They messed up my order and they had me waiting way too long for such little quality. And most of my food was cold...
Took over half an hour to get my food with only 2 cars ahead of me, people were more worried about their smoke break then people that were almost late to work waiting for them to decide to do something
Always out of things like meats and always slow never been their and not waited in line to order and get my food for under 15 minutes
Service was slow, dining room pop machine didnt work, when we told the worker they just said oh yeah. People behind the counter pretty much acted like you didnt exist EXCEPT for the guy making the food. He ACTUALLY helped and was truly concerned.
EXTREMELY rude service! I’ve been here twice in the last few days and had a bad experience BOTH times with the rude lady they have on the headset and at the window. I asked at the speaker if I could place two separate orders and she says “Well are they big orders? We’d rather not we’re already doing bad on our times sooo…” She ended up doing it since it was literally one item on each order, but if this is really how we coach our team on treating paying customers then there is something very wrong here! I’ve just never heard of turning someone away asking you to do the job you’re being paid to do.
So slow we got 2 12 packs of tacos took almost 45 minutes for a small line through the drive through half the employees sit outside and smoke
At drive thru asked me to wait to order, over 10 mins later i said excuse me hello and then they finally took my order. No sorry for the wait or anything. Then I got my little one some cinnamon twist and he said eww I dont like these. I tried a bite and they were stale and had the most disgusting taste ever.
I love Taco Bell, but the Celina Taco Bell is just lacking a decent crew. You never know if youll get good food or not whenever you order.

Was horrible. Kid at the counter left and went outside and ignored us while he stood there on his phone. He went and got our orders and half of it was missing. Waited a hour for everything when it was said and done. Manager on duty did what he could though had no useful help. If we hadnt paid we would have left. Do not plan to return again anytime soon.

This Taco bell is absolutely terrible. I work on the road and I eat taco Bell about 3 to 4 times a week. I eat at taco Bells in different towns all the time but everytime I go through this one they always forget stuff and mess up my order. The service sucks and the food is cold. And the food just sucks in general. Im not coming back to this Taco bell anymore.
If you leave a positive review you must be used to eating the trash behind boots and drinking the puddle water on hole 14 at northmore. Get lost this Taco Bell couldn’t serve a burrito if it ended COVID

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever ate at. Employees are pretty friendly, but their food is never fresh. Usually cold, and the shell is tough as rocks. Anytime I crave Taco Bell I usually make the drive to Saint Mary’s instead since I know I’ll get quality food over there. I’m not sure what’s going on here but it’s been like this for months. When they offered fries last they were really cold. I took them back and all they did was warm them up. Something needs to be done at this location immediately! It’s not fair to the customers paying tons of money for garbage food.
One word for Taco Bell in Celina... slow and I mean turtle slow! There was four cars in front of me and I had to wait 25 minutes. After I got my food I checked the bag and it was missing the hot sauce. Never going to come here if youre on work lunch break.
Despite being short staffed my food was ready fast! They were working super hard for their customers the entire time we were eating. Great job!!
The counter guy has a personality of a soggy bath towel, kitchen employees are slow and disrespectful. Great place to wait on “slow food” and get your order messed up.
I went through the drive through last night...pulled up to the window at 8:02pm and paid the employee, did not receive my food until 8:16pm as I sat there at the window. During that time I watched the employee pick up the grate at the bottom of the pop machine and eat ice cubes with his bare hands that have fell through the grates that are contaminated and dirty, then continue to touch the register, spill an entire sleeve of cup lids on the floor, which he thought was funny, picked them up and never washed his hands. After he saw my frustration he handed me a free taco coupon for the wait that expired two months ago! On top of it all, they forgot $7 worth of my food order (2 items). Called the store today and they would not give me a number for corporate or the owner to file a complaint. Will not eat there again!
Usually is pretty good about having a standard, meaning the food isnt good sometimes and horrible other times. Their military discount is god tier ($5 off purchase). Only real problem is that theyre supposed to be open at 7am but for the last 3 weeks Ive attempted to get breakfast there between 7am and 7:20am and their building and drive thru is always closed (vehicles were there).
When someone adds onions to their food, write on the wrappers +O so their food doesnt get mixed up! And it was so cold my food didnt stay warm, my cinnamon twists were naked! No cinnamon or sugar mixture!! I had to take them back up.. I wont come back to this 1 when theres a burger king across the street who wont screw up my order this badly!!
Had to repeat my order 3 times. Also when I got to the window I asked for hot sauce packets, and had to ask again since I didnt get them. Then the girl working the window practically threw them at me like it was an inconvenience. Not 1st time I had issues there so I doubt I will return.
Really they get a 2.5 because the inside never seems to be clean. The service is ok. The first large order was not as ordered and the 2nd time the cashier argued with me over the price of the party pack I wanted even though I showed her the exact item in there menu and the price. If you are naming a quick run for fast food for a couple items In the run its good but be in the run and dont order more than 3 or 4 items.
This place has really gone downhill. Ordered the power bowl, steak was burnt to a crisp, rice was crunchy, and the beans were congealed. Also had the fiesta potatoes and they were ice cold. Got my food quickly this time at least, but every time Ive gone previously in the past few months its taken 20+ minutes.
We shared the $5 Chalupa box and ordered a second drink. Super value, and the food was very good. We were able to dine in.

Terrible. I was very clear with my order during a not busy time and they still messed it up. Went through the drive thru slowly stating my order and making sure everything was on the board. Stated twice no sour cream. Still didnt show up on the board so I reminded him a third time before pulling forward. Get my food and sure enough there is sour cream on both my burritos. Ridiculous
They are getting better. For awhile there they were under employed. Staff is friendly and wear smiles. We are obsessed with their party Nachos. Tables werent clean. My daughter is upset they dont make the XLsteak burrito and nacho fries anymore.

Tonight we experienced and witnessed the worst customer service ever. The place was a disgusting mess. All the kids who were supposed to be working were instead having a good old time screwing around and totally not paying attention to customers. Long waits to just get waited on and 30 or more minutes to get your food. They were rude to customers whose orders they messed up. All this while the so called manager was in the office doing paperwork. The pics I posted dont even show justice to the dirt, filth and trash that was everywhere under tables.
I was sitting at the drive thru window last weekend and I had ordered two birritos. It was taking forever. I actually pulled ahead so I could get a better look inside and they were just standing around talking. There were five people behind me waiting like fools just like me. After a bit I see them finally make my burritos. It was taking so long two people left the drive thru line. My last two visits were like this. Pathetic.

Although they did the right customization on my food, the food wasnt as warmed and cheese wasnt as melted as it should have been.They gave me normal Baja Blast instead of Diet, and also forgot the Mild sauce I specifically ordered.

My husband and I purchased the Triple Double Crunch Box, and was so disappointed! The taco meat had no flavor, and the Crunch wrap had so much creamy cheese in it, we couldnt eat it!! Some might like that but for us, it was too much!!

Horrible customer service. Loud music and horseplay...cant follow simple directions. Ordered 1 hard taco, 2 chulupas, 2 nacho Supreme and one mini chicken quesadilla, two medium drinks. Took 20+ minutes to get our order then it was wrong. 1 drink, 1 hard taco, 2 chulupas, 1 nasty shredded beef or pork (or rancid chicken) quesadilla, 2 nacho Supreme with barely any cheese a pile of cold refired beans.... Very disappointed, Ill take my money elsewhere.

If you go inside this specific Taco Bell, good luck getting your food any time soon. The rice is usually hard and over cooked. The potatoes are usually hard and over cooked. I hope you dont like sauce on anything because they skimp on sauce as if nothing is supposed to have sauce.But, its the only thing open after 11, so I guess well have to deal with it.
I order a supreme burrito and got a soft taco only and thrn only tried to gice one of the two freezes we order so service there sucks major competence.

We waited at the speaker box for 13mins before I called them and asked if something was wrong with the speaker box because nobody would say anything. Today was the slowest experience Ive ever had with this particular Taco Bell. We waited close to 15 minutes just to get to the window to pay for the food not counting the extra 5 minutes waiting on the food. I gave it 2 stars because they got the order exactly the way I wanted it
Hit or miss. About 33% of the time, my order is wrong, but normally by only a little bit. It is sad that in todays world, that that is just the expectation out of some fast food places, but o well I suppose, it is still nice at 1:30am on the weekend when no other returant is willing to deal with drunk night crowds.
Great service and nice people. But twice they cant get a simple order correct for 3 tacos . Other than that everything else is good. Other order was correct. Yet, I can go to a Mexican restaurant where little english is spoken and they never get it wrong. Oh well🤔

I have been given the wrong thing several times and when I attempt to call, the phone just rings and rings. On two separate occasions I have been given sausage when I ordered bacon and there has been no one else at the location to have gotten orders mixed up.

The staff got hit hard between 12:30am and 1:45am cars wrapped around the building due to Eldora Speedway traffic from the Kings Royal which is where we were too. we had quite a wait but the staff handled it like a pro.

Pretty sad when this Taco Bell closes at 10 on A Sunday night due to lack of workers , who walked out in the last week in protest...thats never a good sign of a well ran store.. Management or owner must be very poor to let this happen. Just ask Wendys mgr since they get slammed with late night crowd now.
Took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru at 1am. The employees were messing with the customers, making them repeat their order and laughing about it. There are several occasions that blew our minds because of the employee behavior, in the late hours.

Horrible food, bean burrito was very dry , you know its dry when the beans fall apart in your burrito and Mexican pizza. Not to mention I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for food I wouldnt even give to my dog.

Taco bell food is well... taco bell food. Most employees are young teenagers and orders take around 10 minutes and, in my experience, messed up when you get your food.
The loaded nacho taco is anything but loaded. Basically, it was a soft taco with less than 2 whole doritos chips. I think it had a bit of nacho chesse? Also, my burrito had 90% beans except for one end (an inch space) with some cheese and beef
Ordered my food, the cashier gave me all my change, but a penny and none of the managers would go and get her pennies. When it came time to leave there were several (at least 4) people standing by my girlfriends car smoking. The windows were down and shes deathly allergic to smoke.
We got food and it was old and couldnt eat it. Employees were not professional. I tried calling and talking to the manager and the phone rang a couple times then made loud screatching noise. It took about 10 min to get our food too. I was not pleased at all.

2022-07-27I just want to personally thank an employee of the Celina restaurant named Caitlynn P. This employee fixed a prior mistake on my cheese quesadilla and has assured me it won’t happen again if she makes it. She is extremely polite but very professional. Also have noticed the line moves faster if she is working. Always delighted to see her!

2022-06-17I would leave 0 stars if I could sat for almost an hour in the drive through with only 3 cars in the drive through 4 cars drove off while we were waiting including the one in front of us to get the wrong food that was cold with hair in it to boot the celina location needs to be closed down till they get their act together asked the employees what the problem was and they were no help just told me to complain to corporate which is conveniently closed at this time weve been patient for over a year with this location and Im over it Im ready to start protesting in their parking lot I shouldnt have to wait longer for taco bell than a fancy sit down resturaunt

2022-06-03If I coups pick no stars I would .place is disgusting 😒 the place is never clean even the drive thru waited 35 minutes last week just to order food in a line of 16 cars . No body to take orders .it used to he a great place now its terrible ..cant even see thru window at drive thru its soo disgusting and not thats along with the hygiene of the manager and employees ..first time Id been there in months and not going back till health dept comes in..

2022-04-29My crunch wrap didnt have the chip in it to make it crunchy. Whomever did line 28th and 29th of April missed it. Altho they did put my chicken in it instead of beef. Otherwise I couldnt eat it. Their beef always makes me sick Im not sure why, cause everyone else who orders something with beef never gets sick. 🤔

2022-04-14The worst taco bell Ive ever been too sat in line for 40 minutes to just get told that their machine was down. Withing the past week me and my wife went and they messed our order up so I went inside to get it corrected and was yelled at because the dining room is closed this location is a dumpster fire and needs a lot of improvement

2022-02-06Just tried to stop at the restaurant in Celina, Ohio and they would not take my order at the front counter. The wanted me to use the kiosk or app. I told them that I just want to order at the counter and they said they dont have a till at the front counter. Which makes no sense since I would be paying cash anyway s. I told them if they did not take my order I was just going to leave. And you can tell that I left and am now eating at I different Mexican restaurant. I will never go there again, this is not the first time something like this happened at Taco Bell in Celina Ohio. Not sure how they are going to stay in business but good luck.

2021-11-02Great and friendly service! 😊 The only drawback is the Irregular hours. They are no longer open at 3am. They changed their hours to 2am and then 1:30 and now 12:30. I try to get there right after work at 12:13 but theyre not even open. They offer a really generous military discount though! 😊Im going to give 4/5 due to the inconsistent hours lately. When everything goes back to normal Ill update my review as its only fair and I know how reviews affect businesses around here.I really recommend the breakfast! Thanks for the tacos! 🥰
