Order box meals and get it all thrown in a bag half wrapped then it just explodes in the bottom. Plus food was missing. In the 6 years of living here this is the last time. They always mess up orders and are either missing stuff or have beef or chicken in place of meats without asking. Get some staff in to support or just close the doors.
There was only 2 ladies working the inside dining and the carryout window. They were doing a great job.
Girl in the drive thru told us there was no such thing as a build your own cravings boxAnd refused to make a $5 crunchwap box, stating that its not a thing, when it is literally on the board at the speaker

This place is extremely slow! And the 3 times weve been here they have messed up our very basic order. Crunchy tacos with meat and cheese only. First time they gave us the tacos with everything including sour cream and tomatoes. The second time they gave us soft tacos. And the 3rd (was tonight) time they gave us tacos with just meat and lettuce. WHERE IS THE CHEESE?! Who doesnt want cheese on there tacos?! Tried calling them because I was already on 70 eastbound and couldnt get them to answer the phone. And I wouldve had to drive to the exit for st rt 13 to turnaround and go back and they wouldve been closed by the time I got there. This was tonight 9-27-2021. So I pretty much wasted my time and money there on dinner. And you seriously should be ashamed! People work hard for their money. Will they make this right?! Probably not! Will they respond to this review Probably NOT!
Terrible experience!!! Came in at 9:00pm and no one at the drive thru!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I will be calling corporate tomorrow! Will most likely never to return!! Employees need to be held responsible!! Ridiculous!
Ive went down there for the past 4 nights between 6-8pm and theyre always closed. Called multiple times. First time they said power went out, and they had to wait for their monitors to come back on. Second time, same story. Over an hour later they were still waiting on the monitors to come back up.
Friendly staff, food was delicious and hot. This location is notable, as the inside still has the classic Taco Bell color scheme, which was a fun little nostalgia trip.

We ordered two boxes (the chalupa box with chicken instead of beef, and a chicken sandwich taco box), as well as a few other items. The other items we ordered were correct, which is why I’ll give the one star that I am. They gave us instead of the chalupa box, another chicken sandwich taco box. Both of the chicken sandwich tacos we received were very sloppily made, and were also burnt. So we pulled back through to drive through to get the order corrected. We waited for a while, as they were busy and I know very well how understaffed everywhere is right now. We told her we’d received a couple wrong items and the manager, who was the one who took our order in the beginning, tried to argue with us. She ended up hollering back to the cook that she needed a chalupa and the cook cussed back at her and was very rude.Definitely will not be going back to the Buckeye Lake Taco Bell.
Food quality was fine but the drive through experience was incredibly slow. I may have waited in line for 25 minutes for this and there was no indication of why. Unfortunately it wasnt easy to get out of line or I would have given up a long time ago.

Very strange had an order waited 45 minutes in line, only to be told by the manager that their ordering system was down and I had to replace another order. Other than that the place was really hard to get into the dining room is not open, and the traffic goes outside of Taco Bell down the street behind a tire shop. Not worth the wait very disappointing.
Waited in drive line for 20 minutes. Took one order at a time. Inside service were closed. Need more staffing. Food once you got was fine.

Looked like only one or two people were working when we got there, and there was a long line but they still got everyone through the line fairly quickly. Overall great service.

2/23/21- Today we came through the drive through and ordered 12 beef burritos and some other food. When we got home we had only received 10. We called the store and the manager was already aware of the shortage, and we informed him that we would be coming back to pick them up. When we returned I was very unhappy with the way that I was treated by the manager. Very disappointing.
The food is okay but they often forget stuff, for example: if you ask for sauces they, more often than not, forget to put any in the bag.Thank you for the feedback!! I do want to say though, that the one thing that keeps me ALWAYS coming back for more is the MOST AWESOME CREW you have working at this location!!!! I have yet to run across a single crew member who was not totally nice and considerate and always more than willing to correct any mistake!!! I LOVE THIS LOCATION FOR THAT MORE THAN ANYTHING!!!!! My only plea is that Taco Bell STOP removing everything we love from the menu. Options are sadly getting slim 😟
The service at this location has greatly improved over the last few years. Not too jinx myself, but my food has been perfect the way I ordered it for the last 6 months. Really hope it stays that way.

Not many choices in the area. This is the time of Covid 19 and the McDonalds I wanted was closed since it was after 10pm. My daughter loves this Taco Bell she goes with family often. Service was good. Wait was a little long. Cashier was rude.
Went through the drive through a little before 9pm, the lady taking the order was really nice and seemed like she enjoyed her job. After we got our food, we had a lot of the sauce we asked for. Plenty of napkins. A drink carrier which I didnt even know taco bell had! Thanks for the carrier, and the food was great as always. 5 stars easily.

Im not sure if theyre short on staff or untrained a few days ago waited in line 25 minutes finally pulled out and around to leave . didnt seem to be having the car that was the issue pull forward. tonight I asked for hot sauce twice got home nothing in the bag I also got the steak salad and normally I get plastic fork but this time nothing and there were no napkins in the bag.the drive-thru young lady was very nice but I decided to call a manager I let it ring for about 4 or 5 minutes no answer and no voicemail something is majorly wrong. And it all comes down to poor management.
So it is your typical Taco Bell chain store with all the same selection I have seen before, but that is what makes it great.The place seems newer because it is clean and well taken care off. Easy access from the road, I mean highway area Parking is plentiful.Bam, as soon as you walk to the counter, you will be greeted and that is nice to not have to stand around for a few minutes. The hot sauce selection was fully stocked and that is nice that they keep an on on this area.nice place.
If I could give no stars I would. Your manager Tina is rude and should not be working in customer service if she thinks it’s ok to talk to customers the way she does. And to cuss at her autistic employees. She will constantly hang up on you if you call the store for food that she messed up and tell you to just eat it.
They asked if needed any sauce, I say yes they gave me 4 pks for 2 boxes of tacos. When I asked for more the attitude that they gave me was crazy. Any other time they give a hand full. I was ok till attitude started
This is one of the best Taco Bell restaurants in the area. The food is always perfect and they’re friendly even when they have just two employees. This is my favorite Taco Bell location.
I was passing through and wanted a quick place to eat at. I looked over and saw the usual American fast food burger joints, looked a bit further and decided to check out this Taco Bell. I was pleased with the staff here how friendly that they were and the place was kept in in neat order. As I waited for the food they gave me the drink and the food came out quickly.
They consistently mess up my order. I even ordered online so it was all entered correctly.1/21Tried giving another try. Had to go through the drive thru twice to get the right items in the bag. Half the food was cold. The lettuce in my bowl was frozen and mushy.
This was the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It started with the cashier who took my order. She had taco sauce on each side of her mouth. The restaurant was filthy. The food prep area had food and paper all over the floor. Not a little bit of trash, but a lot. The same goes with the dining area of the restaurant. I ordered two bean burritos that took 15 minutes to get. When I opened them, they looked terrible. I just threw them away and considered this just a lesson learned as to where not to eat.

Bad experience... ordered food online for pick up in store. Placed order 7 minutes ahead because app said it would be ready in 4 mins. Ordered 4 items. Walked in store 10 minutes after ordered and stood at pick up line while family of 4 was ordering. No one asked anything as we stood for 5-6 mins. I asked a manager as they rushed from taking the family of 4 that just ordered thier food. Was told they were working on it now. Sat at table that looked clean then realised it wasnt along with tables across from us. Got called up and looked in bag as it appeared everything was there. After getting to the car I realised they forgot an item and I needed to go back inside to get it.
Terrible store. Arrived for lunch with a trailer, they refuse curbside pick up and lobby is closed. No option to pick up food even after buying online on app. No signs anywhere indicating dining room is closed.
The young lady taking my order was very friendly. I told her I needed more time to look over the menu and her response was impressive for a fast food chain. she said “take all the time you need. If you need any help with our menu or recommendations, just let me know!”. The food was was fast to come out the window, it was hot, no broken or soggy shells (I had 2 fiery locos tacos and nachos), and the bag was equipped with an appropriate amount of napkins and sauce!

I dont understand all the bad reviews about messed up orders and waiting 15-30 minutes. I stop here on average of once every two weeks (more often if a good item, but a limited time thing). I order online, drive up and give my name to the always friendly person whos working the drive thru. By the time I get to the window, my drink is ready and in less than 7 minutes, Im leaving. My order has only been goofed up once and that was a regular taco was forgotten. Not a huge deal. In summary; the employees are friendly, the food is good and the orders correct. I would give em a 5 if they brought back the orange cream freeze drink and kept it on the menu.

I would give it zero if i could. Service is extremely slow. Bathrooms have a toilet that is overflowing. Their toilet paper is worst i have ever seen anywhere and the towel dispenser is out of order. I have been sitting here for a To Go order and it has been at least 13 minutes ago and NO ORDER yet!!! They were quick to take your money. Placed order at 2:22 pm on may 5, 2018. Just got it at 2:37 pm. That is awful!
This doesnt make sense buckeye lake ohio taco bell a party pack of tacos is 14.99 and is 12 tacos so when I ordered a party pack the employees said I cant order a party pack because they are short staffed but the sold me 12 tacos by their self which came to 20 dollars I think the employees are pulling a scam I cant order a 12 pack party pack but can order 12 tacos by their self which is 6 dollars more I cant wait to talk to the general manager tomorrow

When we got there they were staff was standing outside they came inside to take the order went back out to smoke. The food was sloppy and not put together very well. While we were eating they went back out to smoke.and all of them seem to be like they was high on something.tried to get a refund they didnt want to issue 1 so we ate the food. Then we left I will never visit this taco Bell again.

The food was ok but the cleanliness was less than desireable. An employee was cleaning but placed her attention to the trash containers while almost all tables needed wiped down & the floor swept. We only choose that location for convenience of the location. Would love to see this condition corrected...most people choose drive thru.
If these tacos get any stinger they will be just shells and rabbit food. And still cost $3.
My orders tend to be large and for several people, but its all one order, so not that hard. They are usually very friendly and Ive always got everything Ive orders but Ive never been in a hurry when I go there. Id rather quality then speed.

Employees need to be retrained on basic hand washing. Watched one employee go from the register to helping on the line without washing or gloves. Another from the drive thru did the same, except she put her hand up to her mouth a couple times before handling flood and equipment. Given the current climate with viruses spreading food service employees need to get some awareness and stop risking the spread of their germs to others.
Went to Taco Bell to get something to eat and they decided to close over an hour before closing time. Must be nice to be an employee and set your own hours

So we went by on night shift around 11:30..the only thing that was good was the pink lemonade..the hard tacos were stail the soft tacos and nachos gave one person to food poisoning. Food is decent. Orders are usually correct and not a long wait inside. New kiosks are great when having complicated orders of switching things out & adding on to your food.

When we first went in we were greeted by a small girl in glasses, then after she takes our order she walks over to the guy in the window who is basically hanging off of the ceiling. Pretends to kick him in the groin area and then walks back. My fiance went back for 2 of the $5 boxes, one plain and one not. We made it home before we realized that both boxea had everything. So we went back and the only good thing was they let us keep the box with everything on it. Food wasnt fresh and the plain box had barely any meat if at all any and was 3/4 cheese. We wont be coming back to this mcdonalds in the future.

Litterally the worst service ever. i made a little mess on the floor and i got yelled at and threaten to kick me out the next time i came back. safe to say dont waste your time on this place. the only good worker is Josh Wiles and all his co workers hate him.
Every morning after work about 7:20 we stop here & 50/50 chance do we ever even get any food because nobody answers the speaker & they ignore our phone calls as were sitting at the window staring at them. Have even honked the horn to get their attention before & they walk away, stay in the food prep area or hide in the office with the door OPEN so we can still see them. Front doors are also locked every time. Boooooo. Heath or Zanesville it is for now on.

2022-05-15I didnt get to eat that night,the employees would not acknowledge my presence untill it was at their cut off time for taking orders for the night. I watched them cook food to go for themselves while I waited. Im totally unsatisfied,will not ever spend money at that taco bell or maybe any taco bell ever again.

2022-03-02I have been very critical of the Taco Bell in my Hometown because I travel the entire state and every single other Taco Bell seemed to be better than this one........ however in the last month or so theyve seemed to really turn things around and Ive really enjoyed the food coming out of this Buckeye Lake Taco Bell. 2022-04-27They will not prepare your prepaid door dash order if it doesn’t show up in their system. Their manager will check your receipt and still tell you they will not make the food, leaving you to wait for an hour or more if you can’t cancel the order.

2022-07-02Placed a online order for 26$ was told they didnt have it so I cancelled it and tried to place it with them then they said they were closed at 12:30 and took everyone behind me my advice dont place a online order unless you want your money taken after all that said they had nothing to do with the refund and my money is still gone out of my account. I would honestly just say dont order from here in genera The whole experience was terrible and the staff are incredibly ill-mannered and rude

2022-01-13I never thought Id give TB a star rating but here I am. Honestly, TB is the only fast-food restaurant which actually has inexpensive food. Theres no such thing as a value menu anymore at those other places.At TacoBell I get cheap food for a cheap price. The food isnt off the charts delicious but you get what you pay for at TB.The service varies but I typically have positive experiences with the staff.

2022-04-07Nice folks, efficient, clean. Food was... who cares? Its Taco Bell. Decent for what it is here. Ordering inside was only available at the Kiosk in this location, during my visit.

2022-03-21Had to repeat order at the drive-thru several times not sure why they could not hear me I talk loud anyways... Staff not very friendly at window sometimes they forget things like straws or ask if you want sauce food great as always
