This was my first time switching over to Sprint Madison took her time and helped me open my business account and she explained every detail to help me get the best offer I couldn’t ask for someone so helpful and so far it’s been a few months and the service has been great little slow at times but the features on the iPhone X has been above expectations will definitely recommend.

Literally has NEVER helped me find anything I need. Always seems to have nothing in stock when I ask and all my requests are met with dead end answers and not creative problem solving. Dont go here unless you want to be racially profiled.

Storie is clean an well put together.Ive been waiting awhile, no one said hello we will be right with you or nothing.Didnt acknowledge my presence, had been thinking of upgrading not sure Im pleased w Tmobile service an customer service.I was more pleased with Sprint.
I had the worst experience with t mobile and the associate name Brandon and a female coworker. I was told to go into the store for deactivating my acct apparently the associate really did not want to do it. I was told I needed to call in. I informed him that customer service said to come in. After this he became rude, combative and as I’m waiting. I ask for manage information. Another 25 min go by and I ask how everything was going he say your going to have to wait this takes time. Long story short he called and told the police I was cursing ect never said 1 curse word waited for the officers to arrive. He tells the officer I was already done and I was finished. Now instead of telling me to get out he says he’s done. They were rude and I will be filling a full complaint.

This store is amazing! Love the high energy from the staff. The team is super knowledgeable and friendly. Multi language staff which was great for my family. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.

Its horrible when your cell phone company (sprint) sells out to a company like t mobile. they treat you like your an outcast child who needs to buy new phones to be part of there club... sprint service will end in a few months they say! if your reading this go shop around before you go there to be imberissed and treated like a step child..... have a great day!

I could not recommend this store more. Jamal and his coworker were more than helpful. They went above and beyond to take care of issues we were having with 3 of our phones. I wont ever go to another sprint store again.
Just terrible service. The staff there is very nice but they are managed very poorly. Drove all the way to Independence Store to get things accomplished. Thank you to the Sprint tech support who was truly helpful :) It is a shame that one bad location can tarnish the entire company overall. Our company will be waiting out the contract and re-assessing our options....

The Best Experience Coming Back To Sprint PCS
ZERO STARS!!! They sold me a Galaxy A50 phone at the end of June that has not worked since they gave it to me. I brought the phone back 3 times and they simply change a setting and say it should work. After the last time I asked for a REAL fix and they referred me to the South Euclid location and Ive been there 3 times as well with no help as well as on the phone with customer support 5 times with no success. Ive been with Sprint over 8 years but it might be time for a new company.

2022-06-11I had to bring my phone in for screen repair. Everything was very easy to navigate from the insurance site to dropping off and picking up my phone. When I got to the store Codee approached me like he knew who I was. While I was gone for the hour he made my phone just like new! I would recommend Codee for others who need a fast repair.

2022-06-20Make this the only store you go to for T-Mobile!! Not only was it new and clean, the staff was AMAZING. Friendly, knowledgeable and actually cared. My experience was the best I have ever had. Everything went so smoothly and everything was taken care of easily for me. I’ll be returning to this store in the future.

2022-06-16We had to Problems with my daughters service for weeks and got the run around when we called support. We made a trip to Apple to see if it was the phone, which it was not. We stopped at T-Mobile hoping someone would help. Finally someone really looked at our plan and realized my daughter was never given the data on her phone we had been paying for. Definitely thankful and would recommend going here. Very helpful

2022-05-27I went there Tuesday, assisted by a young male with ponytail, gray Vans , and glasses. Didnt help at all had the equipment to transfer my data to a newer samsung phone, told me nothing he can do & go to a computer to transfer. He couldve done the process w a usb cable /wifi as confirmed to me by a Tmobile supervisor. Why am I paying a costly bill and insurance? Cant get help from an associate. Its ridiculous. What do they do all day?

2022-08-21Tmo has the best staff, period. Hadnt been in the Chagrin store since it was moved from Woodmere years ago. But they still put their 2 other Big Three competitors to shame, for sure. Big shout out to Ryan and Brett, their collective product knowledge and advice were priceless. No sales pressure for add-ons, just polite and professional service with a smile.

2022-08-08I was having difficulties with warranties and insurance so I came to this t-mobile and the customer service was excellent I had Mathew and Torrey helping me out and they went out of their way to make sure I had no more issues and made sure I didnt leave that store with the headache I came in with..
