6/27/2022 in-store visit: Charles is fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and EXCELLENT at multitasking with customers needs and wants for T-Mobile products and services. I highly recommend Charles if youre due for or want an upgrade like I did or if you are looking for new products and services from Charles and T-Mobile!! Excellent experience from Charles!

Actually enjoyed my time here. Upgraded my phone - was informed of a promotion going on & ended up getting a great deal! Great staff! Very knowledgeable!!! Thanks Chase, I appreciate all of your help man! (My dad does too! As you can tell he is a big fan! HAHAHA!😆)

Store hours are till 08:00pm. I was in the store at 07:08pm there were 2 associates and they told me we are short staff and there were no other customer ahead of me and they said we are closing.They were not willing to provide service Even though I am a sprint customer which T-Mobiles own it. I was just replacing my sprint Sim to T-Mobile.Not a good place to visit.

I’ve been trying to deactivate my plan for a few days now. They told me that I had to call 611.. after an hour phone wait ( which drained my battery) I finally reach someone and then was transferred to another person .. which was another 20 minute wait for them.. then refused to give me my own information to log into their online portal.. I have never had to use it.. I’ve had sprint for three years.. they always handled my issues in store. The woman who answered who I was incredibly polite and kind to considering how frustrated I am.. just hung up on me and did not call back. I had to go to bed ( yes this lasted my entire day off) and had to wake up early for work.. I’ve been on the phone on hold now for 35 minutes.. I called as soon as I left work.. it’s like they’re refusing to help me so I can’t turn my phone off and leave. Which is going to cost me way too much considering I’ll be stuck paying two phone bills. This customer service issue and several lost calls and slow functioning device is why I want to leave to begin with. Lastly .. the people on 611 told me to go in store for this.. the people in store told me I had to call. So what do I have to do to get away from this carrier ?!?!

Didnt go well and only got worse... but they handle it really really well.Yesterday my wife and I went in wanting to change carrier and take advantage of the promotions. 1) I seemed to know more about promotions than the employee. 2) Numerous mistakes were made when changing things over so it took WAY too long! The other employee present knew what was going on and did his best to help but there was a long line and he kept working through the other customers.Also as we talked about new devices there was no mention of the phones having to be mailed due to not being in stock until much later in the process.When everything was complete there was an issue so we ended up leaving with sim cards to put in the new phones upon arrival. I WAS ADAMANT in ensuring we would have service and our phones would NOT have an issue as we ported out our numbers and were leaving on our old carrier still. We were assured there would be no issues.Monday morning we woke up and I went to start making my work calls since all my meetings are done via phone.... AND YEP NO SERVICE! I put in the new sim cards and started getting all the introduction to t-mobile texts. Along with your number is suspended and your bill is over due. TO SAY I AM LIVID AND FURIOUS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.1) dont let employees that dont know what they are doing work by themselves.2) Tell your customers when they wont be able to walk out with new devices at the START of the transaction.3) KNOW how the hell things work. As a customer I was fairly certain my phone would stop working... and IT DID!!!!! You the freaking expert told me it would not.UPDATE: I have to say their customer service has been possibly the best I have ever experienced. From calling Customer support and getting a human that could get our phones working quickly. To the fact the same individual called back numerous times through the day to give us updates.I ended up having to go back into the store, and they acknowledged all the errors apologized profusely, and fixed it quickly. The manager Mario I wanted to be so angry at but all he did was fix problems and acknowledge breakdowns. +1 star from where they were...

Charles was so helpful warm and patient with me. Went above and beyond to help save my information from my old broken phone to my new phone I purchased. I called before I came to the store and he was very understanding and kind on the phone. I had called the graceland t-mobile and got no where with that person said he couldnt help me or give me any advise. So I called the henderson store and was very impressed with my phone call and then went in to the store and purchased a new phone great customer service from both of the two guys working highly recommend them.
