One call says it all. Its pretty much a cell phone store and when I called the place I got a message that said they were busy just leave a message but the mailbox was full. How are they gonna help me when they cant even keep up with their own business phone. Im sure they are nice when selling you a product but try getting help from them any other time.
The men working here are arrogant and rude literally ever time I come in to the point it’s uncomfortable and I have to do everything online. Then their customer service is trash. Trash company all around but they’re the cheapest I can do with decent data. Decent data.
Ricky Ricardo is one of the most engaging, and professional sales reps I have had worked with. The staff have a great dynamic and kept us entertained. Also this is the first time I have came to the store. Every time I have a problem I go back to Ricky Ricardo and he is happy to help myself and my husband.This is the sprint store to go to.Also if you in to see Rico, tell them Tammy Hinkle sent you.
Have had nothing but problems with this store. I swiched 3 lines from verizon to sprint i was suppose to get 1 phone free...10 months later i see i am not getting 1 phone free...i have been paying for it all along...and the main sprint customer line cannot or shall i say will not fix what has happened.
This is the worst customer service EVER! As well as the worst service Ive EVER had. Started from day 1! Took 6 hours yes 6 hours to get my phones set up and paid for. Then if that wasnt enough they over charged me $679!!! Which I had to wait a week to get back!! I was lied to. I was told i would being paying $203 a month the most for 3 lines after tax. Ive been with Sprint for only 2 months and my bill has been $289!! Not what I was told! When I call I get told they will call me back. Now they are to the point they COMPLETELY IGNORE me even the DM Nathan. I go into the store and of course theyre not able to help me. I get told to call customer service. Customer service did not mess my service up the guys at Eastgate did and now they dont want to handle it. Korey, Tyler and the manger Dave I believe his name is.Nothing but a nightmare with this place. I was told I would be due on the 25th since thats the day I was set up. NOPE! THE 16TH. I made it clear I get paid the 22nd and that I can do automatic payments that day or after. They said no problem. None of that was true. The bill is due on the 16th and now Im disconnected because of their mess up! I DO NOT RECOMMEMD SPRINT especially the guys at the eastgate store.
So I was skeptical, but I left the store with more than I expected for less than I expected to pay. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and savvy. I have since been overly satisfied with the outcome of my experience. I couldnt ask for more from a carrier or the support I have received. 5 stars doesnt seem like enough.
Switched two lines from Verizon to Sprint. The customer service was great and the people were friendly. I didnt care for how difficult it was to switch companies and how small the location was. They didnt have many accessories to choose from at this location, but if you get to a larger store they have a great interest free payment plan on any devices in the store.
Claim to be unlimited calling and txt be they are not was charging 25.00 a phone call to every land line so calling Dr or a store 25.00 per call or out of state calls was also 25.00 per call bill was over 800.00 a month for a bill that should have been 350 ..also phone kept going into roaming ...switched back to Verizon today best decision shouldnt have left
This store is awesome! Got new phones, and any difficulties I had, they fixed and then some. I totally recommend Gene Nobles, spent all day getting my phone backed up, when continually failed, and took great care of my family. Taylor was great as well, even when I came back with another problem, she knew the problem and fixed. Definitely would recommend this store!
Ricco was awesome at the eastgate store. He asked very little questions but knew exactly what to do and was very friendly too. Was fast and got everything set up great. We like this store out of all the ones around us. They seem to know more at the eastgate store than the others weve been to
Have Had to deal with Sprint for 2 years and I am very Happy to be done! I was paying 185$ for one line. It would always fluctuate, I was swindled into adding another line because it would be cheaper which was in the short run but the long run was killing me in money... just safe to say Im happy Im not with them anymore!!
Best customer service hands-down. Other Sprint locations were treating us like garbage, but we decided to test our patience and try one last store. We were on the verge of cancelling our contract and expecting the worst as we walked in, but were happily greeted by Fred who sympathized with us and wanted to make things right. So far everything seems to be going a lot smoother and I didnt get that feeling of dread I normally felt as he was revising our plan. Im very happy with this experience and will go to this location for any future questions/concerns. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!
The employees were very rude. They also told me my new phone would be in on a monday. Because i was rellocating on a tuesday. My phone didnt show up and bow in stuck without a phone for several months until i get time to get a new phone. I recommend taking the time to drive to kenwood mall or another sprint store. These people are very unprofessional and dont deliver on what they say.
This place is an absolute joke. The conversation went thusly:ME: Theres something wrong with my phones charging capabilities. It wont fast charge.GUY: Let me take a look at it. (Hooks it up to device. Hands the phone back.) Theres something wrong with the hardware.ME: What can we do to fix it?GUY: Its the hardware, so nothing.ME: So thats it?GUY: ...ME: Thanks?
I recently purchased an LG V20..BUT it stopped working. I was instructed to go to a service and repair to take care of it. They could not find anything wrong with my phone and also wanted me to go without a phone for three weeks. LG corperation wanted the keep the phone for 3 weeks as well. I came to eastgate store looking for help. Rico was great and Nathan the store manager was willing to help when no one else could. Highly recommented!
This store has the worst service. I wondered why there is never any customers in there and when I was helped by agent Mike,I found out. He is probably the worst person to ever speak to customers. Unhelpful and he acts like he hates his job. I have been a Sprint customer for 8 years I have 5 phones on my plan and honestly considered canceling all my service because of Mike. I went to the Tri-County store that same day and spoke to Jalean he was the greatest greeted me with a smile and guess what he helped me. As a customer service manager myself and I know not everything is perfect, but that is no reason for terrible customer service.
Im on my 4th Samsung S6 which none have been my fault, all of which the manufacturers. But every time I go in the Eastgate store I have to wait anywhere from a half hour to an hour to be waited on. Sometimes there will be a manager hiding in the back, occasionally coming out and checking on the employees. The most recent time my phone stopped working the manager had told me that he was going to waive the fee since Ive had to replace my phone so many times in a short amount of time. I told him that there should be a fee of them selling me bad phones and that it was stupid that he told me that they were waiving the fee! Also he told me that it would be in within two days. Which would be on a Monday. So I went in today and guess what. No phone. He tried saying he didnt say that.
We switched from Verizon, hoping to save money, Fred Mathis was helpful and seemed knowledgeable. He was a bit unprofessional and pushy but we overlooked it. We were told our bill would average around $180 for 3 lines, the third line being free, WRONG. We now owe well over $200 a month, it’s obvious now that Fred was only concerned with making a sale. He completely lied and sprint will not honor what was originally told to us in terms of the monthly bill. We regret leaving Verizon as the service with Sprint is terrible. I can’t even use my phone in a hospital! If you are thinking about switching to Sprint, DON’T! If you must switch to Sprint, do not go to the Eastgate store, they lie, they are rude and unprofessional.
Whatever you do, do not by any products and/or services from Sprint by the Mobile Center. They are committing fraud. They are offering tablets for $50 and no monthly fee. When you get your bill, you are being charged a monthly fee and full prices for the tablet. I returned my tablet within 24 hours, and I am still being charged for the line, the tablet and the activation fee!Stay Away!

2022-05-14I have always been treated with kindness and respect at this location. I came in over a year ago while on crutches to switch to T-Mobile from another carrier, and everyone working the store with gracious and helpful, and made sure I was comfortable while we did all of the digital paperwork. Recently, I was back in this location to buy new hardware, and was treated with the same respect and courtesy as before. It is no fluke. This is my T-Mobile location for life.

2022-05-22My husband and I stopped in this store after being treated very rudely at another location. Amara Jones was so pleasant to work with us and replaced our screen cover for my husband when the other location refused to because they did not sell it to us. How can you sell it to us when you dont even carry it in your store. We have been with Tmobile for 19 plus years and have never been treated this way. You certainly could tell the difference in attitude by just walking in the store. Thanks so much Amara.5-21-22 Stopped by this store again and was greeted immediately. Derose was very helpful once again in replacing two screen protectors for mine and my Mothers phones. I cant say enough about this store and their employees. Very courteous and helpful. I cant say enough about this store. They most certainly care about their customers.

2022-05-23On 5/9/2022 I went into this store to buy a new Google TV Hub. The salesperson asked if I had the T-Mobile home internet. I told her last time I checked it was not available at my address. She stated it was so I signed up for it. I got home and set it up and all my devices showed there was no internet access. I called customer support and suggested I see if it gets resolved during the trial period which it did not.On 5/21/2022 I went back to this store and they stated they could not return or exchange it because the manager was not there and she would be back on Monday. They swapped the SIM card and that did not work. They said to come back on Monday.On Monday 5/23/2022 I went back to this store and was told again the manage was not in and they could not help me. I walked out of the store and went to another one. That store said that due to this item being out of the other stores inventory they could not take the return as these stores were not corporate stores but franchises. The sales person looked up my address and said the home internet is not yet available in my area so it wouldnt have internet access.The bottom Line is that either the people that work in this location on Eastgate North Drive are either too dumb to do their jobs or are too lazy.

2021-05-01Went in the store Fri. afternoon simply to purchase cover for my new phone. There appeared to be 2 employees working, each had a customer. There was 1 in front of me in line. I waited 30 minutes. I do not know if the problem was employees, their computers, or the 2 customers. I left after 30 minutes without a cover. No sale. I realize that wont affect their profitability, but it seems ridiculous to have to wait that long for a simple transaction to take place.

2021-04-21My family came to this store about 8 months ago to switch from Verizon to Sprint. Obviously now this is under T-Mobile, but when my phone started having issues this morning I called the store to find out about my warranty and my options to get the phone fixed. I was told to file a claim through Asurion but when there was a problem with that I decided to go to the store in person after work. After talking with the employees I had a sense of what to do next but needed the account PIN to continue. I asked if it was possible to get that info with my ID but was told their system in store does not show that info and would have to call Sprint. That’s fine, I made a comment about how silly and inconvenient that seemed, since I made the trip to the store, and an employee immediately rebutted, “It’s not inconvenient, you just have to know your stuff.” I was having a generally okay experience until that comment that I feel was basically uncalled for, especially when I came to the store for help, not some off-handed remark like that. I was familiar with Verizon’s customer service policies, but having switched to Sprint for it to be taken over by T-Mobile, of course I am not sure exactly what to do. Thank goodness I haven’t needed any customer service in the past few months; I certainly don’t expect it from this location anymore.
