive thru employee said “you don’t have to be rude”. All I was trying to do was explain my order. Once I got to the window the supervisor said “you don’t have to talk to my employees like that”. When all I was trying to do was finish my order. They gave me such a rude attitude also. Then I proceeded to ask for her name and she wouldn’t give me her name. Terrible experience and terrible employees.
I get off work at 3am and almost nothing is open but this Taco Bell should be yet every time I go there they are out of beef or beans I can see one or two times but every time? I have been a closer for Taco Bell at a few different stores and we never had this issue to run out of the main proteins every single night this store really needs to get it together. I know about carryover so they don’t have any excuses to keep letting this happen beyond them just trying to go home faster this is pathetic and it’s loosing the store money
Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes and was never served our acknowledged. There was a young lady stocking the prep table that spoke to me when I asked if the things she was carrying were a little hot, a joke. But she never told anyone that I was there now did the manager who was preparing Drive Thru food acknowledge me. I understand they appeared to be understaffed and extremely busy in drive thru but all I asked was to be acknowledged, I left and wont return to this location.
The majority of the customers are undignified and several staff only point when you ask for directions..poor customer service..i only went to walmart because Target was out of my item. Dont know if walmart had it because i left without purchasing anything. Good products usually but a bad environment.
Very unprofessional and a waste of my time and drive up there on my break from work. This was at 9:50 am. There were 4 cars I expected to be workers. I go through the drive through and No answer for 1 minute. I drive up to the window and no one in sight. I knock on the window and honk, still nothing. I drive to the front to see in and see a guy, so I go back around and do the same thing. Still no answer. I drive back to the front amd a different guy comes up and sees me amd immediately turns around amd leaves to the back. I honk and knock again. Very disappointed in the professionalism in this place. I never wrote a review before, but this really made me mad. I Will never go back there and still will call corporate.
This place needs a management check. Consistently closed 15 minutes before the 3am closing time. I personally know how annoying it is when someone comes right before close but thats your job and you gotta do it. Cant even tell you how much business this location loses out on to the Arbys next door. I gave them 5 chances and each time they dont even say anything untill you say hello? which is met with were closed. The last time I went the person in front of me was calling out countless times, obviously met with no answer. So I put it in reverse and went to Arbys. Ill be going tonight and if I get told were closed then I will be calling corporate. Hate to be the Karen but Ive been there, done that. No reason to be closing before the close time.
Weirdly the evening/night staff are probably the best Taco Bell in the area, always nice and sometimes funny, and get your food together correctly and with a smile. Daytime staff are split between those who clearly dont want to be there, and those who are struggling to keep track of any order with more than two items. Theres a guy whos often on register who I can tell is genuinely trying but even just entering orders seems to push his mental capacity to the breaking point.
Tried and failed to get food from here again. This time they were open, but all the employees were on their phones in the back. When I finally got one to notice me, I ordered off the breakfast menu. You know, the one available at 9 am. I was told they dont have any eggs cooked and it would be a 10 minute wait. Pretty sure thats code for how bout you leave so we can go back to playing on our phones.Seriously, dont go to this Taco Bell. They dont actually serve anything and their management doesnt care.
No matter what time I go there is always a line due to it not being fast food..I wait in like for thirty minutes for four cars which sometimes only order a drink or like three things. Once you get to order your food they rush you to complete it.Me: id like a tacotaco bell employee: your total is $$.$$me: yeah...um id like more then a taco.This forces me to go to other places which i dislike cuz i love taco bell =/
Just watched someone(a manager?) lock the doors. It was 10:30pm when the doors were locked, between me writing this at 10:40 I watched 3 people try to enter. Dining room hours are posted. Suppose to be open until 11pm. My dad and I got here at 10:10, so we had just gotten our food when we watched the doors lock since we are(were) dining in.
Me and my friends went at prime time lunch hour and none of the machines were working and they didn’t even let us get drinks besides water. Only willing to serve us burritos and tacos. Very sassy employees and used disrespectful tones and you could tell they did not want to be there. You would be better off going to another place. STAY AWAY
Horrible service from the cashier, ordered 6 items and between each item, so walked away to talk with someone. Ordered nachos, the chips were almost all crushed. Tacos were barely wrapped. Too many Taco Bells around to ever come back here. Update... Again horrible, why do I come back here (well answer was Arbys line was too long). Broken hard tacos and the long hair pulled out of the sour cream in the chalupa was disgusting. Wish I can give negative stars!
Do people really deserve to be mistreated and they are paying ? Its not free food ! You have spend 5.00 in Ga to get through the line, the SPEAKER half works then ; There is no food on that imitation bread ? Get Home ! You dont have what you ORDER !! You already TIRE ! I aint no problem at the Taco Bell in Brunswick I had a problem today on the Friday the 10th at the one at Parmatown the staff inside making the food taking the orders preferred to wait on the drive-thru and get their food out then the people inside the store waiting for their food it was six people inside I was in there half hour waiting for a couple items I noticed that they did for cars toy customer inside that is not right I paid the same amount as they do in the Drive-Thru
Im a otr truck driver, I called to place an order to pick up and was told by the manager Demetrius that he couldnt serve me if I walked up to the window, Ive ordered at this very store in the past and was never denied service. This manager was rude and had a very bad attitude, corporate will get a call.
Always something at this place (cash only, credit only, out of something).. Pull in tonight and was told they were temporarily closed, that I could make an order in 5-10mins.. Funny when I took this pic of 5 employees outside smoking, they immediately went inside and served the next person in line.. This place needs new workers from management down..
Extremely slow everyone seems like trailer trash and the lady at the window has a bad attitude. I been here 3 times (because it is 2 min from home) and every time i do i wait like i ordered a steak dinner at a high end restaurant. I guess it wouldntbe as bad if i didnt have to hear attitude and made to feel uncomfortable very damn time i come here. Keep it up and ill just go to burger King, KFC Mr Chicken or mccdonalds down the road
They forgot to put up signs that said it was bring your kid to work day. Food was decent but it was hard to enjoy with a 7 year old playing lewd Youtube videos at full volume, and two 10 year olds in the corner singing to music as loud as they can. I get that its just Taco Bell, but come on, thats just ridiculous.
Not sure who the night time manager is but clearly they aren’t managing very much. Why is it every time I come to this location at night it’s also a lady outside smoking (tonight there was to lady’s). It’s always “were out of food for 30-45 minutes. I asked if I can purchase a drink an was told no🤔. I guess I’ll start spending my money at the one Memphis🤷🏻♀️
I used to come here pretty often for breakfast but not anymore. The breakfast burritos usually have scrambled eggs in them but not the last visit. Im not sure what kind of egg it was supposed to be inside but it was gross and I couldnt eat any of it. I wont take my chances again here.
The staff here at this location are outstanding. I have been going here from some time now and I can tell you by far the best Taco bell I have ever been in my life. Even though the Taco Bell in the steel yard is close I take the drive to this location for a good taco.
Ladies behind the counter making food was constantly complaining loudly about something. Two girls back there were so slow they posted signs that the dining room was closed because they couldn’t keep up. YikesRevisited another day. Waited 15 min inside between food order taken and food received.
If I could give it no stars I would literally sat in the drive thru line over 20 mins just at the order box and I couldn’t back out or pull forward so I had to sit there and wait and when I said something to the staff they shrugged there shoulders and continued there conversation turns out they knew someone personally in the drive through line and where having a full blown conversation 🤦🏼♂️P.S. I wrote this originally in the drive through line and just finally left got here at 7:32 left at 8:20 I waited an hour in this line and that is ridiculous
Worst Tacobell in Cleveland area. Most mornings its hit or miss if they are even open, they change the menu on the inside, but not outside leaving you to guess what you can actually order AND the staff is all youmg kids who care more about their phones than doing their jobs. Avoud this Tacobell.

2022-05-20There was a line but it moved swiftly. What I was most impressed with was the cashier made my order to save me money combo wise. Very nice. And the taco was actually filled. No pictures to show I ate it all...quickly.

2022-05-24Rude employee says the touch screen is self explanatory and would not take my order at the register. Funny thing is that the item I wanted which has been available for decades is not on the touch screen. Perhaps they cant make pintos and cheese with red sauce. Finally after I complained a nice drive through worker ordered it for me on her end. Cameras everywhere watching the dining room and I think they need cameras watching the rude guy making food

2022-08-06Walked in to order. Asked the name for the pickup order. Advised I was placing. Guy handling the drive thru snapped saying well you need to use the kiosk over there and walked away. Very very rude. I have never had an issue here before. Sad when you are treated so rudely for wanting to give business to an establishment. Makes it bad for all the other employees who were wonderful.

2022-08-07This Taco Bell is consistently the worst location I’ve been too. I’ve had multiple problems when visiting here. For one, how is the drive through cash only but I can go inside and pay at a kiosk? I’ve also visited this location during hours it is open and have been told at the drive through they are not serving ( again, multiple times). You are better off going to downtown Parma than here.

2022-05-06This Taco Bell used to be good, well haha last night was ridiculous lol I ordered food, everything seemed fine. Halfway through the order, I get interrupted by the employee stating that the fryers were down. He apologized for not mentioning it in the beginning... Ok so I changed my order, pull up to the window where I waited for a while, then instructed to pull to the doors in front to wait. I did. The employee comes out and didnt want to get wet from a few drops of rain and asks ME to back up a little bit. This now, angered me. You already had me wait for an order that when I got it, was cold and on items that do not take long to prepare. They were thrown together, wrapped up and placed in the bag. I should have went to Swensons right next door. Hindsight is 20/20 right?

2022-08-10Absolutely the worse taco bell in Cleveland. They are ALWAYS out of something and extremely slow. My latest trip there i was told cash only. I didnt have cash so i had to sit trapped 20 minutes waiting for the drive thro to clear out. The drive thro lane has boulders on the side so you cant pull out once you get in. God forbid you have an emergency and need to leave. Nope! You are stuck and at the mercy of the super slow employees! Fix the drive thro lane, fix your credit card swiper, and have a full menu for once!

2021-04-17Just went for my kidscravings. There was almost no meat, all ingredients were shoved to one side of the tacos, which was the only item offered at the time, which I understand having a limited menu late night but the tacos were literally almost no meat and poorly put together. So disappointed. They basically ate taco shells with lettuce and tomato pushed to one side of the shell. Eew.
