Drove 6 hours to pick up our 2017 BMW 540i here. Car was in great condition and price was really fair given the current market prices. My husband and I went in looking at different vehicle. When we couldn’t get the monthly payments within our “comfort” zone, Dan came in clutch showing us a vehicle that checked all the boxes. Needless to say, we were sold on Dans expertise and purchased the vehicle he suggested. We couldn’t be happier! Travis in the financial office was very informative and knowledgeable and made the paperwork process painless and enjoyable. Both were a pleasure to work with!
I found this sharp looking vehicle online, reserved it with a deposit and flew in from Chattanooga TN to Pittsburgh. They were going to charge me $900 and a two week wait to have it delivered so i got a plane ticket for under $200 since Im retired and time is not an issue.Bill in sales was friendly and mostly responsive to my questions on the phone before getting there. The car was not clean upon presentation and I had to tell him to vacuum it.Jason in finance however was a total disaster and train wreck of an employee. The day before my flight I waited all day and never got a call back to review the extended warranty options as I wanted everything settled and decided BEFORE I got there since I was bringing a cashiers check for the full payoff. Bill kept assuring me finance would call but it was not to be. When I did finally meet him it was like talking to a brick wall...useless. If it was my business hed be out of here yesterday.Best experience I had by far was with Len the wonderful driver who picked me up at the airport to take me to the dealership, very professional, courteous and prompt. Could not be more happy about the service he provided and he deserves a gold star rating for sure!Drove the car home 650 miles and got 27.5 mpg which is 1.5 mpg better than even advertised. Very pleased with my prior leased and gently used 2019 Buick Enclave Avenir AWD and can appreciate why Ms. Sweeney herself was driving this actual car to and from home every day as it has all the bells and whistles. But as far as the dealership goes, theyve got a lot of work to do to get to 5 stars. Thanks be to Jesus Ill never need to go back there.
I purchased a 2019 Buick Encore on June 17th. My sales person was Jamie Ranalli.He was just excellent from the moment that I met him. Hes very professional, efficient, & never pressured me which I appreciated. He took his time with me & explained my options. This was my first experience with your dealership & I definitely left with a great feeling. I really feel that Jamie will grow into a great asset for your dealership. Thanks so much! This place is terrible. Theyre nice to you while youre signing papers, but when your car needs service Theyre very rude, and make t clear they dont care about you. They keep you on hold for long periods of time and dont work on your car when scheduled. I really wish I could give it 0 stars.
Chris was wonderful, efficient and listened to everything I wanted and needed! In and out within 2 hours! I highly recommend Sweeney Buick GMC for your next vehicle purchase. When you walk in the door the inside is stunning! The receptionist is a little shy but polite I think I made her uncomfortable with how direct I was LOL so although we may not go with this dealership I thought they did a great job of giving us all the information that we needed to make an informed decision. Just keep in mind you have to ask the right questions like how much is the APR which basically is the percentage that youre going to pay in interest 2 have a note on the car its a big deal! You dont want to pay $20,000 on a $15,000 car. I dont mean to go all car buying 101 on you guys 😆 js. The man who helped us is in my photos last name Sugar I took a picture of his business personalized calendar with his emoji. Pretty cute. I think he sensed that we were going to try somewhere else because he never called us back on Monday😒 like he insisted he would. If you have bad credit or dont have credit expect to put at least $1,000 down. 😳They have great cars huge selection and a low APR our only problem was that my boyfriends credit has not been established so four stars it is. I still think they did a good job I just thought that he should call back its unprofessional not to. Please give me a thumbs up if this review was helpful. Thanks!😉
Things started off well. I inquired on line because I live out of state. I saw they deliver within 300 miles for free and market to out of state customers, since I received there Marketing material in PA. Everything went well until it was time to finalize the deal. I was told that they do not deliver when a trade was involved and I had to come in for an appraisal. Mind you they appraised my vehicle via pictures and description. Not at one time did they state this was there practice after I asked more than once about deliver, since I live out of state and unable to commute 300 miles. Of course the sales person I spoke to knew this information, since he appraised the vehicle. When I asked him why this information was not told to me prior to running my credit and getting payments, he flipped the story to say it’s because he wasn’t aware I had a co-buyer. Again this was a flat out lie, since I told him on two separate occasions. Do yourself a favor, if purchasing from them and live a long distance, stay away from this bait and switch Marketing they are providing. If you are local, they maybe a great dealer… But not for those who are a far distance.
Not happy right now got an enclave in July did our free oil change and tire rotation on the 18th of this month ever since that the suv will not stay started cuts off at every light ,stop sign. On top of that they won’t even give us a loaner sighting they gonna look at it Monday (129.00) just to do that my wife is an medical worker so there is no days off for her but now we don’t have a car . This is why we came out there so we wouldn’t have this problem . I clearly see that it has not been solved . Frustrating for real
I called in to schedule an appointment. I was told the earliest would be Thursday at 9:30 a.m. I provided the lady with my contact info and the particulars regarding my car issue. I had my car towed the night before with the keys.. I didnt hear anything on Thursday nor Friday morning. I called at noon on Friday and the service rep indicated they didnt know whose car it was, how it got there, or why it was there. I told them I had spoke with their rep and gave them the information and that I had an appointment. He said that was from the call center and they dont interact with them. So what was the point of me scheduling an appointment?? I will say that after the initial mix up the service department did a good job and was very helpful in fixing the bar the tow company left protruding from my car. The service advisor staff was cheerful and timely to wait on me. They also offer to bring the car inside so that I did not have to risk falling on the ice outside.
I was all set to purchase a used 2020 trail boss here. When I went to pick it up I noticed they replaced the tires with the cheapest ones available (Generals). When I asked if they could put the normal Goodyears on they said they would but I had to pay an extra $500. This is after their website (KBB) told me my trade value would be 19.5k. But they only offered me 14k. I left and went to Greenwood Chevrolet down the road. WAY better experience. Not only did they value my trade at $19.5k without hesitation but the entire experience from start to finish was awesome. I worked with Shawn in sales and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Stay away from Sweeney.
Everybody there was so nice and Dan miletta was totally awesome he worked to give me approved and everything he was so respectful and I absolutely love my vehicle I got from there thank you guys so very much for all your help and letting me bring this awesome vehicle home
Great service, until you sign and walk out the door. After a month and a half I’m still waiting for plates. My temp tags expired. After calling and speaking to the dealer, (salesperson has absolutely avoided all my calls) I was told to basically register the vehicle myself. Plenty of dealers out there. Skip this one.

The service dept. Ran into a difficult problem with my 2008 Buick Lucerne.. after 2 weeks of tedious investigation they found the electrical issue and were able to he up and running again. Bobby the service advisor kept me posted throughout thule process. I would like to thank him and any techs who worked on my vehicle. I am very grateful for ur efforts
I bought a used car from Sweeney in October of 2020. In November I had to take it to another dealership to get fixed because even though I BOUGHT a vehicle from Sweeney they did not offer a loaner, which personally I find to be bad for business especially since another dealership is generous enough to loan a vehicle of theirs. I was told that the Equinox has an over consumption of oil issues so they fixed the issue and replaced pistons and the timing chain. The same month I was having brake issues to which the salesman told me at Sweeney that if they replaced them the price of the vehicle would have went up. So pretty much to heck with safety. The back brakes were pretty much worn. I will not have a good thing to say about Sweeney. If you are not willing to help your customers and stand by your vehicles used or new than why are you even in business? I will never spend my hard earned money there nor refer anyone to this dealership!
I would stay clear of this dealership, I had one conversation about selling my car to them was told they have pickup and drop off I do everything I was supposed to do in the conversation and was told someone from appraisal would contact me which he did but instead of honoring what was discussed in the 1st conversation I was told that I need to bring the car to them mind you I live 3 hours south of them.. I promise I will never buy a car from them in the future
Bought one of their used vehicles recently. And mostly online. Had to make 2 trips due to some miscommunication but overall I gave them my business and Jordan was a pleasure to work with.Only bad thing I have to say is they didn’t too off my windshield washer fluid or fill the car up with gas. But it wasn’t a brand new car so It’s not a big deal. Just those little things.Overall happy with what I bought and might even think about buying from them in the future.
Called in the morning to schedule an appointment for the vehicle, pleasant receptionist on the phone. I realized that we would be able to get there earlier than appointment, so gave a courtesy call to let them know I would be early. I live an hour an a half away. WHEN I GOT THERE, I WAS TOLD THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN SOLD. RIDICULOUS.
Notified in January from gm of recall on my 2011 buick lacrosse. After numerous phone calls to schedule the repair, the parts finally came in and was told to bring the vehicle in on 10/27/21 at 8:45 am (approx. repair job would take 3 hrs..After 5 hrs, I called to see if it was ready . The service rep told me that the vehicle repair did not start yet and they would have to keep it overnight.. This creates a problem, as we need this vehicle for pick up of grand children etc. I asked to talk to the mgr. he was not available , and has not returned my call.. I think this is totally unacceptable.......
I visited this location with my boyfriend on 2 separate occasions approximately 1 month apart. No sales person acknowledged us while we were looking around the lot either time. The second visit we parked up front close to the building and employees we riding around in a golf cart, drove passed us and never said anything. How can you sell vehicles when your sales people don’t even interact with customers?
This is our second lease with Sweeney Buick GMC and our first time working with Tim Harlan. Tim took the time to explore multiple options with us, answer any questions and went above and beyond to find the exact car we wanted. He made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Tim was most concerned with what we wanted and what worked best for our family, not the sale. We will definitely recommend Sweeney, and especially Tim to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
DO NOT buy a used car from this place! They will take advantage of those who are not a car pro.As a buyer, I rely on a sellers honesty, at least to some degree. Unfortunately, it was completely my own fault for not knowing, inspecting and understanding every inch of the car I was buying. As a result, I was sold a vehicle with four different tires, a practically dead battery, 1mm front break pads, a missing intake snorkel under the hood, bad rotors, dysfunctional left turn signal video camera, and much more.Ive learned about all these things on the next day when I took the newly purchased Honda Odyssey from Sweeney to the Honda dealer in Akron. An exciting $1,500 urgent repairs had to be done on this car in order to drive it without serious issues.Devastated, I called back to speak with a manager who was negotiating the price of the car with me. You know what he said? Well, you negotiated the price down, so now you can use this discount to make the repairs... What an ignorance. Great job for sticking me with a car that was nearly gutted despite its low 52K mileage.As of today, I have 10 days left before the temporary license they gave me will expire, and I still dont have my title. So disappointed. Thank you for a brutal lesson. I will never forget it and will share it with the world.
I went to Sweeney Buick dealership today and I was really nervous! But I was fortunate enough to get the most awesome salesman! His name is John Severn! I bought a new Buick Encore and I am so happy with it! John was very friendly and patient and very knowledgeable! I got a fantastic deal! I highly recommend anyone to go see him!
The entire sale was top notch, the salesman Ray Ludt was great. He did not pressure me into anything and he was very helpful in the new car I bought from him. The entire experience was TOP notch could not ask for anything better than what I got. They were aware of the covid 19 and took proper steps to make me feel safe. I can not say anything bad about the experience at all. Matter of fact my parents and a few other friends will be using Ray to buy their next car. I would recommend Sweeney Buick and Ray Ludt for any cars in the future. Went in thinking I was wasting my time and really thinking I wasn’t going to get a car. I dealt with Keith Burke and Jake. Both went above and beyond what I expected and made sure I got into a car that was affordable and dependable. Highly recommend Keith and Sweeney’s if your looking for friendly staff, affordable payments and just all around outstanding customer service. I will not go anywhere else for a car after today. Yes I had my Corvette in for service this past week. They did oil change. But they never check my rear tire for slow leak??? Also when i got home all tires were low on air??? Also my dash gauges they never checked either. This is a very expensive Corvette. And expected better service. Not happy. I wanted your Corvette specialist too look at my car. Nit a mechanic that knows nothing about my car. They did recharge my car battery that was Good.
Brandon and Linda were very professional and kind. We have lived all across the country and have experienced many different types of customer service at dealerships. By far, Sweeney is the best in the industry. So much so we drove up from Florida to purchase our vehicles. We will continue to return to Sweeneys specifically because of the courtesy and professionalism we experience each time.
I had an appointment I made last week. I dropped my car off on Sunday for an early appointment on Monday.I called at noon to check on the status. They had no record of my car or keys dropped off the night before. Rich the service manager called me and said my envelope and keys were misplaced. Cheryl, my adviser, called me at 430 pm to tell me that my car never got into the garage for a simple service appointment and they need it for a third day. I told her that I need my car in the morning and she said for me to rent a car from Enterprise. This is the first and last time I will go to Buick Sweeney. They have no regard for their customer service!!!
Got called in for a meeting for an early lease turn in by the company. Salesman wasnt even there and there were no deals even in the ballpark. Waste of a Saturday morning.UPDATE January 2020. Leased another new car with this company. Grossly disorganized. They made us do all the wrong paperwork and made us go to the dealership once and then had to send salesmen to our house to have us sign more after the realized they still did it wrong. Horrible experience.On top of that, they did not give us license plates and now me and my wife are driving with expired tags. We have asked for assistance and got none. We will be paying the fee to stop leasing with GMC after this lease is up.
First, I believe I was taken advantage of by the salesman. I made a bad choice on car sold to me, but I admit I made the ultimate decision to buy an overpriced, high mileage car but at the time didnt feel I had a better option. 1 month after I got the car it cost me 300.00 for windshield wipers that quit working. Not covered. I have had the car less then 3 years and paid 2500.00 in repairs and still owe an exuberant amount on the car. I had to have it towed to dealership for repair which cost me 200.00. When I picked my car up from service I barely had gas to make it to gas station. Just made arrangements to take car back to service because it is still making noise. I have bought several cars from Sweeney , I can guarantee this will be my last and I will not recommend. Poor business, not caring for customers, and no loyalty to customers.
I am very impressed with my Buick and the Sweeney experience all together. There wasnt another dealer in the tri state area that would beat their deal, in fact my closest Buick dealership said there was no way I was getting the car I thought I was getting at that price.The first time I went for a free oil change maintenance I was in and out in 1/2 hour as they quoted and they even opened the car door for me as I pulled into the service entrance.I love my Buick Encore and get compliments on it all the time and I always tell people to go to Sweeney! I will definitely be purchasing my next car from them as well!
My reason for the mediocre score is due to the fact that my repair was not covered under my extended warranty. The ballast went bad in my 2013 Buick Enclave. Apparently you consider that as wear and tear. I would feel differently about this entire situation had I been able to actually get to the ballast to replace it. After removing tire, inner fender wall, and front bumper, it was apparent that one cannot even get TO the ballast to replace it. It is encased in plastic. In order to replace the ballast one must replace the ENTIRE headlight assembly. This cost us $1800. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Now I am terrified the other light will go bad. Why have insurance and an extended warranty if you still have to pay $1800 for a light assembly???? This is my second BAD experience with Sweeney. Previously I had my car in for oil changes and your multi-point inspection.Funny that the wear left on my brake pads was getting thicker with each oil change. How do brake pads do that? I ended up having to replace all four rotors and all of the discs as they were down TO THE SENSORS within a month of your technicians performing the multi-point inspection and informing me that I had at least 3000 miles left on them. Sure, you did reimburse me the $175 I had to pay for the actual brakes to Complete Auto Service in Wellsville, OH, but was that really enough? Then to turn around 2 months later and have to pay $1800 for a headlight assembly? Merry Christmas, Family. Gifts are sparse this year, but we do have a working headlight on our Buick. Both of these incidents will play a big part in my decision of where to buy my next automobile. And one last thing - you are the only dealership from where Ive purchased a car that DOES NOT give COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASHES. Come on, folks. Show my something worth coming back for.
Not from the immediate area, we were referred by a friend so we checked Sweeney’s out. Matt on the GMC side was absolutely great and went above and beyond. Normally dread car dealerships but this was the best experience. Will be sure to return down the road for our next purchase.
We were there for 40 minutes and there was no one that came out to help us or ask u Questions. I was going to spend 17,000 on a truck and they lost Business then when we were leaving I looked back and they waved. I even sent of one of the truck alarms Off and they had two young kids drive up and see what it car it was and looked never said anything then left. Your going to lose a lot of money if u don’t fix how u run your Business!
My mom looked up online what she wanted. We had 3 Buick Encores to view. Get there and cant find them. So we go in to seek help. Dont find that either so we go outfront to see the 1 there. She wrote down invoice numbers so that wasnt 1 of them. So then I called and the nice lady on the phone said there was some out back and to come in so we can get help and see them. And thats when I said we are here and I cant get any help so thats why i called. So we found 1 of the 3. Since Sweeney Buick doesnt wanna sell my mother a shiny new Buick today. I am more than willing than any of the other Buick dealers will be. Have a wonderful day.
I recently bought a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix from Sweeney Buick. Jackson McKee and were helpful, friendly and addressed all questions I had about the vehicle and loan process. The entire experience was thoroughly enjoyable. I will definitely be returning for future purchases because of your great staff and warm welcoming atmosphere.
My salesman was John Cefalde. I bought a 2012 Buick Lacrosse. To say Im happy with the car is an understatement. John was by far the most knowledgeable and easy to work with salesman that I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend John to anyone that is looking for a knowledgeable and honest salesman.
I leased a Buick Enclave from Mike Boggia on Sat. Nov.10th, 2012. It was by far the easiest and most delightful experience of leasing. I told Mike what I was hoping to do, he called me the next day and had the vehicle I was hoping for, traded in my old lease with no problems, hassles, price was fair, we never had to go back and forth. His word was good all the way to the end of signing the papers. I found this to be the best experience ever of leasing a car. I have leased since the beginning of time and never had a vehicle in 2days of talking to a sales person. All of the employess that day were very friendly and it was a wonderful experience. Thank You Mike and Sweeney for being honest from a very satisfied customer!
I negotiated a price on a 2020 Encore GX and the price was mutually agreed. The next day the salesperson called and said they must raise the price of the car $500 since they are giving me a supplier price discount and can’t use my GM credit card earnings and receive the supplier price discount. Never once in our discussions did I or the salesperson mention supplier price discount. The vehicle pricing details on the website does not mention supplier price discount. The only discount per Sweeney’s website says, “Dealer Savings” for which I’ve attached a photo. I refused to pay $500 extra after we agreed on the pricing the previous day. Therefore, I went to another dealer that evening to purchase a vehicle and found I now had $0 earnings on my GM Card. I was shocked and embarrassed that Sweeney’s pulled my earnings, yet I never purchased the car. The next day I called the GM Card who said they will call Sweeney to get the earnings back on my GM credit card. I also called Sweeney’s and the salesman apologized for pulling the earnings from the card because he also thought we had a done deal. I’m not sure if the manager or finance folks at Sweeney called off the deal after the price was agreed by myself and the salesperson. Two days later my GM card earnings were added back to my card but the vehicle at the other dealer is now sold so I lost that vehicle purchase as well. I’m very dissatisfied with Sweeney manager/finance for this unethical customer experience. I followed the GM card instructions on the buypowercard.com website to negotiate the best price per Step 2 on the Redeem The Way You Want page. But, Sweeney’s nullified my ability to apply my card earnings by saying they were giving me supplier price, yet never discussed in price negotiations. They could tell anyone that wants to use their GM card earnings that they’re ineligible by calling any discount a supplier price discount. I spent over $50000 for over 5 years to build my GM card earnings and have lost two car deals because of Sweeney’s. See attached photo of Sweeney’s website vehicle Description and the highlighted wording which is the opposite of my experience with Sweeney’s. Also, notice there is no reference to Supplier Pricing as being their discount.
Weve been looking for a Buick Enclave with all the right options and color. We found it at Sweeney Buick in Ohio. Only problems is we live in California. Worked with the best salesperson, Mr. Frank DiIanni. Even though we were out of state, Frank took care of us. I cannot say enough good things about Frank and the people at Sweeney. He took away the stress and worry of purchasing and shipping to California. The car arrived safely and the wife is extremely happy. Thank you Frank
I had to wait 2 hours for my car but it didnt seem that long thanks to the comfortable atmosphere. Each employee that I came across was kind and eager to assist. My mechanic explained what was wrong with my car in a way that I understood, which I appreciated immensely.
On Wednesday, November 29,2017 I paid $170 for them to replace a door handle on my mothers 2007 Buick Lucerne and another $80 to check why her engine light was on. I also told them my concern about her tire monitors not working properly. Today, my mother came home from church and the door handle they replace came off the vehicle, her tire monitor light came on indicating that her tires were low and her oil light came on indicating her oil is low. They claim that they do a multi point inspection but yet on top of the door not being repair properly they did not check her tire pressure or oil. Especially when I told him my concerns because my mother is 81 yrs old. I paid a lot of money for the service and did not expect this. I believe that the charges for the services were extremely high. Now because the service issue needs to be resolved, I have to take time from my job to go back to the dealership. I am very disappointed that meritocracy is acceptable and that ownership is not taken in job performance today.
Steve Bannon at the GMC/Buick side was very helpful. Steve helped find me my first car during the summer of 2017, and he couldnt have been more helpful. Around Jan/Feb of 2018, my wife and I were looking for a car to lease for her, but unfortunately couldnt find anything that was in the right price. Making sure we were taking care of, Steve did as much research as he could, but in the end, still couldnt find anything that was in our budget. However, a month or two later, Steve reached out to my wife and had a great deal for us, which ultimately led to my wife and I getting out of a lease, and getting the affordable car my wife wanted. He made sure we were taken care of, and provided a great amount of customer service and a great car. I highly recommend going to see Steve Bannon on the GMC/Buick side of Sweeny.
I brought my car in for an oil change. I nice man took me to work then later picked me up. Someone also washed my car AND got the yellow paint off my white car. (Some coward, apparently in a yellow vehicle, recently did a hit and run on my bumper.) So that was super nice! Thanks Sweeney!
First of all I would like to say that my salesman Rick Degreggrio (I donr know if I spelled his name correctly) was great he answered all my questions and treated me very good.As far as my new Verona I love it, I think that I made a good choice.I am still learning about evrything about it.I did have it in the service department as I had a nail in one of my tires and got treated very well and everything was taken care of in a timely fashion.thank you again for your excellant service,Betty Mirich
I was originally looking at a Tacoma or a Tundra. GMC invited me into look at things and I figured why not. Would give me something to compare the Toyota to. Ron asked me what I was looking for. And then showed me way more than what I was looking for in a 2015 Sierra. I loved it. Told him I would give him a call the next day. An hour later I was back signing.
Here cause car randomly shuts off, they said I needed a new battery, they didnt have one, but they could have one here in 15 mins, that was an hour and a half ago, supposedly others now, and Im still being told its going to be 30. Minutes until I have my car... NEVER AGAIN.... even people here for oil changes have been here over hour and a half... Valvoline has excellent drive thru service .... just FYI...
I brought a coupon in for a full synthetic oil change and specifically asked that full synthetic be used. When I receive the invoice it was for a synthetic blend, however they charged me the same price for the full synthetic. I really am very disappointed in their dishonesty. Full synthetic is over $12 a quart versus $4.50 a quart for blended synthetic.
We just purchased a tahoe from sweeney buick. we buy vehicles every couple years.we keep coming back to sweeney for the products and great service.but most of all we come back to our sales guy mike boggia.we have been buying vehicles from mike for around 20 years. that should tell you something.trust in knowing he will do the best for you in whatever it is you are looking for.
I bought a 2012 Buick Verano last weekend.I cant say enough about my salesman John Cefalde and the whole sweeney dealership.I came in looking for something that could keep my payment low and safe for me and my daughter left in my Verano.i never felt rushed or pushed it was slow and easy.I am so happy to have stopped and met John.I would tell everyone to go and see why,Sweeney should be a dealership everyone gets there new and used vehicals from.

2022-01-21Awesome experience with Sweeney. I live in Va and could not find the truck I wanted. I was able to find my truck at Sweeney and they are shipping it direct to my house. Top class service all around. Jordan, my salesman was awesome to work with and even sent a video walk around for me. Jason in the finance department made everything very easy from start to finish, the distance between myself and the dealership was not an issue.

2022-04-22We drove over 200 miles to purchase a beautiful used car we saw online, and were not disappointed. Brittany was super helpful and knowledgeable as our salesperson. When it was discovered that the trailer electric wiring wasn’t working properly, Devin from the service dept. spent two hours fixing it before we left for home. We had a very good experience at this dealership.

He helped us every step of the way and made the buying process easy and enjoyable. We hope to do business with Dan and Sweeney Buick GMC again in the future. It was well worth the drive!

2022-05-07Was a great experience getting a new vehicle. Really did not think I was going to be approved because my credit was not all that great and I am in the middle of bankruptcy, and did not have much of a down payment without hesitation they ended up getting me approved for the type of vehicle I wanted. Would certainly recommend, especially if you have a troubled credit history.

2022-06-22This is a 5 star review for the parts department and Corey Sass. I needed a mirror replaced and it was being paid for by the local car wash. I was traveling and missed my appointment by a day. They got me in as soon as possible and the work was completed in a couple of hours. Once I returned I didnt need to wait for keys, he remembered me and had me out the door in seconds. Thanks!!

2022-02-05Went here with the intentions of purchasing a vehicle. The salesman ran my credit but wouldnt tell me my score. Basically said the loan offer I received was the best Id get. This is poor sales ethics DO NOT FALL FOR IT. My credit was 680. They were trying to lock me in a loan where the salesman would get better compensation regardless if I wanted a better rate. If your credit is ran they are obligated to tell you your credit score. 0 out of 5 if I could rate that!

2022-06-30Ryan George was the best! He knew how much I wanted the 2017 Chevy Silverado and he made it work AND got me the best deal! He then sent me $15 of his OWN money to pay for my first car wash because theirs closed early! I’ll never go anywhere else!

2022-06-19Big Joe my salesman was super friendly, he went above and beyond to explain the full process and did his best to make it simple and easy. I had been to a few different dealerships and was blown off,I was very discouraged and ready to give up. I am a widow and now doing everything on my own and he dumbed it down for me and made me feel like I mattered. I’ll definitely refer everyone!
