We made an online order for inside pickup to find all the doors locked. We had to wait in the drive through that wrapped around the parking lot. If you can’t mobile to save time, then this should not be an option on the app. If you don’t provide this service then be honest and don’t offer the service on your app. It’s dishonest and misleading.
This taco bell is by far the worst as far as cheating you out of food,they skim you on meat,cheese,etc, unfortunately I live close but I try to get taco bell at any other locations and heat up at the house, they are that bad and have been for years. Crazy how consistent they are at it!
Long line in drive in but worth the wait. So good and I even bought something sweet to my hubby lol. Super nice guy at the window.Even under a mask I could tell he was smiling. That is hard to see when you cant see their smile. Thank you for feeling me good vegan food. Love the black beans
The lines are always so long because they wait to take people’s orders so they can have fake numbers and show fast times for time at the window! You wait 15 minutes to order and then get your food fast. If you pull up to the window too quick and there is no one directly behind you they’ll offer you a 10% discount to back up and reset their clock. I can get behind wanting to perform well but NOT BY CHEATING. I have zero respect for any management team that thinks this is ok. I have personally been asked 3 times so I know this to be 100% accurate. Food is usually ok but the cheese is rarely fully melted In quesadillas or chili cheese burritos. Likely due to the rushing trying to get people out of there.
We waited almost 32 minutes in the drive thru to get to the order speaker, and then was told to wait a second and look at the menu. The person did not get back to us for another additional 7 minutes. It took forever to order and then the order was wrong. This is the slowest taco bell that Ive ever been to they act almost as if there is a gas leak in the building most of them are walking around looking Dazed and Confused. But on the other hand the food was half-decent could have been warmer though. The owner of this location should definitely look into revamping the entire crew.
It was a cloudy Sunday afternoon in February when I was with my family on the way home from a trip to North Carolina. It had been about 7 hours in the car and I was sick of driving. When I heard the rumble of my hungry stomach, I knew it would be a good time to eat and take a break from driving. I took the nearest exit and saw the Taco Bell sign in the distance. “I love Taco Bell” I said aloud and my family agreed. I will give credit to the workers for being being nice people but that is the ONLY credit they are getting from me. The first red flag was the lack of straws. I wondered what went through the employees mind when they saw the 4 drinks we ordered and then placed 3 straws in the bag. This error is extremely unacceptable because it inconvenienced my family greatly. If that was the only problem I wouldn’t be leaving this review. However, it’s not the only horrific thing I endured. The second was the absolute disregard that they put into making my cheesy quesadilla. The cheese was not melted and fell out when I opened the bag. I could barely eat a bite without making a mess and gagging. As someone who eats Taco Bell at least once a week, I can confidently say that this is the worst quesadilla I’ve tasted. I don’t even want to talk about the taco because it was even worse quality than the quesadilla. Additionally, my chipotle chicken melt was embarrassingly awful. Whoever made it should be ashamed of what they put me through. Finally, the freezes. They were super liquidy and I felt sick after consuming them. I am a Taco Bell slushy connoisseur so this was the worst pain I felt in the entire meal. Anyways, Taco Bell as a whole is usually good but this branch was an embarrassment to the company. I hope that in the future service will improve so that others don’t have to feel what I did on this unlucky day.
Took home 2 naked chicken chalupa s. They were both so tough it was like eatating a rubber tire fire hot. 🔥 It would have been nice to be able to eat them. Besides they are fire hot and no one told me that I needed a fire extinguisher to eat them if that was even possible. I think I will use them to put soles on a pair of old shoes. That is all they are good for.
Meh. Ordered through the drive thru. Tryed to count my items to insure it was complete. Taco wrappers BARELY held on to the tacos with minimal handling. Not happy with having 1/2 of my hard shells broken upon eating. Window servers are fine, but the prep staff needs to be more conscience regarding proper food handling.
Half the time the orders are wrong. In fact I was just there and the poor girl was running back and forth from the front counter to the drive thru and not only was my order wrong but others before me were wrong. It wasnt her fault, the others were yelling at her telling her what to do while she was waiting on everyone. She was the nicest person even though she was stressed.
Good food can be slow at times but always polite and offer a complimentary drink or similar when having a longer than usual wait time. They also are the only Taco Bell that marks the outside of the special order tacos so you dont have to search through 20 tacos to find the 3 with no lettuce
We eat here regularly and honestly if there was another Taco Bell close to the same distance we would go to that restaurant. The food isnt consistent. Sometimes the portions are generous and the food is good. Other times the food is barely wrapped and tossed in the bag and youre lucky if you get the entire order. ALWAYS check your order before you pull away.
In line right now writing this review. Ive been waiting here for 30 minutes for a simple order. I would have walked out, but theyve already charged my card. There are plenty of people inside, but they are all slow, inexperienced, and dont care. Management needs to do some re staffing as the people they have here are not putting in the effort for their wages. Im not the only one waiting but they are by no means packed. If whoever owns this wants to make money, I would suggest being able to have a higher customer turnover rate. There have been at least 15 orders walk out the door because of the long wait time. Even though its closest to my house and conveniently located for me, I will not be back. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened.
Ill definitely visit there again, unfortunately Im still in the restroom from the last time I ate there. This particular location gives toilet paper instead of napkins, so thats cool. Dont bother asking what the taco meat is made of, the answers are so broad in range that youll never make any sense of it.
Weve been going to this Taco Bell for three years. It used to be really great -- good service, good food, and good portions. In the last year this store has suffered a radical decline in all three. We generally wait 20+ minutes in line before we are handed our order, which is often incorrect, light on fillings, and dry/old. Ive contacted Taco Bell corporate multiple times with no response or improvement. It actually seems to be getting worse. Sad.
Wonderful experience and a lasting impression.Yesterday, I had forgotten my wallet and was trying to use Android Pay to pay for my meal. For some unknown reason, either my phone wasnt working or the card reader wasnt working.I was so embarrassed that I had made these good people prepare my food and I couldnt pay. I tried to tell them to cancel my order, but a nice woman, I would presume the manager, told me not to worry about it, my meal (which cost $3 and change) was on the house.I felt so valued as a customer and that was a great gesture. I will be coming back often. Thank you so much!
We were passing through and went inside to order. It was a little bit of a wait but thats because they were super busy. The manager was handing out the food and talking to everyone to make sure they got everything. I was very happy with the service. Our order was perfect which many know is not always the case. Our wait was less than 10 minutes and for lunch time I was impressed. The store was clean and so were the restrooms.
Ive been coming here for years and have never once had a problem. Service is always really good and the quality is on points. I highly recommend this location. I highly do not recommend the Burger King across the streets as their quality of food and service has been declining for the last two years.
Literally the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Bathroom was DISGUSTING. Smelled like cigarettes, beer bottles in the trash. One employee had a hickey. Another employee was on her cell phone. Got our order wrong and was very sloppily put together. Tables and floors were dirty. Fake dusty flowers everywhere wasnt doing it any favors either. Needs a remodel and better staff!
Food was fine, typical taco Bell food. However the restaurant was older, very worn seats with old food caked on and faded away. No one was cleaning the tables, I had to clean one for my kids and I to eat in. Definitely one of the most worn and unclean facilities Ive been to.
When I first walked in I felt uncomfortable. The inside was dead and very dirty. I dont understand how the dinning room can be so nasty with no one inside. The guy who took our order was zoned out and looked lost. It took 25 minutes to get 4 tacos. Dont recommend going to this taco Bell in canal Winchester.
This was the worst Taco Bell I have been to. We jumped off the highway to get a quick bite. We went inside to order. First off the lobby was freezing cold my husband said he saw thermostat on the wall that said 65°. Next the wait was ridiculous for our food (at least 20 min). But what really ticked me off were the workers. All the girls in the back were talking LOUDLY while making the food.....Complaining about other coworkers, or their personal lives. Our cashier was extremely rude and I witnessed her yelling at a coworker for not bringing her correct change after he had ran an errand for her on his break. It was while she was standing at her register and a customer was waiting to order. Ridiculous! Date of service was 1-30-18 @ about 5:00 p.m.
If you have an hour to spare then this is the place for you. We waited in line for 16 minutes (6 cars ahead of us) which we totally understood. Then once we got to the window this guy told us Gimme a minute, I need to put you on hold. (Because apparently the cashiers are now customer service reps too) then after waiting someone else got on the microphone to inform us that if we wanted anything for lunch it would be at least 15 minutes before we were served. We said no thanks, of course, then she said some workers called off, and as we were driving off noticed six cars in the drive thru line and felt bad for them. Terrible experience. If you cant serve customers shut down or hire more responsible workers who dont all call off on the same day. Its called fast food for a reason.
A waste of money. I have never written a bad review. I usually just brush things off: but when spending $25 on food and ALL of it was extremely poor quality you can get a little mad. No my day wasnt bad, and noIm not a bitter person. This was truly horrible. Soda was flat, the potato grillers had 5 potatoes and cheese sauce. Im not kidding. My food was stone cold in the 5 min drive we had home. They gave us the wrong meal. This review is meant for the store, you need to improve. Food was fine but the service was incredibly slow. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I think a seedy middle of no where gas station bathroom would be cleaner and better maintained than this one. If you havent cleaned the bathroom in weeks (as it appeared) Id hate to see the cleanliness where the food is prepared.
Perfect if you want to wait longer in a drive thru than if youd gone across the street to ooharleys, waited to be seated on a Friday night, and ordered a steak well done.Also good if you dont know what you want to eat, because chances are they wont get your order right anyway. Its a great way to gamble with friends.
Been on the road since 6am and thought wed get a quick bite.......WRONG!!! placed our order....waited....waited.....person behind us got their good so we questioned whete our order was. The guts preparing the food asked what name is it under? I said, Tom ...he replied with...Doug? Haley? No!! Tom!!! Takes my receipt to make my order and still makes it wrong!! The male manager was helping him get the order correct, while the female manager complained about a female employee who was on break! Finally got our food after a 20 minute wait! My enchirto came...wrong. I order a beef one, but got a beans and rice one! I ate it cause I didnt want to wait any longer....still have a 3 hour drive ahead! Oh yea, had to ask someone to come out and wipe our table too!!
Poor service. Very slow workers and service. Sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes and I was only the 3rd car back in the line from the window. Food was incorrect. Very poor customer service skills. The gentleman taking my order was very rude and forgot to give my card back, I had to ask. Not coming here on lunch breaks any more. Didn’t have time to eat after the ridiculous wait.
Multiple visits now my ffod has been made incorrectly. Tonights fiasco was a 12 of cinnabons with no cinnamon or sugar on them... ?!? They said it was recalled... but the same cinnamon was on the cinnamon twists in the 5 dollar box and I was told they are a separate product?!?!The two boxes we ordered were triple double crunchwraps... the pics show differently... singles!The manager on duty rushed me off the phone and I called the corporate office. I worked here 10 years ago and we had great reviews. I was a manager on 3rd shift. This location is horrible for getting your order correct. Nearly every visit theres been issues...Save yourself and drive to the next t. Bell in reynoldsburg or lancaster... lol seriously
I dont know how this place is still open. The last two times Ive gone there Ive waited more that 30 mins for my order. Ive also seen employees go out to a car and smoke and come right back in. The place is a mess as well. I know going in that Im ordering Taco Bell and I shouldnt expect 5 star service, but it seriously looks and smells like animals broke in there. I wish I was just embellishing this review, but this is one of the worst places in Columbus to get food.
No effort from staff. 20 minute wait for food that was wrong and tasted stale. They didnt even have straws. The place was a mess and the bathroom was disgusting. My three year old daughter even noticed how dirty it was. There are plenty of other options. Avoid this place. Wish we would have.
Taco Bell is my favorite food, but this restaurant tried my patience. Most TBells are pretty much the same more or less in my opinion. This restaurant stood out as poor. I experienced uncourteous staff an unclean eating area and mistakes in the food. Do yourself a favor and skip Taco Bell in favor of a different one while traveling out and about
Came here and got stuck waiting in the drive thru lane for almost half an hour to an hour. Half the employees were outside talking to friends, shift manager comes outside to collect a few of them but minutes later they end up outside again. Ended up leaving with no food, what a horrible place.
There should really be an option for negative stars. I placed an online order with this location on Friday 05/04. All seemed to go well, the order went through and I received the following email which also includes a confirmation number which I did not add to this but I do still have, advising when it would be ready for pick up:PICK UP YOUR ORDERIN-STOREReady at Fri,6:22 pmat 6075 Gender Road,Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110Just head to the pickup counterand well call your name.Track Your OrderI sent my daughter to pick up the order as I am unable to do it myself,and about 5 minutes after she left I received the following email:Sad TacoOOPS!WELL TAKE CARE OF YOU IN THE RESTAURANT.Sorry–there was a problem with your order!Come inside, tell us your name at the register,and well get your order ready.Once my daughter arrived at the location they made her re-place the order and recharged my card saying that the first order did not go through. However it did go through. I checked the banks website as I was on the phone with my daughter as she was at the restaurant. The person who waited on her said the charge would just show up as pending and would be removed once the bank updated their records. Since it was Friday evening and the bank was closed I went ahead and gave them the benefit of the doubt with the pending charge. We had no choice but to replace the order which I recited word for word right from the original confirmation email. Clearly even though I recited the correct original order to my daughter who relayed it to the person at the store, they still got it wrong because it was less than the original price by several dollars. In the end they gave us plain tacos instead of taco supremes and completely took off the cinnamon twists. And now that it is Tuesday morning and the bank has finally reconciled all transactions from the weekend I was charged twice.I am not happy, to say the least. I have chalked this up to an expensive lesson learned and I will not order from this location again and I would warn anyone to refrain from ordering online with them at all. Clearly this location needs to hire professional people who can proficiently work with data, in order to make online ordering work. Be warned if you try to use this service here. They will charge you twice and mess up your order in the process.Since the person working that night was so set on not applying a credit for the first transaction I have decided to write the Ohio Attorney General and send copies of the both emails and a copy of the charges on my bank card statement. This company should not be allowed to treat people this way. Its like they are blatantly embezzling money straight from the customers right before their eyes.Be warned if you try to purchase anything online with TACO BELL. They will literally send you through the ringer.
Our team at Winchester Reviews have had many experiences at this Taco Bell location. We have found these experiences to be far from perfect, yet somehow we keep coming back. Yes, the service is horrible, and so is the health quality of the food. Despite this, as long as my flimsy tortilla shell filled with mystery meat tastes good, you can bet Ill be back.
Almost always unprofessional when we go to this taco bell. Went last night pulled behind another car in drive 30 min before they close they served the people in front of us then swith ed the drive thru to closed. We waited to ask them why and he seen us in line and handed the people their food in front of us and locked the window and disappeared so he didnt have to talk to us. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Planning to call the manager today.
This had to be the most disgusting Taco Bell I have ever been in. There were no less than 5 roaches on the floor. Not surprising since the floor was covered with food, every table looks like it was wiped with used napkins, the kitchen floor looked even worse, not to mention it looked like this place hadnt been cleaned for days! This place needs to be and will be reported to the health department. Should be ashamed to be open!
This Taco Bell is always ridiculous. Tonight was no exception. Stopped in to get a snack before dinner. The drive thru was backed up so my husband went inside. There was only 1 customer ahead of him inside. We waited over 30 mins to get 4 spicy potato soft tacos and a cheesy bean & rice burrito. About 15 minutes after my husband had placed the order they told him they were out of rice and if he wanted beef or something on it..? Even though it is clearly a vegetarian option.. So we decided to just have an extra taco instead. We also ordered 2 sides of the chipotle sauce that comes on the tacos. Several minutes later, got the order, went out and checked everything. They had given us jalapeno sauce that comes on the burrito we couldnt get and sliced jalapenos....? He went back in to try to get chipotle sauce, received 2 more jalapeno sauces as he was told they were out of the other sauce... But there is chipotle sauce on the tacos and why would you give out a different sauce that does not go on the items we received... We dont think there was a manager there. But there were at least 4 people there and 4 more showing up for shift change that couldnt clock in without a manager. A possibly new person who didnt know how to take the orders he took going on smoke break while the place was packed. And a guy sweeping up nothing on the floor. And when we got home, the potatoes on the tacos were as hard as rocks and inedible. I will be contacting corporate about this horrible experience and every one before that.
Worst service ever...screwed up our order not once but twice, then we asked for our money back and she was only going to refund half of the money, until we persisted, AMD her excuse was it wasnt her store, even though she was wearing a managers shirt. Needless to say...we wont be back to this particular location. Do love me some nacho fries though!!
No one was in line except me & no one in the drive thru but it took a while to get my order to go. Then, I had to get my own soda & the drink station was filthy. The condiment station was filthy too. They hadnt been cleaned & there was dried soda pop & food crumbs all over every counter & floor. The food has always been hot, with quite a bit of toppings but now that Ive went inside, Im not sure Ill ever eat here again. If it looks this bad where I can see it, how horribly filthy is the back where we cant see?!? It was pretty gross
Had to wait 20 minutes for 5 tacos and 2 freezes. Only had 3 people working a d one of them was on the phone the entire time I was there. The kitchen was disgusting dirty, food all over the floor. I definitely dont recommend this place..... Please stop going to this place.
Stopped in this morning for breakfast. Three of us got hashbrowns skillet bowls with potatoes and pico to Gallo and crunch wraps. All of the potatoes were rotten, the pink go to Gile was clearly not edible anymore and taste like poison. All the hashbrowns were rockhard. We called to get a refund for our food because two out of the three of us were throwing up from it, and were told that we needed to bring the food back into the restaurant so they could look at it. We drove all the way back to the restaurant, show them the food, Only to be told by a manager that not only were we not getting a refund but she would not give us corporate number, only took my number and said that they would call me and to save the food that made us sick so that they could look at it again. We have a problem every single time we come to this Taco Bell, they’re dirty, they have terrible customer service, the men in the drive-through will cat call you and tell you to smile, do not ever go here.
This location really needs to hire more people. I went through the drive thru and an item was wrong so I went back in to get it fixed. They were so backed up. The guy up front was taking front orders and drive thru and passing out food in the drive thru. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my one item fixed. They are very short handed.
Sign at the counter use the kiosk. So I used the kiosk. You cant get a receipt unless you give them your email or phone number. No thanks. The store was pretty filthy. Staff was friendly, outside of the manager. Would be nice if I had the option to order from a human.
Went to this location tonight and sat in the drive thru for close to 20 mins for a $5 box with 2 cars in front of me. Get my food home and there is hardly any meat on my tacos, no cheese and my one taco was completely broke along the bottom. Will not be returning to this location.
Bad customer service especially at 1am don’t pay attention to how they make the order.. I asked for fiesta potatoes they gave me potatoes with just sour cream I thought cheese came on it as well?? I had to wait 10 mins for my order you’d think they would make it the correct way
So when I first approached the drive-thru there was No Breakfast Menu a lady from the inside had to come out and change the menu board so I could view the breakfast items and order, strike one! I ordered a Crunchwrap with steak and a grilled burrito with sausage. I go around to the 2nd window and pay, my order was done rather fast, which I appreciated it since I was just getting off of a 12 hour shift. Once I got home they got the breakfast burrito right but the Crunchwrap was also sausage when it should have been steak, strike two!! So I proceeded to look for a receipt to see if they charge me for steak and gave me sausage and also, so I could call and tell them about the mistake, no receipt strike three!!! I looked Taco Bells number up for that location and the phone just rings and rings and rings. Ive called 4 times and no one will pick up the phone I guess my order will never be fixed / replaced. Terrible customer service
I got off the hwy here & stopped at this Taco Bell location while in route to a different city just passed canal Winchester. This was a very recent visit, happening only a few days ago. It was late on a Friday evening, approximately 11P-12A and as always, i have my 20 month old son with me, asleep in his seat in the back...oh, and i CANT exit the drive thru once I youre in it at this place.. or else I SO SO would have! But the traffic behind you blocks you in with those little walls to the side of you ea way for one, but for two you never used it.And it LITERALLY took TWENTY-SEVEN MINUTES JUST to get through the drive thru! All I ordered was 3 regular soft tacos and 1 fiesta potatoe (which is just a super tiny bowl containing a handful of diced, deep fried potatoes with very little nacho cheese sauce & sour cream onem).When I did finally make it to the pay/food window, I was truly floored that the guy STILL asked for money when he opened it! I figured for sure he was going to tell me that I could simply have the food in exchange for the *nearly 30 minute wait* I had just experienced...in THE DRIVE THRU! Lol! wth!?But wait, it gets better...Not only does the employee NOT offer to make what they had done right, he doesnt even open the window and offer ANY kind of explanation for what in the hell was going on in there in order for me to (at this point) now be a full 35 mins behind schedule on my trip...HE NEVER EVEN SAYS:😶IM SORRY FOR YOUR/THE WAIT.😮 😬😣😕😫😦.And the whole time, i just stayed polite & never said a word.Yeah, Id say this was probably the worst fast food experience Ive ever had.And girl, I didnt even eat the damn food. My tacos had got cold waiting on them.Go figure.So yeah, nver again will I attempt going near this Taco Hell.
Will not order food here again at night. Wait was long, staff unfriendly, food was disgusting. Ordered a chicken casadilla and they put an insane amount of greesy cheese all over it and their sauce which I specifically asked them not to do (mouth is on fire). Did not eat but 2 bites. Gross and rude staff.
So why does the Canal Winchester location suck so bad? Double checked times to make sure it was open, I work 3rd shift. I get there all lights were on sign said open and then someone’s car was parked in front of the drive through so I couldn’t go through. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to go to this particular location to no avail. Not suRe about them but I wouldn’t be able To get away with that at work.
This is my second time ordering from this location and its the second time they messed up on the order; I ordered sweet tea and they gave me pepsi. I ordered loaded potato and told them specifically, NO MEAT or DAIRY because my GF is vegan, but guess what? The burrito was full of bacon! What if my GF was allergic to pork? It would be a worthy case to sue this place because someone didnt want to do their job and make a new burrito.
Do not come here I have to take a 5-layer burrito back 3 times because the employees do not know what no sour cream means. (Update) As I stand here for another 10 minutes as my 4th 5-layer is wrong a customer got tired of the wait amd left to go to chipotle and a heavyset employee started to yell and cuss at the top of his lungs about that customer, WISH I COULD RATE NEGATIVE STARS
Ordered tonight at 6:12pm, got food inside to go for family dinner. Got food at 6:42pm. Why? Let me tell you...I saw a guy talking to a couple applicants and not helping customers. Walking outside 2 times while I was there my 30min. Manager comes to give a guy a refund because he was done waiting. She was listening to her phone music in her pocket, with the (hollow don’t care face) giving him a refund. Drive through person average 6-10min a car, keeps having cell phone ring in her rear pocket clicking to send to vm. I have been here before and it’s not the best but man this was the worst out of the 10-15 times coming here. Guy working on food orders keep asking talking to application people guy for help. One star and “Taco Hell” award! Will not be back to this location.
Came in and stood at the counter. Nobody was in line in the dribe thru or inside. The satff was standing around just looking at me like i wasnt even there. This store has gone down hill since the change in management. Ive been a long time customer and probably wont come back unless things change.
Ive been sitting in line at the drive through for 47 minutes. Got to the window and they were out of something we ordered and a refund wasnt an option so we had to get something we didnt really want to replace it just to get out of there. Then we asked for our receipt and they couldnt find it. Very disappointed.
This place says they close at 2 am but every time I come here around 1:45 -1:50 they’re already closed. Every time. I even called the store and the employee that answered said they were still open and I was on the phone with her as I was pulling up to Taco Bell. Pull up no lights, everything is off and they say they’re closed.

2022-05-27I ordered the Mexican Pizza and the Cinnabon bites. Delicious, so glad the pizza is back!! There was a long line at the drive through but it was dinner time and people were just getting off work.The line did move quickly and efficiently! This is my third trip to Taco Bell in two weeks. Wont be my last!

2021-02-22Can not manage to get an order correct! Nacho bell grande missing the cheese. The crunch wrap Supreme is soggy and missing the sour cream. Chilli cheese burrito has chicken in it, since when??? When called to complain about the messed up food, the rude boy that answered the phone wanted to argue about it rather than fix their countless mistakes. Sad that the service here has gone down, we are regular customers! Hopefully someone from corporate sees this, since calling was pointless. Time of visit 2/22/21 between 5:45-6:15 pm.

2022-03-05Fastest & most accurate taco bell on this side of town! Pulled in at 11:30p, had 6 cars in front of me... was out of the drive thru before 11:50 & I had a 20 item order!!! The crew tonight (3/4/22) was AWESOME!

2022-05-25Worst service ever!!! Placed an online order and still had to wait an hour in the drive thru line to pick it up. Tim actually told me on the phone that he could care less about my order!! His concern was the 7 cars in front of me, even though my order was placed 1/2 hour before I showed up. 🤯 Wow!!!!

2022-03-11Hate to say it, but this taco bell is a hell of a lot better than the local chipotle. Even when the line is around the building in the evenings you get better service and better food here than ya do there!

2021-12-19They dont listen!!! Every time I order from there they ALWAYS mess up something. I ordered a grilled cheese chicken box with NO sour cream or tomato and of course I get sour cream and tomato (that literally happens every single time at this taco bell). I stay at the window and check the one I order with no sour cream thats how confident I am they will mess it up. I then have them remake it. I leave thinking everything is good I get home and find out they put sour cream and tomato on my box of party pack hard shell tacos. That was my last time going there. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Brice and main they have competent people working there.

2021-11-10I know times are tough right now and I know how it is to work in fast food. The guy who works the window is super nice and very respectful but I’m CONSTANTLY missing something every time I come here. The first time I never got a straw even though I asked for it and was told “it’s in the bag” when it wasn’t but didn’t really make it a big deal, it’s a straw. I went tonight and they forgot my nacho fries. Honestly the long line wasn’t worth going back to get them and I never got handed a receipt. I just wish they would double check the bag before they hand it out the window. Other than that, my food is always correct and hot.‼️UPDATE‼️: 11-10-2021: This location is GREAT! They have worked so hard to get to this point I’m sure. I’ve never had any issues here recently and the staff is phenomenal.

2022-01-09If I could give less stars, I would. Placed an order online and when I showed up at 8pm, they answered the drive-thru with an immediate ‘we’re closed’. When we explained we placed an order online, they simply said, ‘sorry, we’re closed. You might be able to get a refund online’ with no other offers for assistance. TERRIBLE customer service. I will NOT be coming here again.
