I was very happy with staff here. The woman at the counter and i talked for a moment. She is very knowledgeable! Showers are beautiful and clean. Site is wonderfully maintained... The best experience at a TA in a while.

Eaton Ohio...tricky tricky.Was told people were in front of me, normal, need to wait your turn.Should be 7 to 8 hrs, had to get the part. What they Did Not say was the part would be picked up the next morning. So in total I waited 17hrs. Could not just leave..it was a major on my pre trip.My company was passed
Employees were rude. Drivers looking for sandwiches. They were out. Asked gal if she was gonna make more. Told me not her job. Nit her fault restaurant is closed, so I could just get over it.
Pretty good stop, the ladies were very helpful. The parking was awesome, plenty of parking even for us late arrival people. The shower felt great, hot water the entire time.
Gas station attendant was great 2nd shift.. She was very nice and attentive. She had long hair and glasses with a smile that will make you smile.
They have a doggy area #winning but otherwise clean bathrooms and plenty of gas pumps
Actually then facility it’s old and they’re not clean I would like to go to pilot flying J and be a little bit extra then go to go to Guy‘s because it’s really not worth it to go to them more expensive a price and food and snack and gasoline and diesel no special in the items to buy and then lock it has a lot of butt holes
Fairly clean ... Mostly friendly ppl ... BK on site if youre hankering for a clogged artery .. but they serve the impossible whopper .. decent compromise... Bathroom clean . 😎
Checked in on App, still had to wait. Then they where unable to do Oil change on truck, because Mechanic did not have correct socket size to remove filters.Trailer, electrical work done quickly. However, was charged for mudflap removal/disposal, when there was no mudflap to remove/dispose.
Had to walk inside to pay for our gas. Card readers werent working on the pumps. Would have been different if I had been buying something.
They do false advertising. They say the main restaurant is open but, when you get there it is only fast food
Service was poor at dinner waitress was more interested in her boyfriend then paying attention to customers and was told they was out of everything we ordered till we picked something easy and then was way over charged 24.56 for pancakes and biscuits and gravy and 2 drinks
Was not happy no food for the drivers. Restaurant is closed permanently and the cashiers are rude because you enterupt there phone time. Very dirty will not stop here again.
Still the dining room remains closed. Another truck stop that has drifted away from its mission of serving the professional OTR driver. Stop only for fuel once every 4-6 weeks ONLY because they are listed in our companys fuel directory. I have long since written off most TA locations in meeting the needs of OTR drivers.

Rolled in like a big dog in my 64.9 mph truck looking for a lil’ TLC for this company trailer that evidently lacked brakes. Renee put me in the batters box for the next open bay. By the time I walked in got a cup of java and was walking out the door, she called and gave me the green light. Dustin my crew chief with the plan asked me what I thought I gave him everything I had as far as what it was and wasn’t doing. He then looked at me and in a few words stated I did about 85% of his job already, just by paying attention to the problem and disseminating that info to him. Approximately 30 min. later I was rolling out the bay making money. Thanks TA shop for taking care of this old dog you did me and K&B right👍
Well went in to get some work done . Remembering that they did good work good people I was very disappointed by last visit they didnt have the parts in stock I had to wait till Monday and then after that they didnt take it apart they didnt look at it all they said was I needed tires I needed rims and they couldnt do nothing until they changed all that and the bill they were talkin between 2000 and $3,500 come to find out all I needed was a new hub and couple lug nut $628 ta I am so done with you.
I like every TA I go to..its enough space and parking for trucks and trailers. Loves and Pilots make you squeeze in so close I rarely go unless bobtail or get in early. The staff are friendly and the restrooms are good thats always important.
Gas is fair priced. Their card readers at the pumps are a bit outdated and sometimes dont work so well. But its a nice place to stop for gas and other items.
Do you think the spaces between the partitions surrounding the toilets could be just A smidge wider so that people can completely see me taking A dump and wiping? Please!?
The chili was terrible but everything was ok. I had my favorite, chicken fried steak n masked potatoes. The chili was a side item but chunky and dry. Not a fan of that.

This was the worst TA I every went to I know we got the covid19 going but I check in at 130pm to get a oil change and a val stem on my front steer tire repair all done on e-shop went to check-in worker standing in front drinking soda not welcome me. I EXPECTED how can I help you. Something they continued talking until I said I need to do a write up for oil change and val stem. IT was 830pm when I had to see how much longer was told there tech never came to work will have to wait until Monday morning of course I cancel my work order took all my time for a non oil change

T/A is awesome, do my DOTs at T/As all over the country and they always get me in quick.
Not a bad experience. However, they all need to do something about the jenk parking when there are spots for the semis available. Makes it hard to get out and on the road.
It was a very nice truck stop. Very clean super friendly staff. Prices were reasonable, and they had a good bit of gift shop items.
I have some mixed feelings about this place certain staff members are very rude and theyll be short with you and just their tone is awful theyre demeanor everything about them is awful I dont know if it was just that day or what but anyone else that Ive encountered there is always been very nice and I just get really bad service when I go in there and certain workers are there and I dont even know them but theyre like that to everybody you can just see it when the customers are walking away

Worste TA in the nation, attendants rude argumentative, shop manager a straight out worste manager Id ever seen, literally sat in the front of store arguing with a customer calling him names while the store manager did likewise to another customer. Will never use ta again would rather pay $1.00 more a gallon then experience that type of atmosphere ever again. Your company has definitely lost the plot. Without us customers you dont have a business.

Great place to stop in..Not much on the along the interstate but this TA tries to make up for that. For us truckers there is a lot of gravel as the pavement parking fills up quick in the evening hours!!

Went to the Burger King for lunch. Food seemed more expensive than normal and took a really long time to come out. In excess of 15 min.

Always love TA/Petro...large lots to accommodate many trucks. Repair shop fixed my hood mirror quickly, once the needed part arrived.

The lottery machine doesnt take debit cards a fountain drink is overpriced and the burger king prices are 3 times the normal price who pays 3.89 for a double cheeseburger
Would rate this higher but currently the construction has everything screwed up in the entrance. Shop works hard and as fast as any other TA shop.
Located at the 10mm on I-70 & the last station before entering Indiana. I always stop there to top off refusing to buy gas while there as my personal protest against Hoosier state since they raised the fuel tax substantially to supposably repair some of the worst roads in the nation but you will never see any improvements.
Restrooms were clean. The area around the truck stop had litter.
Got a PM on our freightliner today, good mechanic thoroughly got the job done, great manager on staff Corey got a team together to help get an air bubble stuck in our fuel lines. Thanks guys 👍

Is ok , its a truck stop it is what youd expect. But it is fairly clean but the registers are undermanned and truckers get first priority over regular travelers.
If I could give zero stars I would first off they wake you up while your boyfriend is inside paying for fuel just to tell you that he needs to move then they told him to leave the truck stop when he went in to complain about waking me up. Worst truck stop in america

Last time I was there the Popeye Chicken closed at 5 p.m. the rest the facility seem to be okay.

Tough day at TA truck service in Dayton, OH. Rolled in at 0930 asked to have a light repaired on the trailer and truck needed an oil change, lube and an annual DOT inspection finally rolling out of the shop after 2145!
Never do something in shop, a lot of guys do nothing only speaking with each other, I came in morning 8.00 they told me wait 2 hours to PM, no 17.12 they did nothing
The staff went out of their way to get my truck fixed as quick as possible, I was grateful for that thank you guys.

2021-11-04Lost an idler pulling Repairs were Quick. The individual that work there were awesome. The 2 mechanics that were there remind me of the property brothers but much funnier. Also Karen works there a good one not a bad one.

2021-07-01Overall the store was nice. I am give it only three stars because the workers never acknowledge anyone in the store and the place SMELLED like dirty mop water or the water that comes out of trash. It was that was through the whole store.Now, the store was as stocked as it could be during these times. The parking lot was very clean. Small, but clean.

2021-05-27Slowest gas pumps in the area. I dont know if they are putting off changing filters or if they are slowing their gas pumps to make it look like your getting more for your money. What ever the issue is it needs corrected. They do have good food in their TA restaurant but Im not a fan of the Burger King. Id rather drive to the burger King in Richmond Indiana. Looks like this place needs a bit of work getting things up to customer satisfaction.

2021-12-08Yet again, its a TA, what can expect. Was hopping to grab some hot food, hotdog,, brat, slice of pizza etc. All the warmers turned on and no food, not even the warm pretzels. Like said...its TA. Par for the course.

2021-06-07Stopped here because I need to visit the shop. It’s a Sunday and I got here about 844pm. They said the earliest would be around 2am. I had no Choi but to take it. Hopefully I will get in at that time or earlier. It’s a Big lot with lots of parking. People seemed pretty friendly but they do have armed security WALKING AROUND IN PLAIN CLOTHES WITH THE GUN AT THE HIP LOL... that’s usually a very bad sign. a wrecker is definitely roaming the area so don’t try parking in ANY NO PARKING ZONES, HANDICAP OR RESERVED! Haven’t had a shower yet so I will update that later.

2021-08-24Worst is not enough for the people at this facility.Totally unprofessional took 12 hours for an oil change after all of it they did didn’t put the cap onn properly when I stopped oil was everywhere under the hood then called them and telling my situation without helping the manager was like we put the cap onn we don’t know after that then how does it comes off man.Worst experience with these people.
